View Full Version : Incredible Dream (insights appreciated)

Please excuse me if this is in the wrong place, or comes off as somewhat self-important. That is not my intention. Like many here, however, I believe our dreams can be incredible tools that are sometimes even prophetic. I had a real whopper last night, and would love to hear some impressions and interpretations, or even dreams others here have had recently which are in a similar vein.
I will do my best to describe what I remember. Unfortunately I cannot recall everything. A quick note beforehand; I do not often have dreams of this nature. My dreams can range from absolutely mundane to perfectly bizarre. Recently (for several months) virtually every dream I've had has elicited strong feelings of either anger or fear. This is strange, as I am not a particularly angry person, and have come a long way in conquering fear (whether real world issues or horror movies, I don't scare easily; yet these dreams have often had me waking up in a cold sweat).
So, on to the thing itself;
In the beginning I was taking some sort of martial arts class. I believe it was Judo. I was called upon by the instructor, an old, curmudgeonly Asian man, to demonstrate a certain technique. I failed to do so correctly, and as a result I was designated "The Fool". As such I was made to wear one of those large, chinese-style sun hats made of straw or bamboo. On it was painted a spiral. I then had to walk around the room, pick a fellow student, and insult them on an aspect of their appearance or demeanor in a humorous way. I was quite good at it, eliciting laughter in all the others without being mean-spirited about my comments.
Later, I left the class and ended up in a room with 12 others, seated around a large table. Strangely, I knew a few of these individuals, but not all of them. In front of each of us there was a sheet of paper. On each of these, there was a description of an "archetype". I came to realize that we were each one of the "13 archetypes", and indeed I was "The Fool". (More in the sense of Tarot; the court jester).
The paper described me and my spirit better than I ever could. I sincerely wish I could recall it word-for-word, but alas, this is one of the first things to fade from memory upon my waking this morning. It did seem to describe an archetype, and somewhere deep inside I realized that fulfilling this role would be greatly empowering. The gist of it was;
"The Fool was blind [...] once with a head like a ram [...] delivers others from darkness with the light of joy [...] is unafraid and unashamed to be the object of their laughter..."
I distinctly remember there being more to this, but again, my memory failed me. In the dream I wanted to read about the other archetypes I was with, but for some reason did not have time to do so. The only other archetype I remember was a beautiful young Asian woman who was "The Lover". She was in a great deal of emotional pain, however, as her father was in a perpetual state of disapproval toward her.
There was an almost indescribable sense, as if the 13 of us were important pieces of a puzzle, chess pieces of fate itself. Rather than merely Pawns, we were each the Queen. We were somehow a reflection of the microcosm. As if together we formed something like a single-celled organism, except it was something vastly more complex because we were still each individuals, and dramatically different individuals at that. As archetypes we each represented the facets of humanity in purest of forms, and without internal conflict. An overwhelming and ecstatic sense came over me that together, we were an unstoppable force for the greater good.
The dream ended in a rather unexpected way. I saw, of all people, David Wilcock. He was crying, disheveled. He was distraught that he had been lied to, mislead, and subsequently came to be a figure who mislead others. For whatever reason, he was projecting this anguish at us, possibly out of envy. He was about to fax our whereabouts to someone with orders to make an attempt on our lives. I was not worried about our welfare whatsoever. I knew that any such attempt was destined to fail. Instead I worried for him. I told him that he was forgiven and still very much loved. He seemed to understand this but could not fight the utter despair and negativity that was driving his actions. In the end he succumbed to them, and sent the papers.
If you've made it this far, thank you very much for your time. I am looking forward to hearing from anyone who feels inspired to comment. Again I would not make a special thread to share this if it had not felt so significant to me. I still feel as though there were encoded messages/lessons in this dream which I have not yet realized.

The puzzle pieces remind me of PurpleLama's dream here:http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?30405-Here-and-Now...What-s-Happening&p=605206&viewfull=1#post605206

Weird, I just posted a link to that same dream of mine, in Nat_Lee's recent dream thread, because of the similarity of the quality of light described. I will look around and see if I posted one of my old dreams involving Wilcock, even further connection there.

Could it be that Project Avalon exists on the Astral Internet too?
How cool is that!

Yes, it could be. Ulli's thread is, perhaps, it, so to speak. That is one degree of the underlying interpretation of my own latest dream sequence. As I had stated in that thread, early on, "the ascension bus stops here". It seems, those who should be there, are.

Interesting thought, ;)
Maybe some of the other 12 "archetypes" were people from around here? When I said I knew a few, I really only recognized two others. The remaining 10 people were, as far as I could tell, total strangers. I've heard that it is highly unusual to see people in your dreams that you have not met or recognize from somewhere like television.
I was thinking about the potential symbolism behind the so called archetypes. I have yet to research the Tarot (would be a strange connection in itself, because I know little to nothing about those cards, and have never had a reading personally), but I came to realize in my brief search this morning that Jesus Christ had 13 disciples? There are also 13 archetypes of the "divine feminine". These, however, do not seem to correlate with what I was seeing/experiencing (at least not directly).
Perhaps it was a reference to 2013...I'm not sure yet. Would love to revisit that landscape in the coming nights!

Ok, wow... I'm still not sure that the archetypes were from the Tarot, exactly, but upon reading about "The Fool" arcana, several things were striking major chords. You could call it coincidence, or you could call it synchronicity. Very interesting though.
Taken from http://www.aeclectic.net/tarot/learn/meanings/fool.shtml, I didn't notice upon accessing this site, but author/creator goes under the name "Thirteen"!! These are his/her interpretations of The Fool;
"As a card, the Fool ultimately stands for a new beginning often involving a literal move to a new home or job. There's more than just change here, there is renewal, movement, and the energy of a fresh start. Far from being sad or frustrated by having to start over, however, the querent feels remarkably *free*, light hearted and refreshed, as if being given a second chance. They feel young and energized, as excited as a child who has discovered a new toyshop. Who knows what they will find on the shelves?"
Very, very true. However the description of feeling energized and excited about it was only true for me within the dream. In my waking reality I am feeling fairly frustrated at being lost without a definite path forward. A literal move to a new home/job seems highly likely for me. The past months have very much been a time of rest and transition, but for the first time in my life I do not know what is on the other side of this particular transition, nor how long this will continue for me.
"In addition, they likely have no idea where they're going or what they're going to do. But that doesn't matter. For the Fool, the most important thing is to just go out and enjoy the world. To see what there is to see and delight in all of it. "
...Speak of the devil. Although, to me, the feeling of being delighted by the uncertainty doesn't seem feasible. Like any relatively normal person, I need some sense of security. I can hardly conceive of abandoning what little I currently do possess.
Needless to say I was very surprised at how close these were to my state in this dream. Furthermore, just as I was reading the lines "the querent feels remarkably *free*, light hearted and refreshed, as if being given a second chance. They feel young and energized, as excited as a child who has discovered a new toyshop", the television nearby was playing "A Christmas Carol" (specifically the CGI version featuring Jim Carrey), and AT JUST THAT MOMENT, the scene came on in which Scrooge had finally woken up from his dark night of the soul and was embracing his maid ecstatically.
Truly bizarre and, at least in my mind, a message. Alas, the search continues...
EDIT: And now I notice, the post before this has a time stamp of 19:02. This post? 20:19. I'm not typically big on numerological synchs, but jeez... am I going crazy right now?? ;)

for the first time in my life I do not know what is on the other side of this particular transition, nor how long this will continue for me.
It appears that you have no choice about making this transition, it's going to happen anyway, but you do have a choice about how to feel about it.
You can choose to be excited about it, after all the real you was excited about it within the dream state. You should trust that self, because that self knows.
Synchronicity too! Wow! Your subconscious is working overtime to help you out, all the more reason to go with the flow and trust yourself.
Everything will work out in the end!

In my experience of dream interpreting, everybody in any dream stands for either an aspect of yourself, or for how you relate to them rather than how they really are. (Did you know that all the characters in any fairy tale stand for parts of one's self, according to the scholars who analyse fairy tales?)
So, your dream has something to do with you reaching a point where you no longer care so much about what other people think of you, or something along those lines; something to do with "being thought of as a fool but actually being a wise person". I guess that can feel pretty scary, until you get used to the new you.
Don't get so caught up in intellectual meanings. Dreams are mostly about your feelings.

I knew back in 2009 when I went to Zurich to the PC conference that David Wilcock was being mislead, but did not want to tell him that.
Because I knew he would not listen anyway.

Weird, I just posted a link to that same dream of mine, in Nat_Lee's recent dream thread, because of the similarity of the quality of light described. I will look around and see if I posted one of my old dreams involving Wilcock, even further connection there.
Well, rather than finding the aforementioned wilcock dream post, if it even exists, I will, instead, provide the quick run down, as it were.
I was living in some condominium, and the patio was a large stone half circle, and there were chairs set along the arc of the half circle. In these were several people, and one of these, J, a person familiar to me, received a phone call from none other than Wilcock.
He had called my friend looking for me, telling my friend he wanted to meet with me. My response was basically, I've got people here, I can't, but you're welcome to come here, if you can. So, a short while later, he shows up.
I take him inside the place, to show him around, and we get to the bedroom, and he goes into the closet. A little time passes and he emerges, wearing this purple rhinestoned glasses, and this frilly feathery robe, feathery especially at the collar and cuffs, and these sparkly high heeled shoes, all in purple/indigo.
He proceeds to began behaving in this really goofy manner, making faces and generally cutting up. I take out my camera/phone and start taking all these pictures of him, laughing and carrying on, the whole time.
At some point later, I'm back on the patio, and it occurs to me to look at the pictures I'd taken. In every single one of them, David looked very distinguished, portrait style, wearing Starfleet uniforms (from Star Trek the Next Generation).
Read into that one what you will, ha.

I was dubbed the '13th apostle' by James Gilliland...I lived at the Ranch a couple times.
...the 13th apostle is like a silent orchestrator...eyeing and smiling and nodding at the other 12 when there are 'bumps' in the road that are, well, self created amongst them for the most part.
I feel we all have this ability and this overseer in our lives...simply tuning in does the trick.
And more folks will be tuning in and doing the 'trick' of transcending personally...turbo-upgade time!
All factions of us matter...and recognition, to become wholly balanced and loving and forgiving and selfless.
Thanks for sharing, Freed Fox : )

Good Evening, Freed Fox..Wishing You Well!
Came across a sharing by Dannion Brinkley and his NDE that I had not seen in years, followed his story quite some time ago... funny how these syncronicities unfold...thought You might enjoy it:
http://www.near-death.com/experiences/evidence11.html
In the next moment the space behind the podium was filled with Beings of Light. They faced the benches where I was sitting and radiated a glow that was both kindly and wise.
I sat back on the bench and waited. What happened next was the most amazing part of my spiritual journey.
I was able to count the beings as they stood behind the podium. There were thirteen of them, standing shoulder to shoulder and stretched across the stage. I was aware of other things about them, too, probably through some form of telepathy. Each one of them represented a different emotional and psychological characteristic that all humans have. For example, one of these beings was intense and passionate, while another was artistic and emotional. One was bold and energetic, yet another possessive and loyal. In human terms, it was as though each one represented a different sign of the zodiac. In spiritual terms, these beings went far beyond the signs of the zodiac. They emanated these emotions in such a way that I could feel them.
Now more than ever I knew that this was a place of learning. I would be steeped in knowledge, taught in a way that I had never been taught before. There would be no books and no memorization. In the presence of these Beings of Light, I would become knowledge and know everything that was important to know. I could ask any question and know the answer. It was like being a drop of water bathed in the knowledge of the ocean, or a beam of light knowing what all light knows.
The Beings came at me one at a time. As each one approached, a box the size of a videotape came from its chest and zoomed right at my face.

I had that vision more than 35 years ago, but was aware that there were only twelve.
This time around there would be no No. 13. Thirteen was the number of the Shepherd, Jesus Christ.
This time there would only be the twelve, six men, six women, three of each of the four races, and each one representing a sign of the Zodiac. I was guided to study astrology three years later...at the time ha no clue.
The knowledge that was downloaded into me over a two week period was immense, and became abstract formulas as I digested it. I still operate via those formulas. Later I discovered that there were many others who had a similar experience.
I keep meeting people like you to this day.

ulli, do you mean that you had a similar NDE, or dream as the above?
And could you elaborate about the 'four races'?
I would also be curious to hear about these formulas that you refer to, if you don't mind discussing them (if they are even communicable).
