Ever think about the mindset you wish to have in your twilight years, when you still have one foot firmly planted here and now, but the other is already seriously contemplating it's next destination? My #1 goal is to find myself in that time with no regrets, and carefree to joyously "look" either forward or backward.

You know, already I see people and events that were once considered enemies, "bad times", and now with hindsight it's plain we were just performing a step or two of that all sacred dance we all share in. We've learned an aweful lot together haven't we? Whether we were laughing, crying, or fighting...

With that in mind, I want to say to all of you here that this has been one hell of a dance so far. I'm grateful to be amongst you, and most especially (you know who you are) to those of us that have parted ways because of little tiffs, I want to say I'm glad we crossed paths, and look forward to us gathering in the tavern once again one day to hoist a few, and sing this song:

Thanks, Fred. I agree. Or, at least I do when I'm thinking clearly about it all-- when I'm looking at it like Bill Hicks' wild ride and not taking it or myself too seriously.

From Archie and Edith, 'Those Were the Days'.

Thank you Goldie, do you remember "when we were young, and sure to have our way"?

Hi Curtis, of course the same here, when I'm clearly thinking about it. Not so easy is it? But I try to post my highesy current ideals here, same as our buddy Bill Hicks always tried to do on stage. What else can we strive for, besides actually trying to live those ideals?

Thanks Fred, my hubby just looked at me as I remembered every verse and word. I did a Russian hop dance on the chorus. I've always had the knack for it, don't know why, but it lifted me AfriIrisCherokee spirit into a blissful rememberance of carefree days gone by.

Thank you.

Thank you, Fred...on a contemplative and melancholy morning for me, your message reminds me of what I can do, how I can change my thinking and how that leads to a change in my feeling, on my outlook. And in a moment, how that changes the past, the present and the future...all in a moment.

'nuff said.

Much Love,
