According to documents just released under the FOIA, the FBI was spying on and infiltrating the Occupy movement as early as August 2011, at least a month before the occupation of Zuccotti Park, and reporting it's findings to Wall Street and corporate America.

The FBI and the DHS treated the Occupy movement as a "terrorist threat" from the beginning, despite organizers explicitly calling for peaceful protest.

so the bankers bought the FBI and no doubt the darkside had CIA, so I guess the US MARSHALLS are the people's justice along with the Justice Dept. They can do it with backing of the people. WE can incarcerate these white collar green/greed collar criminals. FBI was created in 1910, with the IRS and the Federal Reserve in 1913, Most of the public is finally figuring out after a 100 years that the IRS and the non-Federal non-Reserve are not even Government Agencies, So where does that leave the FBI? I think it is a corporate extension of Washington DC which has desginated itself as a separate Sovereign State independent of the US (as of 1983?) according to "Empire of The City - World Superstate"
