I'd like them to blow up the facial photos of those cops so we can really see who they are. All their family, all their neighbors all their church members need to know who they are. There posters should be put up all around town.

On July 13, while driving along State Highway 161, Angel Dobbs and her niece Ashley Dobbs were stopped for littering by Farrell.

Dobbs said she was powerless to stop it. "What are you going to say? What's going to happen to you if you challenge that authority?" she said.

It doesn't matter what is going to happen to you. You should say: " I DO NOT CONSENT TO ANY SEARCH"


The women are requesting a trial by jury and are asking for unspecified, compensatory and exemplary damages and interest as well as recovery of attorney's fees and court costs.

Good - I hope they get a bundle of compensation. I guess this hits the tax payer if they win?

I'd like to say I'm shocked, but I'm not. Americans are being violated in some way all the time. The problem is that most of them don't know their rights and are open to such wrong doing.... I wonder if these women were the only ones to go through this outright violation or were there many others? Maia, great question! They did this in such a practiced, routine, casual way. It definitely seemed like something they do all the time. This is so outrageous on so many levels, I don't even know how to process it! Sexual assault on the side of the road in front of bright headlights so that passing traffic could watch, exposure to numerous health risks to both women because of the unsanitary way they did the cavity searches. OMG!

AMERICA- Land of the free. These assaults are so far beyond unconstitutional that I just can't even believe that they are getting by with it.
I am posting this on face book now. And I really don't like FB. I have an account mainly to keep track of what my teenager does on there. I rarely post there, but I will, in the name of doing the right thing, start being proactive now, because these women have been literally raped, by AUTHORITIES, roadside, in public. This SHOULD be mainstream. We can make it mainstream by making it viral.

Update: I just read today that the cops are being charged for sexual assault.


Two Texas state troopers responsible for a roadside body cavity search of two women have been indicted on charges of sexual assault and oppression. One of the troopers was also charged with theft for taking one of the victim’s prescription medications

If they wind up in prison they will get just punishment. I worked in a prison for three years. Dirty cops don't last long unless they are kept in a secured housing unit away from all other inmates.

Wow ... now these guys deserve to be known by their communities. but not till the trial is over. Once its over then by all means make sure the locl community knows who they are , go door to door and tell them who they are , where they live and postal address so they can write them and describe how you feel about their behaviour. The bigger question is who on earth is employing these obviously mentally challenged police officers ?

Admittedly police in the USA come toting guns as soon as they pull you over. Its fine i guess if they are being threatened by guns but for two obviously placid and law obiding citizens have treatment like this is truly a problem with the troopers brain function.

Just so that men and women learn from this. It is your right to NOT CONCENT to searches.

You MUST STATE " I do not concent to searches " even if they force a search after your statement , it gives you more leverage after. the only way to physicaloly stop an illegal search is by force. You have to be prepared for it, not all are so its a personal choice at the time.

Pretty much every country in the world works with Common Law or versions of it which are differentuiated by constitutions of each country. SO most of what you see here can help you. Just so we understand there are other countries other than America ( no offence to americans , im sure they understand that ther is at least 2 more countires out there )

Just realise police are tricky in getting what they want. So you must learn what they do to trick you. Once you see them doing this you know you are dealing with a bad cop.

these police will do anything to get power over you which means they have a mental defect, possibly they were nerds or bullied at school and now are over compensating by harming the rights of innocent people. This gives them a sence of falce power.

Its a mental defect. These police , not all police mind you , have mental defects and need to be relieved of duty. The good police , god bless them , are truky there to serve and protect. What number of these police exist today compared to 10 years ago is anybodies guess but the real problem is not in the police them selves but the people hiring them. These are the p[eople who should be made responsible for not properly screening potential employees for mental defects such as what we see here.

So, if these 2 women refused to be searched like that, what would have happened to them? Got arrested and taken to the police station? Would that have been so bad? That would have saved them the indignity of this atrocity. Don't be afraid to say NO, even to cops. Let them take you to the police station. Then let them explain in court the violation they intended to do to you. Those cops should not only be fired, but prosecuted themselves!
