People can inspire yes, people can help each-other yes, people can have a common goal true, people may do something together indeed ... all in harmony with good will intentions ... no harm done, but here comes the 'catch 22': if you give some one else "authority" in any hierarchical system are you "free from blame" if they abuse power in your name?
