I can't really wrap my head around this one! I don't know why I haven't ran up on it before somewhere. I might should have put this in with the UFOs?

According to Wikipedia this guy existed, of course he's dead now and his machine destroyed... Dahhh. Here's a bit about him:

Viktor Stepanovich Grebennikov (Виктор Степанович Гребенников) (1927–2001) was a Russian scientist, naturalist and entomologist who claimed to have invented a levitation platform which operated by virtue of insect body parts attached to the underside. Grebennikov wrote detailed accounts of his 1988 discovery, which involved an accident whilst examining chitin shells. He also wrote of his experiencies flying over the Russian countryside in his book titled "My world". The Cavernous Structure Effect (CSE) he discovered is an alleged anti-gravity effect.
Although popular with many readers who dream of unpowered human flight, Grebennikov's work is criticized by scientists. His reports are suspiciously devoid of conclusive proof or public demonstration. He claimed that his camera shutter was jammed during the flights due to a time-warping force-field generated by the secret geometric power of chitin.

Check out the video. The dude says he's seen it and has a lot of fancy words explaining it.

This may just be a bunch of BS but who knows stranger things has happened. Look like we would have seen a lot more about this on the web or maybe I just haven't looked hard enough.

Maybe someone knows more than me...any input?

Question Mark?? :der:

Its covered in David Wilcock's book, Source Field investigations - which is where I read about it.

He claimed all sorts of time anomalies - more time would pass in the world than for him when he was flying around.

Viktor Schauberger made reference to this flying platform in his writing about the humble bumble bee. Schauberger maintains the bumble bee's weight is too much for its wings to carry and that the bee is taking advantage of anti-gravity principles. Schauberger has been ignored by mainstream science much like Tesla. His work is profoundly interesting.

Thanks for the post. The cellulose and chitin totally corroborate a hypothesis of mine about the surface of the craft seen in Oregon in 2011.. Back then described the surface as transparent with plant-like vascular structure. Below are some glimpses showing video stills of possible surface structure. Another hypothesis is that the surface pores on the craft can let light through and can change the diameter like stomata on a plant leaf.

Another connection to a biological makeup of the craft are the lights. They change in color, luminosity and duration. They remind me of Cuttlefish...
