After a grueling 15-year long battle, the Texas Medical Board has officially ended its crusade to revoke Dr. Stanislaw Burzynski's medical license in an effort to end his use of Antineoplastons, as well as his combination gene-targeted therapy for cancer.
The Texas Medical Board’s case against him was dismissed1 on November 19, 2012, just in time for Thanksgiving. According to Dr. Burzynski’s attorney, Richard A. Jaffe, Esq:2
“Early on, two medical board informal settlement panels found that the use of these combination drugs on the advanced cancer patients involved was within the standard of care.
However, the Texas Medical Board refused to drop the case and instead filed a formal complaint3 against Dr. Burzynski alleging the same standard of care violations previously rejected by the board settlement panels.
After two years of intense litigation, the case was set for trial in April 2012. However, a week before trial, the administrative law judges dismissed most of the charges against Dr. Burzynski which forced the Board to seek to adjourn the case to do some reevaluation.
After the judges denied the Board’s attempt to reverse the previous partial dismissal of the case, the Board did more reevaluation and moved to dismiss the entire case.”

Hi Sigma6, what a great result. And what a pity it has taken 15 years.
Had they only assisted Dr Burzynski in his efforts instead of trying to have him in prison, think of all those extra people he would have helped.
However we know they don't like to lose, so we can expect more evil attempts to slow down the work he is doing.
For anyone who has not viewed the dvd 'cancer is a serious business' it is well worth a look.
It covers the whole story, a full insight to the struggle Burzynski has put up.
I wish great things for the future and for Dr Burzynski.
Regards to all, Brenie.

This doesn't surprise me, that a state so corrupt would oppose a doctor with a CURE!
Didn't a movie called SICKOS come out not too long ago, wasn't it about the cost of health care?

Essentially the main ingredient is derived from urine, he probably signed some docs to hide this information from the public to protect the profiteering pharma industry... This is a vindication for urine therapy in disguise... Martha's Christie's research and John Armstrong's book clearly show that the whole urine, especially taken as part of a fasting program is the ultimate cure for almost every illness. This the reality folks urine is an excess derived from the filtration of clean blood from the liver. It is sterile and can even be injected directly into the blood stream. If people can consume blood (for various reasons) they can consume this 'serum' like derivative. It could save your life, and it will certainly fix so many numerous ailments. It is truly a miracle, a rejuvenator. Ancient knowledge always seems to hold lost truths. We are not much different from the ancients physically.
Do a search on urine, urine therapy, water of life, drinking the piss (?) and similar, lots of good info, unfortunately the pdf I had linked are not there anymore will try and update that... or anyone can pm me...

I dont really think that Texas is any more corrupt or less corrupt than other states. This issue is based on money and how much pharamaceutical companies are willing to pay to take someone down and who they can manage to pay off to keep litagation going.. If there wasn't a lot of money behind this for someone it would have been a non issue long ago.
Texas on the other had recently changed their vaccination laws to provide choice to families. It wasn't this way when I lived there.

I dont call it a miracle. I call it science.
I read a case years ago about a woman who had severe cancer, tumors everywhere. She was from Nicaragua if I recall right, and very poor. She learned about urine theapy and started using it. She eventually tried intramuscular injections and that speeded her progress. The doctor who was assisting her lost track of her so he doesnt know the ultimate outcome but he was quite impressed. It's the poor persons medicine thats for sure.

I remember a fellow from decades ago. Forget his name, but his nurse still carrys on in Mexico. His was an herbal remedy for cancer that had an 80% cure rate. The FDA haunted him for many years. They wound up in court. After over 200 witnesses testified on his behalf, telling the judge about their CURE, he dismissed the case. The FDA was unrelenting and eventually drove the man from the country. So, even with the legal system on our side the ruthless bastards will still find a way to 'win'.

Thanks for your confirmation Arrowwind. I would add, 'poor' people may have been the first ones to try it, out of necessity since they had no choice. As a result they overcame the mind control propaganda. The rest of us should be grateful that enough of them did, to make that truth more available to the rest of us. There is no question this information is being kept from the public and your local doctor, totally playing on our fears and ignorance for very obvious financial reasons. But I would like to think this is not just for "poor" people, I would like to think this is available for people who are committed to humble themselves to the truth. ie. the search for truth with all one's heart and soul, in my mind would be a humbling experience. if people don't feel that inherent feeling, I would suggest this is an indication that one needs to adjust their perception. The ego blinds us to truth, inflates itself, rationalizes. Truth humbles. The reward can be the difference between supreme health or living with disease, arthritis, viral infection, liver and kidney problems and ultimately death. This really is an internal struggle and test to see how serious you are about living for truth... I know many are failing this 'test'. But that is for each one to look in their own mind and heart.
The irony is that it is not only free, it may very well be the most "priceless" cure. In truth, it is YOUR OWN PERFECT MEDICINE. (Martha Christie's book title)

Probably somebody on the pharma strategy team smartened up.
By continuing to target the guy and it staying in the media time and time again, they were only bringing attention to him.
I agree with Arrowwind, though. Takes big bucks anyhow.
Plus, you have to be willing to undergo chemo therapy before you are allowed to go to Dr Burzynski's "trials". At least that was the rules last I heard. So either way, big pharma still gonna get ya.
Chemo therapy always ultimately kills you because the damage to the heart muscle is (in my lay opinion) irreparable.

In case you miss this, here is the full movie. This is the greatest indictment of the medical industry I've ever seen. The first 5 minutes are gut wrenching.

Hello All, nice posting 'everfan' we must introduce as many people as possible to this dvd.
It's great news that Bursynski has won this battle, but I feel they will still try to restrict his work, some way or other.
Ofcourse in the days of the med-pioneers Royal Rife for example, the b-stards would have just burned down his labs, and then charged him with 'fraud and arson'.
Not so easy for them with so many supporters following the story.
I bought the dvd a couple of years ago, you are quite right about the first 5 mins, but I still can't resist viewing this again from time to time.
Many Thanks, Brenie.
