This does not settle easily with me. Whilst I accept electioneering is as corrupt as any other form of malfeasance, this article almost mocks the intent of Biden walking into the White House.

Instead of winning the public (?) the article describes the need to win over state officials.

This might be normal? What do Americans think of this?

Coincidentally, 2016 is the Jewish holy year celebrating the building of Solomons Temple I believe.
