The reasons for the cover up are technological and psychological. Technology is mainly for weapon based applications, and energy usages by the military and other interested parties.

Not sure, but it better be free. This was a Kickstarter project which got over $50,000 (when Greer/NELP only claimed to need about $43,000). That's not to mention that they promised to release it last month. If they try to charge on top of that, then they are clearly crooks and not worth paying attention to.

I dont know what it costs to make something like this but I would hope that they make enough to push forward their endeavors.
What a lot of these projects do is charge for the first 6 months then let it go on to free networks.

If this documentary presents some real truths, undistorted by lies, then I would agree with you Arrowwind. It just seems like there's a big market for sensational pieces that have no real validity or substance. It's impossible to tell from the trailer whether this is for real or not. I would love to see something undeniably genuine. I would hate for it to just be more fabricated crap that leads to the people responsible making money off of those who believe.
I have no doubt that there is intelligent life in other parts of the universe. I have plenty of doubt, however, when people here claim to know all about them.
And re: FEIBERT, I stopped reading about the time that I came to this;
Let me also explain that the ETs we physically and telepathically contacted are not monsters Roswell type, on the contrary they are very similar to us in appearance and their facial features are very symmetrical giving them an aspect of a fascinating beauty.
Whether or not he's telling the truth, this is precisely why so many people are not ready for extra-terrestrial contact. Are we really that narrow-minded? That intelligent beings that look inhuman or vastly different from us are described as 'monsters'? That is immature at best. It is disappointing and frankly a little bit sickening.
Anyway...that's my rant for today. Carry on...
EDIT: To clarify, when I said 'people here' I meant people on the internet in general, not just on Avalon. I appreciate the various accounts by abductees/contactees, even if I take them each with a grain of salt.

I cant wait to see it! The trailler puts forward alot of interesting ideas! I really hope the movie expands and fully explains things. Its also interesting to see more movies taking a mainstream approach to subtle disclosure (of course this is fair from subtle)

One of those things I wish everyone would take time and watch and learn , I'm talking the sleepers on the entire earth ...enticing people to go down the rabbithole themselves , make up their own minds and question everything they have been told ...

Hi hi hi !
I cant wait to see it either !
I have made a donation so I'm reciving updates and I want to post a quote from the 31 st of october 2012 updates.
SIRIUS: Neverendinglight is scheduled to give us the final product in December. At that point we will work out the best way to make it available to the widest audience with the strongest positive impact. We hope for a February 2013 premiere and then worldwide roll out.
And also from the FAQ on the Kickstarter page:
Where will this film Premiere?
The Red Carpet Premiere will take place in Los Angeles, California. Individuals who donate at the $500 level will receive two tickets to join us for this event, and those who donate $1500 will join Dr. Greer and director Amardeep Kaleka for a dinner and discussion following the show. Travel and expenses are not included for either. While this is the the official Red Carpet Premiere, the film will be also be screened in many cities around the country.
We will have many different strategies for premiering the film in your own area via weblink or screener DVD.

I see nothing about the cost of the movie anywhere !!!

I do not think it was necessary to see JFK's head exploding again. This lack of respect for viewers has made me decide to not support the film. The kind of minds who put needless visual snuff porn in a film, cannot be trusted with my eyes. I am sure there is nothing new, for me, in this film either. It is aimed at another audience who wouldn't even notice JFK getting his head turned into pink mist. Not sure if they would notice a rat eating their brain. They haven't up till now. LOL
If that Feibert guy is at the premier, one had better get to the appetizer table first.

Although I didn't have the same reaction modwiz, you bring up a good point. One would have to question why showcasing such footage is in any way relevant or conducive to making the case for this film. I can't say I see the necessity either.

Thank you Camilo for this post. Many of us have been waiting a long time for this.
I hope it's a full success. Many have bashed Greer. I am a fan but started to doubt him too (but I adore his very 1st book).

I do hope this film is very successful in making the point about the technology being the real make or break part of disclosure. I just recoil from Hollywood type presentation. Greer has been through a lot and he looks like he wants to "get 'er done". All power to him.

I think the fact that they have real footage of the tiny, apparently ET corpse, and the documentary will feature feedback from an expert in the field who examined it personally regarding its DNA, physiology, possible origins, etc. should assure that this film will get a fair amount of attention.
Hopefully enough attention so that the central message, which is that ET presence has been a well kept secret for far too long due to the implications that technology must therefore exist which enables interstellar travel, and that advanced technologies have been usurped by our own secret government ops.
That's a pretty good punch for a small package, and we need more of that.
I think the preview is going to be shown at Sundance, and that should get a fair amount of attention, right there.

If you or anyone you know are in Park City, Utah today, you're invited to a reception being held by Sirius Technology and Research (STAR) between 5pm - 7 pm during the Sundance Film Festival for the screening of the latest trailer of their documentary film, 'Sirius,' by Emmy Award-winning director, Armadeep Kaleka.
Media and attendees can meet with Dr. Steven Greer, the force behind the film and whose work is its inspiration.
The trailer includes totally unprecedented scenes of the scientific examination of a mummified, Barbie Doll-sized humanoid that Greer refers to as a "possible EBE" (extra-terrestrial biological entity), which he says was found in the Atacama Desert, on the west coast of South America.
