This is a very interesting information that concern us all...

http://youtu.be/MZmYcJ0DNBc (3 min. video)

The Aerospace Institute in Stuttgart has
discovered a relatively easy way to show
how drops of water are greatly modified
by the people making the drops and by
the different kinds of flowers placed in
the water, prior to making drops.

The statement that "Water has memory"
practically changes our whole way of looking
at the world. Water flowing down a river
may be picking up information everywhere
it goes - so that water has more information
at the mouth of the river than it does at the
source. The oceans could be less of something
that separate us than a vast storehouse of
information, which binds us together.

In 2004, when Japanese author, Masaru Emoto
released his first of several bestselling books on
this theme, 'The Hidden Messages in Water,' he
was derided as a "peddler of pseudoscience."

Hopefully these new studies may open up a
greater understanding of the interplay between
consciousness and water.

This is all fascinating and I wish it was studied further!

hey,
I did the masaru emoto rice experiment last year and the outcome really was amazing!
If u type in "masaru emoto rice experiment" on you tube, there are many clips to find :-)
and if u remember, that our body is made of approx. 60 % water...
our thoughts are important and our genuine feelings can change the world

If only I could 'remember' to drink more water. ;-))

The concept of matter having memory is one that I do resonate with. This is a nice video - but the experiment-->observations-->conclusions train is off the rails. The contamination of the water drop with foreign chemicals will be different for every person. Every person is surrounded by a cloud of chemicals that is unique to them. They would need to do this experiment in a glove box or something and see what the results are.

So, I would posit that minor impurities could be responsible for the different drops (especially if they have been frozen as it looked like). Occam's razor..

As for the flower being dipped into the water - contamination would be off the charts and of course different for every flower.

Yay this is great news. I became very interested in this concept this year and began making what I call "Liquid Poetry". If interested please see the following for details: http://mysticalchemyarts.com/liquid-poetry.php .
I have a friend who is doing her PHD in Marine Biology and she suggested using the cameras and microscopes from the labs where she does her research to document the before and after of the Liquid Poetry. Unfortunately they won't just let her use the equipment for extracurricular activities, so in order to do it she would have to build it into her research...which could be challenging.

Nice to see this theory gaining wider acceptance.

There is another book, I guess it's title in English would be Alkaline Water, by dr. Chang also shows other interesting aspects of waters memory.... He tried to be very objective with the experiments he made...
