and mine. but more than that, it creates the 'rogue entity' which has access to missiles.
that said..... it could go two ways.... if they are on our side, they could choose NWO targets...
or they could choose civilian targets....
honestly though..... i dont trust anonymous.
i think the mask has something to do with it.
its like something out of eyes wide shut.

not a good idea, I get the impression that although anonymous is smart they lack wisdom, they sound like geeks, very smart in some things, but their politics are ineffective. Immature, they take a very simplistic approach to dealing with real world problems, that always comes out looking like a form of passive aggressive terrorism.
I think they mean well. I like the idea that someone is trying to challenge the powers that be. But I don't think they have all the pieces to create a real power base, that can make a sustainable, practical difference. But I think they can't do this by themselves just my thought... this deserves more articulation, I would like to add more to this but just saying for now...

This is the "CIA faction" of Anonymous, I'd say.
Janet Napolatano is beating the drums, saying a cyber attack is imminent. Here comes our next big false-flag (and I'll bet it gets blamed on Iran, not Anonymous.)

Actually it is kind of funny this makes me think way back to a time when a 'friend' used to keep his keys under his fender, and someone took his car for a joyride, when the cops caught up with him and tried to charge him, he stated that someone else must have driven it. When they tried to say that was preposterous, he mentioned his keys hidden under the fender. LOL
so it seems... "there is nothing new under the sun"
update: yes I see what you guys are getting at... this will drive more funds to throw at their cyber warefare agenda, maybe to hunt down as many hacks with offers of big payouts, while at the same time creating their next big false flag event... this is a weakness of the system, as the most brilliant minds are not going to be products of the public 'fool' system... but will self taught genius' who went on to greater self knowledge/ability in spite of it...

The excuse the governments need to take controll of the internet.
Just when the white house announces that it's next
project will be to restrict or shut down the internet,
all of a sudden Anonymous, magically gets key codes
to american missiles.
This is a bunch of hogwash, just like sandy hook was.

What would I do if I really administered the "nuclear codes", or any other such high value secret passwords or codes?
I'd have in place procedures to routinely change them, and I'd invoke those procedures anytime I suspected a compromise. If some "genuine" Anonymous group announced they had my codes, I'd change the codes and say nothing. Period. End of story.
We will know for certain what's really going on here by watching the government's follow-up. If the officials running the US government justify any action whatsoever based on this or make any substantive response whatsoever regarding this ... then we will know they set up this announcement of the stolen codes with the intention of using it as an excuse.
The holders of real secrets just plain shut up.

In the case of the nuclear launch codes, no one person nor one external group can launch nuclear armed missiles. There is nothing that Anonymous could get from hacking a computer that would give them the ability to launch. Secure communications, between trusted organizations who practice frequently result in orders to multiple individuals, each of whom must invoke certain procedures at the same time, in order to launch.
The implication that Anonymous has sufficient information gained by hacking computers to launch a nuclear tipped missile is B.S.

I'm not sure what movie it was that implanted that meme in my head, or if I read it somewhere, but somehow I have heard the same thing: that these codes are temporary and routinely changed. Saying you have these is about as powerful as saying you have the combination to a vault at Fort Knox, that was a viable combination on November 22, 1963.
That's why this "announcement" is absurd, and even if Anonymous is a handful of prepubescent kids, they would presumably be smart enough to realize that even if they had codes, announcing it would guarantee an immediate change of codes.
Thus, the only real benefit to anyone would be to a blackops group (like a faction of the CIA) who would use it as either a lame excuse to the masses explaining a real missile explosion (false-flag attack), or more likely, to add fuel to the fire for the US government to take complete control of the Internet.
If there even is such a group as Anonymous any more in existence, (that is not playing the Thespian roles of alQaeda for their other job), this "action" and "announcement" has nothing to do with them.
Turn the fear meter up a notch, eh Janet?

The Sandy Hook fiasco, is making people look and think deeper,
beyond the first or second layer.
Let us not forget that they want conflict, and they always try to pin
things on the "other", they need a scape goat.
To me this is smelling like they have allowed these codes to be hacked,
to give them another "other" to use for their agendas.
In which case anon are being used, either that or its more blatant.
The convenient thing about anon, is that not even the members,
know who is at the top of the tree. What if this whole group was
CIA, etc, created with the view of a very specific agenda, a plan
that has been years in the making...
Worth considering.

Yeah, the whole setup for an "OMG Cybersecurity Shutdown/Nuke Attack on Power Stations/Water/Food..!" yadda yadda is being wired. I don't think Napolitano would be alluding to "Or we'll crash this system/kill this puppy unless you pass our draconian cyber control legislation!" unless they've got some kinda false flag retaliation already in place.
These guys don't bluff. Congress knows that.
And how convenient, indeed, that Anonymous can be blamed, because they're hardly in a position to say "It wasn't really us" if they're .... anonymous. :p
The Perfect Screw.
Cheers,

I'm not sure what movie it was that implanted that meme in my head, or if I read it somewhere, but somehow I have heard the same thingI nearly ended up working in the missile silos in Minot, North Dakota, as a launch control officer (or whatever they call them), in the early 1970's. The idea of sitting there, practicing blowing up the world, while some armed guard stood behind me, prepared to blow my brains out if I didn't seem to be doing what I should ... well let's just say I side stepped that "opportunity." But I have (or had at least) a pretty good idea how that part of the world works.

Bit of a 'put up, or shut up' situation here. Don't see why they can't drop a line or two from the information released, let people know if there is anything actually here, and not sure they are really waiting for, or what they are attempting to get out of the US.
If its important information, then it should be made available as soon as possible, no encryption or messing around with it. It was like the Donald Trump saying he had an important message for Obama, which turned out to be nothing that great.

Members of Anonymous are threatening to release secret information they hijacked from several government computer systems to avenge the suicide of Reddit co-founder Aaron Swartz.

I found the transcription of there speach:
----STATEMENT FROM U S S C dot GOV IN RESPONSE TO DEATH OF AARON SWARTZ----
Citizens of the world,
Anonymous has observed for some time now the trajectory of justice in the United States with growing concern. We have marked the departure of this system from the noble ideals in which it was born and enshrined. We have seen the erosion of due process, the dilution of constitutional rights, the usurpation of the rightful authority of courts by the "discretion" of prosecutors. We have seen how the law is wielded less and less to uphold justice, and more and more to exercise control, authority and power in the interests of oppression or personal gain.
We have been watching, and waiting.
Two weeks ago today, a line was crossed. Two weeks ago today, Aaron Swartz was killed. Killed because he faced an impossible choice. Killed because he was forced into playing a game he could not win -- a twisted and distorted perversion of justice -- a game where the only winning move was not to play.
Anonymous immediately convened an emergency council to discuss our response to this tragedy. After much heavy-hearted discussion, the decision was upheld to engage the United States Department of Justice and its associated executive branches in a game of a similar nature, a game in which the only winning move is not to play.
Last year the Federal Bureau of Investigation revelled in porcine glee at its successful infiltration of certain elements of Anonymous. This infiltration was achieved through the use of the same tactics which lead to Aaron Swartz' death. It would not have been possible were it not for the power of federal prosecutors to thoroughly destroy the lives of any hacktivists they apprehend through the very real threat of highly disproportionate sentencing.
As a result of the FBI's infiltration and entrapment tactics, several more of our brethren now face similar disproportionate persecution, the balance of their lives hanging on the severely skewed scales of a broken justice system.
We have felt within our hearts a burning rage in reaction to these events, but we have not allowed ourselves to be drawn into a foolish and premature response. We have bidden our time, operating in the shadows, adapting our tactics and honing our abilities. We have allowed the FBI and its masters in government -- both the puppet and the shadow government that controls it -- to believe they had struck a crippling blow to our infrastructure, that they had demoralized us, paralysed us with paranoia and fear. We have held our tongue and waited.
With Aaron's death we can wait no longer. The time has come to show the United States Department of Justice and its affiliates the true meaning of infiltration. The time has come to give this system a taste of its own medicine. The time has come for them to feel the helplessness and fear that comes with being forced into a game where the odds are stacked against them.
This website was chosen due to the symbolic nature of its purpose -- the federal sentencing guidelines which enable prosecutors to cheat citizens of their constitutionally-guaranteed right to a fair trial, by a jury of their peers -- the federal sentencing guidelines which are in clear violation of the 8th amendment protection against cruel and unusual punishments. This website was also chosen due to the nature of its visitors. It is far from the only government asset we control, and we have exercised such control for quite some time...
There has been a lot fuss recently in the technological media regarding such operations as Red October, the widespread use of vulnerable browsers and the availability of zero-day exploits for these browsers and their plugins. None of this comes of course as any surprise to us, but it is perhaps good that those within the information security industry are making the extent of these threLRTS more widely understood.
Still there is nothing quite as educational as a well-conducted demonstration...
Through this website and various others that will remain unnamed, we have been conducting our own infiltration. We did not restrict ourselves like the FBI to one high-profile compromise. We are far more ambitious, and far more capable. Over the last two weeks we have wound down this operation, removed all traces of leakware from the compromised systems, and taken down the injection apparatus used to detect and exploit vulnerable machines.
We have enough fissile material for multiple warheads. Today we are launching the first of these. Operation Last Resort has begun...
Warhead - U S - D O J - L E A - 2013 . A E E 256 is primed and armed. It has been quietly distributed to numerous mirrors over the last few days and is available for download from this website now. We encourage all Anonymous to syndicate this file as widely as possible.
The contents are various and we won't ruin the speculation by revealing them. Suffice it to say, everyone has secrets, and some things are not meant to be public. At a regular interval commencing today, we will choose one media outlet and supply them with heavily redacted partial contents of the file. Any media outlets wishing to be eligible for this program must include within their reporting a means of secure communications.
We have not taken this action lightly, nor without consideration of the possible consequences. Should we be forced to reveal the trigger-key to this warhead, we understand that there will be collateral damage. We appreciate that many who work within the justice system believe in those principles that it has lost, corrupted, or abandoned, that they do not bear the full responsibility for the damages caused by their occupation.
It is our hope that this warhead need never be detonated.
However, in order for there to be a peaceful resolution to this crisis, certain things need to happen. There must be reform of outdated and poorly-envisioned legislation, written to be so broadly applied as to make a felony crime out of violation of terms of service, creating in effect vast swathes of crimes, and allowing for selective punishment. There must be reform of mandatory minimum sentencing. There must be a return to proportionality of punishment with respect to actual harm caused, and consideration of motive and mens rea. The inalienable right to a presumption of innocence and the recourse to trial and possibility of exoneration must be returned to its sacred status, and not gambled away by pre-trial bargaining in the face of overwhelming sentences, unaffordable justice and dis-favourable odds. Laws must be upheld unselectively, and not used as a weapon of government to make examples of those it deems threatening to its power.
For good reason the statue of lady justice is blindfolded. No more should her innocence be besmirked, her scales tipped, nor her swordhand guided. Furthermore there must be a solemn commitment to freedom of the internet, this last great common space of humanity, and to the common ownership of information to further the common good.
We make this statement do not expect to be negotiated with; we do not desire to be negotiated with. We understand that due to the actions we take we exclude ourselves from the system within which solutions are found. There are others who serve that purpose, people far more respectable than us, people whose voices emerge from the light, and not the shadows. These voices are already making clear the reforms that have been necessary for some time, and are outright required now.
It is these people that the justice system, the government, and law enforcement must engage with. Their voices are already ringing strong with a chorus of determined resolution. We demand only that this chorus is not ignored. We demand the government does not make the mistake of hoping that time will dampen its ringing, that they can ride out this wave of determination, that business as usual can continue after a sufficient period of lip-service and back-patting.
Not this time. This time there will be change, or there will be chaos... <timed to end of launch animation scene, nuclear explosion>

We hereby issue a call out, an invitation to all who have a stake in justice and a better tomorrow. A line has been drawn in the sand. We invite you to take a stand and participate in the ongoing dialogue from which a solution can and must emerge. As you are viewing this message, groups around the planet are forming to collaborate on the work ahead. If you lack organisation, now is the time to organise. If you lack direction, now is the time to seek it. If your voice is unheard, now is the time to join it to other voices, and let their combined volume be impossible to shut out. Only through your complacency, through your inaction, can the power to determine your own future be taken from you. We have been complacent for too long now. The time for inaction is past now and buried.
The time for progress is now!

in my own belief system the internet as we know it will soon come to an end. `Im not going to speak of false flags or such, but i will say that this first does not seem to be authentic, and secondly if some reproach would come upon the enslavers of our society, you better believe that their reaction would be our demise. Only an idiot would threaten those that know the next step before you do. All that we live and breathe for, in a life that has been eloquently surmised by the factions long before our life had meaning or understanding in the eyes of our forefathers, has become an illusion that we have all become entwined. Could be a counter intel op against Anonymous... to deflate their image in the public... it is too romantic and attractive for a lot of young computer hacks... the whole idea of it... just standing up anonymously and giving the PTB the finger... LOL
I agree with Dennis, it is absurd they would announce such a thing... that would make absolutely no sense, they would have just gone in already and hacked something... a lot of what hacks do is based on secrecy and operating below the radar... advertising your moves is not even a good movie plot.
