Dear Avalonians,
I've been thinking about starting this thread for some time now but I never got to it. Finally, around 3 months ago I read a book which I found by chance -we all know what that means- when reading a review at Amazon about another book.

The name of the book is "Busting Loose from the Money Game -Mind blowing strategies for changing the rules of a game you can't win"- by Robert Scheinfeld and I felt intrigued about it after reading the reviews.

When reading it I saw some similarities with A Course in Miracles which I was never able to read completely even though I consider myself a heavy reader but the strategy that Scheinfeld advises is somehow different from what is said to do in ACIM even though is based on the same principles.

Personally, I consider this subject of the most importance because it has everything to do about what is reality, how it's been created, by who, what's our part or role in it, how we perceive it, how we affect it or not, etc. in every single aspect of our lives and why even though we think that all of us live in the same physical reality it's not so…

A few days ago I found these videos which explain everything about the subject including Scheinfeld's book. I know all of you already know about quantum physics, the double slit experiments and so on but if you are interested in the subject, please stick with it to the end, everything is very easily explained, perhaps you would revisit some important points that have been forgotten or just not seen as important as they are in our lives.

The author or creator of the videos whose name I don't remember (and I apologize for it) has a web site and has written a book which I haven't read yet but I will, the links for the book in his web site provide pdf or audio format, he's not selling or charging anything for the information, this is the link:

Many people believe that we create our reality as we move along based on the decisions we make at any given moment but there's a new concept out there on which The Human Game is based and it is that our Higher Self, Extended Self or Infinite I has already written the script and produced the movie, we are just perceivers who relive the movie or exist in this total immersion 3D movie-holographic reality with no saying at all.

Our job would be to feel the feelings and emotions produced by whatever is send to us which go back to our movie director as information but we don't have any free will nor we have any power to change anything.

This concept is based partially on the experiments made on labs where a subject was asked to touch a button while choosing or selecting some descriptions from pictures the subject was seeing. Just as the double slit experiment, nobody new in what order the pictures would be shown which was made through a computer but other computers scanning the subject's brain were showing signals or areas of the brain being lit corresponding to the decision the subject made up to 6 seconds before the subject did the choosing.

What this means is that our brains receive the signal or message of what we are going to do or think 6 seconds before we are even aware of what we do….

This is really intriguing… it can be liberating or it can be extremely disturbing…. are we just the puppets or representatives in this reality of our Higher Self to play The Human Game?

Do we, or do we not have any power in this incredible game?

Good question, and obviously something to ponder. But, I know I have had, (and I'm sure most people have had), those times when we have that gut feeling, or intuition, to do or not do something. On more than a few occasions, I've gone against my intuition and ended up either regretting, or at the very least understanding that I should've followed my instincts. So it seems that at least to some extent we do have choices. I'm left wondering if we become "enlightened" enough, (for lack of a better term), can we radically shift this hologram we're in? Maybe right now we're just too stupid, brainwashed, or in some other way restricted from doing what might be a very natural way of living.

Well, basically the believers (even scientists) in these two different approaches say that if we let our Higher Self to guide us we are better off than trying to do everything by ourselves which I believe too.

What the second group says is not related to intuition or hunches. The Human Game model says that everything that we experience has been already scripted, produced and directed before we got here so we are just experimenting the character in the movie and having the feelings according to whatever is happening, the only free will we have is the kind of feeling we have, they also estate that we don't have much power to change anything.

I really don't believe this is true but it's still an interesting concept.

What the experiments show is that even the movement of our hands or eyes are already determined even before our conscious mind thinks about it, our brain receives the signal or message 6 seconds before. The other person in the experiment who was following the computer's screen knew 6 second before, what image the subject was going to choose.

Right. But that's why I mentioned the intuitive side of things. If my brain knows ahead of time what's going to happen, that would seem to account for intuition. It knows the better course of action. But on many occasions, I've went against my intuition. I made a different choice. To my way of thinking, we do have some ability to choose. But then, we have to remember that time is an illusion too. So that has to play into the equation as well, somehow. I'm just not sure about the 'how or what' part that it plays. So far, I've only had time to watch the first two videos, so I still have a lot to learn here.
