I don't know how much this has bearing on the Peter Schiff's analysis, but I want to take the opportunity to share my experience, having had two phone conversations with him. My mother, who is easily deluded by people who flatter her ego, invested her money in his company, Euro-Pacific Capital. She requested that her funds be invested very, very conservatively, but instead, her assets were placed in hedge funds, the most risky investments short of going to the racetrack. Then, they took very high commission and quickly churned her funds - 10 percent of her assets were gone in less than one year.

When I was made aware of the situation and called to complain, I got to speak to Mr. Schiff himself, then running for Congress in Connecticut. In two conversations totaling about 60 minutes, I got to hear him complain about government regulations, complaining that he had to pay 50% above minimum wage on overtime hours to people who come to work in suits, and other nuisance regulations, which prevented him from defrauding senior citizens of their wealth. Only by repeatedly threatening to report him to FINRA and talking with his compliance officer, was I able to get him to refund 100% of the fees on the monies his firm embezzled.

I have said it many times before ... and apparently have to repeat it until we learn the lesson:

"The financial problems will not be solved with money !"

So all the economic experts can tell all they want about shifting things from left to right and vice versa
but it will only cost extra labor and time while nothing is solved (only reshuffled to look different).

When I hear those financial talking heads about how to secure your 'obtained wealth' I cannot help but
to nod my head. There is no such thing as financial security. The only security money provides is
that you can be certain of corruption, violence, poverty, indifference etc.

Would you be able to sustain yourself when you were put on the moon with your financially secured
wealth (e.g. gold coins)? No, because there is no one else to take it and provide anything to you.
And even if there was someone you would be dependent on him/her. How long will it take before
your alternative money runs out?

Even storing food and water is not going to help you. Maybe it will last for a year but what then?
What you really need is knowledge and experience. And who amongst us is all-round experienced?

So the stored food and water may buy you some time. But you need to get your act together
before your stockpile runs out. You don't have to be able to do everything. You need to gather
people in such a way that you can cover all the areas in order to sustain life.
That by itself is an art not everybody knows how to do.

How many of us are actually doing that? I came to the conclusion that, although the talking heads may be right, it is only
consuming our time and energy. It will get you more and more angry so it will distract you from the real issues.

If you have money to spare now then invest it in tools you need to sustain your life in a self-supporting way.
There is really only one person you can rely on: yourself (I hope).

February 7, 2013 - One of the more unique speeches delivered at this morning's National Prayer Breakfast came from Dr. Benjamin S. Carson, a world-renowned pediatric neurosurgeon at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Taking the stage before President Barack Obama's faith-filled address, Carson spoke for more than 25 minutes, tackling issues ranging from education to personal responsibility. His keynote, while predicated upon the theme of Jesus Christ as his ultimate role model, also took a starkly political tone, advocating against some of the very policies the president has implemented. At the beginning of his speech, Carson shared an intense disdain for political correctness. Without getting too specific on the issue front, he said that Americans should stop being afraid to speak up and defend their beliefs; he also encouraged people to respect the individuals they disagree with. Carson held little back, condemning political correctness as "a horrible thing" that is "dangerous," as it hampers freedom of thought and expression.

"We've reached a point where people are actually afraid to talk about what they want to say, because somebody might be offended," Carson said, noting the example of people refraining from saying "Merry Christmas." "We've got to get over this sensitivity and it keeps people from saying what they really believe." Carson encouraged discussion about societal issues, also pointing out education as an essential conundrum the country needs to confront. He highlighted his own path from poverty to success, sharing very personal details about his parents and early family life and subsequently described the importance of helping students seeking to advance academically through his Carson Scholars Fund.

The speech took an interesting turn when the doctor cautioned that moral decay and fiscal irresponsibility can have dire consequences — even for powerful countries like America. Here, he became even more pointed and impassioned.

"I think particularly about ancient Rome. Very powerful — nobody could even challenge them militarily...they destroyed themselves from within," Carson continued. "Moral decay. Fiscal irresponsibility."

While he said America's issues are dire, he was positive that the nation can fix its ways, as there are bright and innovative people who simply need to come together to address the problems at hand. "And one of our big problems right now...our deficit is a big problem," he said, as Obama watched him intently. "Think about it — and our national debt — $16 and a half trillion dollars." To illustrate just how massive the debt is, Carson told the audience that if they counted one number per second, it would take them 507,000 years to get to the sum total. The doctor said that the massive fiscal blunder is something that the nation must contend with. From there, he moved on to taxation, seemingly taking a stance in direct opposition to Obama's.

"What about our taxation system — so complex there is no one that can possibly comply with every jot and tittle," he noted, going on to call for a simpler (i.e. flat tax) system. "When I pick up my Bible, you know what I see — I see the fairest individual in the universe — God — and he's given us a system. It's called tithe." Carson progressed, seemingly comparing the tithe, at least in principal, to the flat tax system. Rather than continuing to tier taxes owed, he argued that everyone should pay the same proportion and that, through this fairer system, money sent by wealthier Americans for protection abroad should be brought back to America to help build infrastructure and create additional jobs. The doctor also addressed medical care, advocating for health savings accounts and railing against the notion that Americans should be sending money into a large bureaucratic system.

Good job but taxes are hardly the issue these days. I wish he had gotten into the NDAA ruling and the elimination of our constitutional amendments regarding search, seizure and detention. Hmmm. Not sure if I am more confused now ,or less, but I lean strongly towards less confused.
And this time I was able to watch it without the assumption that he was deriding Obama.
As well as keeping my resentments against Fox news types twisting the subject of fiscal responsibility into an attack on the present administration.

I have always viewed the present administration as basically the same government as the one before it and watched it continue the same destructive programs as the one before it.
The last double term administration raised some clear alarms about a lot of issues, and education is a major one. Fiscal irresponsibility by corporations, banks etc, that I think is behind a lot of the overspending and deliberate mispending in government is another.
I fail to see him attack Obama specifically at all in this speech.
I think Obama has a tendency to come off rather wooden at times, and I think it is from a lot of effort to hide his non verbal cues. And I definitely see that. I sense a lot of reaction behind his appearance.

So overall I must say Kudos Dr. Carson.

Birth Certificate? Was a smoke screen, to lead away from the real issue. The constitution, states that in order to be elligable for POTUS, one "must be" a Natural born citizen to be elligable. At the time of birth of the child, both parents must be US citizens, for the child to be elligable for POTUS. Never in his lifetime, was his father a US citizen. End of story. End of questions. Non elligable. Period. Where is the question. there should have been none. Why was he even allowed to run? Because TPTB... said so. Period.

I saw the "pope in drag" mini-poster on Facebook, and it is funny, and I laughed... but the conversation after it devolved quickly into priests and paedophilia. That's when it became apparent that as funny as the poster is, the mistake is the link from crossdressing/drag to gays. If you know any gay men, you probably know that being in drag has nothing to do with sexual preference, and most gay men don't dress in drag. Other than drag shows (which I suspect are almost all gay men), being in drag is usually hetero men.

So gays unfairly get put in the (easy to ridicule) box of crossdressers. Then, because the person being mocked is the Catholic High Priest, and with all the priest-paedophile scandals coming to light, being gay or being a crossdresser gets blended with paedophilia. (Not directly from the poster, but from the ensuing dialogue.)

The pope - as pointed out in the poster - is dressed in drag, and looks silly. Unlike a Monty Python skit, the pope has no idea how silly he looks. (The best line on the poster is "3 foot beaded peaked House of Whoville hat.") The pope, and the Catholic church, deserves ridicule. They have earned it. In addition to the crimes against humanity that the Catholic church has committed, I have no problem with people mocking this silly man and his attendant silly men running around in opulent garb that appears (in Western culture) is certainly feminine.

Some Catholic priests (I don't know what percentage - probably rather small) are paedophiles and deserve far more than mocking for their criminal behavior. I'm no psychologist, but my guess is that paedophile men who prey upon young boys are not really gay, but are rather opportunists taking advantage of vulnerable children - and by Catholic church tradition, that meant boys because only boys served on the alter (up until about the 1960s.)

I'm probably taking this too far - I have a habit of analyzing things to the point of over analyzing. But, I have a number of gay friends/acquaintances and one transgendered woman, and though that is not my world, I do stick up for them. So, I say, mock the pope without mocking gays.

Obama's scars are obvious. He hit his head on the ceiling. He jumped for joy when the drone bomber that he ordered to kill a dozen innocent people circled around and killed another dozen people trying to assist the injured.

What I am pretty sure of is that Obama has a scar above his right ear, going up the side.

What this clothing really represents is an ancient connection to wealth, power and rule and some of it is covered with loaded symbols. This is what the aristocricy wore in the old days when the commoners were in rags and such, almost routinelythey wore such riches. This is a semi serious thread, Obama is an enigma and Ion said he was

I've seen this type of speculation about BO before, that there are at least 2 Obama's. Early in his presidency there were pictures of a Obama with darker complection and noticibly darker lips. Several people had made comments about the differences. Maybe they had to do surgery on one to make them look more alike.

Birth Certificate? Was a smoke screen, to lead away from the real issue. The constitution, states that in order to be elligable for POTUS, one "must be" a Natural born citizen to be elligable. At the time of birth of the child, both parents must be US citizens, for the child to be elligable for POTUS. Never in his lifetime, was his father a US citizen. End of story. End of questions. Non elligable. Period. Where is the question. there should have been none. Why was he even allowed to run? Because TPTB... said so. Period.

From everything thing I have read and researched I do not believe that president Obama was actually born in the United States. As a matter of fact there was a video that aired at least once on CNN of an elderly woman saying she was Obama's paternal grandmother and that she was in the hospital when he was born "in Kenya". That video was never shown again and it has vanished off the face of the earth. I am glad I was not the only person to have seen it otherwise I would have doubted myself.

As a point of clarification...........only one parent has to be an American Citizen for the child to become the President but that child must be born in the United States or a recognized US property or possession such as, US Virgin Islands, an overseas military base hospital, an embassy approved hospital. There are few exceptions to this "law".

New Book Out on Tuesday "Benghazi: The Definitive Report", Targets John Brennan and Obama

According to articles in the New York Post and the MailOnline, a book scheduled to be released on Tuesday, Feb. 12, entitled Benghazi: The Definitive Report, identifies John Brennan as the person responsible for the terrorist attack on the U.S. mission in Benghazi. The authors of the book are Brandon Webb, a former Navy SEAL, and Jack Murphy, a former Green Beret. Brandon Webb is the best friend of Glen Doherty, one of the two former Navy SEALs who were killed at the CIA annex in Benghazi on Sept. 11.

According to the authors, Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans were killed because of a secret war run with Obama's approval by John Brennan in which American hit squads took out leaders of al Qaeda militias, which then retaliated in Benghazi.

At least in the advance coverage provided by these two articles, Webb and Murphy do not mention the drone assassination of Abu Yahah al-Libi (aka Hasan Qayid) in Pakistan in June 2012 authorized and carried out by Obama and Brennan. Al Libi, the second in command of Core al-Qaeda, was the younger brother of a leading member of the al-Qaeda allied Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG), Abd al-Wahab al-Qayid, now a leading figure in the Libyan Interior Ministry. Nor do the articles indicate whether or not Webb and Murphy identify the LIFG as implicated in the terrorist attack on the U.S. mission, but the advance reporting of the contents of their book coheres with what LPAC has previously reported.

According to the New York Post account: "The fall of Moammar Khadafy presented a tricky situation for us: Khadafy, though a despot to his own people, had nevertheless been cooperating with the U.S., which among other favors was granted the right to use Libyan territory for CIA black sites. Moreover, the opposition to Khadafy wasn't exactly led by a gang of Libyan George Washingtons. Many of the rebel leaders were sharia-loving members of al Qaeda who had come from jihadist strongholds in the cities of Derna and Benghazi, which are so tied up in Islamist fundamentalism that they were major exporters of guerilla warriors who fought the U.S. in Iraq.

"Obama gave his chief counterterrorism advisor, John Brennan, a blank check. Brennan could do just about whatever he needed to do in North Africa and the Mideast. Brennan chose to conduct a dangerous classified war without looping in Stevens, who paid with his life for his ignorance, according to the book.

"In the middle of last summer, say Murphy and Webb, troops operating clandestinely under the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) began infiltrating Libya. Murphy and Webb go on to make a shocking charge: The nature of these operations remains highly classified. They were never intended to be known to anyone outside a very small circle in the Special Operations community and within Obama's National Security Council. Ambassador Stevens, the CIA chief of station in Tripoli and then-director of the CIA, Gen. [David] Petraeus, had little if any knowledge about these JSOC missions.

"With the tacit backing of a minimally involved Obama, Brennan conducted paramilitary operations that were off the books in the sense that they were not coordinated through the Pentagon or other governmental agencies, including the CIA, contend Murphy and Webb.

"Brennan's hit squads were assigned to take out individual al Qaeda chiefs within Libya without drawing too much attention to themselves. The Benghazi attack was blowback from these covert operations, say Murphy and Webb. Stevens and the others were pawns in a mini-war they didn't even know was happening.

"Stevens was unaware of the extent to which Brennan's secret campaign had stirred up the al Qaeda militias, the book alleges. The defenses at the consulate (actually a temporary mission facility, the authors point out, meaning it wasn't meant to be a permanent diplomatic home) were light, considering the long string of violent incidents that had taken place in the area that year.

"So, who is to blame for Benghazi? The authors are withering on the subject of John Brennan, our likely next CIA director. The overrunning of the consulate and the killing of the two [Navy SEALs] must have come as a shock to then-CIA chief David Petraeus, Murphy and Webb say. Petraeus had been cut out of the loop as Brennan passed up to Director of Central Intelligence James Clapper the bare minimum of information needed to keep these secret missions legal.

A few Excerpts from the book, which appear in the MailOnline:

"[Deputy National Security Advisor] John Brennan also ran a highly compartmentalized program out of the White House in regard to weapons transfers, and Stevens would not have been trusted with that type of information. Stevens likely helped consolidate as many weapons as possible after the war to safeguard them, at which point Brennan exported them overseas to start another conflict.

"During the rebellion against Gaddafi and in the aftermath of his death, Libya and North Africa became a staging ground for a dizzying array of operations by SpecOps, paramilitary forces, and international private military contractors working for everyone from European nations to multibillion-dollar oil corporations.

"What we do know is that the British Special Air Service (SAS) landed in Libya at some point probably the secretive intelligence gathering component of the SAS called 'The Increment,' which works alongside MI-6.

"Elite counter-terrorist operators from America's Delta Force were deployed to Libya as 'analysts,' which allowed President Obama to declare that America did not have any boots on the ground but was simply providing air support for the rebels. The reality was that Delta Force had a small contingent instructing the rebels in the finer points of weapons and tactics.

"Behind closed doors, President Obama had given his counterterrorism adviser, John Brennan, carte blanche to run operations in North Africa and the Middle East, provided he didn't do anything that ended up becoming an exposé in The New York Times and embarrassing the administration. In 2012, a secret war across North Africa was well underway.

"With JSOC (Joint Special Operations Command), Brennan waged his own unilateral operations in North Africa outside of the traditional command structure. These Direct Action (DA) operations, unlike the traditional ISR missions mentioned above, were 'off the books' in the sense that they were not coordinated through the Pentagon or other governmental agencies, including the CIA. With Obama more than likely providing a rubber stamp, the chain of command went from Brennan to McRaven, who would then mobilize the men of ISA (Intelligence Support Activity), SEAL Team Six, or Delta Force to conduct these missions.

"With a small element launching from an airfield in a European nation, JSOC operations targeted Al Qaeda personalities within Libyan militia organizations. In the weeks before the Benghazi tragedy, they most likely hit a known associate of Al-Suri in order to get him to up periscope and increase his visibility, which would then make it possible for JSOC to run a targeted operation to kill or capture him."

Note: Abu Musab Al-Suri was captured in Pakistan in November 2005, handed over to the CIA and rendered to Syria, where he was in jail in Aleppo for 6 years prior to reportedly being released by Syria

President Barack Obama urges action on gun violence in his State of Union address

PRESIDENT Barack Obama has outlined his vision for second term with a focus on cutting gun violence in his State of the Union address.

Obama, in urging congress to act, also referenced the December 14 shooting at the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut that claimed the lives of 20 young schoolchildren and six adults.


"It has been two months since Newtown and I know its not the first time this country has debated how to reduce gun violence, but this time it's different," he said.

"Police chiefs are asking our help to get weapons of war and massive ammunition magazines off our streets, because they are tired of being outgunned,'' he said.

"If you want to vote no, that's your choice," Obama told lawmakers.

"Each of these proposals deserves a vote in Congress,'' Obama said. "Because in the two months since Newtown, more than a thousand birthdays, graduations and anniversaries have been stolen from our lives by a bullet from a gun.''

The president made his plea to a chamber filled not only with lawmakers and government officials but also gun violence victims and relatives - including the parents of Chicago shooting victim Hadiya Pendleton, who performed at Obama's inaugural parade just days before she was gunned down.


"Just three weeks ago, she was here, in Washington, with her classmates, performing for her country at my inauguration,'' Obama said in paying tribute to the 15-year-old.
"And a week later, she was shot and killed in a Chicago park after school, just a mile (1.6 kilometers) away from my house.''

Also in the crowd was Gabrielle Giffords, who was shot in the head at a mass shooting two years ago in her Arizona district.

Obama said an overwhelming majority of Americans had united around "common sense reforms'' such as background checks for gun purchases and noted that senators from both parties were working together on new laws to prevent anyone from buying guns for resale to criminals.

President Obama has staked his second term political capital on an ambitious bid to strengthen America at home by reigniting its economic engine, cutting gun murders and fixing immigration.

In his fourth State of the Union address, Obama:

• Vowed executive action unless congress acts on climate change

• Called for immigration reform 'in months'

• Said shooting victims "deserve" vote on gun control

• Sequestered budget cuts "a really bad idea"

• Promised to launch three manufacturing hubs and create 15 more to spur manufacturing

• Called for continued spending on science and innovation, and boost for education.

• By the end of 2014, US "war in Afghanistan will be over"

• Told Iran "now is the time for a diplomatic solution"

• Promised to help allies meet evolving al-Qaeda threat

• US to launch talks with European Union on free trade area

• Vowed "firm" action against North Korea "provocations"

• Vowed to work with Russia to reduce nuclear arsenals

Focusing his State of the Union address squarely on domestic priorities, Obama referred only in passing to churning foreign policy crises, including North Korea's new nuclear test and Iran's unsolved nuclear brinkmanship.

He grasped for a note of optimism after years of frustration at a stop-start economic recovery, and praised Americans for steadfastness in rebounding from the financial earthquake rumbling when he took office four years ago.


"Together, we have cleared away the rubble of crisis, and can say with renewed confidence that the state of our union is stronger,"Obama said, in a speech punctuated by raucous cheers in the House of Representatives.

The address was Obama's best chance to speak directly to Americans to sell plans endorsed by voters in November, and to stave off the domestic lame duck status that eventually constrains all second term presidents.

Divided Washington must fix its gaping budget deficit, Obama said, and described billions of dollars in automatic spending cuts due to crash into the economy on March 1 as "a really bad idea.''


"A growing economy that creates good, middle-class jobs - that must be the North Star that guides our efforts,"Obama said, seeking to turn promises of a more equitable economy made in his election campaign into political reality.


"It is our generation's task, then, to reignite the true engine of America's economic growth - a rising, thriving middle class.''

Obama believes that restoring America's strength means pulling back from bloody and costly engagements abroad. So he announced the return of 34,000 of the 66,000 US troops remaining in Afghanistan by next February, ahead of a full withdrawal in 2014.


"This drawdown will continue. And by the end of next year, our war in Afghanistan will be over,"he said.

In a brief diversion abroad, Obama said North Korea's nuclear test Tuesday would only isolate the Stalinist state further, in neutral language perhaps penned to deprive Pyongyang of the attention it seeks.

Obama said the "leaders of Iran must recognize that now is the time for a diplomatic solution"to the nuclear showdown, ahead of new talks between Tehran and world powers this month.


Arguing Al-Qaeda was a "shadow"of its former self, Obama pledged to help nations like Yemen, Libya, and Somalia provide for their own security, and help allies like France fighting extremists in Mali.

Breaking new ground, Obama announced the start of formal talks between the United States and Europe on a trans-Atlantic trade pact and previewed a new plan to thwart cyber attacks on US infrastructure.

Despite criticism he has ignored the slaughter of nearly 70,000 people in Syria, Obama vowed to keep up pressure on Bashar al-Assad's regime and said he would stand firm in defense of Israel, which he will visit next month.

He tried to shame Congress into action on climate change.

"We can choose to believe in the overwhelming judgment of science - and act before it's too late,"Obama said.

In line with a long-time policy goal, Obama said former Cold War foes Russia and the United States should join to further reduce nuclear arsenals.

But his speech was notably lacking the soaring claims to world leadership and ambitious foreign policy goals seen at the start of Obama's first term.

Domestically, Obama said he wanted a bill to reform the broken immigration system to give illegal immigrants a path to citizenship within months.

Another update:

The supreme court has heard the case against obama
and they will make a ruling on it this coming tuesday.

After reading her web page, it looks like she has more
going on, than just getting obama out of office.

She is asking for everyones help because she can't
do it all. What she is asking for is for american to
start protesting at their state capitals. She has the

People also need to do research to find out if their

We all know that most of our congressmen, senators
and judges are corrupt and we need to get them out
of office.

Once you find out that your reps and judges are corrupt,
they can be recalled and start removing them from their
offices.

Start having town hall meetings, if that is what it takes and
start talking to your town folks about the corruptness in the
government and get them behind you.

We can't go at the government head on, but we can start
dismantling from the outside, by removing all the corrupt
congressmen, senators and judges, at the state level.

I think this is a far better solution to our problems than
going after them with guns in hand.

Einstein was right. For every action, there really is an opposite and equal reaction. The problem is we often don't see the reaction immediately, and wrongly assume the delay means there must not be any reaction. Such is the case with Orly Taitz and other members of the so-called birther movement who are challenging Barack Obama's eligibility to be President. Several challenges have questioned his eligibility because one of his parents was not a U.S. citizen. According to these folks, he is not a natural-born citizen, and therefore cannot be President of the United States.

The good news is they might have a point. The bad news is that if they push it, the Court is likely to find the language requiring a president be a "natural-born" citizen is discriminatory on its face. If so, there would be nothing stopping George Soros from becoming President of the United States.

So far, all of the appeals challenging Barack Obama's citizenship have been dismissed, but what if the Court decided to hear one? Conservatives should remember that the "conservative" Justices have let us down before. We were stunned that the Chief Justice himself agreed that Obamacare was constitutional. Why are we all so sure that we won't again be blindsided on an important issue?

The Nation's top legal scholars have pointed out how the Court could easily find that the Natural-born Citizen Clause violates a naturalized citizen's rights under the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment and the Due Process Clause of the Fifth Amendment. Simply put, American citizens must be treated the same. If the government is going to deprive a citizen life, liberty or property, that person is entitled to the due process of law.

Since the Court has interpreted the right to liberty as a right to exercise constitutionally protected rights, in order to justify taking those rights from only one class of citizens, the government must meet a difficult bar--strict scrutiny. The Government, not the plaintiff must show that the deprivation is needed for a compelling reason. It's a hard test, and rarely do discriminatory laws survive. As it stands now, only "natural-born" American citizens are at liberty to run for president. The liberty of other classes of American citizens are thereby limited.

So, let's say that Orly Taitz and crew are in fact 100% correct, and President Obama is not a natural-born citizen. Then what? Well, he's already in office. The President's lawyers would immediately argue that the requirement is 1) unconstitutional and 2) there is no compelling reason to require it. After all, a non-natural-born citizen has been in office for nearly five years, and the world didn't end. Proving, Obama's supporters will argue, that there is no compelling need to discriminate between the two classes of citizens.

It's a compelling argument, even if you disagree. But do we want to have this fight knowing we could lose? Because if conservatives lose that argument, it wouldn't take much for George Soros to become a naturalized citizen and buy himself a country...our country. Imagine how much he would relish the knowledge that it was a conservative's group challenge that put him in power? Something to think about.

An order by the Supreme Court shows a notation after case 12A712 applications denied, which appear to relate to case 12A606, however evidence shows that the case was not heard at all as 5 out of 9 Justices never even got a packet with pleadings. There are 7 other cases that are proceeding in other courts.


While a part of those cases might be considered moot, such as stays of certifications, the bulk of the cases is not moot, such as Declaratory Relief and RICO (racketeering) cases. Overwhelming and never refuted evidence shows Barack Obama using a Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425, which was never assigned to him according to E-Verify and SSNVS. Sworn affidavit of Chief investigator of special Investigations unit of the U.S. Coast Guard shows Obama using a forged Selective Service Certificate and multiple experts showed the alleged copy of Obama’s birth certificate to be a forgery. In a case in MS, which included the RICO charges, Obama’s personal attorneys submitted a new copy of the birth certificate, which according to experts represents a forgery of a forgery, which was made to minimize the white halo effect around the letters. This white halo effect created by computer manipulation made the initial forgery released on April 27, 2011 a complete joke.



For four and a half years now in spite of multiple legal actions, not one single judge or jury ever saw an original 1961 birth certificate for Obama, original selective service certificate or original SS-5 application for the Social Security number 042-68-4425, which Obama claims to be assigned to him.


Due to lack of any original documents and a mountain of evidence showing the alleged copies to be crude forgeries, it is safe to assume ”original documents” never existed.


Please, keep in mind: if a criminal and his accomplices in high places could steal the U.S. Presidency, the White House, they can steal your house, they can steal anything.


Current policies and proposals by Obama devalued the U.S. dollar by incurring 6.5 trillion debt in 4 years, this devalues the savings of every American. I listened to the Howard Stern interview last night and I was very impressed with Alex Jones'. Stern, though being his normal self was pretty good too in giving him 1 hour and 22 mins and listened quite intently to what Jones had to say. Id agree wtih you Jacko, that I found it hard to believe Jones is disinfo after that performance.

Jones night go off the rails at times, but I thought he stood up well with the integrity we were hoping that might exist within him for the good of what we stand for in Avalon.

Washington Post reporter Bob Woodward's ongoing war of word with President Barack Obama's White House escalated on Wednesday when Woodward took to the set of MSNBC's Morning Joe to slam the president's handling of the sequester fight. Woodward said that the president has displayed a "kind of madness" in his decision to make those cuts as painful and deleterious to the nation's war fighting capability as possible. Host Joe Scarborough began the interview by asking for a recap of the fight between Woodward and the administration regarding who proposed the sequester first. Woodward informed Scarborough that the White House has conceded that he was originally right and that the idea for sequester came from the Obama administration.

He then turned to the sequester: "I think peoples' heads are about to explode about all of this, you know, what the hell is going on here," Woodward said. "I'm not sure the White House understands exactly what happened in all of these negotiation at the end of 2011 with the sequester and the super committee, because they were really on the sidelines."

Woodward slammed Obama's decision to announce that sequester cuts would force an American aircraft carrier to not deploy to the Persian Gulf.

"Can you imagine Ronald Reagan sitting there and saying 'Oh, by the way, I can't do this because of some budget document'?" Woodward asked incredulously. "Or George W. Bush saying, 'You know, I'm not going to invade Iraq because I can't get the aircraft carriers I need.' Or even Bill Clinton saying, 'You know, I'm not going to attack Saddam Hussein's intelligence headquarters,' as he did when Clinton was president because of some budget document?"

"Under the Constitution, the president is commander-in-chief and employs the force. And so we now have the president going out because of this piece of paper and this agreement, I can't do what I need to do to protect the country," Woodward concluded. "That's a kind of madness that I haven't seen in a long time."

Tavis and Cornell have received a lot of blow-back in the black community for their stance against Obama. But they have been right, exposing his cooptation by the PTB. This brings up a favorite point of mine which is to point out the fallacy of deifying a public figure such as Hitler, Bush , Obama etc, and try to make people react as if there is one person responsible for a giant machine such as wars, the economy etc.

Im still not sure at this. In one of his latest speeches at the end he said we should look forward to a "New World". Could he mean New World Order or maybe a "New World" wouldnt be that bad if done right. 25 years old, and that Obama's father was born in " Kenya , East Africa ". This wouldn't seem like anything of concern, except the fact that Kenya did not even exist until 1963, two whole years after Obama's birth, and 27 years after his father's birth. How could Obama's father have been born in a country that did not yet exist? Up and until Kenya was formed in 1963, it was known as the "British East Africa Protectorate".

Its a reasonable assumption to make that the Birth Cert was fake - it was also a pretty bad photoshop job if I recall, but given that is the case it cannot be used to make any statement of Obama nationality - one way or the other. All that has been proven is that the birth cert is fake.

I caught this too and I have to admit it does peak my interest basically because a bi-partisan congressional committee is behind the indictments. The problem lies in the fact that there's no enforcement and this is a continual reoccurring problem. In many ways, Congress has been rendered obsolete via executive orders.

Most congressmen "appear" to have no understanding of the legal system they're functioning under. What's even more funny is a good majority of them are attorneys, lmao. They practice color-of-law and yet you will see some of them bring attention to issues that would be supported under common law. So these Harvard/Yale guys or wherever they get their indoctrination from, are either not too bright or they know exactly what they're doing by creating situations that give "the appearance" from a public's standpoint of view, that they have the people's best interest in mind.

I would have to see who the people are behind the indictments, i.e. educational backgrounds, how they vote in Congress etc...before drawing my own conclusions, but I don't hold out much hope. The closure of the Guantanamo Bay detention centre was a top priority for Barack
Obama during his first term as the US president, but since he began his second
term, Obama has barely spoken of Guantanamo.

The prison in Cuba was also left largely out of the public discourse in the United
States. But a now three-month-long hunger strike by more than 100 detainees has
changed that.As the strike by detainees protesting their indefinite detention
continues, the Pentagon has cleared the force feeding of 20 detainees, a move
supported by Obama.But the American Medical Association, the largest association
of US physicians, has sent a letter to Chuck Hagel, US secretary of defense,
protesting against the force feedings, saying they violate medical ethics.

"We urge you to ensure that this matter receives prompt and thorough attention to
address any situation in which a physician may be asked to violate the ethical
standards of his or her profession," read the AMA letter.But one Pentagon
spokesman told Carol Rosenberg, Miami Herald reporter, that it is "un-American" to
let a detainee starve and that it "violates the very code of civilised peoples
everywhere".

So, has the strike finally tipped the scales so that it is finally time for justice to be
done?

than 100 people unsustainable, but defended the ongoing force-feeding of those on
a three-month hunger strike to win their freedom. Attorneys representing
Guantánamo prisoners have welcomed Obama's closure pledge but have urged him
to take immediate action, including the immediate release of 86 people already
cleared for transfer and lifting his self-imposed moratorium on repatriating Yemeni
nationals.

May 13, 2013 - Jon Stewart mercilessly tore into the Obama administration tonight over the revelation that the Internal Revenue Service specifically targeted Tea Party groups for scrutiny. Stewart slammed the government's lack of "managerial competence" and said that thanks to this scandal, conspiracy theorists how have a level of vindication they've never had before. After briefly responding to Bill O'Reilly going after him, Stewart mockingly opined that there is no possible justification for all the wild claims conservatives have made about government overreach, only to be caught up with the IRS scandal. Stewart said the whole tax-exempt status thing is "bull****," but it's bull**** that should be granted equally.

Stewart slammed the IRS director who not only thought an apology was good enough for an IRS-related matter, but admitted she's not good at math. Stewart snarkily replied, "That's a good one, lady who works at the place that calculate people's taxes!"

Stewart explained exactly why this scandal has changed the dynamic between the White House and its conservative opponents.

"Well, congratulations, President Barack Obama, Conspiracy theorists who generally can survive in anaerobic environments have just had an algae bloom dropped on their ****ing heads, thus removing the last arrow in your pro-governance quiver: skepticism about your opponents."
Stewart argued that this scandal has now "shifted the burden of proof from the tin foil-behatted to the government," saying that the government lacks any real "managerial competence" when it wants to do good, but when it wants to flex some malevolent muscles, "you're f***ing Iron Man!"

Why Obama Will Survive the Equivalent of Five “Watergate Scandals”

Mark Twain once talked about history not necessarily repeating, but he noted that history sure does rhyme.

Richard Nixon was unable to survive one direct hit upon his administration, namely, the Watergate scandal. Conversely, Obama is facing five scandals which dwarf Watergate in terms of criminality, abuse of power, malfeasance of office and outright treason.

The damage inflicted upon the American people by the criminal syndicate occupying the White House is unparalleled in American history. Yet, Obama is going to survive and this article will describe how Obama is this century’s version of the famous escape artist, Houdini.

The Alternative Media Is Doing Its Job
In Part One of this series, I detailed how various researchers have determined that it only takes 10% of the population to passionately hold to an ideal for the ideal to reach critical mass and go viral. I also described how the knowledge that this country is being run by a criminal syndicate is taking hold and we have likely passed the 10% threshold as evidenced by the fact that America is outraged by (1) Benghazi-Gate; (2) IRS-Gate; (3) AP Spy-Gate; (4) Whistleblower-Gate; and even (5) Fast and Furious is beginning to make a second pass. The alternative media is being so effective that it is forcing the MSM to jump off Obama’s ship and claim they do not support him any longer (e.g. MSNBC Chris Mathews).

The Calm Before the Storm
Even the great fence-sitter, Glenn Beck, is beginning to throw words around like “impeachment” in reference to Obama. And this is coming from a man who cannot decide if he is in the MSM or the alternative media. Remember, according to Beck, 9/11 is exactly as the Bush administration claims it was, an al-Qaeda venture. This is the same al-Qaeda that we are allegedly fighting in Afghanistan while supporting in Syria in our effort to oust Assad.

Regardless of the pedigree of many reporters who are now hinting at the fact that we are witnessing the last days of the Obama administration, the President himself seems unbelievably calm.

Obama is calm because he knows that he is going to survive the largest onslaught of simultaneous scandal exposures in our country’s history. There has never been a time in our history in which a sitting president has been besieged with this much exposed fodder aimed at his removal. If Watergate forced Nixon to resign, Obama should have been crushed by the comparative weight of his scandals and he should have already exited the White House. Why hasn’t this happened?

Sacrificial Lambs Buy Time
It is not likely that the Mafioso inhabitant presently residing in the White House will ever leave office prematurely. In fact, I think it is likely that Obama may not leave the Oval Office in 2016 as well.

If this were 1974, I would be advising Obama to pack his bags and I would also be advising him that he should be begging Joe Biden to grant him a pardon for his criminal acts including the facilitation of the murder of Ambassador Stevens. Make no mistake about it, Obama will survive these crises. However, Holder and possibly even DHS director, Janet Napolitano, may not.

Undoubtedly, Obama will offer up the head of Eric Holder as a sacrificial lamb and he will be gone by Labor day, if not much sooner, and this will buy Obama time to enact his endgame strategies which will negate the five Watergate wolves trying to break through his door.

Holder’s departure will bring celebrations in the alternative media and their followers will be dancing in the streets. We will also smell blood and want more removals. But the head of the president will never be touched despite the fact that all of us will soon be screaming for Obama’s scalp. It will just never happen.

What a great post! As to Eric Holder being thrown to the wolves - I have posted before that the U. S. Attorney here in New Jersey, Paul Fishman, has been in Washington, D.C. frequently, in talks with his friend, Holder. The rumors started last year that he is high on the short list to replace him. I happen to thing this sudden onslaught of "gates" (Benghazi, IRS, Associated Press, et. al.) is itself a distraction. While I am no defender of Barry O. and yes, the charges of these crimes are quite valid, one has to ask, "Why Now? Why do so many scandals all at once?" I think most of us at Avalon believe that there is a powerful, secretive Cabal out there, that controls government and the media. They can decide to bury this information or they can make it front page news every day for a year, and right now, they are opting for that later, allowing the press to take Obama down. Here are a few speculative reasons as to why:

(1) Obama is not towing the line, not carrying out the will of the Cabal. Perhaps he is too dovish on Syria & Iraq, not doing enough for criminal corporations, not trashing the Bill of Rights as quickly as they would like, not helping to extort enough of our national wealth for the Black Budget. Hard to really know what is happening behind the scenes - Obama might seem like bad news to us, but may not be rotten enough for them.
(2) We need a distraction. U.S. citizens are too focused on issues that threaten the corporatocracy: stopping the bankers, stopping the war machine, stopping Monsanto, preserving our rights and privacy. Let us now focus on these issues that don't threaten the progress of the Globalists to take everything over.
(3) We need to be divided back into left and right again, so we go after each others jugulars, and not the real criminals. The evidence in the news media to prove criminality we be exactly enough so that one third of the country is absolutely convinced of Obama's guilt and complicity, and one third that there is nothing to the story and that this is just a right wing smear. Those of us who look at details and demand more evidence will be drowned out in the roar of anger going back and forth between the left and right. Meanwhile, LIBOR criminals will go prosecuted, the "War on Terror" will go full speed ahead, and Monsanto will have your backyard organic garden made illegal.

We DO need to look into this criminal actions of the Obama Administration, but we also need to not let ourselves get distracted. Impeaching and/or removing Obama from office is not going to solve our problems.
