Barack Obama Was High on Cocaine During “The Missing Hours” of the Benghazi Attack Last September

Yesterday, Rich Lowry at Politico wrote about “The Mystery Night” on September 11th, 2012 when the current US President disappeared for many hours and was seemingly unavailable…despite the fact that the first US Ambassador in 30 years had been murdered in the line of duty. Lowry wonders where Barack Obama disappeared to that fateful night…and why White House aide Dan Pfeiffer insists it’s “irrelevant” where Obama was in those missing hours.
If you’ve ever known anyone who is a drug addict, you’d see it’s obvious that Barack Obama was high on cocaine the night of Benghazi; it is the only logical explanation for his disappearance and the White House’s refusal to comment on what he was doing at the time. Since this was a night of great crisis for our country, the only logical reason that the White House won’t explain where the president was is if this man was high as a kite on illegal narcotics at the time.
Lowry did a great job in his article fleshing out the last time Obama was seen on September 11th of last year…and then noting when he reappeared again the next day, briefly, before jetting off to fabulous Las Vegas for a fun-and-games fundraiser event he had scheduled there (where, it also should be noted, not only Chippendales but also Thunder From Down Under male revues are regularly held…which certainly establishes the appeal of heading to Las Vegas instead of managing a national crisis back in Washington for this particular president).
According to Lowry’s timeline:
* Obama appeared sober on 9/11/12 at 5pm EST when he met with Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Martin Dempsey. I have never been able to shake the feeling that Barack Obama was woefully disappointed when he learned that Gen. Dempsey has nothing to do with either marijuana or penises in his capacity as the Chairman of the “Joint” Chiefs of “Staff”. But, I presume he would not have done cocaine before meeting with these two military men. Obama appears to have been still functional and ambulatory at 5pm that day.
* Lowry says that Obama learned of the death of US Ambassador Chris Stevens at this meeting…before Obama disappeared for many hours. These are the mystery “missing hours” that the White House refuses to talk about.
* Obama next emerged from cloister at 10pm EST 9/11/12 when he spoke with Hillary Clinton; it’s not stated if this was in person or if it was on the phone, but it sure feels like Obama was out of his mind on drugs when this happened. Clinton would never bust him on this (because she can never say a bad word about this man if she wants to secure the black vote in 2016), but even people on a late-80s-Wall-Street-grade binge of cocaine can talk on the phone for a few minutes. I’m sure when Obama was speaking to her that he imagined she’d morphed into some sort of dragon or a Hydra from Greek Mythology…because she probably read him the riot act over being on drugs when the Benghazi debacle was happening.
* Obama then went missing until the next morning. No doubt, he was still having nightmare flashbacks of Hillary Clinton screaming at him.
* Lowry then says Obama was next spotted at 1035am EST on 9/12/12 when he pretended the Benghazi attack was about some YouTube video…and then he disappeared again until he boarded his plane for fabulous Las Vegas at 220pm EST later that day.
After reading Lowry’s article, my good friend Justine in California emailed me to ask whether I thought Obama was having sex with Reggie Love during the “missing hours” and if that’s where he was. Justine was an actress and model in Los Angeles back in the late-1970s and ran in the same circles as friends of closeted gay men like Rock Hudson…so her first instinct with Obama and Benghazi is that he and Reggie Love were getting at it and Obama didn’t want to be disturbed.
I think Obama doing cocaine is a much better explanation for his missing hours, simply because at his age and with all the men he’s been with it’s not like he couldn’t just stop romancing Reggie for a little bit…and then get back to it when they were in Vegas. I know the stereotype of gay guys is that we’re all sex-crazed and can’t control ourselves, but even the biggest gay sexual glutton in the world can pull himself away from a hot guy long enough to take care of something important (if need be). It’s not like this would have been the first time that Barack Obama was having gay sex…so surely he could have pushed “pause” to be president for a while (before getting back to whatever he was up to when the crisis was over).
However, once you take drugs you are pretty much on another astral plane for however long it takes for the drugs to leave your system. I’ve sadly watched a lot of incredible people in the nightlife scene ruin their lives with cocaine over the years, and once these people got high they stayed high until the drugs metabolized enough for them to function. In fact, a few years ago I dated a day trader here in Chicago who (unbeknownst to me at first) would use cocaine in the evening when he came home from work…and he’d process the drugs in his system enough to be back at his office early the next morning. Unless you really knew what to look for, this guy seemed totally normal in the morning…but he could not function or be responsible for anything overnight while the drugs were racing through his system.
The timeline Lowry fleshed out perfectly fits a scenario where Barack Obama retired to his private quarters (perhaps with Reggie Love…or maybe one of the other low-ranking young men who are forever suspiciously palling around with this president, unlike any president before him) sometime around 6pm EST or so on 9/11/12. He then seems to have taken drugs (which I believe most likely involved cocaine). Hillary Clinton either showed up to kill his buzz or she kept calling on the phone over and over again until he answered at 10pm. I’m sure he hung up on her as fast as he could, because the woman scares him (and no doubt scolds his sorry ass every chance she gets).
From then until the staff was finally able to rouse, dress, and make him presentable enough for the public at 1030am the next day Barack Obama appears to have been out of his mind high on drugs.
Since the White House deliberately is insisting that it’s “irrelevant” where Obama was during those missing hours that Lowry has asked about, we must assume I’m correct and the President of the United States was incapacitated from heavy narcotics use.
I would gladly retract this story if the White House would sufficiently explain Barack Obama’s whereabouts during those missing hours and prove he was not out of his mind on cocaine at the time (or gluttonously engaged in gay sex, as my friend Justine believes).
You should know by now that whenever the Obama Regime stonewalls and absolutely refuses to reveal information mysteriously, there is a reason for it.
With this particular president, that reason more often than not involves drugs or gay sex (or a combination of both)…and just like with John F. Kennedy’s own drug use and sexual escapades, there are many people who will refuse to believe this about Obama for decades. But, at some point in the future I hope you live long enough to see people openly talking about Obama’s drug use and homosexuality, as it’s as clear as day for those of us who are gay and have known people with drug problems as rampant as this president’s. It’s not like the man disappeared off the face of the Earth into another dimension during those “missing hours”. But, I suppose it’s uncomfortable for a lot of people to imagine what he was really doing during that mystery time.
QUESTION FOR COMMENTS: Do you think it’s better for the White House to say the president’s location is “irrelevant” or for them to admit “the president was high on cocaine and/or having gay sex in his private quarters”?

Russia Warns Obama: Global War Over “Bee Apocalypse” Coming Soon
from EU TIMES
The shocking minutes relating to President Putin’s meeting this past week with US Secretary of State John Kerry reveal the Russian leaders “extreme outrage” over the Obama regimes continued protection of global seed and plant bio-genetic giants Syngenta and Monsanto in the face of a growing “bee apocalypse” that the Kremlin warns “will most certainly” lead to world war.
According to these minutes, released in the Kremlin today by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation (MNRE), Putin was so incensed over the Obama regimes refusal to discuss this grave matter that herefused for three hours to even meet with Kerry, who had traveled to Moscow on a scheduled diplomatic mission, but then relented so as to not cause an even greater rift between these two nations.
At the center of this dispute between Russia and the US, this MNRE report says, is the “undisputed evidence” that a class of neuro-active insecticides chemically related to nicotine, known as neonicotinoids, are destroying our planets bee population, and which if left unchecked could destroy our world’s ability to grow enough food to feed its population.
So grave has this situation become, the MNRE reports, the full European Commission (EC) this past week instituted a two-year precautionary ban (set to begin on 1 December 2013) on these “bee killing” pesticidesfollowing the lead of Switzerland, France, Italy, Russia, Slovenia and Ukraine, all of whom had previously banned these most dangerous of genetically altered organisms from being used on the continent.
Two of the most feared neonicotinoids being banned are Actara and Cruiser made by the Swiss global bio-tech seed and pesticide giant Syngenta AG which employs over 26,000 people in over 90 countries and ranks third in total global sales in the commercial agricultural seeds market.
Important to note, this report says, is that Syngenta, along with bio-tech giants Monsanto, Bayer, Dow and DuPont, nowcontrol nearly 100% of the global market for genetically modified pesticides, plants and seeds.
Also to note about Syngenta, this report continues, is that in 2012 it was criminally charged in Germany for concealing the fact that its genetically modified corn killed cattle, andsettled a class-action lawsuit in the US for $105 million after it was discovered they had contaminated the drinking supply of some 52 million Americans in more than 2,000 water districts with its “gender-bending” herbicide Atrazine.
To how staggeringly frightful this situation is, the MNRE says, can be seen in the report issued this past March by the American Bird Conservancy (ABC) wherein they warned our whole planet is in danger, and as we can, in part, read:
“As part of a study on impacts from the world’s most widely used class of insecticides, nicotine-like chemicals called neonicotinoids, American Bird Conservancy (ABC) has called for a ban on their use as seed treatments and for the suspension of all applications pending an independent review of the products’ effects on birds, terrestrial and aquatic invertebrates, and other wildlife.
“It is clear that these chemicals have the potential to affect entire food chains. The environmental persistence of the neonicotinoids, their propensity for runoff and for groundwater infiltration, and their cumulative and largely irreversible mode of action in invertebrates raise significant environmental concerns,” said Cynthia Palmer, co-author of the report and Pesticides Program Manager for ABC, one of the nation’s leading bird conservation organizations.
ABC commissioned world renowned environmentaltoxicologist Dr. Pierre Mineau to conduct the research. The 100-page report, “The Impact of the Nation’s Most Widely Used Insecticides on Birds,” reviews 200 studies on neonicotinoids including industry research obtained through the US Freedom of Information Act. The report evaluates the toxicological risk to birds and aquatic systems and includes extensive comparisons with the older pesticides that the neonicotinoids have replaced. The assessment concludes that the neonicotinoids are lethal to birds and to the aquatic systems on which they depend.
“A single corn kernel coated with a neonicotinoid can kill a songbird,” Palmer said. “Even a tiny grain of wheat or canola treated with the oldest neonicotinoid — called imidacloprid — can fatally poison a bird. And as little as 1/10th of a neonicotinoid-coated corn seed per day during egg-laying season is all that is needed to affect reproduction.”
The new report concludes that neonicotinoid contamination levels in both surface- and ground water in the United States and around the world are already beyond the threshold found to kill many aquatic invertebrates.”
Quickly following this damning report, the MRNE says, a large group of group of American beekeepers and environmentalists sued the Obama regime over the continued use of these neonicotinoids stating: “We are taking the EPA to court for its failure to protect bees from pesticides. Despite our best efforts to warn the agency about the problems posed by neonicotinoids, the EPA continued to ignore the clear warning signs of an agricultural system in trouble.”
And to how bad the world’s agricultural system has really become due to these genetically modified plants, pesticides and seeds, this report continues, can be seen by the EC’s proposal this past week, following their ban on neonicotinoids, in which they plan to criminalize nearly all seeds and plants not registered with the European Union, and as we can, in part, read:
“Europe is rushing towards the good ol days circa 1939, 40… A new law proposed by the European Commission would make it illegal to “grow, reproduce or trade” any vegetable seeds that have not been “tested, approved and accepted” by a new EU bureaucracy named the “EU Plant Variety Agency.”
It’s called the Plant Reproductive Material Law, and it attempts to put the government in charge of virtually all plants and seeds. Home gardeners who grow their own plants from non-regulated seeds would be considered criminals under this law.”
This MRNE report points out that even though this EC action may appear draconian, it is nevertheless necessary in order to purge the continent from continued contamination of these genetically bred “seed monstrosities.”
Most perplexing in all of this, the MRNE says, and which led to Putin’s anger at the US, has been the Obama regimes efforts to protect pesticide-producer profits over the catastrophic damaging being done to the environment, and as the Guardian News Service detailed in their 2 May article titled “US rejects EU claim of insecticide as prime reason for bee colony collapse” and which, in part, says:
“The European Union voted this week for a two-year ban on a class of pesticides, known as neonicotinoids, that has been associated with the bees’ collapse. The US government report, in contrast, found multiple causes for the collapse of the honeybees.”
To the “truer” reason for the Obama regimes protection of these bio-tech giants destroying our world, the MRNE says, can be viewed in the report titled “How did Barack Obama become Monsanto’s man in Washington?” and which, in part, says:
“After his victory in the 2008 election, Obama filled key posts with Monsanto people, in federal agencies that wield tremendous force in food issues, the USDA and the FDA: At the USDA, as the director of the National Institute of Food and Agriculture, Roger Beachy, former director of the Monsanto Danforth Center. As deputy commissioner of the FDA, the new food-safety-issues czar, the infamous Michael Taylor, former vice-president for public policy for Monsanto. Taylor had been instrumental in getting approval for Monsanto’s genetically engineered bovine growth hormone.”
Even worse, after Russia suspended the import and use of an Monsanto genetically modified corn following a study suggesting a link to breast cancer and organ damage this past September, the Russia Today News Service reported on the Obama regimes response:
“The US House of Representatives quietly passed a last-minute addition to the Agricultural Appropriations Bill for 2013 last week – including a provision protecting genetically modified seeds from litigation in the face of health risks.
The rider, which is officially known as the Farmer Assurance Provision, has been derided by opponents of biotech lobbying as the “Monsanto Protection Act,” as it would strip federal courts of the authority to immediately halt the planting and sale of genetically modified (GMO) seed crop regardless of any consumer health concerns.
The provision, also decried as a “biotech rider,” should have gone through the Agricultural or Judiciary Committees for review. Instead, no hearings were held, and the piece was evidently unknown to most Democrats (who hold the majority in the Senate) prior to its approval as part of HR 993, the short-term funding bill that was approved to avoid a federal government shutdown.”
On 26 March, Obama quietly signed this “Monsanto Protection Act” into law thus ensuring the American peoplehave no recourse against this bio-tech giant as they fall ill by the tens of millions, and many millions will surely end up dying in what this MRNE report calls the greatest agricultural apocalypse in human history as over 90% of feral (wild) bee population in the US has already died out, and up to 80% of domestic bees have died out too.

For those people who have been misled by the GMO corporations public relations campaigns which claim that GMO companies are necessary to feed starving children in poor countries, please educate yourselves. THAT was a blatant lie put forward years ago by Monsanto - they said their toxic grains were necessary to feed starving children. Well guess what - many decades later children are still starving and Monsanto and other GMO corporations are attempting to privatize the entire food production of humanity into the hands of a few extremely evil companies intent on one thing - PROFIT. They do not care that bees will be made extinct, they do not care that millions of children are currently starving, and they certainly do not care that billions will starve when they get full control over the human food supply.
Monsanto is one of the most profoundly evil companies in existence. Do a basic internet search and learn about the toxic and deadly products that Monsanto has unleashed on humanity in past decades. The idea that privatizing the food production of humanity under the control of this one predatory private corporation is getting many people extremely worried.
Please read the following evidence based report written by the following experts.
Michael Antoniou, PhD is reader in molecular genetics and head, Gene Expression and Terapy Group,King’s College London School of Medicine.
Claire Robinson, MPhil, is research director at Earth Open Source.
John Fagan, PhD is a leading authority on sustainability in the food system, biosafety, and GMO testing.
GMO Myths and Truths (http://covvha.net/gmo-myths-and-truths/#.UaSv3NiwWun)
GMO Myths and Truths report Genetically modified (GM) crops are promoted on the basis of a range of far-reaching claims from the GM crop industry and its supporters. They say that GM crops:
Are an extension of natural breeding and do not pose different risks from naturally bred crops
Are safe to eat and can be more nutritious than naturally bred crops
Are strictly regulated for safety
Increase crop yields
Reduce pesticide use
Benefit farmers and make their lives easier
Bring economic benefits
Benefit the environment
Can help solve problems caused by climate change
Reduce energy use
Will help feed the world.
However, a large and growing body of scientific and other authoritative evidence shows that these claims are not true. On the contrary, evidence presented in this report indicates that GM crops:
Are laboratory-made, using technology that is totally different from natural breeding methods, and pose different risks from non-GM crops
Can be toxic, allergenic or less nutritious than their natural counterparts
Are not adequately regulated to ensure safety
Do not increase yield potential
Do not reduce pesticide use but increase it
Create serious problems for farmers, including herbicide-tolerant “superweeds”, compromised soil quality, and increased disease susceptibility in crops
Have mixed economic effects
Harm soil quality, disrupt ecosystems, and reduce biodiversity
Do not offer effective solutions to climate change
Are as energy-hungry as any other chemically-farmed crops
Cannot solve the problem of world hunger but distract from its real causes – poverty, lack of access to food and, increasingly, lack of access to land to grow it on.
Based on the evidence presented in this report, there is no need to take risks with GM crops when effective, readily available, and sustainable solutions to the problems that GM technology is claimed to address already exist. Conventional plant breeding, in some cases helped by safe modern technologies like gene mapping and marker assisted selection, continues to outperform GM in producing high-yield, drought-tolerant, and pest- and disease-resistant crops that can meet our present and future food needs.

The shocking minutes relating to President Putin’s meeting this past week with US Secretary of State John Kerry reveal the Russian leaders “extreme outrage” over the Obama regimes continued protection of global seed and plant bio-genetic giants Syngenta and Monsanto in the face of a growing “bee apocalypse” that the Kremlin warns “will most certainly” lead to world war.Interesting bit of history from exactly 100 years ago: Russian GRAND Duke Alexander warns Americans about the Rockefeller Empire!! Yes, Bogus. :)
Sorcha Faal (real name CIA asset David Booth) runs a disinfo site (http://whatdoesitmean.com) that is crammed full of ludicrous and ridiculous claims that many people believe because they're so sensational. Many of the reports concern Russia. After a while, one can identify them from the headlines!
Articles, which are almost entirely fiction, are very often re-posted on the credible-sounding "European Union Times", which is NOT a mainstream newspaper. (It's more like the Weekly World News, but worse.) Both are to be completely disregarded, and are almost nothing but noise.
It's such a quagmire of BS out here, all designed to toy around with our emotions and confuse researchers. With an article like this it makes me wonder exactly what they have to gain. Are they trying to make the Russians our Savior now?

I found this article in Time Magazine on the current situation with bee colony collapse disorder.... minus the Putin-Obama theatrics and sensationalism. It does mention that the EU has banned neonicotinoids for two years and that the USDA and EPA as usual are stonewalling.

The USDA report mostly withholds judgment on neonicotinoids, citing the need for more research, and the Environmental Protection Agency is conducting a very slow review of the evidence. Last week, though, the E.U., which is also grappling with CCD, decided it was done waiting, and announced a two-year ban on neonicotinoids. The European Commission enacted the ban on the recommendation of the European Food Safety Authority, which said in January that the pesticides should be restricted until scientists had cleared the chemicals of a role in CCD

Obama Orders Verizon to Spy on Americans
http://avalonlibrary.net/paula/Recovered/infowars_zpseb184ad7.JPG

Published on Jun 6, 2013
The National Security Agency is currently collecting the telephone records of millions of US customers of Verizon, one of America's largest telecoms providers, under a top secret court order issued in April.
The order, a copy of which has been obtained by the Guardian, requires Verizon on an "ongoing, daily basis" to give the NSA information on all telephone calls in its systems, both within the US and between the US and other countries.
The document shows for the first time that under the Obama administration the communication records of millions of US citizens are being collected indiscriminately and in bulk -- regardless of whether they are suspected of any wrongdoing.
NSA's Verizon Spying Order Specifically Targeted Americans, Not Foreigners (http://www.forbes.com/sites/andygreenberg/2013/06/05/nsas-verizon-spying-order-specifically-targeted-americans-not-foreigners/)
“Forbes,” Andy Greenberg, Forbes Staff
The National Security Agency has long justified its spying powers by arguing that its charter allows surveillance on those outside of the United States, while avoiding intrusions into the private communications of American citizens. But the latest revelation of the extent of the NSA’s surveillance shows that it has focused specifically on Americans, to the degree that its data collection has in at least one major spying incident explicitly excluded those outside the United States.
In a top secret order obtained by the Guardian newspaper and published Wednesday evening, the FBI on the NSA’s behalf demanded that Verizon turn over all metadata for phone records originating in the United States for the three months beginning in late April and ending on the 19th of July. That metadata includes all so-called “non-content” data for millions of American customers’ phone calls, such as the subscriber data, recipients, locations, times and durations of every call made during that period.
Aside from the sheer scope of that surveillance order, reminiscent of the warrantless wiretapping scandal under the Bush administration, the other shocking aspect of the order its target: The order specifically states that only data regarding calls originating in America are to be handed over, not those between foreigners.
“It is hereby ordered that [Verizon Business Network Services'] Custodian of Records shall produce to the National Security Agency…all call detail records or ‘telephony metadata’ created by Verizon for communications (i) between the United States and abroad; or (ii) wholly within the United States, including local telephone calls,” the Guardian’s copy of the order reads. “This Order does not require Verizon to include telephony metadata for communications wholly originating and terminating in foreign countries.”
Though the classified, top secret order comes from the FBI, it clearly states that the data is to be given to the NSA. That means the leaked document may serve as one of the first concrete pieces of evidence that the NSA’s spying goes beyond foreigners to include Americans, despite its charter specifically disallowing surveillance of those within the United States.
“In many ways it’s even more troubling than [Bush era] warrantless wiretapping, in part because the program is purely domestic,” says Alex Abdo, a staff attorney with the...[continued here (http://www.forbes.com/sites/andygreenberg/2013/06/05/nsas-verizon-spying-order-specifically-targeted-americans-not-foreigners/)]

Debunking the Dangerous “If You Have Nothing to Hide, You Have Nothing to Fear” (http://falkvinge.net/2012/07/19/debunking-the-dangerous-nothing-to-hide-nothing-to-fear/)
Every so often, you hear the argument “If you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear”, in order to justify increased and invasive surveillance. This argument is not only dangerous, but dishonest and cowardly, too.
In the comments to yesterday’s post about Sweden’s DNA register, some expressed the “nothing to hide” argument – that efficiency of law enforcement should always be an overriding factor in any society-building, usually expressed as “if you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear”. This is a very dangerous mindset. The argument is frequently raised in debates by pro-big brother hawks, and doing so is dangerous, cowardly, and dishonest.
There are at least four good reasons to reject this argument solidly and uncompromisingly: The rules may change, it’s not you who determine if you’re guilty, laws must be broken for society to progress, and privacy is a basic human need.
Let’s look at these in detail. They go from the less important and more obvious, to the less obvious and more important.
One – The rules may change: Once the invasive surveillance is in place to enforce rules that you agree with, the ruleset that is being enforced could change in ways that you don’t agree with at all – but then, it is too late to protest the surveillance. For example, you may agree to cameras in every home to prevent domestic violence (“and domestic violence only”) – but the next day, a new political force in power could decide that homosexuality will again be illegal, and they will use the existing home cameras to enforce their new rules. Any surveillance must be regarded in terms of how it can be abused by a worse power than today’s.
Two – It’s not you who determine if you have something to fear: You may consider yourself law-abidingly white as snow, and it won’t matter a bit. What does matter is whether you set off the red flags in the mostly-automated surveillance, where bureaucrats look at your life in microscopic detail through a long paper tube to search for patterns. When you stop your car at the main prostitution street for two hours every Friday night, the Social Services Authority will draw certain conclusions from that data point, and won’t care about the fact that you help your elderly grandmother – who lives there – with her weekly groceries. When you frequently stop at a certain bar on your way driving home from work, the Department of Driving Licenses will draw certain conclusions as to your eligibility for future driving licenses – regardless of the fact that you think they serve the world’s best reindeer meatballs in that bar, and never had had a single beer there. People will stop thinking in terms of what is legal, and start acting in self-censorship to avoid being red-flagged, out of pure self-preservation. (It doesn’t matter that somebody in the right might possibly and eventually be cleared – after having been investigated for six months, you will have lost both custody of your children, your job, and possibly your home.)
Two and a half – Point two assumes that the surveillance even has correct data, which it has been proven time and again to frequently not have.
Three – Laws must be broken for society to progress: A society which can enforce all of its laws will stop dead in its tracks. The mindset of “rounding up criminals is good for society” is a very dangerous one, for in hindsight, it may turn out that the criminals were the ones in the moral right. Less than a human lifetime ago, if you were born a homosexual, you were criminal from birth. If today’s surveillance level had existed in the 1950s and 60s, the lobby groups for sexual equality could never have formed; it would have been just a matter of rounding up the organized criminals (“and who could possibly object to fighting organized crime?”). If today’s surveillance level had existed in the 1950s and 60s, homosexuality would still be illegal and homosexual people would be criminals by birth. It is an absolute necessity to be able to break unjust laws for society to progress and question its own values, in order to learn from mistakes and move on as a society.
Four – Privacy is a basic human need: Implying that only the dishonest people have need of any privacy ignores a basic property of the human psyche, and sends a creepy message of strong discomfort. We have a fundamental need for privacy. I lock the door when I go to the men’s room, despite the fact that nothing secret happens in there: I just want to keep that activity to myself, I have a fundamental need to do so, and any society must respect that fundamental need for privacy. In every society that doesn’t, citizens have responded with subterfuge and created their own private areas out of reach of the governmental surveillance, not because they are criminal, but because doing so is a fundamental human need.
Finally, it could be noted that this argument is also commonly used by the authorities themselves to promote surveillance and censorship, while rejecting transparency and free speech. Those who want to have a little fun can play the reverse card as illustrated by Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal.
The next time you hear anybody say “if you have nothing to fear, you have nothing to hide”, tell them that’s an absolutely false and dangerous argument, and point them at this article.

Every Verizon customer should now take their business elsewhere. It's the most inept company on the planet anyway. Every Verizon customer should now take their business elsewhere.
I’ve had T-Mobile since 1997. I switched my plan to where I pay on average $5-$15 a year. The minutes roll over as long as you keep the policy going. So, I don’t know about Verizon’s policy on early cancelation.
Getting zapped with early cancelation fees is also another reason why I’ve never bundled with one company. Bundles are enticing, but they know people get locked in because of the sheer time, energy, research and fear of a new way. So they rationalize it away, and compromise a small part of themselves. (judgy comment)
Years ago, I called to cancel my basic “Charter Cable TV” service for the summer because of travel plans. At the time my monthly bill was $30. They actually made a deal with me to keep the service for $5 a month for a full year with NO penalty for early cancellation.
Wow, I just reviewed the options on Verizon. I’m either a dinosaur or ready to lift off into the next era called, “Let’s send thoughts and replies by way of our higher senses." OR "Let's bi-locate...meet me by the river with the tree swing”.
There’s alway another company ready to compete for our service. Now, we can add privacy issues as another reason to rethink how we spend our time and dollars.
Well, I’ve gotten side tracked. My point is: Are people willing to take a small financial hit, in trade for freedoms-of-another-kind?

The main concern I have with all their surveillance and recording of everything in sight or over a wire or in the air is that it creates a form of a soft prison.
Apparently I've not done anything to annoy them excessively so far; no black helicopters, no knocks on the door, no strange and suspicious happenings.
But damn if I won't have hell to pay if I ever did something that annoyed them and then wanted to run or hide. They could dig up enough background information on me from their vast archives to make it very difficult for me to get below their radar.

Before it's news Editor’s Note – In what can only be described as the most interesting of timing, Obama has ordered a response plan. Once again, it takes a foreign publication to reveal our President’s moves.

Obama tells intelligence chiefs to draw up cyber target list
Eighteen-page presidential memo reveals how Barack Obama has ordered intelligence officials to draw up a list of potential overseas targets for US cyber attacks

Barack Obama has ordered his senior national security and intelligence officials to draw up a list of potential overseas targets for US cyber-attacks, a top secret presidential directive obtained by the Guardian reveals.
The 18-page Presidential Policy Directive 20, issued in October last year but never published, states that what it calls Offensive Cyber Effects Operations (OCEO) “can offer unique and unconventional capabilities to advance US national objectives around the world with little or no warning to the adversary or target and with potential effects ranging from subtle to severely damaging”.
http://www.standupamericaus.org/sua/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/presidential-policy-directive.pdf
It says the government will “identify potential targets of national importance where OCEO can offer a favorable balance of effectiveness and risk as compared with other instruments of national power”.
The directive also contemplates the possible use of cyber actions inside the US, though it specifies that no such domestic operations can be conducted without the prior order of the president, except in cases of emergency.
The aim of the document was “to put in place tools and a framework to enable government to make decisions” on cyber actions, a senior administration official told the Guardian.
The administration published some declassified talking points from the directive in January 2013, but those did not mention the stepping up of America’s offensive capability and the drawing up of a target list.
Obama’s move to establish a potentially aggressive cyber warfare doctrine will heighten fears over the increasing militarization of the internet.
The directive’s publication comes as the president plans to confront his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping at a summit in California on Friday over alleged Chinese attacks on western targets.
Even before the publication of the directive, Beijing had hit back against US criticism, with a senior official claiming to have “mountains of data” on American cyber-attacks he claimed were every bit as serious as those Chinawas accused of having carried out against the US.
Presidential Policy Directive 20 defines OCEO as “operations and related programs or activities … conducted by or on behalf of the United StatesGovernment, in or through cyberspace, that are intended to enable or produce cyber effects outside United States government networks.”
Asked about the stepping up of US offensive capabilities outlined in the directive, a senior administration official said: “Once humans develop the capacity to build boats, we build navies. Once you build airplanes, we build air forces.”
The official added: “As a citizen, you expect your government to plan for scenarios. We’re very interested in having a discussion with our international partners about what the appropriate boundaries are.”
The document includes caveats and precautions stating that all US cyber operations should conform to US and international law, and that any operations “reasonably likely to result in significant consequences require specific presidential approval”.
The document says that agencies should consider the consequences of any cyber-action. They include the impact on intelligence-gathering; the risk of retaliation; the impact on the stability and security of the internet itself; the balance of political risks versus gains; and the establishment of unwelcome norms of international behaviour.
Among the possible “significant consequences” are loss of life; responsive actions against the US; damage to property; serious adverse foreign policy or economic impacts.
The US is understood to have already participated in at least one major cyber attack, the use of the Stuxnet computer worm targeted on Iranian uranium enrichment centrifuges, the legality of which has been the subject of controversy. US reports citing high-level sources within the intelligence services said the US and Israel were responsible for the worm.
In the presidential directive, the criteria for offensive cyber operations in the directive is not limited to retaliatory action but vaguely framed as advancing “US national objectives around the world”.
The revelation that the US is preparing a specific target list for offensive cyber-action is likely to reignite previously raised concerns of security researchers and academics, several of whom have warned that large-scale cyber operations could easily escalate into full-scale military conflict.
Sean Lawson, assistant professor in the department of communication at the University of Utah, argues: “When militarist cyber rhetoric results in use of offensive cyber attack it is likely that those attacks will escalate into physical, kinetic uses of force.”
An intelligence source with extensive knowledge of the National Security Agency’s systems told the Guardian the US complaints again China were hypocritical, because America had participated in offensive cyber operations and widespread hacking – breaking into foreign computer systems to mine information.
Provided anonymity to speak critically about classified practices, the source said: “We hack everyone everywhere. We like to make a distinction between us and the others. But we are in almost every country in the world.”
The US likes to haul China before the international court of public opinion for “doing what we do every day”, the source added.
One of the unclassified points released by the administration in January stated: “It is our policy that we shall undertake the least action necessary to mitigate threats and that we will prioritize network defense and law enforcement as preferred courses of action.”
The full classified directive repeatedly emphasizes that all cyber-operations must be conducted in accordance with US law and only as a complement to diplomatic and military options. But it also makes clear how both offensive and defensive cyber operations are central to US strategy.
Under the heading “Policy Reviews and Preparation”, a section marked “TS/NF” – top secret/no foreign – states: “The secretary of defense, the DNI [Director of National Intelligence], and the director of the CIA … shall prepare for approval by the president through the National Security Advisor a plan that identifies potential systems, processes and infrastructure against which the United States should establish and maintain OCEO capabilities…” The deadline for the plan is six months after the approval of the directive.
The directive provides that any cyber-operations “intended or likely to produce cyber effects within the United States” require the approval of the president, except in the case of an “emergency cyber action”. When such an emergency arises, several departments, including the department of defense, are authorized to conduct such domestic operations without presidential approval.
Obama further authorized the use of offensive cyber attacks in foreign nations without their government’s consent whenever “US national interests and equities” require such nonconsensual attacks. It expressly reserves the right to use cyber tactics as part of what it calls “anticipatory action taken against imminent threats”.
The directive makes multiple references to the use of offensive cyber attacks by the US military. It states several times that cyber operations are to be used only in conjunction with other national tools and within the confines of law.
When the directive was first reported, lawyers with the Electronic PrivacyInformation Center filed a Freedom of Information Act request for it to be made public. The NSA, in a statement, refused to disclose the directive on the ground that it was classified.
In January, the Pentagon announced a major expansion of its Cyber Command Unit, under the command of General Keith Alexander, who is also the director of the NSA. That unit is responsible for executing both offensive and defensive cyber operations.
Earlier this year, the Pentagon publicly accused China for the first time of being behind attacks on the US. The Washington Post reported last month that Chinese hackers had gained access to the Pentagon’s most advanced military programs.
The director of national intelligence, James Clapper, identified cyber threats in general as the top national security threat.
Obama officials have repeatedly cited the threat of cyber-attacks to advocate new legislation that would vest the US government with greater powers to monitor and control the internet as a means of guarding against such threats.
One such bill currently pending in Congress, the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act (Cispa), has prompted serious concerns from privacy groups, who say that it would further erode online privacy while doing little to enhance cyber security.
In a statement, Caitlin Hayden, national security council spokeswoman, said: “We have not seen the document the Guardian has obtained, as they did not share it with us. However, as we have already publicly acknowledged, last year the president signed a classified presidential directive relating to cyber operations, updating a similar directive dating back to 2004. This step is part of the administration’s focus on cybersecurity as a top priority. The cyber threat has evolved, and we have new experiences to take into account.
“This directive establishes principles and processes for the use of cyber operations so that cyber tools are integrated with the full array of national security tools we have at our disposal. It provides a whole-of-government approach consistent with the values that we promote domestically and internationally as we have previously articulated in the International Strategy for Cyberspace.
“This directive will establish principles and processes that can enable more effective planning, development, and use of our capabilities. It enables us to be flexible, while also exercising restraint in dealing with the threats we face. It continues to be our policy that we shall undertake the least action necessary to mitigate threats and that we will prioritize network defense and law enforcement as the preferred courses of action. The procedures outlined in this directive are consistent with the US Constitution, including the president’s role as commander in chief, and other applicable law and policies.”

In this video Obama says we can uphold American'a rights and protect them from "terrorists"... now look how he's changed his tune and now wants to kill US citizens with no trial (there's liturally 100s of other examples, but do readers here not know them).

Chilling legal memo from Obama DOJ justifies assassination of US citizens
The president's partisan lawyers purport to vest him with the most extreme power a political leader can seize
Barack Obama Photograph: Reuters
Glenn Greenwald
The most extremist power any political leader can assert is the power to target his own citizens for execution without any charges or due process, far from any battlefield. The Obama administration has not only asserted exactly that power in theory, but has exercised it in practice. In September 2011, it killed US citizen Anwar Awlaki in a drone strike in Yemen, along with US citizen Samir Khan, and then, in circumstances that are still unexplained, two weeks later killed Awlaki's 16-year-old American son Abdulrahman with a separate drone strike in Yemen.
Since then, senior Obama officials including Attorney General Eric Holder and John Brennan, Obama's top terrorism adviser and his current nominee to lead the CIA, have explicitly argued that the president is and should be vested with this power. Meanwhile, a Washington Post article from October reported that the administration is formally institutionalizing this president's power to decide who dies under the Orwellian title "disposition matrix".
When the New York Times back in April, 2010 first confirmed the existence of Obama's hit list, it made clear just what an extremist power this is, noting: "It is extremely rare, if not unprecedented, for an American to be approved for targeted killing." The NYT quoted a Bush intelligence official as saying "he did not know of any American who was approved for targeted killing under the former president". When the existence of Obama's hit list was first reported several months earlier by the Washington Post's Dana Priest, she wrote that the "list includes three Americans".
What has made these actions all the more radical is the absolute secrecy with which Obama has draped all of this. Not only is the entire process carried out solely within the Executive branch - with no checks or oversight of any kind - but there is zero transparency and zero accountability. The president's underlings compile their proposed lists of who should be executed, and the president - at a charming weekly event dubbed by White House aides as "Terror Tuesday" - then chooses from "baseball cards" and decrees in total secrecy who should die. The power of accuser, prosecutor, judge, jury, and executioner are all consolidated in this one man, and those powers are exercised in the dark.....

LOS ANGELES, CA -- An extravagant terror drill was demonstrated in front of 1,800 attendees of the National Homeland Security Association's conference. Guests from around the world came to marvel at the use of militarized law enforcement.
Gunfire echoed through downtown Los Angeles, bombs exploded, and helicopters swooped low among office towers in a demonstrated response to a weapon-of-mass-destruction threat.
More news: https://www.facebook.com/PoliceStateUSA
The late-morning demonstration began with an explosion of flash grenades, officers firing blank ammunition at pretend suspects, and police rappelling out of a county Sheriff's Department helicopter and onto a hotel bridge on Figueroa Street.
The drill took place on Thursday, June 6, 2013. The demonstration was performed by the Los Angeles Police Department and SWAT team, and funded by the federal government through grants designed to militarize local police departments.

My first thought was,,,,,"as if they have not already been doing this for some time".
Second thought,,,,,,,,,,, be a good one to make viral on Facehook. oops. I meant Facebook. No. pretty sure its hook. anyway, it should go viral. While I can't say this was common knowledge throughout the telecom industry, the government having hooks into the telecom industry certainly was known in at least one major corporation for which I worked over 15 years ago that supplied telecom equipment to most of the telecom corporations around the world. In other words, I hope no one is foolish enough to believe this is a "Verizon" only issue. The government has been doing surveillance of people for at least a decade and a half (and I wouldn't be surprised if it was much longer than that). This is just the tip of the iceberg. 1980 is very much alive and doing very well.

Exclusive: Lord Monckton predicts accountability on 'birth certificate' will come soon
http://www.wnd.com/files/2012/08/cmonckton_avatar.jpg June 12, 2013
Mike Zullo, the volunteer chief investigator for Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, Ariz., is not letting go. Like a bulldog, he continues to investigate the outrageously bogus “birth certificate” Mr. Obama personally endorsed as his own when it was posted at the White House website a year before the last presidential election.
Recently, Zullo gave a briefing to the Constitutional Sheriffs’ and Peace Officers’ Association setting out just some of the evidence that the document must be a forgery.
One of the many bombshells he dropped was the news that a certified document examiner with 20 years’ experience had closely examined the “birth certificate” and had concluded that it was the most obvious forgery he had seen in those 20 years.
The examiner was not making a party political point, for he is a registered Democrat.
Mike Zullo’s investigation has now continued for almost two years. He has amassed many thousands of pages of evidence. His draft investigation report is already more than 300 pages long, and he reckons it will be 700 pages before it is complete.
There is some explosive evidence that he has not yet disclosed, because it concerns third parties who may be connected with the forgery.
His determination is commendable. But there is one question the Obots raise that now needs an answer. If it is so very plain that the “birth certificate” is forged, why has Sheriff Arpaio been unable to put the matter before any court? Why is Obama still in the White House and not in the jailhouse?
Part of the answer lies in the terrified reluctance even of Fox News to cover the story properly. Fox calls itself “fair, balanced, and unafraid.” But it is afraid. Very afraid.
A concerned citizen sent every congressman, every senator, every state governor and attorney general, every member of Obama’s Cabinet, every member of the Democratic and Republican National Committees and every member of the Supreme Court a copy of my own briefing paper summarizing the evidence for forgery. Fewer than half a dozen replies were received. There are a lot of fraidy-cats in your governing class.
I asked one congressman why he had done nothing about the forgery. He replied: “It is unquestionably a forgery. We all know that. But you, with your experience of what the left will do to the reputations of those who challenge it, know that if any of us were to raise this issue we would be subjected to the same hatred, vilification and organized reputational damage that you have had to endure because you challenged them on climate change.”
He added, “Scientifically and economically, your challenge was correct. But they didn’t care about that. They did their level best to trash your reputation anyway. I value my reputation, and I dare not take the risk of having it destroyed.”
So there is no media pressure to bring the matter to court, and no political pressure either. A state of such fear and funk now subsists in the United States that no one will touch the birth certificate issue.
And that is a shame, because the in-your-face forged “birth certificate” is arguably the biggest news story of our generation. In defiance of your Constitution, the current occupant of the White House clings to office even though his endorsement of the bogus document creates serious doubt about whether he is entitled to hold that office, and still more serious doubt about his fitness to hold it even if he were constitutionally entitled.
Naturally, the Obots have done their best to interfere with the sheriff’s investigation. A trumped-up Justice Department investigation of him for allegedly doing his job eventually ran into the sand. And an attempt to recall him almost immediately after he was handsomely re-elected has also now failed.
Now that other sheriffs and law enforcement officers have had some elements of the fraud explained to them, even if Mike Zullo and the sheriff were unable to persuade the attorney general of Arizona to do his constitutional duty, it is now clear that Obama will not survive the fraud. It is only a matter of time before some public-spirited citizen takes the short, simple, inexpensive stops that will bring him to book.
Step 1: Commission reports from court-certified specialists in typewriter analysis and separately in electronic document forgery.
Step 2: Refer the reports to a mathematician so that he can confirm the near-zero probability that a document containing as many errors as this one can be genuine.
Step 3: Put the reports and the mathematical analysis before a federal district court and ask it for orders obliging Hawaii to release the original documentation to forensic specialists acting for law enforcement.
There is actually no need for any further investigation. There is quite enough evidence to obtain such orders right now.
Consider, for instance, the typewriter irregularities in the White House document. Some specialists say they do not like to rely on typewriter anomalies. However, as part of the case against a suspect document, they have their place.
Typewriter analysis has a unique value in that, unlike electronic anomalies that require specialist knowledge to understand them, typewriter anomalies are visible. Anyone can see them once they are pointed out. They are as plain as the nose on your face.
Especially for WND’s readers, I have updated a report that I compiled last year on the numerous typewriter errors in the White House document. The pdf document is available at this link.
Here is my challenge to the Obots. Provide a rational explanation for the irregularities I have identified in my report. Whether or not the typewriter errors are as serious as I consider them to be, there are many other errors.
So know this: Mike Zullo’s net is closing in, and – however many reputations you try to trash for the sake of saving your fallen hero – Black Jesus is doomed.

She has been to many courts to file charges against barry
and to try him in a court of law, but all of her attempts
have been stopped cold by the judges themselves.
No one will prosecute barry because people in government
have his back and will protect him, no matter the cost.
To think that our own congressmen knew nothing of the
bc forgeries is just plain crazy. They knew before barry
became president that he wasn't eligible to become president
but they let him become one anyway.
Mike Zullo and Sheriff Joe Arpaio have no plans on filing
any court suites against barry for the foreries. As far as
i know, Mike is making money by selling books on this
very thing so why would he want to upset the apple cart?
Sheriff Joe is just to scared to do anything.
In my opinion, orly has done more than both of those
guys, in trying to get barry into court.

The White House now says that the Syrian government used chemical weapons on
rebels. US intelligence reports now estimate that between 100 and 150 people have
died from multiple chemical weapons attacks over the last year. While the lethality of
these attacks make up only a small portion of the catastrophic loss of life in Syria, which
now stands at more than 90,000 deaths, the use of chemical weapons violates
international norms and crosses clear red lines that have existed within the international
community for decades. However, there is no reliable, corroborated reporting to indicate
that the opposition in Syria has acquired or used chemical weapons and before the US
jumps head first into another Middle East conflict, it's important to figure out who the

US moves closer to Britain over Syria
The change in the White House's position on Syria appears designed to bring it
more into line with that long argued for by Britain and France.London and Paris
have maintained that President Assad must be made to realise that he cannot
secure a military victory against his opponents and must be forced to the
negotiating table.Overnight, all Downing Street have been prepared to say is that
the British government were kept informed of the decision. However, just 24 hours
earlier the foreign secretary was in Washington holding talks with his opposite
number, the US secretary of state.
William Hague declared that "we will have to be prepared to do more to save lives,
to pressure the Assad regime to negotiate seriously".
Ten days ago the prime minister shocked many MPs by declaring that - in future -
the government might arm the Syrian rebels and comparing those who urged
caution with those who did nothing as hundreds of thousands were slaughtered in
the Bosnian conflict. Since then the concerns expressed not just by Labour but also
by many Tory backbenchers and some within his own cabinet has persuaded David
Cameron to moderate his tone and to promise a Commons vote on the issue.
The question now is - if President Obama does order the arming of the Syrian
rebels will Britain follow suit and would the MPs vote for it?
Before that, though, it is now clear what the focus will be of both the G8 summit in
Fermanagh next week and, in particular, of the prime minister's eve-of-summit
meeting with Russia's President Putin.

Great articles and vids Cider can't wait to check them all out... but I want to say...
There's only one thing that makes me think Duffy has a point. Iceland handed him a blank check with no strings attached and he could say and do all this from there, no court hearings that could eventually work against him in the long term, and no hassle. So why would he risk the political melee of Hong Kong and it's colonial court system, that still has deep roots tying it to Britain (whom can't be trusted) and the US. The possibility that the US (depending on how desperate they are) could eventually negotiate for his release, if not today, at some period in the future, as all the potential is there...
So he had a bird in his hand, but he wants to gamble on Hong Kong? ... That doesn't sound like a man afraid for his life to me... and this does lend support to what Duffy is saying. It doesn't exclude the possibility that he is a double agent. You would think his first priority would be safety especially after what is so "public" with Assange's situation... that part doesn't compute... he is screwing around with the US, who could have agents crawling all over Hong Kong and just nab him if they wanted to.
Let's face it, the ultimate master's of dirty double dealing are the US and UK. Who's kidding who?

If anyone has followed any of my posts on 'sovereignty and dealing with the courts' they know that the most important thing I focus on is the Birth Certificate. This is obviously very hard for many to grasp. It's just too ingrained in them to think any differently. But let me tell you some things that I absolutely believe as fact based on a few years of research of my own.
There is a possibility that Obama has a completely different "relationship" to his Birth Certificate then most other people. Let me rephrase that... "the Birth Certificate he uses..." I can promise anyone who studies the "Birth Certificate" that it is one of the most mysterious documents in the legal world. It is a mystery as to all that it entails and all that it represents. It is one of the slipperiest 'legal documents' to define, it has so many different characteristic and properties. Truly.
IT IS NOT WHAT IT SEEMS. First off people are stunned when told that the Birth Certificate was NEVER INTENDED to be identification. People make the mistake that because it is the same size as a SSN/SIN or a health card or a driver's license, that it is another IDENTIFICATION. IT is not. Says who? I have it on direct communication from my good friend and mentor who spoke DIRECTLY with the DEPUTY REGISTRAR GENERAL in Ontario Judy Hartman (whose signature appears on every BC in Ontario, that it is not intended to be used as identification!!! Imagine that!... really think about that for a second.... Yes, it is used to CREATE identifications in the form of other documents where they offer you to sign "applications" (hidden contracts) and apply your signature which they then scurry away with never to see the light of day again, and you have now IDENTIFIED YOURSELF. But according to Judy, she does NOT recommend YOU use it as identification.
It is also not your property. Technically although there has never been a known case anyone can find, the State can ask for it back. (because it is not your property completely) Some people think it is a trust. That is a vague definition. Maybe it represents a trust. It represents the creation of a thing (your NAME) that represents property right that becomes attached as an identifier to a MASTER ACCOUNT. This "thing" has reality in the legal and commercial world. In fact is critical to the representation of not YOU, but your right to property in the legal and commercial world. It is a certificate that is supposed to provide you with evidence that the NAME your mother and father gave you has been dutifully recorded and registered. It has both a public side and a private side. This is what makes it so mysterious. We get two "types" of "Birth Certificate" One is a "Certified A True Photostatic Print of A Record" which contains a picture of the original document called a Statement of Live Birth or Certificate of Live Birth (SoB, SoLB, CoLB) along with a File Number, Certificate Number, Date and a Registration Number. The other has a registration number and a certificate number and a unidentified RED SERIAL number on the back (in Ontario) The picture on the "long form" is a representation of the actual Title. So what you have is only a certificate (a proof of copy of the original transaction of "releasing" the original to a third party for safe keeping, as Title only resides in the original signature document.
And because this thing is a legal concept. The only tangible proof of it's existence is that piece of paper (of course you are a kind of legal proof too, but you don't fit into a computer like the information on the piece of paper does...)
What is the point of all this you might ask? The point is that by having the Government hold onto the original signature documents that represents the Title to YOUR NAME that your parents INTENDED to GIVE to YOU. Creates a Trust relationship. And from this point a hundred permutations could possibly follow.
I can't get into all those permutations in this post, you'd have to check into my other posts, if you hit one with links at the bottom it will connect you to a dozen or so. The point is all this is QUITE REAL, as far as the legal and commercial world is concerned. And there is EVERY POSSIBILITY that the Government has created a special trust relationship in regards to the Birth Certificate that Obama uses. But as long as people have absolutely no clue what Trust Law is. How it operates, and in many cases that it even exists at all. Then there is no way to appreciate the limitless possibilities of what COULD be going on with the BC that Obama "uses".
It is not that they don't want to talk about it because it is NOT legal, They don't want to talk about it because they DON'T HAVE to because it may be protected by a possible private trust relationship created especially for him between him and the State. Has anyone ever even considered this?
The document in question may be a "forgery" but what exactly does that mean? other then it wasn't the original one created when he was born. Who says the Legal holder of the Title and the REGISTRAR GENERAL can't recreate a different trust document for him? In fact anyone can use any NAME they want, as long as it is not for the purpose of FRAUD, and that is hard to prove without very specific conditions. Using a different NAME is not the big deal that other people think unless there is INTENTIONAL FRAUD. But if the "paperwork" is all in place, then it is NOT FRAUD.
Just giving people a heads up and hoping to open you up to possible alternative explanations of this seeming "mystery" of "negligence" and avoidance on the part of the State. The Sheriff and the good Lord are operating in statutory law, and the Birth Certificate is part public in the statutory world of commerce, but also part of it is protected in a hidden private world of trust... a trust relationship that can be changed and altered according to the intention of the State, the parents, or even the original party the original certificate was issued for. That party could chooose to occupy many different "capacities" in relationship to it... ie. he could be the Settlor or Grantor, he could be the trustee himself, he could be the beneficiary, the Executor, etc, etc, and various combinations and so on.... all depending on what he is trying to accomplish through the trust relationship...
The government may very well have a fiduciary obligation to not discuss it in the public at ALL! such is the nature of trust...
And just a final thought... there is something very strange about this "relationship" between the Sheriff and the 'goodly' Lord... haha... The Sheriff I can understand. But Lord Moncton? an English Lord concerned with an American Sheriff's investigation? .... doesn't pass the sniff test come to think of it...
If anyone should understand trust law it is the rich and the elite, and those well educated in law. The Sheriff is steeped only in statutory law I am sure... but I suspect the good Lord's seeming ever watchful eye to make sure and report on the unsuspecting Sheriff. In case of the smallest possibility he should pull his head out of the sandbox he is playing in and reach for the assistance of... say some "trust lawyers for example!!!??? Even then they would be limited in what they can say about the NAME... but the Sheriff should know a little bit himself too about the NAME. I don't think the issue is that it was recently manufactured, as I believe even Obama's lawyers DID already admit that (supports my claim) and thus right there greatly deflects any potential fraud issue... So it will get down to complex interpretation of the parties involved, in particular their INTENTIONS ... and let's face it, we are dealing with lawyers here...
I don't see this going anywhere. He is just a guy, who has a special trust relationship with the State who is the CEO of the largest corporation in the US. The corporation of the US Government.

Man Behind Syrian ‘Chemical Weapons’ Claim Is Fiction Writer Who Ran Benghazi Cover-Up
http://www.davidicke.com/images/stories/June201391/140613rhodes.jpg
'Ben Rhodes, the White House national security advisor behind the claim that
President Bashar Al-Assad used chemical weapons in Syria, is a fiction writer with
zero educational background in government, diplomacy or national security who
also played a key role in covering up the truth behind the attack on the US
consulate in Benghazi.
Yesterday, Rhodes announced that the White House had “high confidence” that the
Syrian Army had used chemical weapons, providing no evidence, and that the
Obama administration would now take steps to arm FSA rebels, who as has been
widely documented are being led by Al-Qaeda terrorists who killed U.S. troops in
Iraq. The Wall Street Journal also reports that a no fly zone is being prepared that
would embroil the United States in yet another war.'

"Comey, 52, worked as the deputy attorney general for the United States under President George W. Bush and will replace outgoing FBI Director Robert Mueller when he steps down later this year after he is confirmed by the Senate."
"In fact, that independence is the focus of perhaps the most widely reported instance from the Bush White House involving Comey. While serving as deputy attorney general in the Department of Justice, Comey rejected the administration’s warrantless wiretapping program that has recently reemerged as the center of controversy.
In a confrontation he has called the most difficult night of his career, [Comey] rushed to the hospital bedside of his boss, John Ashcroft, in 2004 to stop two senior Bush White House aides from getting the ailing attorney general's approval to reauthorize a post-9/11 program that allowed government wiretaps to be used without warrants,” the Associated Press recalled this week."

No dear. You won't hear much about it, but I followed it very closely. Comey was the one called when Alberto Gonzalez showed up at Ashcroft's hospital room post op, and tried to get him to sign the Patriot Act that snoops on Americans. Ashcroft's wife called FBI Mueller, and he sent Comey to stop Gonzalez.
Comey wanted to prosecute AG Gonzalez then, but Bush and Cheney shoved it under Fox Noise, so the bad stuff never came out.
I saw the hearings on Alberto saying: "I don't recall 126 times during the hearing. Yes Comey will do what has to be done to get the traitors in the Alphabets that thought they could sneak in and cover their arze on wireless surveylence without a court order judge to sign.

Sick. I hope the talks work now that "Ahmadinnerjacket" is out. I believe Assad should have left when he served his 30th year. The people clearly protested a NO confidence.
But he also is turning a deaf ear to their democratic rights to select a new leader. Suppose that happened to US? Oops it already is, with the new voting restrictions and laws.
Well steady the helm, full speed ahead on progress for the world, as we talk through peaceful solutions, and support those who are tired of the dictator's taking all their resources, and pocketing the money, while tinkling on the people and taxing them.
30 years of leadership is too long, and it shows by our HOUSES in DC. They are bought and paid for, and their plans for our future, are totally out of sync with what the world's people/humans want. President Obama: Unimpeachable?

For nearly five years Republicans have been attempting to impeach President Barack
Obama. And while they manufacture "scandals" like Fast and Furious and Bengahzi, the
President is engaging in what are arguably significant abuses of power that could be
grounds for impeachment. And yet, Republicans stand in support of these actions. Why
is that? Political Commentator Sam Sacks explains.

An unsettling report prepared by the Emergencies Ministry (EMERCOM) circulating in the Kremlin today on the just completed talks between Russia and the United States in Washington D.C. says that the Obama regime has requested at least 15,000 Russian troops trained in disaster relief and “crowd functions” [i.e. riot control] be pre-positioned to respond to FEMA Region III during an unspecified “upcoming” disaster.
According to this report, this unprecedented request was made directly to Minister Vladimir Puchkov by US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Director Janet Napolitano who said these Russian troops would work “directly and jointly” with her Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), part of whose mission is to secure the continuity of the US government in the event of natural disasters or war.

Who We Are
After FEMA was formed in 1979, Region III consolidated its Philadelphia offices in the Curtis Building on Independence Square, working from that location until 1985. In July 1999, Region III moved to its current location at One Independence Mall, 615 Chestnut Street.
Regional Administrator MaryAnn Tierney leads the Region III office, where 140 full-time employees and a cadre of 500 on-call Disaster Assistance Employees support the region's response and recovery operations during a presidential disaster declaration.
The regional population ranges from densely urban in Washington, D.C. and Philadelphia to sparsely rural in the hills and valleys of West Virginia. The region is rich in history, with four of the original 13 colonies and the nation's capital.

Booth/Sorcha - A FRAUD DISINFO AGENT FROM THE CIA
Check this out Guys I finally broke through the information barrier. This Character is another fraud and CIA disinformation agent.
http://www.networksolutions.com/whois/results.jsp?domain=whatdoesitmean.com
Subject: PROOF the Sorcha Faal alias is a CIA Disinformation Operative
Can you provide evidence about your claim regarding Sorcha Faal?
I'm on another list that sends out information from this person on a
regular basis.
Thanks, ***~**~**
Sure, I wish all questions were this easy ... simply do
a Who Is search on the whatdoesitmean.com domain
(which should be located in Russia - right?) ... As you can
see, David Booth is both the Registrant and Administrator
for the Domain using a NH address.
However, he Registered this domain through a company
located in McLean, VA called Servint.com which is also
his listed domain servers and webhost. You can also do
an IP look-up on the actual Sorcha Faal website called,
WhatDoesItMean.com and find all of this is true.
IP Location: US, McLean, Virginia. Contrary to popular
belief, the CIA headquarters is not located in Langley, VA,
but in the Langley suburb of McLean,Virginia. Yes, there
are two Langley's in different counties of VA just across
the river from each other.
Both the CIA and this WhatDoesItMean.com domain are
coming through the same internet backbone located in
McLean, VA ... a far cry from Russia ... don't you think ?!?
You know, they (Booth/Sorcha) left this door so wide
open ... it is almost spooky ... eh?!

The article explicitly refers to "last weeks assassination of American reporter Michael Hastings". This puts an approximate date on the article, as Michael Hastings died in a suspicious car wreck on June 18, 2013. This is consistent with date of this article, June 27, 2013, nine days later.

I can always tel when this man has a rehearsed speech and when he is talking on the go and this seems to be a mix of the two, it appears he has been breifed on the topic and is ready for the question and is putting the answer squarely back onto the NSA. By stating that he wants the NSA to look over the article to see exactly what they are referring to is in fact a trick to buy them time to come up with a valid answer to give the EU parlaiment. Also when he states that if he wants to know what these people are thinking he calls them he is in fact saying i have nothing to do with the NSA spying on these people i talk to them personally if i want to know. This man is an expert at using this tactic of making himself appear squeeky clean whilst putting the blame somewhere else, the tactic of plausable deniability rings true with this president.

Havn't been on for a while guys,,settling after my op but now getting my mogo back.
Came across this today what do you think?

I guess that depends on how motivated his followers are. That would not stop me. But honestly I haven't heard anything on it lately.
Personally, I don't think its a good idea to do an OPEN CARRY protest. That is prime asking for some planted dumba**, to stir up a gunfight, which in turn would not have a lovely outcome. BUT, there should be a protest, over this whole surveillance business.

Human Alien posted a thread about Russians on US soil.
From the article:
FEMA signs deal with Russian Emergency Situations Ministry to “exchange experts”
Paul Joseph Watson
Infowars.com
July 1, 2013
As part of a deal signed last week in Washington DC between the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry and FEMA, Russian officials will provide “security at mass events” in the United States, a scenario that won’t sit well with Americans wary of foreign assets operating on US soil.
Russian troops. Image: Wikimedia Commons
According to a press release by the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense and Emergencies, US and Russian officials met on June 25 at the 17th Joint U.S.-Russia Cooperation Committee on Emergency Situations.
In addition to agreeing with FEMA to “exchange experts during joint rescue operations in major disasters,” the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry will also be providing “security at mass events” in the United States.
This suggests that events designated as “National Special Security Events” by the Department of Homeland Security, which include the Super Bowl, international summits such as the G8 and presidential inaugurations, will now rely partly on Russian authorities to provide security.
The meeting last week also agreed on the conclusion that US and Russian emergency authorities will increase their co-operation, “in order to respond efficiently to all kinds of disasters.”
The use of foreign troops or other officials in a law enforcement capacity providing “security” inside the United States is illegal under Posse Comitatus. Capt. William Geddes of the U.S. Army Reserve acknowledged last year that it is against federal law to use US troops to conduct police patrols, despite the fact that such occurrences are becoming increasingly common. The use of foreign troops is an even more clear cut violation of Posse Comitatus.
Last year we reported on how Russian troops were invited to the US as part of a Fort Carson, Colorado drill focused around anti-terror training. Aside from learning how to target terrorists in America, the Russian soldiers were also out in the local community attending a baseball game in Colorado Springs.

Wow !
This now starts to make sense of her previous 2 instances of lambasting Alex Jones.
A strategy seems at play by Maddow - she obviously thought she needed to immunise herself against the "conspiracy theory" label before going on this offensive and those attacks on Alex Jones provided the perfect vaccine.
Could get interesting if the US liberal wing is starting to turn against Obama. There must be a huge iceberg lurking under the surface if she's prepared to address this head on. They must have been wanting to address these issues for a long time but been scared to touch them for fear of capsizing their credibility and drowning in the "police state fema camp - anti-gun control, chemtrail, controlled tornadoes" conspiracy quicksand.
There may be hope.
I watched the Washington Disclosure event archives, and Steve Bassett made an interesting comment that stuck with me. He said (and I'm paraphrasing here) that the US government has made a clear statement that UFOs/ET/etc. don't exist. He's thinking that maybe, just maybe, it's been done on purpose. With such a brittle statement, they are waiting for us to "crack" it wide open.
Obama isn't a stupid guy, and maybe, just maybe he's a helluva chess player. What if his "plan" is to take things as far as he can with the idea that "we the people" and the few good people left in government would finally get together to overthrow the system. Think about it; we couldn't even get close to getting a guy like Ron Paul in the White House. And even if RP had made it, who's to say he could have accomplished much anyway with the way things are no matter how hard he would have tried.
I'm sorry to say that I don't buy into my own theory. Would be nice though...

Even if Obama is impeached it does not mean he can be kicked out of the office of president ...
True, though likely confusing to some readers.
To remove a US President, first the House of Representatives "impeaches" him (charges him with specific crimes) then the Senate decides whether he is guilty.
If the Senate finds him guilty, he is summarily removed from office and the Vice President assumes the office of the President.

Looking from the other side of the pond i can see something like this as viable explanation:
First condemning previous administration for abusing power then apparently announcing his own plans for power abuse in a shape of "prolonged detention", may simply mean that members of previous administration guilty of power abuse would be recognized as terrorists and submitted to "prolonged detention" in sc "FEMA camp"...
However impossible that might sound, gov. officials are formally subjects of law they create. All it takes to enforce it is from representative/judge to have some integrity and curage. Or just enough. It happens from person to person... Just allow it to happen to them...

I have given up, people think it is a joke when not told by the MSM even if you have proof to put in thier face. My guess is that most signed in order to avoid social embarrassment.

I believe that you are right on target and that does not speak well for society. People are more concerned about themselves, they care more about being embarrassed than they do for the greater good of mankind.
It is easy to be manipulated into losing everything when you simply don't care enough! When they finally do have their Oh Sh$t moment they better hope that there were enough people around that were paying attention to prevent the oncoming catastrophe.

Here's the Executive Order:
Executive Order -- Assignment of National Security and Emergency Preparedness Communications Functions
http://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2012/07/06/executive-order-assignment-national-security-and-emergency-preparedness-#.T_sYsRJrreM.twitter
US President Barack Obama quietly signed his name to an Executive Order on Friday, allowing the White House to control all private communications in the country in the name of national security.
http://rt.com/files/usa/news/obama-president-order-communications-770/obama-president-barack.si.jpg
President Obama released his latest Executive Order on Friday, July 6, a 2,205-word statement offered as the “Assignment of National Security and Emergency Preparedness Communications Functions.” And although the president chose not to commemorate the signing with much fanfare, the powers he provides to himself and the federal government under the latest order are among the most far-reaching yet of any of his executive decisions.
“The Federal Government must have the ability to communicate at all times and under all circumstances to carry out its most critical and time sensitive missions,” the president begins the order. “Survivable, resilient, enduring and effective communications, both domestic and international, are essential to enable the executive branch to communicate within itself and with: the legislative and judicial branches; State, local, territorial and tribal governments; private sector entities; and the public, allies and other nations.”
President Obama adds that it is necessary for the government to be able to reach anyone in the country during situations it considers critical, writing, “Such communications must be possible under all circumstances to ensure national security, effectively manage emergencies and improve national resilience.” Later the president explains that such could be done by establishing a “joint industry-Government center that is capable of assisting in the initiation, coordination, restoration and reconstitution of NS/EP [national security and emergency preparedness] communications services or facilities under all conditions of emerging threats, crisis or emergency.”
“The views of all levels of government, the private and nonprofit sectors, and the public must inform the development of NS/EP communications policies, programs and capabilities,”he adds.
On the government’s official website for the National Communications Systems, the government explains that that “infrastructure includes wireline, wireless, satellite, cable, and broadcasting, and provides the transport networks that support the Internet and other key information systems,”suggesting that the president has indeed effectively just allowed himself to control the country’s Internet access.
In order to allow the White House to reach anyone within the US, the president has put forth a plan to establish a high-level committee calling from agents with the Department of Homeland Security, Pentagon, Federal Communications Commission and other government divisions to ensure that his new executive order can be implemented.
In explaining the order, the Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC) writes that the president has authorized the DHS "the authority to seize private facilities when necessary, effectively shutting down or limiting civilian communications."
In Section 5 of his order, President Obama outlines the specific department and agency responsibilities that will see through his demands. In a few paragraphs, President Obama explains that Executive Committee that will oversee his order must be supplied with “the technical support necessary to develop and maintain plans adequate to provide for the security and protection of NS/EP communications,” and that that same body will be in tasked with dispatching that communiqué “to the Federal Government and State, local, territorial and trial governments,” by means of “commercial, Government and privately owned communications resources.”
Later, the president announces that the Department of Homeland Security will be tasked with drafting a plan during the next 60 days to explain how the DHS will command the government’s Emergency Telecommunications Service, as well as other telecom conduits. In order to be able to spread the White House’s message across the country, President Obama also asks for the purchasing of equipment and services that will enable such.

I searched here and didn't see anything on it & figured with the Snowden news it was a good post to bring up.
it was recently edited, that’s why it came to my attention, I didn't mean to infer that it was "this month" the time line for any of these types of actions always seems to be a trickle along the lines of "the totalitarian tip toe".
our minds however are geared to the short term (maybe via conditioning and hyper consumerism... not sure if it's an inherent trait or learned)
TargeT, I absolutely understand that you didn't mean to infer that it was "this month". That's my point. Simply: is that by "their design"? And why? To see how far they can push it without people even bothering to stand up? Or smoke screen? That was my reason for including other misquoted sites.

A date of "Friday, July 6" would be in the year 2012 (or 2007 or 2001 or ...). Obama didn't take office until 2008, so those earlier years don't fit. So it's 2012, according that that date string.

Ahh, I see what you are getting at; I was a bit distracted at work today :o
Could be further " veiled threats", more pressure (RT is Russian MSM, propaganda directly from the Kremlin so I could see this all being collusive) clearly it confused quite a few people (the date game, wording like "last friday" etc..) they could be tossing a wet blanket as wide as possible to keep flares down.
I honestly do not think that they desire an uprising, I don't know how well it would go for the state & I think there are a lot more plans that need to be executed before anything drastic could be considered.

President Barack Obama has asked that federal agencies launch an unprecedented campaign requiring government workers to monitor the behavior of their colleagues and report potential leakers under the threat of prosecution.
http://worldtruth.tv/wp-content/uploads/2013/07/obama-insider-threat-leaks-.si_.jpg
McClatchy reporters Jonathan Landay and Marisa Taylor wrote Tuesday that the “Insider Threat” program mandated by Pres. Obama utilizes methods that, while meant to identify security threats from within, actually provoke co-workers to spy on one another.
The program is unprecedented in scope and hopes to prevent future instances where government secrets are spilled. According to a new report, however, the Insider Threat initiative and the techniques utilized by the agencies involved are not proven to work.
Insider Threat was authorized in October 2011 after Army Private first class Bradley Manning sent classified intelligence to the website WikiLeaks, an action that government prosecutors argued in court this week aided al-Qaeda by indirectly providing them with secret documents.
Through the program, employees are asked to monitor the behavior of their peers, and could face hefty penalties if they fail to alert higher-ups of a potential breach.
Specifically, the Insider Threat program asks that officials within the ranks of federal agencies spanning all sectors of the government adopt behavioral profiling techniques that ideally would alert higher-ups of a subordinate interested in leaking intelligence. The White House, the Justice Department, the Peace Corps and the departments of Health and Human Services, Homeland Security and Education have all been asked to watch out for “high-risk persons or behaviors” among co-workers under the program, and If “indicators of insider threat behavior” are brought to attention, officials within those agencies are expected to investigate in order to curb the likelihood of another Pfc. Manning.
Research conducted by McClatchy reporters combined with expert interviews suggest those efforts are futile, though, and aren't proven to work.
Gene Barlow, a spokesman for the Office of the National Counterintelligence Executive, told McClatchy that “the awareness effort of the program is to teach people not only what types of activity to report, but how to report it and why it is so important to report it.” So far, though, that method hasn't been proven to actually put potential leakers out of work.
According to McClatchy, the “indicators” that federal employees are told to monitor include stress, relationship issues, financial problems, odd work hours and random traveling.
“It simply educates employees about basic activities or behavior that might suggest a person is up to improper activity,” Barlow told reporters. On the website for his agency’s Insider Threat program, the Office claims that employees may be lured to “betray their nation for ideological reasons, a lust for money or sex, or through blackmail,” and cites threats from within as “the top counterintelligence challenge to our community."
Barlow also stressed that the policy “does not mandate” employees to report behavior indicators, but McClatchy reporters noted that failing to act could land an eyewitness with harsh penalties, including criminal charges.
According to a 2008 National Research Council study, however, analyzing these indicators do not necessarily signal that one agent may be up to no good.
“There is no consensus in the relevant scientific community nor on the committee regarding whether any behavioral surveillance or physiological monitoring techniques are ready for use at all,” the study concluded.
“We have not found any silver bullets,” added Deana Caputo, a behavioral scientist at MITRE Corp., which assists several US agencies with their insider threat efforts. “We don’t have actually any really good profiles or pictures of a bad guy, a good guy gone bad or even the bad guy walking in to do bad things from the very beginning.”
Investigative journalist Dave Lindorff spoke with RT regarding the “Insider Threat” program, saying that it is neither focused on safeguarding national security, nor a good way to run government.
“It’s a completely inefficient way to run a government bureaucracy. And the worst thing about it is it’s got nothing to do with national security, because they’re talking about every department of the government. The Department of Labor, the Food and Drug Administration, the Health Department. All of these that have nothing to do with national security, he’s telling people to rat out their neighbors, their coworkers if they think that they’re doing something wrong,” says Lindorff, which will also dissuade good staff from pursuing government work.
“Let’s be clear about this, it’s not about national security, it’s about preventing people from telling the truth about problems with government, about corruption, about failed policies and so on. What it really is... is the Obama administration has gone beyond even the Nixon administration in its fears of leaks, and its efforts to control the story. It’s trying to prevent the press from getting access to people inside the government … so that all they get is public relations handouts,” adds Lindorff.

I said well it scares the hell outta me, all of our rights have been stripped by Pappa and Son Bush and Now Obama and now freedom of speech is gone at the flip of a switch!...
A few of the nice intended people next to me (Still asleep) said. "Don't your think Obama would know what is BEST for us to hear in a time of emergency or civil war?" I said it is always better to get more than one perspective, this is America...
Angrily... "They said if you don't trust Obama with all he has done for the folks of this country then your ears are to the conspiracy theory freaks that don't want any of these free programs". I asked, how are they free? where does the money come from?
Answer "Taxes from "The Rich" people and the government "printing press!"... I said I hate to argue, but the FED said they are stopping the printing presses and the "RICH" depending on who you talk to are only 1%-15%... once you bleed them dry and force them out of business, their employees loose their jobs and cannot pay taxes... the printing presses stop. THEN WHAT?
About 6 VERY pi$$ed off people moved to the other side of the waiting room... That was about 9 minutes ago... Man I should have kept my mouth closed!!!!
I wish that Eye surgeon would come and take me back finally and start poking me in the eye again, it will be less uncomfortable than this.

The Obama administration on Saturday issued a veto on a proposed potential ban on a number of Apple products in the U.S., including some iPhones and iPad devices.
“After extensive consultations with the agencies of the Trade Policy Staff Committee and the Trade Policy Review Group … I have decided to disapprove the USITC’s determination to issue an exclusion order and cease and desist order in this investigation,” a letter from the U.S. government to United States International Trade Commission Chairman Irving A. Williamson said.
The president’s veto comes in response to a ruling made by the USITC in June, granting the South Korean electronics giant Samsung’s request for an import ban on older iPhones and iPads, which the ITC found to infringe one of Samsung’s standards-essential patents. The order would have affected only AT&T iPhone models prior to the 4S, as well as the iPad 2 and earlier iPad versions.
“We applaud the administration for standing up for innovation in this landmark case. Samsung was wrong to abuse the patent system in this way,” an Apple spokeswoman told AllThingsD.
Update 1:26 pm PT: A Samsung spokesman provided AllThingsD with the following comment: “We are disappointed that the U.S. Trade Representative has decided to set aside the exclusion order issued by the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). The ITC’s decision correctly recognized that Samsung has been negotiating in good faith and that Apple remains unwilling to take a license.”
Apple was involved in an ongoing appeals process to overturn the ITC’s June ruling, arguing that the decision would cause “long-term, dynamic harm” to competition and innovation. The ITC was expected to deliver its final ruling on the appeal on Aug. 9.
As The Wall Street Journal noted, this is the first time an administration has vetoed a product ban ruling by the ITC since the Reagan administration issued a veto in 1987.
“The Administration is committed to promoting innovation and economic progress, including through providing adequate and effective protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights,” the letter said.
Samsung is still free to pursue further litigation and patent-infringement claims through the courts.

Obama pledges greater surveillance transparency
President Barack Obama: "The American people need to have confidence in these programmes"
Vid on Link..http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-23642880

President Barack Obama has promised "appropriate reforms" to guarantee greater
oversight of controversial US surveillance programmes. At a White House news
conference, he proposed "safeguards against abuse", including amending legislation on
the collection of telephone data.Mr Obama also urged appointing a lawyer to challenge
the government at the nation's secretive surveillance court. He has been defending the
programmes since they were leaked in June.
Snowden 'no patriot'
Mr Obama said on Friday that the US "can and must be more transparent" about its
snooping on phone and internet data.
"Given the history of abuse by governments, it's right to ask questions about
surveillance, particularly as technology is reshaping every aspect of our lives," he told
reporters.
"It's not enough for me as president to have confidence in these programmes," Mr
Obama added. "The American people need to have confidence as well."
The president unveiled four proposals aimed at reassuring the public:
Reform Section 215 of the Patriot Act, which governs the programme that collects
telephone records Declassify the legal rationale for the government's phone-data
collection, and said the National Security Agency would put in place a "civil liberties and
privacy officer"Appoint a lawyer to argue against the government at the Foreign
Intelligence Surveillance Court, which is accused of essentially rubber-stamping official
requests to scour electronic records Form a group of external experts to review all US
government intelligence and communications technologies In response to a question
about Edward Snowden, the former NSA contractor who leaked details of the
surveillance programmes to media, Mr Obama said: "No, I don't think Mr Snowden was
a patriot."
'Cold War stereotypes'
The president went on to criticise Russia, which recently granted asylum to Mr
Snowden. Earlier in the week, Mr Obama cancelled a planned summit with President
Vladimir Putin next month in Moscow. Mr Obama said there had been more anti-
American rhetoric since Mr Putin returned to the Russian presidency, which "played into
some of the old stereotypes about the Cold War contest".
John Kerry said the relationship between the US and Russia had
experienced ''challenging'' moments
Vid on Link..http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-23642880
"I've encouraged Mr Putin to think forward as opposed to backwards on those issues,
with mixed success," said Mr Obama.
He said that during his public interaction with Mr Putin, the Russian leader "has got that
kind of slouch, looking like he's the bored kid in the back of the classroom". But he said
their discussions in private had been constructive.Mr Obama also said he would not
consider it "appropriate" to boycott Russia's Winter Olympics next year, despite calls by
gay rights activists to shun the Sochi games because of a recently passed law in that
country banning "homosexual propaganda".He said the best way to combat the law was
for gay and lesbian athletes to do well in the games.
"One of the things I'm really looking forward to is maybe some gay and lesbian athletes
bringing home the gold or silver or bronze, which would, I think, go a long way in
rejecting the kind of attitudes that we're seeing there," he said.
"And if Russia doesn't have gay or lesbian athletes, then, it'll probably make their team weaker."
Earlier on Friday, Secretary of State John Kerry and Defence Secretary Chuck Hagel
held talks with their Russian counterparts in Washington DC.Mr Kerry conceded the US-
Russia relationship had been complicated by "the occasional collision" and "challenging
moments".
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov also acknowledged problems, but said Moscow
preferred to handle their differences like "grown-ups".The two countries agreed on the
need to convene a Syrian peace conference in Geneva, Switzerland, as soon as possible.

4) Has close ties to Wall St., but pretends to support Occupy Wall St.
Although Obama claims to support the Occupy Wall St. movement, the truth is that he has raised more money from Wall St. than any other candidate during the last 20 years. In early 2012, Obama held a fundraiser where Wall St. investment bankers and hedge fund managers each paid $35,800 to attend. In October 2011, Obama hired Broderick Johnson, a long time Wall Street lobbyist, to be his new senior campaign adviser. Johnson had worked as a lobbyist for JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Fannie Mae, Comcast, Microsoft, and the oil industry."

Why did Stone make a rather dubious 911 movie? Why oh why did he make a movie on Bush Jr???
One of the best directors made 2 movies about probably the biggest conspiracies, yet never alluded to that in both "911" and "W"... my question is why Oliver?
I know why...Anyone who goes near 911 conspiracy theories
(In a serious context) are declared nuts by the mainstream.
The amount of fallout for someone like Stone is tremendous.
I have a feeling Oliver's next movie will be one to watch.

The EO leaves the possibility for both to take action. Section 6 requires the Administrator of the EPA to review the RMP to determine whether it should be expanded to include additional regulated substances and types of hazards. It also requires the Secretary of Homeland Security (along with the Secretaries of Labor and Agriculture) to develop a list of potential regulatory and legislative proposals to improve the safe and secure storage, handling, and sale of ammonium nitrate and identify ways in which ammonium nitrate safety and security can be enhanced under existing authorities....."

Obama announces reforms to NSA surveillance programs
Published on 9 Aug 2013

President Barack Obama held a press conference at the White House Friday
afternoon where he discussed everything from the Federal Reserve to his hallmark
health care plan. The National Security Agency's surveillance programs took center
stage, however, as Pres. Obama announced plans to reform the government's spy
policies in the wake of disclosures made by NSA leaker Edward Snowden. RT's Sam
Sacks was at the White House for the Friday afternoon presser, and shares with
Erin Ade the big take aways from the president's presentation

Obama pledges greater surveillance transparency
President Barack Obama: "The American people need to have confidence in these programmes"

Earlier on Friday, Secretary of State John Kerry and Defence Secretary Chuck Hagel
held talks with their Russian counterparts in Washington DC.Mr Kerry conceded the US-
Russia relationship had been complicated by "the occasional collision" and "challenging
moments".
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov also acknowledged problems, but said Moscow
preferred to handle their differences like "grown-ups".The two countries agreed on the
need to convene a Syrian peace conference in Geneva, Switzerland, as soon as possible.

the "collisions" caused by disagreements among superpowers.
You really think the reform will be any better. They will use this to pass more laws on freedom of speech. Got a fact for you RT news previously known as Russia Today is registered as an autonomous non-profit organization. Funded by the federal budget of Russia through the Federal Agency on Press and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation. All msm is mis and dis info. Some one with a video camera filming corruption that has the best intent could do a better job then these ass clowns. I'm sure most of you have seen a lot of military vehicles in the city's I guess this is just part of the reform lol must be.

Obama to Resign Over Terrorgate Pending
Congressional Charges of Conspiracy and Treason

http://beforeitsnews.com/obama/2013/09/obama-to-resign-over-terrorgate-pending-congressional-charges-of-conspiracy-and-treason-2456126.html
SWITZERLAND, Zürich — Although the Obama administration has thus far survived the Fast and Furious, Solyndraand Benghaziscandals, it won’t survive Terrorgate—a shocking series of terror related events which makes Hitler’s Reichstag Firepale in comparison.
The Terrorgate cover-up has to date resulted in the murder of at least 18 U.S. and E.U. Special Forces as well as the unprecedented arrest of 3 top U.S. Navy brass. As the fallout from Terrorgate continues to rock Capitol Hill, the resignation of President Obama looms large pending charges of treason and conspiracy to commit murder by House and Senate Democrats and Republicans.
When Obama called the Washington Navy Yard Massacrejust “another mass shooting“, it was wishful thinking as reality begs to differ. Evidence acquired to date conclusively proves that the Navy Yard Massacre of September 16, 2013, was just the first in a series of mass executions and assassinations ordered by the Obama administration in order to mitigate Terrorgate blowback. In essence, Terrorgate is an ever-growing state-sponsored terror scandal in which the Obama administration was caught red-handed conspiring to commit unprecedented acts of terror upon the American people, namely in the cities of College Station, Texas, Las Vegas, Nevada, and Washington, D.C.
Download: “Terrorgate Memo” (PDF)
The Terrorgate scandal essentially began when the Obama administration premeditatedly targeted two “Live TV” sporting events on Saturday, September 14, 2013, in order to showcase its own version of the “Shock and Awe” military doctrine. The first attack was slated to occur at an NCAA Football game in College Station, followed by a secondary attack on a boxing match in Las Vegas. In order to play up the “race war” angle of the attack as well as demonize the 2nd Amendment, a gun-related massacre targeting Hispanics celebrating Mexican Independence Day on the Las Vegas Stripwas also planned.
Based on the 3 live terror drillswhich were being executed simultaneously on September 14, 2013, Kyle Field(i.e., Texas A&M’s football stadium) and the MGM Grandcasino were slated to be attacked with military grade explosives. In all likelihood, the attacks would have caused structural failure, ultimately crushing and trapping thousands of fans in attendance.
In the immediate aftermath of the attacks, Obama planned to address the nation from the White House Rose Gardenwhere he would institute martial law and implicate white American gun owners and militia members in the attacks. While grandstanding on “Live TV”, Obama was scheduled to be attacked with CBRN-like weapon, ultimately leaving the White House radioactive or under quarantine...

At this stage of the game I don't think the USG is even capable of doing something like this. The allegiances and alliances of congress are so misaligned, they are a feckless and ceremonial body at best.
President Obama resigning over the alleged Terrorgate scandal, or over any scandal for that matter, would be equivalent of the high-school senior class president resigning after the school board cut the class field trip budget.

Good God they've sold the country out from under US citizens, and turned it to a closed out going out of business sale. The only ones that want to put that in place, is the ones that shut it all down wrecklessly, instead of prosecute their own former Presidents now retired, officials still living on America's teets while pushing the poor elderly off, and reading about who they vote for.
They can never tell me, one vote isn't important anymore, and it won't work for my children either.

There is little doubt that this story is bogus or just wishful thinking. The US was established to be government for the people and by the people but we have politicians in office that have made careers out of it. They understand how the game is played and manipulate the lobbyist and budgets for their personal gain. No institution on the planet needs term limits more than the both houses!

The Fed's contract is not up ... no renewal necessary. The stories I've seen claiming that the Fed had an expiring contract confused me. Perhaps it did once, but got it changed to an eternal contract.
The President picking the Fed chair was part of the magic show used to sell the Fed in the first place. You can bet he won't pick a Fed chair whi doesn't have the full approval and support of the powers that be behind the Fed.

This Nobel Peace prize winner has been showing his true colors so much, that I feel sorry for anyone who still believes in what this treasonous character says. This is no lightworker. I was serving during this period, there were some regiments asked if they would fire on citizens if ordered (At an Armory during monthly training) and the overwhelming answer was NO SIR.
THAT IS WHY THE DHS... FEMA and their off shoots are NOW armored more efficiently than our troops were when they first entered Afghanistan and Iran... They have created a Citizen Corp of Nazi Like "Brown Shirts" to completely side step the Posse Comitatus Act completely!
SOON afterward you began to see "Returning Veterans of Foreign Wars" listed as "Probable Threats to Homeland Security" (Or The "Mother Land"). These are fascist Nazi's under NEW Labels... Pure and simple.
They will create a crisis to get as many of our troops overseas as possible before they create a "Night of long knives" here. They KNOW that those who have taken the oath (For the MOST PART, plenty of bad eggs from the military who are evil and now serving as Merc's) that would take arms against the DHS/FEMA when they DID try to take up arms against Citizens.

I am also calling for Congress to draw up articles of impeachment against Obama based upon the murder of Ambassador Stevens at Benghazi, the IRS spy-gate scandal, the continuing of the NSA illegal spying on American citizens, for spying on AP reporters, for Fast and Furious gun running to the Mexican drug cartels, for supplying aid and comfort to al-Qaeda and on and on and on..."

[article here (http://thecommonsenseshow.com/2013/10/09/obama-is-trying-to-provoke-a-revolution/)]
The Common Sense Show (http://thecommonsenseshow.com/2013/10/09/obama-is-trying-to-provoke-a-revolution/www.thecommonsenseshow.com)
In the midst of the so-called government shut down, Obama has lashed at innocent American citizens. The President’s actions are so egregious that it is difficult to believe that he is not trying to provoke mainstream America into a confrontation with the forces of his administration. After Obama was confronted, in the mainstream media in May, with no less than five Watergate type scandals, coupled with his inability to give the central bankers the war they so desperately desire in the Middle East, the imposition of martial law may be the only way from which Obama can move to squelch all meaningful opposition to his continuing reign of terror. In the midst of the government shutdown, it is apparent that Obama is determined to inflict significant pain upon America.
Good News and Bad News
Obama’s government shutdown gift to military families.
The wives of deployed soldiers to Afghanistan can no longer shop at the Commissary because the grocery store of our military bases is a casualty of the shutdown. This is indeed bad news for the nation’s military families because they now will have to pay about 20% more for groceries because of Obama’s selective distribution of pain associated with the present crisis. Having grown up in a military family, I can honestly state that at the end of the month, most military families do not have two nickels to rub together. Obama would have had a very difficult time choosing a more vulnerable population to attack.
A man has to have his priorities.
There is however, a silver lining to the budget crisis as President Obama’s federally funded golf course is still open for business and its federally funded staff at the pro shop are anxiously awaiting the President’s next round of golf as he is teeing off today right after lunch.
Also, Congress is still getting paid. In the Obama administration, they make certain that the country has their priorities straight; Government before people, privilege before duty and treason before honor.
Duplicity of the Highest Order
As the Obama forces arrest veterans for “trespassing” as they try to honor their fellow comrades on the war memorials, his minions allowed non-citizens to march on the very mall that is off limits to our veterans.
No reasonable person is arguing against immigrants right to protest. However we must ask the question as to why are we allowing non-citizens to occupy the same piece of American land that we are denying to those who have defended our country, namely, the veterans?
Even though there were barricades with “closed” signs on the National Mall on Tuesday, the National Park Police setup for a pro-immigration reform rally which speaks clearly to the double standard being imposed as a result of the shutdown. In short, immigrants were allowed to protest on the mall, veterans honoring their fallen comrades, were arrested for being on the mall. The National Park Police even set up more than 100 portable potties which were set up for immigrant protesters. Even a giant stage with lights and an “Immigration Reform Now” banner was set up in the center of the mall the morning after several veterans were hauled off to jail for being on the same piece of land. What kind of upside down administration are we living under?
The arresting of our vets on the mall, another disgusting act of treason by this current president.
The Washington Examiner reported that immigrant rally organizers said that they would be allowed by the National Park Police to carry out their protest under their First Amendment rights. Did I miss the memo where the veterans forfeited their First Amendment rights? If you think this is an outrage, we are just getting warmed up. Every American who lives within an hour’s drive of the capital should show up to the mall and defy the National Park Police and stand arm in arm with our veterans.
Money for Our Enemies but Not to Keep Our Memorials Open
US taxpayer money for al-Qaeda in Libya and Syria but no money will be spent to keep the war memorials open!
Meanwhile, half way across the world, we have all the money we need to supply the al-Qaeda backed Syrian rebels with weapons and supplies. Wait a minute, didn’t the government accuse al-Qaeda of perpetrating 9/11? Yet, we continue to arrest our veterans and supply our enemies. This is treason.
There are other selective acts by the Obama administration, resulting from the budget crisis, which are designed to inflict as much pain as possible on the American people. For example, the National Park Service has shut down the national parks, which technically, they have a right to do. However, the National Park Service is now shutting down private businesses in and around the national parks. This is something that they have no right to do.
Obama’s Biggest Crime
Obama, a traitor to the very troops under his command.
Families of fallen military heroes receive a death benefit to transport the body of their loved ones from the battlefield to the cemetery for final disposition. In the ultimate act of betrayal against our soldiers, Obama has taken away the death benefit from military families, thus forcing the military families to come up with the money on their own or to simply allow the military to bury their family member on the battlefield where they fell. I am almost angry beyond words, as this impostor of a president is allowed to continue to so dishonor America’s finest citizens.
Conclusion
Have you had enough America? Well, that is what Obama wants. He wants you to take to the streets. He is waiting to crush all opposition to his “in-your-face-tyranny” approach to governing the American people.
Don’t give into this despot. We can strike back at this illegitimate president through non-violent means. Do not give this dictator any excuse to further crackdown on the American people. I am also calling for all active duty military to refuse their orders to enter into combat. Lay down your arms until your country gives you the respect that you have earned. In case you have not heard, martial law signs are being seen around the country. We are out of time!
Congress: Stop him before he completes his mission.

Congresswoman Michele Bachmann had tough words for Obama, even going so far as to suggest impeachment should be on the table.
She told Rusty Humphries in a conference call sponsored by TeaParty.net on Tuesday that “we can have an impeachment hearing in the house” because Obama “has committed impeachable offenses.”
I think that is no more against democrats vs republicans but an agenda that America people is not signing off, perhaps the way out is an impeachment. It has done before in Brazil, it can be done in America as well. It will probably save the day.

Michele Bachman has no credibility in the real world. She has revealed herself, over and over again, to be clueless when it comes to politics; she has only her own deep prejudices and hatreds to reference.
And we should be clear that "impeachment" is also a concept that is carefully delineated in law. You can't make it mean what you want it to mean, even if you really, really, really want it be what you want it to be. It is only the first step of the process for having an elected official removed from office. It is only a "charge", one that sets in motion a number of other actions.
And it cannot, by the way, have any effect on the official after he/she has left office.
Here's a pretty good description, taken from Wikipedia, of some of the salient details. (There is lots more info in the Wiki article):
Similar to the British system, Article One of the United States Constitution gives the House of Representatives the sole power of impeachment and the Senate the sole power to try impeachments. Unlike the British system, impeachment is only the first of two stages, and conviction requires a two-thirds vote. Impeachment does not necessarily result in removal from office; it is only a legal statement of charges, parallel to an indictment in criminal law. An official who is impeached faces a second legislative vote (whether by the same body or another), which determines conviction, or failure to convict, on the charges embodied by the impeachment. Most constitutions require a supermajority to convict. Although the subject of the charge is criminal action, it does not constitute a criminal trial; the only question under consideration is the removal of the individual from office, and the possibility of a subsequent vote preventing the removed official from ever again holding political office in the jurisdiction where he was removed.
