Why it’s the Year of the Snake

Just before President Obama jetted off to Hawaii and the U.S. Congress broke up for its short Christmas recess on Thursday, Dec. 28, the U.S. Senate debated renewal of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA).

It’s not for nothing the Chinese calendar calls 2013 the Year of the Snake.

FISA allows government spying on almost all our telecommunications. Several senators tried to attach amendments to the law, simply to provide some modest transparency and oversight to ensure that the government's warrantless eavesdropping powers were constrained from abuse.

These senators were charged with “aiding terrorists” by the Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, Dianne Feinstein (D-CA). Then in virtually identical 37-54 votes, Feinstein and her conservative Democrat comrades joined with virtually all Republicans (except for Senators Rand Paul, Mike Lee and Dean Heller) to reject each one of the proposed amendments and thus give Obama exactly what he demanded– he can continue to eavesdrop on Americans without any warrants, transparency or real oversight.

As columnist Glenn Greenwald pointed out: “Feinstein repeatedly argued that requiring even basic disclosure about the eavesdropping program – such as telling Americans how many of them are targeted by it - would, as she put it, "destroy the program". But if "the program" is being conducted properly and lawfully, why would that kind of transparency kill the program?”

And speaking of privacy, do you ever ride on public transportation – city buses or vans at the airport?

Transit authorities in several U.S. cities are installing audio/video enabled surveillance systems on public buses that will give them the ability to record and store private conversations, according to documents obtained by an online news outlet.

The systems are being installed in San Francisco, Baltimore and other cities with funding from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. The use of the equipment raises serious questions about eavesdropping without a warrant, particularly since recordings of passengers could be obtained and used by law enforcement agencies or even viewed in real time.

So much for your public transport and e-mail privacy my fellow Americans.

But email and travel privacy as a right pale in comparison to being detained by the U.S. military, thrown into jail and held without charges.

Just a few days before the FISA renewal, Charles Savage reported in The New York Times that a few members of Congress had taken it upon themselves to decide that reaffirmation of the protections in the Fifth Amendment of the Bill of Rights is unneeded.

Virtually ignored by most of the news media preoccupied with their meaningless “fiscal cliff” blather, here is what Savage revealed:

“Lawmakers charged with merging the House and Senate versions of the National Defense Authorization Act decided on Tuesday to drop a provision that would have explicitly barred the military from holding American citizens and permanent residents in indefinite detention without trial as terrorism suspects…”

What that means is that instead of a flat-out prohibition against the military arresting and holding U.S. citizens without charges, the next time a president tries to lock up an American citizen without trial – as President George W. Bush tried – it will be left up to the courts to decide whether or not it's legal.

Don’t Look Up
And if you are truly concerned about your privacy, earlier this year, Congress passed the FAA Reauthorization Act that authorized the deployment of fleets of aerial spy drones to cruise above the United States.

This followed a major lobbying effort by defense contractors to promote the use of drones in American skies: 30,000 of them are expected to be in use by 2020, some as small as hummingbirds, meaning you won't see them tracking your every move. Some drones will be as big as passenger planes. They will be used by businesses, and certainly by police, as in Seattle where they have already been deployed.

Keep in mind these are the same aerial drones that can be equipped with much more than video cameras; they can and do carry lethal weaponry as proven in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Yemen. That should cut the crime rate in Detroit, Chicago and Los Angeles while removing the need for costly trials.

A U.S. Air Force document states that it will deploy its own military surveillance drones within the borders of the U.S. and may keep video and other data it collects with these drones for 90 days without a warrant.

And you thought police SWAT teams were a threat!

My point in choosing these few examples of the destruction of freedom in America, some that occurred in just the last week, is to emphasize your need to know ...

Thanks for the info, but FYI the Chinese lunar calendar doesn't enter the next year, which is indeed a snake year, until 10th February. Trying to impose Western interpretations of an animal's perceived character onto the Eastern perspective just doesn't work.

Basiago, William B. Stillings, and Bernard Mendez (three whistle blowers), who unlike Barack Obama who has chosen to stick with his security agreements about being in the CIA's 1980's jump room program and has not gone public on this.

At substantial threats to their lives and livelihood, in the public interest whistleblowers Andrew D. Basiago, William B. Stillings and Bernard Mendez have chosen to go public and that's why we know about this. They all corroborate each other’s story independently. They were at this training class along with Barack Obama's mother, Stanley Ann Dunham and Andrew D. Basiago's father, Raymond F. Basiago, and William B. Stillings father, Thomas J. Stillings, along with a number of other people, including, Regina Dugan who was Barack Obama's first director of DAARPA. Now, she's with Google.

During this class, Stanley Ann Dunham identified herself to Andrew Basiago as Barack Obama's mother and she stated a number of times, quite proudly, that her son, Barack Obama/Barry Soetoro, would be the first African American president of the U.S., and he's been positively identified [as a class participant]. All of them have positively identified him as Barack Obama-that [class] participant.

So, Stanley Ann Dunham, Barack Obama's mother, identified Barack Obama at this 1980's class as the first African American president of the United States. They were about eighteen years old at the time. Now this is not an anomaly. As whistleblower, Andrew D. Basiago and myself, Alfred Lambremont Webre, demonstrated in a February, 2012, seminar at the Awakening Center in Rainier, Washington, that will be re-broadcast in February, 2013, at ExoUniversity.org. “The Legend”

Stanley Ann Dunham, Barack Obama's mother, was a CIA career operative in Indonesia under the cover of U.S. A.I.D. She was informed by CIA, by her CIA handlers, in 1971 that CIA time-travel had pre-identified her son, Barry Soetoro then ten years old, as a future U.S. president named Barack Obama who would be initially inaugurated on January 20, 2009, under the name of Barack Obama. The CIA, then, directed Stanley Ann Dunham to go to Honolulu, Hawai'i, where in December of 1971, she arranged a six weeks meeting at which, what is called in the intelligence community, “the Legend” or kind of the cover story-the life cover story, which itself was then memorialized into the “autobiographies” of Barack Obama (that were ghost written apparently), by which “the Legend” of Barack Obama could be arranged.

During that six weeks meeting in 1971, Neil Abercrombie, the future governor of Hawai'i in 2008 during the Obama campaign (He would be instrumental in perpetuating the ruse that Barack Obama was born in Hawai'i) was brought in as a central character in organizing “the legend”. He was a friend of the Kenyan civil servant named, Barack Obama, who had been with him at the University of Hawai'i. He invited Barack Obama to come back from Kenya to Honolulu for the six weeks. There's one photo op at the Honolulu airport with Barack Obama senior, Stanley Ann Dunham, and the ten-year-old Barry Soetoro. For six weeks, Barack Obama senior from Kenya, Neil Abercrombie, Stanley Ann Dunham, and Stanley Armour Dunham, (Stanley Ann Dunham's father and CIA agent) arranged “the legend” that Barack Obama II was the Kenyan civil servants son. In turn, Barack Obama senior was assassinated in Kenya in a CIA automobile accident in 1982. [It was] the same year that Barry Soetoro assumed the public name, Barack Obama, in a court preceding here in a British Columbia court in October of 1982 (probably under CIA guidance). We have the sealed documents from that name change.

Why can't they keep their business out our business, as they charge US for their products at twice the cost to make, overseas w/low wage labor?

Gosh, I'm rambling and it's the Sabaath, so I will pray for the hearts that are needed to change their direction, after causing so many centuries of hurt to humans and the planet. Our voices are not sinking in, perhaps God/Divine Intervention on their businesses, and ruin of their ill-gotten gains will snap them out of the "greedglare."

Can we have a copy of the link on a pdf file to verify this? It is a day of honesty, eh? I will look at anything that someone brings from reliable sources, however, the fearmongering here has become a little off the chain. What has he done to deserve this type of treachery by so many who won't even take the time to see that the problem of many past Presidents that warned US were during those two "World" wars. They saw many things like fou fighters and if you notice, a lot of spy films like Bond, were encouraged and trusted to keep the country safe from the bad guys. Eisenhower's Grand daughter was in the same program, and unless IKE was a phycho too, I doubt he would want her participating? Was IKE phycho? I don't think so, and the meeting with Kennedy in the last days and advice given, shows me throughout history, that others in the top echelon that want the bad guys stopped, like Bob Dean and others, KNOW that the time has come for this debaucle life matrix of enslavement is over. I'm gonna do like Abraham, Noah, and others who taught us to find a quiet place where you can hear your own heart, and open your mind to question the direction of what you discover, to the creator. Listen to what your heart feels. There is always a peaceful way to find out knowledge, without fear. Lessons of experience aren't fearful, only eventful. Hmmm.. that one just came to me.
I'll be signed in during the day, as I faved a few articles for this day. All I can say is WE got a lot to straighten out, and even Ronald and Nancy found out the bad guys were ruinin the country and paying the Republican Southern Block to drown it in bath water/debt. As you can see, they've had their way with our government for a long time.
Was it destiiny, since they already identified him as the President and groomed him for the people, because he walked the poverty walk and really did work for the poor by freely giving GED training for the poor who dropped out of school, to pass the test and become productive members of society? I am just a soul observing what is transpiring, that I myself could not stop, anymore than I could stop the Mayan' Calendar from popping up. Whatever has happened, God/Creator already KNEW it and has HIS plan. IT is NOT in Man's hands, but God and the HUMANS on this planet who strengthen Him in praise and love. He is OUR protection from those WE know not much about. HE has all this time, because if the ET wanted, they could have taken humans out before WE had the atomic bomb, it doesn't hinder them now. It really is in the Creator's plan and God's hands at this time that was written. Work on the love, the vision, the peace among US, and a lot of the negative, won't be 'drawn" to US. OUR souls are truly what needs working on at this time.
Me, been through enough confusion in the the world web of his storical illegal and immoral interference in OUR evolutionary and or prevention of inter species mingling, because of wars, and corporate planet raping. Gotta leave this thread for now, it's interferring with the shedding of negativity. WE know what to pray for, WE were told to just ask, and yet, the ptw will tell you to NOT tap into your creator and ask.

Will America finally realize that we are the last spark plug to change, before the car/heart/mind/love/peace can begin?

Her? She was great. But I can't think of anything to say that wouldn't sound insulting, but I wouldn't mean it that way. Maybe one thing;
Obama insulted her.

I watched the first 20 minutes. The drumming of her fingers said a lot. She was not prepared for most of the
information shot at her from Alex. She did her best to answer his questions. It takes time to absorb new data
the smacks up against what you thought was the truth. I'd be super nervous in her shoes, talking on the radio.

The first thing that popped into my mind was why. Why bring her on the show? I didn't think that he brought her on to "punk her" like the one caller said. I believe that he saw something in her that some of us didn't, myself included. I have to confess that I had a negative view of her after seeing her youtube video for which she was named the Obama Phone Lady.

In the beginning, she seemed overwhelmed and didn't seem to understand what was being said. However, after she settled in I really think she got it.
She reminded me of my own mother who is not well educated or sophisticated but understands and knows a lot more then we sometimes give credit to and for. In the end you can't help but to love her and she was brave for appearing on the show and I give a thumbs up to Alex for bringing her on the show.
Hopefully she has been enlightened and can now see more then the alphabet soup MSM has been feeding her all of these years. That counts for a lot in my opinion.

I am concerned about her peers and hope that she is not subjected to too much ridicule at home. If so, something tells me that she will fight back and stand her ground. I wish her luck and success.

I honestly did not pre-judge this woman's humanity nor her raw intelligence based on the first youtube. I would have been equally surprised had I learned she was a complete imbecile as much as I was when I learned she is actually a sweet and likable person who seems bright enough. What we all saw in the video was the sum of her experiences. Far be it from me to prejudge who and what a person is all about knowing nothing of their experiences...

Now that I know her a little better I have to admit I have formed some judgements, and here are my humble observations: Michelle Dowery is a very interesting person. She is not stupid, but it is pretty clear she is illiterate and incredibly ignorant. If we examine her lot, she is utterly powerless relative to the power structure (which aligns well with the old adage that knowledge is power). She knows full well information and knowledge are power and understanding this has had a profound effect on how she employs and absorbs information and knowledge. She is street smart and has learned to negotiate the matrix to survive her lot, just as we all do.

I'm not convinced breaking free of any matrix, be it the matrix that shaped her lot of ignorance and illiteracy, or the one that shapes all our lots of varying shortcomings, rests solely on intelligence. There are many people I know much smarter than me who have a childlike understanding of the world, and who often seem equally absurd to me as Obama Lady did in the first youtube appearance. They are the smart serfs who make things tick, the physicians, the scientists, the engineers. They enjoy prominence whereas Obama Lady enjoys abjection. (I choose my words carefully. Michelle truly seems a blessed soul). But in many ways they are not much different from Obama Lady when it comes to how they employ information. It would seem we are all largely inculcated into the matrix, each negotiating our lots to the best of our abilities, each quantitated differently, and intelligence may have little to do with where we settle. What does matter, I think, is our innate thirst for knowledge and our never ending quest for the truth.

I do not know Michelle Dowery and am only basing my intuition on limited observation, but in my experience, people who have learned to employ knowledge in the way she has during her life, so to advance a specific interest or perhaps even to survive, are very easy to manipulate. Just as the democratic party knew exactly what to say and do to win her over, to make her believe they were acting in accord with in her interests, Alex Jones may have demonstrated just how easily a person like this is to manipulate using the same tactics. I'm not saying it's wrong or what Alex has told her is misleading; I would just be interested to learn how easily she could be swayed back to denouncing all her newfound insights given the right ideologue with skilled persuasiveness.

I do not feel it speaks for itself. Obama's children have armed guards because he is the President of the United States and there is a precedent for people trying to kill Presidents and their family members. Before he ran they were not guarded by armed officers in Illinois. I do feel that this debate over gun control is misguided and the true debate should be over people learning to actually care about each other. Hurt people are the types of people who hurt other people.

People in positions of power do need a modicum of security to protect themselves. When you are elevated in status for whatever reason, people become fixated on you. We fixate on things we see and we see and hear alot about the President, and rightfully so, he is the President after all. So yes he should have protection for his children. I will give you one reason. On election day last year there were no less than 12 lynched effigies of the President displayed in public places throughout the United States. Spoken plainly there were a dozen lifesize models of the current President hung from posts and trees in a manner displaying the hanging of a man.

Also, people fail to realize or would rather ignore the fact that police(with guns) have been in schools that are predominantly minority for a long time. I definitely remember police in my elementary, middle and high schools.

But I digress.......the President of the United States and his family should have protection, because they have been and probably are being targeted by hateful misguided people.

If this fundamental equality is forgotten or gotten rid of (as some seem to be suggesting) then the foundation of our entire country is gone. The US only has what it has because it ATTEMPTS to treat every one with equal opportunities (not AS equals) and with equal rights.

Yeah I saw the children up there as our illustrious leader puts these kids up like poster children of this really devastating tragedy. Looking at how serious of a matter this is and it being an adult American matter for Adults to at least start a solution process I see no reason for children to be at this announcement and signing and how visuals give us this warm comforting feeling, yeah right!

A doctor chimed in on the radio yesterday and brought up the fact of high concentrations of lime in this area and how lime disease has an effect on your mind . You can get lime disease from a deer tick bite and other sources and this doctor pointed out how a person with that could go into an insane rage with no conscious on what that person is doing. He also pointed out that the chimpanzee that ripped that womans face off also had lime disease. He said many times this is misdiagnosed as MS.70 miles from newtown there is an extremely high concentrate of lime there. I'm not saying with certainty that this was the cause but it is for sure worth exploring due to this horrendous act.

God bless all of the children and teachers that lost their lives in this event and their community .

Reality check: there are already armed guards in many public and private schools. My high school (graduated in '07) had a "school resource officer" which was a Sheriff who's duty was to protect the school. His car was parked right out front every day of school. He had a pistol on his hip where ever he went, and although he never talked about it those in the know were aware that he had an assault rifle in his car like all Sheriffs our county.

...yet I've never heard about a disadvantage to his presence, that is to say, a disadvantage to having someone in a school that is armed.

The 1%'s are trying to protect themselves by utilizing this gun control program that they are trying to pass. Sandy Hook IMO was a program and it failed terribly, much like 911 did. They know they are failing, from the failed system. People are becoming aware of the smoke and mirrors. As they are totally out-numbered by the 99%'s, and yes they are sh!tting themselves. My suggestion would be for them to sport some adult diapers. Taking guns away from the population makes them feel safe and perhaps may give them some piece of mind. But who needs guns when we got these....And if all else fails revert to The Laws Of Thermodynamics - Energy cannot be created or destroyed but could change its state, mass or form.

The missing part is the fact that they (CIA) are doing all the mass shootings or faking them as is seen with Sandy Hook, the Firemen and Aurora. Then the next problem is the fact that the CIA is bringing the drugs into the country as well which leads to the 75 % of shootings being gang related. The leadership of this country is doing nothing about making things better because they profit from the problems. The prison system is big money and the problems have allowed them to build the Police state we now live in. Druged or crazed shooters is a very small problem and is not what went on in the last shootings. I find it very convenient that an assult rifle was used in four of the resent shootings which does not match any statistics. 3.5% of killings happen with them. 90% of killings are done with illegal guns, 400+ per year shot by law enforcement,75% are gang related and 250+ per year are justified legal killings to protect ones selves.

So while i can appreciate what you point out the problem is far beond that.

The morphing from a two-party system into one of elite royalty did not happen overnight, but incrementally and under the proverbial radar of a deliberately distracted public.

Much of what you see, hear and read is a lie so big that you don’t recognize it as a lie, and so bold that it operates without question or impediment right in front of us. There are plenty of writers and talkers who will sugar-coat the lie or participate in political theater for air time, print space or a paycheck, but I refuse to be one of them. Allow me to walk you through my investigative findings into the “Obama conspiracy” to show you just how deep the lie goes. By the end of this summary report, I hope that you will better understand the lie, the objectives of those involved, and the fate intended for us all.

They are not coming for our guns

Would you believe me if I wrote that the government is not after our guns? Probably not, as it certainly looks that way with the pending executive orders and new gun legislation. Well, the guns are secondary. I urge you to think bigger, “think outside of the box.” Make no mistake about this, they will come after our guns, but they are coming after us.

By believing in the Constitution, we’ve earned ourselves a spot on the latest incarnation of the White House enemies list. By supporting the Constitution as the ultimate law of the land, we’ve identified ourselves as an enemy of the state. By “clinging” to our guns and Bibles, we pose a danger to the globalist agenda rooted in socialism, fascism and communism. By understanding that we are being victimized by an out-of-control banking system, we have earned a spot on the “single-cause” terrorist watch list. By becoming informed of the tyranny that exists before us, we have become a threat to their ultimate global objectives.

They are afraid of not just the guns, but of by a well armed and well informed populace that understands the meaning and intent of the Second Amendment. It is the well informed and the well armed that they fear, as they should. The are racing against the clock as we become more informed and better armed. Accordingly, they must act in haste, as they see us rapidly peeling away the layers of lies that have kept them insulated for so long.

Certainly, they will attempt to get our guns, but make no mistake that it’s us, or those unwilling to be serfs, who they are after. Their hunt will be relentless, matching their end-game objective of creating the royal elite while enslaving the unwashed.

Those among us who believe they can talk their way out of an illegal government confiscation by claiming the loss of their guns in some boating accident are self-deluded and not understanding the larger picture. Adherence to this delusion is not only childish and naive, but a dangerous underestimation of the intent of the tyranny that lies before us. We must face what lies ahead like adults and prepare ourselves accordingly.

What lies ahead?

The hour is late and time is short. A rapid understanding of the lie and how deep it goes is required right here, right now.

We can briefly look at a few key events that not have changed history, but will also reveal the tyrannical playbook of the global elite that has remained unchanged for the past century.

From the attack on Pearl Harbor to the assassinations of JFK, RFK, and MLK, to the Gulf of Tonkin incident through the attack that “changed the world” on September 11, 2001, each event is deeply mired in various levels of deception, controversy, inconsistencies, unanswered questions, and conflicting accounts. The farther we travel away from each event, the less chance the actual truth will ever be made known, at least in time to make a difference. Even worse, reasonable people seeking sensible and honest answers and wanting nothing less than the complete truth are routinely vilified and forced into accepting the “official” accounts of the various events being questioned.

Two of the most recent relevant issues that remain mired in controversy and off limits to inquiring minds are Obama’s eligibility status and the attacks of September 11, 2001. Despite “official accounts” regarding the former, the issue remains a legitimate controversy to the extent that Barack Hussein Obama II, a/k/a Barry Soetoro, has yet to prove his eligibility to hold office under the Constitution of the United States. Despite what has been reported or accepted as fact, Obama has never produced authenticated hardcopy documentation of his Certificate of Live Birth, verification of his social security number and related documentation, his selective service documents, or his official passport records.

Even the most hard-core conservatives have long argued that the entire eligibility matter is a fringe issue unworthy of discussion. Much like the previous controversies referenced, we are forbidden to have a sensible discussion on the matter, at least not without obligatory vilification. Yet, vital and relevant questions remain unanswered amid the requisite obfuscation, diversion and yes, vilification.

We are not permitted to know the bona-fides of the man who is tasked with transforming the United States from a Constitutional Republic into a tyrannical kingdom of royalty and serfs. Questions related to his eligibility are never answered. Instead, they are met with accusations of racism and bigotry where none is ever intended or warranted.

Such questions are also met with objections that the issue distracts from other more important issues. What could be more important than the background and eligibility of the man who holds the most powerful position in our country and arguably, the world? Perhaps never allowing these questions to be addressed was the plan from the start. If so, it’s a tactic that certainly fits with information that follows.

Also, there remain very legitimate and very relevant questions about the attack of September 11, 2001, “the event that changed the world.” Instead of being able to hold a rational, thoughtful discourse about valid concerns, any questions are met with accusations that those asking the questions are lunatics enamored by delusions of some grand conspiracy. Are we not entitled to answers about an event that resulted in the creation of governmental policies and agencies that are responsible for the most intrusive attacks on the liberties of every American?

From the attacks of 9/11 to Obama’s eligibility to even the most basic questions surrounding the recent Sandy Hook school shooting (yes, there are inconsistencies in need of answers), we cannot have a reasonable discussion without being castigated and marginalized as conspiracy nuts. You see that the stage for asking such questions has been set throughout time. After all, who are we, the unwashed masses, to question our “leaders” about anything of substance?

Now, those of us who seek only the truth must fight against the putrid hubris of the likes of Obama and his minions, the Clintons, the Feinsteins, the Cuomos, New York Mayor Bloomberg, and others who hold the reins of power. To be completely honest and fair, such unbridled hubris extends to those on the right as well, including the members of Bush dynasty, John Boehner, Lindsey Graham and countless others. Again, we are not governed by political parties, but ruled by royalty who have erected firewalls of protection against the common people, us – the serfs.

Although they did not create the current perspective, they most assuredly embraced and advanced it. How dare we, the uninitiated and unwashed, question their words and actions?

Their tasks become easier as they have firmly entrenched their advance teams within the press to further their objectives. They know the power of the airwaves and print, and use the likes of Piers Morgan, the chameleon for the modern day Camelot and arguably a man with no love for our Constitutional Republic to do their bidding. The political right has similar truth suppressors who trade their morals and integrity for a paycheck, and the future of our nation for a promised seat at the table of power. And we, the people who have built this nation with the sweat of our brow and the skin from our knuckles, are scolded like children when we dare ask for the truth.

Such is the perspective or the backdrop from which we must now operate.

Obama: selected to be the last president

America is more than a piece of land. It is a mindset, an ideology that was founded on the Declaration of Independence and our Constitution. Our founders left England and established our great nation to rid themselves of the oppression we are seeing return with even greater force and oppressiveness. But something happened to many of us over the years to make us more accepting of the British or European model of governance, which is exactly what we are seeing take over our nation. It is the push for globalism, a global governance, a singular mindset drafted and choreographed by the most rich and powerful families of the world.

As Americans, we’ve been set up. Perhaps it began in 1913, when America was force fed the lie of our current and corrupt monetary system with the establishment of the Federal Reserve. Then came the creation of the Internal Revenue Service, which was a consolidation of power regulating our wealth. From the League of Nations to the United Nations, the push for consolidation of power by the few to rule the many has been the objective.

As we progressed through the Twentieth century, can we now look back and see with increasing clarity that Communist infiltration of nearly every branch of government, our centers of higher learning and all schools, compliments of the creation of the Department of Education, as well as the press? Can we now see with clarity that America, too strong to be taken down from the outside, is being taken down from within?

Can any rational, sane person explain the run-up to, and consequences of the financial crisis of 2008? Our unbridled debt of over 16 TRILLION dollars? As you watch the evening news or listen to political pundits talk of recovery and improving economic conditions, do you wonder what planet they are from, or whether they actually believe their lies? Do you honestly believe that we had fair elections in 2012? How about 2008, 2004 or 2000?

America was set up from the inside to be destroyed. Our children have been sold into slavery to illegal debt created by a cabal of central banks based… in London. Perhaps that’s the reason Barack Hussein Obama, or whatever his real name is, is so reluctant to show his papers, as perhaps he’s really a British citizen, as his father, who hailed from Kenya, was actually a British subject, which would make Obama a British national.

Could it be that we’ve been taken over once again by the British empire? Is European socialism being used a as a stepping stone to Communism and then to global governance, or a “New World Order?”

When the American dollar collapses, and it must, which country will play a major role in replacing our defunct economic system? Great Britain? So, in one fell swoop, America will become beholden to Great Britain and all of its laws once again.

People like Michael Savage, who is already on Her Majesty’s radar might want to consider those implications.

Perhaps that’s why Piers Morgan is smirking and acting as if he owns America.

In any event, what are we, true American patriots and not just keyboard warriors, prepared to do about it? The time to decide is now. The time to act will be soon.

The responsible party was congress in 1913. That was the year they made permanent and formally mandated that one of the Secret Service's duties is to protect the President, then in 1917 Congress expanded that duty to the President's immediate family.

So to more precisely answer your question, the People of the United States, represented by their elected officials in the US Congress, decided that it was important to protect the President and his immediate family. This was not protested against by the general populace during the time it was enacted, supporting the assumption that the people agreed with that new policy.

Also you can see from the dates I listed that this was before World War I. (Well the part about protecting the immediate family was during WWI)

I know some of you do not like the current President but please know that the guarding of his children predates his birth. Using the fact that we as a citizenry had previously decided it was right and necessary to protect those who are closest to him is making sure he does his job without worrying if his family is safe.

Not questioning your facts just a few observations:

Alex Jones was fired up throughout the entire interview, launching into a series of loud tirades against Morgan and gun control every few seconds. Every time Morgan tried to ask a question, Jones continued to pile through with his arguments.

Jones said the point of the petition was to bring attention to the fact that United States has a bunch of foreigners bragging about taking away the guns of Americans while the gov't amasses more weapons for themselves. He said that the Second Amendment isn't for "duck-hunting," it's to protect us from "tyrannical government." He raised his voice to declare to Morgan, "1776 will commence again if you try to take our firearms!"

Morgan attempted to explain that the United States has significantly more gun murders than England, but Jones dismissed the argument outright. He called England a "police state," telling Morgan he "fled" to the United States, going so far as to call Morgan a "hatchet man of the New World Order."

Morgan tried to patiently walk through the finer points of the gun control debate with Jones, but he went on tirade after tirade on an ever-angrier series of tangents. Jones repeatedly criticized Morgan for trying to trip him off with "little factoids" instead of getting to the heart of the gun debate.

Far be it for me to explain the workings of Obama's swearing in to Americans, but it is, it seems, because he has to be sworn in on the 20th, which is a Sunday, so he has been privately sworn in and will be sworn again publicly the next day. This probably has happened before, in less publicity conscious times, I don't know, -but that explanation is on the news here to-day.

He is probably wise to do this, as otherwise he would be accused of being unconstitutional on the roaring internet!

I'm sure he had his fingers crossed behind his back. One of my favorite podcasts claimed the reason there are two swearings in is because there are 2 Obamas. Apparently the one who got sworn in today was the one with grey(er) hair. Apparently the other one has a notch or something in his ear. ;)

That was a fundraising California Government election convention of the late 70's before deciding to run as President?

Now that I think about it, it's in black and white, and even our family had color, perhaps it was when they were making a comeback after being out of power for 40 years. God gave them a chance to do right, and everytime they blew the budget, and made life miserable for the citizens. Possibly around late gubernatorial conventions during late 60's, early 1970, before Carter. Nixon was kicked out in black and white tv. I suspect around that time.

However it's a different era now, and although WE are firm believes in the constitution, the laws have been skewed to siphon our tax dollars and give aways to the top, in hopes of maintaining a certain lifestyle, on the backs of the meek and infirm tax payers who work through pains and aches of an aging body in hopes of one day being able to rest before the dirt nap.

When i think about the inauguration, what comes to mind is the gospel song: "God Is Standing By." Idk? but, that's what I keep hearing in my mind, when the doubters here, weaken my resolve. I know each soul has it's part to play, and I distinctly remember people around the world, united in prayer to end these wars of lies, and reveal the truth about it all, so WE Humans would NOT repeat it like Vietnam pledge. WE mean to have justice on this one. OUR souls won't leave it to the children to figure out, nor will WE kick OUR responsibility to prosecute them, so they aren't corrupting the future.

It's OUR cross to bear on JUSTICE, Equality, and Fairplay in our business. There's a lot of "breech of contracting" that has gone on, and WE mean to collect in jail time or fines to lower OUR debt, because of a sleeping public. The world is awake on ALL SIDES, NOT JUST THE RIGHT. Reactionary thinking has put US in this eternal loop of stupidity and deceit, so, it's only logical, that careful long term solutions are the answer for OUR children.

My take on the ceremony was that it was entertainment, like an extended half time show at a sporting event.
I remember when the swearing in ceremony was a thing of dignity meant to affirm the right of true leadership and a sense of pride, instead they made it a lame party with mediocre entertainment.

I have no idea where they took the information from. I searched the news and there is no reference to the MFA saying that Medvedev is going to do any orders.
Actually I didn't find any real reference in the article on the official Russian authorities saying anything confirming the mentioned news, just references to the official Russian MFA site. But I would note though that I searched the real biggies from Russia, the ones that that herald the official opinion.
If something like this indeed happened, trust me that would be talked about everywhere.

You wanna get people riled up? Tell them they are "stoopid" if they don't believe ETs' are real. I have met D#mn few people over the years, willing even to accept UFOs', let alone, that ETs' are real, and walking among us. Full disclosure could cause more harm than anything else concerning end of the world. I talk to people everywhere I go, every time I go someplace, because I want the word to get started. The only way that will happen, is if "We" all start talking as loudly as we can about ETs'. NOW. The people need to hear it. As truth. NOW. So that they will at least be aware of it, when the SHTF. The masses are not aware, and totally disbelieving in it and "will" come apart at the seams, when told. Yes they will adjust, and come to terms with it, but it will not be pretty. Full disclosure will turn this entire worlds belief systems upside down. Everywhere I go, people are now thinking about it. Because I make them think about it. I tell them how "stoopid" "They" sound. Hello Nickolai,

From what I have gathered, mostly from PA forum, is that -- very unfortunately -- it is the US which has been chosen/taken as being the representative for Earth with the ET community... thanks (sarcasm) to Roswell and FD Roosevelt (I guess due to his dropping of A-bombs on Japan).

At least that's what I understood from Simon Parkes' recounts of his experiences (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?30323-Simon-Parkes-about-Mantis-Aliens-Reptiles-and-other-aliens.) with his group of ETs. Accordingly, we are all in deep sh*t because of that since the ETs the USA were contacted by do not have our best interest in mind nor at heart.

I think I read that approximately 50% of the population believe their is alien life out there. I recently mentioned to friends who were over for a visit that I thought there was ET life "out there" and one lady responded that it would be silly to think otherwise when there are so many planets in our galaxy, and so many galaxies in the universe.

I really don't think as many people would be shocked as we think. I know my Dad thought they existed, and he was a Catholic.

Great post Rahkyt, I can hardly wait, if true, once again the US is losing it's global credibility. They will do everything in their power to block all media from exposing what is going on in the rest of the world... it's just so pathetic what is going on in the US right now... Bloody elitists just sucking every last nickel and dime out of a bunch of sheeple barely able to live and feed themselves. And the ones that have anything, just worried about their own, maybe out of fear, or ignorance...

After completing an on-air interview with five television reporters on December 7, 2012, Prime Minister Medvedev continued to respond to reporters and made some off-air comments without realizing that the microphone was still on. He was then asked by one reporter if “the president is handed secret files on aliens when he receives the briefcase needed to activate Russia’s nuclear arsenal,” Medvedev responded:

Along with the briefcase with nuclear codes, the president of the country is given a special ‘top secret’ folder. Since the Russian documentary was recent and not well known outside of Russia, most Western media accepted the Reuter’s translation. The documentary was translated into English and released on Youtube on December 18, 2012.

It’s true that while Medvedev was giving his detailed response to a female reporter’s question on extraterrestrial life, the reporter was broadly smiling, and other reporters could be heard laughing in the background. Yet Medvedev appeared very serious throughout his elaborate response, and did not appear to be joking. So was Medvedev referring to the Men in Black Hollywood comedy to, at best, reveal valid information to the reporter using dry humor? Or was Medvedev instead giving a candid admission about Russian Presidents being given a secret briefing paper on a secret agency created to monitor extraterrestrials living among us, and referring to a recent Russian documentary for the reporter to follow up?

In the Russian Men In Black (MIB) documentary, a number of prominent UFO cases in Russia and the USA are discussed. The Roswell UFO crash is covered, along with a number of extraterrestrial abduction cases, and UFOs disabling nuclear weapons facilities. The documentary examines testimony that extraterrestrial bases have been established on Earth, and that some are in restricted US military areas with the full knowledge of the Pentagon. The documentary even goes on to seriously discuss President Eisenhower’s alleged meeting with extraterrestrials, where agreements were reached with some of the visitors giving them permission to take some of the Earth’s resources in exchange for advanced technology. If Medvedev wanted the female Russian reporter to explore some of the information he was revealing, then it makes sense that he was in fact referring to the Russian MIB documentary.This leads to an incredible conclusion. If Medvedev was in fact referring to the Russian MIB documentary, then he was implicitly endorsing information that extraterrestrials have established bases on remote US military facilities with Pentagon approval. Even more startling is that Medvedev was endorsing the claim that President Eisenhower had in fact met with extraterrestrials, and reached agreements for advanced technologies to be traded for planetary resources. Initial media reports of Prime Minister Medvedev’s off-air comments were simply unaware of a Russian documentary titled Men In Black, and wrongly concluded that he was referring to the MIB comedy. As the translated text of his comments now makes clear, Medvedev was referring to a Russian documentary exposing the Men in Black phenomenon, and was candidly advising the Russian reporter to investigate some of the claims found in it to learn about a worldwide cover up of extraterrestrials among us.

AlterNet Fresh off Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard joking about the coming apocalypse in the year 2012, Russian Prime Minister Dmitri Medvedev has made a quip about alien invasions — sparking fevered speculation from the fringes of the Internet.

On Friday, Medvedev joked during an interview that “each Russian leader gets two folders with information about extraterrestrials that visited our planet — and stayed here,” one news report said.

“Along with the briefcase with nuclear codes, the president of the country is given a special ‘top secret’ folder. This folder in its entirety contains information about aliens who visited our planet,” Medvedev said during an interview with Ren TV. “Along with this, you are given a report of the absolutely secret special service that exercises control over aliens on the territory of our country.”

Medvedev also added that you can get “more detailed information on this topic … from a well-known movie called ‘Men in Black.’”

And with that, the online community who fervently believes in aliens and UFOs went into overdrive mode. It’s proof that their sense of humor is, well, a bit off — they took the Medvedev interview seriously, despite the “Men in Black” references.

Here’s 5 examples of how the UFO community reacted to Medvedev’s remarks.

1. ‘False Flag Alien Invasion’?

On Beforeitsnews.com, a conspiracy-laden website, reports of Medvedev’s remarks were greeted with utter seriousness . “Is this the beginning of the ‘false flag’ alien invasion, Project Blue Beam?” wrote one unnamed contributor. The title of the YouTube clip they posted is: “Alien invasion confirmed by Russian PM.”

2. UFO Forum Buys It

The beforeitsnews.com report was reposted on a forum at alien-ufos.com. There, too, the report was taken seriously. “Was he winding the journalists up? was he caught off guard and let slip of the tongue?” one commenter wrote. Another contributor wrote: “Well, thats how it is nowadays. NASA doesn’t care to remove ufo’s from their photos anymore, and russian PM’s can talk freely about the subject on tv. It doesn’t really matter, because nobody believes the truth, even when it’s thrown in their faces. Sad really.”

3. ‘This Amounts to a Disclosure’

At another forum, Project Camelot, one commenter wrote that “this amounts to a Disclosure, although no ships are shown now. Medvedev, currently Russian PM, is the third or fourth Russian official, and undoubtedly the highest until now (former president) who speaks of aliens ET. If this is not enough to move spirits around the world, I don’t know what will be.”

The same commenter later wrote: “For me, this announcement is the first step to not only ET manifestation around Dec 21 in Russia, but also start of rescue process for whatever need. We are still not told plainly of the real reason of concern in 2012 saga.”

4. Medvedev’s ‘Gaffe’

A “gaffe” usually refers to an instance where a politician says something in an inarticulate way but still reveals some truth the politician believes in. That’s not what Medvedev did, but one blogger thinks he committed a gaffe.

The headline of a blog post on UFOHunterOrguk.com reads: “Medvedev Comments Further on Alien Gaffe.”

5. Another ‘Disclosure’ Claim

Similar to the sentiment on Project Camelot, another website reports that what Medvedev did was disclose something. GalacticConnection.com headlines an article with: “Aliens Are Living Among Us.”

The same piece goes on to say that this was a “disclosure” from Russia.

The Vatican has just completed a five day conference astrobiology where scientists convened to discuss the detection and implications of extraterrestrial life. A major driving force behind the conference was the Director of the Vatican Observatory, the Jesuit priest Father Jose Gabriel Funes. In May 2008, Funes gave an interview to the Vatican’s L’Osservatore Romano newspaper saying that the existence of intelligent extraterrestrials posed no problems to Catholic theology. The conference itself was officially convened by the Vatican's Pontifical Academy of Sciences, chaired by its religious leader Bishop Marcelo Sanchez Sorondo, and was held on private Vatican grounds from November 6-10. Together with Funes’ 2008 interview and subsequent public comments by him, the conference demonstrates a welcome openness by the Vatican on the possibility and implications of extraterrestrial life. The Vatican’s openness to discussion of extraterrestrial life is no accident. It is part of an openness policy secretly adopted by the United Nations in February 2008. In fact, the Vatican is playing a leading role in preparing the world for extraterrestrial disclosure.

For most observers, the conference was an innovative scientific gathering sanctioned by the Vatican's Pontifical Academy of Sciences to show the Holy See’s support for modern science in the detection of extraterrestrial life. The conference primarily focused on the detection of primitive extraterrestrial life forms, and featured presentations from nearly 30 international experts in astronomy, physics and biology. Marc Kaufman from the Washington Post reports:

Scientists (many of them nonbelievers) are offering presentations on subjects as varied as how life might have begun on Earth; what newly found "extremophile" microbes living in harsh places on our planet might tell us about possible life on others; and how life forms might be detected in our solar system, or how their bio-signatures might be found on and around the many distant exoplanets.

Discussion of the implications of intelligent extraterrestrial life, both scientific and theological, did not appear prominently in the conference agenda. One of the presenters, however, Prof Paul Davies commented on the religious implications of discovering intelligent extraterrestrial life: "If you look back at the history of Christian debate on this, it divides into two camps. There are those that believe that it is human destiny to bring salvation to the aliens, and those who believe in multiple incarnations," Davies pointed out that the multiple incarnations theory, the idea that multiple examples of Jesus Christ would be found in the universe “is a heresy in Catholicism."

The Vatican, through Funes, is supporting the idea that the incarnation of Christ is a unique event in Earth’s history tied in to humanity’s ‘fall’ and ‘original sin’. This idea was a major focus in Father Funes’ May 2008 interview which was titled "The extraterrestrial is my brother." Funes said that intelligent extraterrestrial life may not have experienced a ‘fall’, and may be “free from Original Sin … [remaining] in full friendship with their creator.” This makes it possible to regard them as ‘our brothers’ as Funes explained:

Just as there is a multiplicity of creatures on earth, there can be other beings, even intelligent, created by God. This is not in contrast with our faith because we can't put limits on God's creative freedom… "Why can't we speak of a 'brother extraterrestrial'? It would still be part of creation…

Most importantly, Funes’ statement makes possible the idea that Christianity can be exported to extraterrestrial worlds that have not experienced a ‘fall’ and are free from original sin.

The Vatican’s new openness on extraterrestrial life is consistent with reports of secret discussions held at the United Nations that began in February 2008. The Vatican’s permanent representative to the UN, Archbishop Celestino Migliore, was reported to have attended along with a number of other prominent government officials to discuss increased UFO sightings and the implications of extraterrestrial visitation. Significantly, Migliore's position requires that he maintains close relations with the Vatican's Pontifical Academy of Sciences. At the time of the secret UN discussions, Migliore made a presentation on moral issues associated with scientific problems such as climate change. Most importantly, the UN discussions reportedly led to a new policy of openness being adopted by approximately 30 nations that would begin in 2009.

Another noteworthy participant reported to have attended the 2008 UN discussions was Britain’s Permanent representative at the time, Sir John Sawers. Sawers was later appointed to head Britain’s prestigious foreign intelligence service MI6. The appointment of a diplomat to head an intelligence service was highly unusual. According to a BBC report: “giving the job to someone more recently associated with diplomatic service was regarded as a break from the tradition.” Seen in the context of the February UN meetings, perhaps MI6 was acknowledging the need for greater diplomacy in dealing with problems posed by a new openness policy on UFOs, and eventual disclosure of extraterrestrial life.

The Vatican sponsored astrobiology conference was a landmark event. It showed that the Vatican was willing to officially sanction public discussions on the existence of extraterrestrial life. More significantly, it showed that the Vatican was willing to initiate a comprehensive dialogue on the theological implications of the discovery of intelligent extraterrestrial life. The Vatican’s astrobiology conference is yet one more sign that major global institutions are preparing for some kind of formal disclosure concerning UFOs and/or extraterrestrial life. This is a direct outcome of a series of landmark meetings at the UN beginning in February 2008 that led to the adoption of a new openness policy.

After more than a year of openness, the Vatican is taking the openness policy to a new level, and preparing the public for some kind of formal extraterrestrial disclosure announcement. Numerous independent sources have predicted such disclosure is imminent, and that the Obama administration is expected to play a prominent role. The Vatican is also positioning itself to play a major role in such an announcement and in a post-disclosure world. Its emerging theological position that extraterrestrials “are our brothers” is a welcome departure from more hostile depictions of extraterrestrial life found in some religious denominations and in Hollywood movies. On the other hand, the idea that the Vatican could justify sending missionaries to convert extraterrestrials born without original sin, does raise major concerns. The Vatican, nevertheless, is currently playing a constructive role in preparing the public for the imminent disclosure of extraterrestrial life.

The 34th President of the United States met the extra terrestrials at a remote air base in New Mexico in 1954, according to lecturer and author Timothy Good.

Eisenhower and other FBI officials are said to have organiZed the showdown with the space creatures by sending out 'telepathic messages'.

His meeting with the cosmic life forms is said to have taken place while officials were told that he was on vacation in Palm Springs, California, in February 1954.

The initial meeting is supposed to have taken place with aliens who were 'Nordic' in appearance, but the agreement was eventually 'signed' with a race called 'Alien Greys'.

Mr Good added: 'We know that up to 90 per cent of all UFO reports can be explained in conventional terms. However, I would say millions of people worldwide have actually seen the real thing.'

According to classified documents released by the Ministry of Defence in 2010, Winston Churchill may have ordered a UFO sighting to be kept secret.

The UFO was seen over the East Coast of England by an RAF reconnaissance plane returning from a mission in France or Germany towards the end of the war.

Churchill is said to have discussed how to deal with UFO sightings with Eisenhower.

The first discovery of this sort was made in 1851 when the workers in one of the Massachusetts mines extracted a zinc silver-incrusted vase from a block of unmined coal which dated all the way back to the Cambrian era which was approximately 500 million years ago. Sixty one years later, American scientists from Oklahoma discovered an iron pot which was pressed into a piece of coal aged 312 million years old. Then, in 1974, an aluminum assembly part of unknown origin was found in a sandstone quarry in Romania. Reminiscent of a hammer or a support leg of a spacecraft “Apollo”, the piece dated back to the Jurassic era and could not have been manufactured by a human. All of these discoveries not only puzzled the experts but also undermined the most fundamental doctrines of modern science.

The metal detail which was recently found by Vladivostok resident is yet another discovery which perplexed the scientists. The coal in which the metal object was pressed was delivered to Primorye from Chernogorodskiy mines of Khakasia region. Knowing that the coal deposits of this region date 300 million years back, Russian experts inferred that the metal detail found in these deposits must be an age-mate of the coal.

When geologists broke the piece of coal in which the metal object was pressed into and spot-treated in with special chemical agents, it turned out that the metal detail was unusually light and soft. No more than seven centimeters long, the object was found to be composed of 98 percent aluminum and 2 percent magnesium. On the one hand, such an alloy stalled the scientists because nearly pure aluminum is very rarely found in nature. Thus, the detail was most definitely created artificially. On the other hand, however, when it became clear that the object was made from aluminum-magnesium alloy the experts quickly found an answer to the question of how a metal detail could withstand the ravages of time so well. The scientists explained that pure aluminum is increasingly prone to oxidization which contributes to the creation of a special layer protecting it from further corrosion. As a result, the metal detail made 98 percent from aluminum can endure not only high pressure but also heat and other severe natural conditions.

Another question that interests Russian scientists is whether the aluminum alloy is of Earthly origin. It is known from the study of meteorites that there exists extra-terrestrial aluminum-26 which subsequently breaks down to magnesium-26. The presence of 2 percent of magnesium in the alloy might well point to the alien origin of the aluminum detail. Nonetheless, further testing is needed to confirm this hypothesis.

The last property of the object that puzzled the scientists was its distinctive shape which was reminiscent of a modern tooth-wheel. It is hard to imagine that an object could take regular shape of a tooth-wheel with six identical ‘teeth’ naturally. Moreover, the intervals between the ‘teeth’ of the gear are curiously large in relation to the size of the ‘teeth’ themselves which might mean that the detail was a part of a complicated mechanism. Nowadays, such ‘spare parts’ are used in construction of microscopes and other mechanical appliances. This poses yet another unanswerable question to the modern scientists: how can the metal tooth-wheel be 300 million years old if the regular-shaped ‘wheel’ itself was created by man millions of years later.

After the discovery came public, conspirators were quick to dub it ‘a UFO tooth-wheel’. Russian scientists, however, do not jump to conclusions and will run further tests to learn more about the strange artifact.

People claim to videotape UFOs in the sky above Earth. They also spot unusual-looking objects in NASA camera feeds at the International Space Station.

Now, a growing number of individuals insist they're using their telescopes and cameras to reveal UFOs around the moon, according to the International Business Times.

Many odd things have been seen by amateur and professional astronomers on the moon over decades, and YouTube affords the opportunity to look at alleged UFOs flying across, toward and away from our nearest astronomical neighbor.

Part of the problem with most videos like these is the lack of specific, helpful information to accompany the visual "evidence," so it's difficult to know what's real and what was created from a clever software app.

But, lunar anomalies are not new phenomena. They've been reported by astronomers going back to the 1700s. Strange things seen by the scientists of centuries past included mysterious bright lights or glowing spots on the moon. In 1869, Great Britain's Royal Astronomical Society conducted a study of unusual moving lights. After numerous observations of this activity, the lights just turned off.

On July 29, 1953, New York Herald Tribune science editor John J. O'Neill noticed, through his telescope, a huge bridge-like object spanning 12 miles in the lunar area known as Mare Crisium. Other observers, including Hugh Percy Wilkins of the British Astronomical Association, confirmed O'Neill's sighting on the lunar surface. The object that became known as O'Neill's Bridge, was eventually thought to be nothing more than a combination of lights and shadows.

The history of the Apollo flights to the moon in the late 1960s into the 1970s included countless tabloid stories of supposed UFO encounters experienced by the astronauts.

The European Space Agency announced Thursday that it has taken high-definition pictures of an ancient river nearly 1,000 miles long on Mars.

According to the report, the "striking" river also has "numerous tributaries" and is believed to be more than 4 miles wide and nearly 1,000 feet deep at some points. The agency believes that the river was carved by water between 1.8 and 3.5 billion years ago and went dry due to evaporation.

The agency has named the river Reull Vallis. The photos were taken with the ESA's Mars Express satellite last year.

"The region shows a striking resemblance to the morphology found in regions on Earth affected by glaciation," the ESA said in a statement. The discovery is "giving planetary geologists tantalizing glimpses of a past on the Red Planet not too dissimilar to events on our own world."

In September, NASA announced that its Curiosity Rover had discovered evidence of an "ancient stream" that "once ran vigorously" near the Gale Crater that the rover is exploring. According to that report, the stream may have been several feet deep.

Russia Orders Obama: Tell World About Aliens, Or We Will

A stunning Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) report on Prime Minister Medvedev’s [photo top left] agenda at the World Economic Forum (WEF) this week states that Russia will warn President Obama that the “time has come” for the world to know the truth about aliens, and if the United States won’t participate in the announcement, the Kremlin will do so on its own.

The WEF (The Forum) is a Swiss non-profit foundation, based in Cologny, Geneva and describes itself as an independent international organization committed to improving the state of the world by engaging business, political, academic and other leaders of society to shape global, regional and industry agendas.

The Forum is best known for its annual meeting in Davos, a mountain resort in Graubünden, in the eastern Alps region of Switzerland. The meeting brings together some 2,500 top business leaders, international political leaders, selected intellectuals and journalists to discuss the most pressing issues facing the world, including health and the environment.

Medvedev is scheduled to open this years Forum where as many as 50 heads of government, including Germany’s Angela Merkel and Britain’s David Cameron, will attend the five-day meeting that begins on 23 January.

Critical to note about this years Forum is that the WEF, in their 2013 Executive Summary, scheduled for debate and discussion a number of items under their X Factors from Nature category, and which includes the “discovery of alien life” of which they state: “Proof of life elsewhere in the universe could have profound psychological implications for human belief systems.”

Equally critical to note is that Medvedev, after completing a 7 December 2012 on-camera interview with reporters in Moscow, continued to respond to reporters and made some off-air comments without realizing that his microphone was still on. He was then asked by one reporter if “the president is handed secret files on aliens when he receives the briefcase needed to activate Russia’s nuclear arsenal,” Medvedev responded:

“Along with the briefcase with nuclear codes, the president of the country is given a special ‘top secret’ folder. This folder in its entirety contains information about aliens who visited our planet… Along with this, you are given a report of the absolutely secret special service that exercises control over aliens on the territory of our country… More detailed information on this topic you can get from a well-known movie called Men In Black… I will not tell you how many of them are among us because it may cause panic.”

Western news sources reporting on Medvedev’s shocking reply about aliens stated that he was “joking” as he mentioned the movie Men In Black, which they wrongly assumed was a reference to the 1997 American sci-fi adventure comedy about two top secret agents battling aliens in the US.

Medvedev, however, wasn’t referring to the American movie but was, instead, talking about the famous Russian movie documentary Men In Black which details many UFO and alien anomalies. [Full MIB length movie in Russian with English subtitles can be viewed HERE.]

Where Western news sources quoted Medvedev as saying “More detailed information on this topic you can get from a well-known movie called ‘Men In Black,’” his actual answer was, “You can receive more detailed information having watched the documentary film of the same name.”

The reason(s) for Western propaganda news outlets deliberately distorting Medvedev’s words become apparent after his shocking statement, and as evidenced in just one example of their so called reporting on this disclosure of alien life already being on our planet where the title of one such article was “Russian Prime Minister Dmitri Medvedev makes a crack about aliens, and conspiracists promptly lose their minds.”

If anyone is “losing their minds” about aliens, it must be pointed out, it is certainly not Russia, but the Vatican, which in November 2009 announced it was “preparing for extraterrestrial disclosure.”

Equally, and apparently, “losing their minds” are US government officials themselves, such as former Pentagon consultant Timothy Good, and author of Above Top Secret: The Worldwide U.F.O. Cover-Up, who in February 2012 stated that former President Dwight Eisenhower had three secret meetings with aliens who were 'Nordic' in appearance and wherein a ‘Pact’ was signed to keep their agenda on Earth secret.

With the recent discovery in the Russian city of Vladivostok of a 300-million-year-old UFO tooth-wheel, and scientists, astronauts and YouTube users reporting increasingly strange happenings on the moon, the European Space agency reporting their discovery of a 1,000 ancient river on Mars, and UK and Sri Lanka scientists saying they now have “rock solid proof of alien life” after finding fossilized algae inside meteorite, the only ones who seem to be truly “losing their minds” are the Western, especially American, propagandists who for decades have covered up one of the most important stories in all of human history that “we are not alone.”

To if Medvedev will be able to convince the Obama regime to tell the truth about UFO and aliens at the WEF this week it is not in our knowing. What is in our knowing, though, is that with or without the US, the Kremlin will surely begin the process of telling the truth about that which we already know to be true.

My feeling is that Sorcha Faal seems to put the spotlight on information in such a way as to pressure people in the public arena to back down, rather than encourage them to disclose.
It's done in such a way as to attract negative attention, rather than positive.
Though when it comes to Dr. Salla, Timothy Good and others of similar intent, I think the goal is just the reverse.
It all depends on the spin.

When Gandhi was asked his opinion of Western civilization he said it would be a good idea. But that oft-cited quote, is misleading, assuming as it does that civilization is an unmitigated blessing.

Civilized people, we are told, live peacefully and cooperatively with their fellows, sharing the necessary labour in order to obtain the leisure to develop arts and sciences. And while that would be a good idea, it is not a good description of what has been going on in the so-called advanced cultures during the past 8,000 years.

Civilization, as we know it, is largely the creation of psychopaths. All civilizations, our own included, have been based on slavery and “warfare.” Incidentally, the latter term is a euphemism for mass murder.

The prevailing recipe for civilization is simple:
1. Use lies and brainwashing to create an army of controlled, systematic mass murderers
2. Use that army to enslave large numbers of people (i.e. seize control of their labour power and its fruits)
3. Use that slave labour power to improve the brainwashing process (by using the economic surplus to employ scribes, priests, and PR men). Then go back to step one and repeat the process.

Psychopaths have played a disproportionate role in the development of civilization, because they are hard-wired to lie, kill, injure, and generally inflict great suffering on other humans without feeling any remorse. The inventor of civilization — the first tribal chieftain who successfully brainwashed an army of controlled mass murderers—was almost certainly a genetic psychopath.

Since that momentous discovery, psychopaths have enjoyed a significant advantage over non-psychopaths in the struggle for power in civilizational hierarchies — especially military hierarchies.

Military institutions are tailor-made for psychopathic killers. The 5% or so of human males who feel no remorse about killing their fellow human beings make the best soldiers. And the 95% who are extremely reluctant to kill make terrible soldiers — unless they are brainwashed with highly sophisticated modern techniques that turn them (temporarily it is hoped) into functional psychopaths.

Dave Grossman has re-written military history, to highlight what other histories hide: The fact that military science is less about strategy and technology, than about overcoming the instinctive human reluctance to kill members of our own species.

The true “Revolution in Military Affairs” was not Donald Rumsfeld’s move to high-tech in 2001, but Brigadier Gen. S.L.A. Marshall’s discovery in the 1940s that only 15-20% of World War II soldiers along the line of fire would use their weapons:

“Those (80-85%) who did not fire did not run or hide (in many cases they were willing to risk great danger to rescue comrades, get ammunition, or run messages), but they simply would not fire their weapons at the enemy, even when faced with repeated waves of banzai charges”
(Grossman, p. 4).

Marshall’s discovery and subsequent research, proved that in all previous wars, a tiny minority of soldiers — the 5% who are natural-born psychopaths, and perhaps a few temporarily-insane imitators—did almost all the killing.

Normal men just went through the motions and, if at all possible, refused to take the life of an enemy soldier, even if that meant giving up their own. The implication: Wars are ritualized mass murders by psychopaths of non-psychopaths. (This cannot be good for humanity’s genetic endowment!)

Marshall’s work, brought a Copernican revolution to military science. In the past, everyone believed that the soldier willing to kill for his country was the (heroic) norm, while one who refused to fight was a (cowardly) aberration. The truth, as it turned out, was that the normative soldier hailed from the psychopathic five percent.

The sane majority, would rather die than fight.

The implication, too frightening for even the likes of Marshall and Grossman to fully digest, was that the norms for soldiers’ behavior in battle had been set by psychopaths. That meant that psychopaths were in control of the military as an institution.

Worse, it meant that psychopaths were in control of society’s perception of military affairs. Evidently, psychopaths exercised an enormous amount of power in seemingly sane, normal society.

How could that be?

In Political Ponerology (http://www.bibliotecapleyades.net/sociopolitica/polpon/politicalponerologyccr.htm), Andrzej Lobaczewski explains that clinical psychopaths enjoy advantages even in non-violent competitions to climb the ranks of social hierarchies. Because they can lie without remorse (and without the telltale physiological stress that is measured by lie detector tests) psychopaths can always say whatever is necessary to get what they want.

In court, for example, psychopaths can tell extreme bald-faced lies in a plausible manner, while their sane opponents are handicapped by an emotional predisposition to remain within hailing distance of the truth. Too often, the judge or jury imagines that the truth must be somewhere in the middle, and then issues decisions that benefit the psychopath. As with judges and juries, so too with those charged with decisions concerning who to promote and who not to promote in corporate, military and governmental hierarchies.

The result is that all hierarchies inevitably become top-heavy with psychopaths

Had the following comments been made on a fringe corner of the internet most would dismiss them as outright conjecture. However, what you are about to read comes from one of the world’s foremost philanthropists, Jim Garrow, who has spent tens of millions of dollars of his own money (http://www.humanevents.com/2010/01/26/this-nobel-nominee-actually-saves-babies/) to help over 35,000 Chinese baby girls from near certain death under China’s one-child-per-couple policy.

He was one of the 206 nominees for the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize, which was ultimately awarded to President Barack Obama.

Would Jim Garrow put his reputation on the line by spreading a rumor or simply make this up to garner attention?

Or, is it possible that he does in fact have a high level military source who is privy to this information – someone who has himself been removed from his position because he didn’t pass the litmus test?

Should the Obama administration take Executive Actions against Americans in the event of a scenario where gun confiscation becomes reality or a collapse of our economic system leads to a complete meltdown (http://www.shtfplan.com/marc-faber/pentagon-military-actively-war-gaming-large-scale-economic-breakdown-and-civil-unrest_11222010) of law and order on the streets of America, the administration would likely deploy military assets under martial law to subdue any uprisings or riots.

The only way this could be done is if military leaders are willing to command their subordinates to deploy against the American people and fire on them if necessary.

If Garrow’s claims are true, one can only shudder at the thought of what the end-game may be.

ViralSpiral, I cultivate a "wait and see" attitude for everything. LOL People can say what they want, can even believe it, but until it is actually out there in the public sphere it remains conjecture, hence, my original statement:

Onawah, thanks for putting up the texts for the links in the article. Like you, I could not find anything on the linked websites that spoke on Medvedev making an ultimatum either. While I do not dismiss Sorcha Faal as easily as many do - I do know the history and what people say about the man who is supposed to be behind the front of a sisterhood of enlightened warriors for humanity - I believe that you may have a point about this form of disinformation being preventive.

But why would Sorcha Faal want to prevent Disclosure? Or, discredit it by putting out articles that can be so easily proven to be patently false in their primary claims? What would be gained by such a strategy? From what I know of their website and articles, they very rarely treat issues of an extra-terrestrial nature. They're more on the spiritual tip, colored by a pseudo-Christian perspective. To put pressure on the Russians in this way, and also on the US, there seems to be a very specific method to the madness. The use of the phrase "Russia orders Obama" makes it a direct challenge, perhaps attempting to create disharmony between the alternative communities in both countries and their alliances.

Definitely food for thought.

Onawah, thanks for putting up the texts for the links in the article. Like you, I could not find anything on the linked websites that spoke on Medvedev making an ultimatum either. While I do not dismiss Sorcha Faal as easily as many do - I do know the history and what people say about the man who is supposed to be behind the front of a sisterhood of enlightened warriors for humanity - I believe that you may have a point about this form of disinformation being preventive.

But why would Sorcha Faal want to prevent Disclosure? Or, discredit it by putting out articles that can be so easily proven to be patently false in their primary claims? What would be gained by such a strategy? From what I know of their website and articles, they very rarely treat issues of an extra-terrestrial nature. Ask any socialist if Obama is even remotely socialist, and they will laugh.

The US government tied to international bankers and supranational corporations is as far from socialism as possible. It doesn't matter if you agree with socialism or don't agree with socialism - it is that someone is so ignorant of what socialism means that when they are angry at Obama (with plenty of good reasons, that could have been articulated), they resort to calling him a Marxist or socialist.

I found the initial alarm/whistleblowing (that US military officers wer being tested to see if they will acquiesce to and pass down orders to shoot US citizens) to be important "news", but the rest of what Garrow had to say so discredits his credibility that it makes me wonder if his "source" is Sorcha Faal.

There was a kind of quiz and when people gave the wrong answer the real test subjects had to give the contestant an electric
shock. They could hear the agony and pain they inflicted and were even instructed to increase voltage after a series of wrong
answers. Main conclusion from that investigation was that most people are willing to commit crimes and cross lines as long as
a higher authority takes responsibility for it.

Another problem is that they will do everything possible not to have 'people' in the front lines. When they dress them in fancy
uniforms and label them with 'special' forces or anything else 'special' some forget they are human too. Look how the TSA is
wearing matching blue rubber gloves or when I went through Canadian immigration the guy checking passports was wearing
black gloves. They will make sure it is very deviant from skin color to make them look more like machines or robots.

I have a friend who was in the military for over twenty years. He was a pilot for the army. He said once they did a survey to see how many military people would fire on Americans. The total was 77%. I dont recall how long ago this was, but Im thinking in the 80's. He said it freaked the sh^t out of him. Then one day they were having a big meeting of his unit and they were asked if they would be willing to wear the blue hat on missions. Everyone just stood there until finally he stood up and said "hell no way. I signed on to serve the US not a foreign power" after he did that alot of the guys then said they would refuse.

There needs to be leaders in the general rank and file as well as brass who will just keep their mouths shut when it comes to these questions. They must become wolves in sheeps clothing to be ready to defend our constitution.

Good points, Sigma6, power and control is everything. There is very little incentive on the part of the elite to reveal such a truth unless it somehow served their interests.
Yes that hits the nail on the head, moves us to the right process... What is it going to take to make it in their best INTEREST? The only two things I can see is total all out revolt (utter destruction of all their investment, (or I should say their management of OUR LABOUR and ENERGY) Thus setting society back 200 to 500 years of progress. While they still have their bunkers and underground caves, hidden bank accounts, free energy, gold, etc. although they will certainly also come out with a missing limb or two. Or a powerful negotiation team willing to arbitrate a more mutually agreeable and rational covenant. (We'll get David Wynn Miller to write it up ;)

THE ROCK AND THE HARD PLACE

The first is unlikely and impractical for reasons to numerous to list. The second is very difficult. Since money for them isn't an issue. And any settlement will always revolve around letting go of power. But as more people continue to educate themselves and WAKE UP (like Neo did in his 'embryo' tank) then the more powerful a 'lobby' we could bring to the table. I would see it as a rational presentation to them. The lesser of two evils. When you run through the logic it WOULD look very much like what Benjamin Fulford and his sector of the globe are trying to initiate. ie. Come forward now, well you still have some face to negotiate... they better then most understand what it means to sacrifice (even if it is usually someone elses child)...

Unfortunately like Moses some of their kind are definitely not going to be allowed into the promised land... Or face continued global scrutiny as more and more people become more and more aware, until there is a critical mass of global awareness from which they will never be able to escape. That is when people end up being hung from public edifices while buildings burn... (option one)

That this basic premise has some accuracy IS evident. In the building of bomb shelters, underground bases, as one one builder acknowledged the largest purchasers were all coming out of Washington DC (ie. where the money, power and inside information is...) And Benjamin Fulford's/Keenan's continuing mission, which takes on greater presence with the lawsuits (the first volleys across the bow...) and the global events that seem to be tailor made to lend evidence of this "negotiation" process.

In other words people have to stop looking at it like two groups of 'fat a** bureaucrats sitting in a board room eating coffee and donuts, and realize the 'negotiation table' IS the world, the banks, the UN political positioning, the military maneuvers, the economic cartels and treaties, moving into the underground factions of mafia faction wars, assassinations, all this has to go down first before anyone is going to sit down at a table, otherwise it's just a 'dog and pony show'.

As usual too many variables to say anyone is an expert, but I would say the idea of Governments coming forward is key, since they hold the sway of the mind controlled sheeple. And that is still a huge force of inertia, in denial or not, although they are slowly being ground into total submission, there is always the possibility when trying to manipulate that much inertia, you can lose control... and end up getting crushed underneath... So the government coming forward is still a key factor, at least until global consciousness in general hits critical mass. Which is fast coming, but that could mean many months or more likely still many years...

SUPERIOR INTELLIGENCE OVERWHELMING US IS ANOTHER BOGUS ARGUMENT

Another (pre-emptive) thought, regarding another misconception, the idea we would be destroyed under the influence of a superior intelligence is another red herring. First of all we ARE under some kind of influence as we don't certainly have any control over them. And comparing aliens to mankind (at its current level of knowledge) for example to; the Aztecs and the Spanish or the Pioneers and the Indians is INAPPLICABLE. If there is any relevance it was in the fact that their INTENTIONS were not properly understood (secret). If you apply that here. We couldn't be that naive. We have too much history to teach us. But the FACT that this IS being kept secret is completely to our DISadvantage. It was the Rockefellers advising the president at the time with their Machiavellian advice, that further put the government under its control, (as they (govt) would be the ones to suffer any liabilities (lose their jobs)) and it's obvious some of the aliens want this kept secret as well. Therefore the anti-thesis is equally clear, and that is to expose the TRUTH with the brightest light. That eliminates a great deal of the deception.

We have enough skill and technology and understanding of our rights. in the principles of negotiation today, that we could deal with these entities, I would have no worries about that. Besides if it so bad then why aren't the humans involved suffering? Besides failing morally they are benefiting in in every other way. The moral failure is because of the secrecy. That allows the aliens to leverage and manipulate a few (bribe and play to their fear, ignorance, greed, lust for power, etc) that creates a pyramid of deception, all the way down the chain of governance. They understand the power of the pyramid, its double edged nature for both propagating good and evil. They know where to leverage their focus. At the top of the pyramid. THAT is what would be dismantled and CONTAINED by the bright light of public exposure from the lower rungs.

Our True Achilles Heal

And ALL this points to mankind's greatest weakness, as individuals and as a whole. Our inherent selfishness, a psychological weakness, the result of lack of spiritual development. Our philosophy in other words. Will always, always, always be the the final issue. This planet does need a spiritual awakening. It just better not be lead by anything associated with Rothschilds', Rockefellers or similar...

If you really honestly think about it, if every individual shared the kind of spirit and philosophy we see in our most heroic characters in movies (which derives from spiritual literature) How would any presence gain a strong hold or beach head in our world? What we would unhesitatingly do for our children we should do for the world, and to the degree that everyone did that or IF everyone did that then we would have the world we want for our children. (the spiritual equivalent of act locally, think globally)

The epitome being the image of Christ (at least in the West) Whether you believe it to be literal, or whether you see it as a metaphorical example of a psychological truth. The MEANING of it being contemplated in your consciousness is what COUNTS.

Would we the 'children' do this for our 'father' (also superimposed over) 'MOTHER' as Gaia or God, which this world is manifestation of... in order to save all our 'brothers and sisters'. Again to that degree, wasn't that the same principle being presented in Captain America? (for example) who would jump on the hand grenade to protect the other 'members' of the 'unit' ? Who has developed that kind of willingness to sacrifice? Who can even conceptualize that in today's environment?

The interviwer was from the RenTV. That's the TV channel that has the reputation as scandalous and yellow press.
Most of the programmes there are about occult, UFOs, astrology and stuff like that. It's very popular for the masses who have nothing to do but entartain themself before sleep.

LOL Actually, Onawah got there first and we discussed it a bit earlier in the thread. Thanks Raf and Bill - and everyone else in the thread - for contributing to the discussion.

All of the comments and discussion going on are serving the desired purpose of the thread, though, which is to explore the conditions of Disclosure and whether or not it is a viable reality or just a pipe dream.

I think the gist of everyone's comments are leaning toward the area of false flag preparation, deeper strategies to prevent disclosure by the US government, perhaps a division of the alternative communities of east and west based upon preferred sources of intel/info-disinfo. The articles linked in the OP are all interesting and hold some validity, even if the title and thrust of the encompassing write-up is compromised.

I think someone else said that the best lies are 99.9% truth. Including a lot of good articles while making a point that cannot be proven (no one has been able to find a Medvedev quote regarding a threat to America re disclosure) is a good example of how the best disinfo is spread.

I'm going to have to argue the point about which country is the corruptiest with you, Flash. IMO the US govt is the most corrupt (and dangerous) on the planet. First, you have to look at the fact that it hid the truth about itself from unwitting Americans for so long. This lie is the ultimate deception, don't you think? This corporation highjacked the American govt almost from the beginning. All Americans need to understand that it's NOT EVEN a government. Once this happens, all the corruption, lies, and unjust laws will make sense. And it would explain how a non citizen like Obummer could become president when it's not even a govt. But as they say, all things hidden will be revealed. The truth refuses to stay hidden any long.... Obummer promised transparency which is bringing his and his co-conspirators' downfall that much faster. I'm wondering if even the most hardened political supporters are starting to wonder what the hell is going on with this "govt".... Not much longer and it'll be prosecution time....

But before Americans can save themselves they need to be aware of what exactly is going on...

I'm thinking that China and the US corporation are tied for 1st place corrupted....

No government will admit that they´ve been lying for more than 60 years. It would ruin their already extremely fragile credibility.
In the US this would be believable, but for the other governments this may not necessarily be true... There are a few governments that might want to show up the US or extort favours... I have to admit, Medved's comment never really did anything for me, and not sure what others saw in it (too ambiguous) but I did like that it got people talking... Maybe Russia is pushing the US, that is not impossible... no one can say for sure... or what or why the reasons are... to pretend to know the exact secret motivations of the highest level of government bureaucracy at any one time is extending one's credibility imo.

In any event the alien issue is still real last I checked, the government cover-up is real, and people are still continuing to lose their trust, or at least figuring out you can't interpret what the government does literally. If Sorcha Faal is promoting it, and people are reading it... bravo... all the power to him. What his motivations are are unknown to me... Cause I don't care enough to think it's worth to know. Maybe someone should interview him/her.

But at this rate, anything that gets people talking (and thinking) about the alien issue or what the government is trying to hide is all good in my books...

I share the suggestion that the US may have dominated the world with all its military bases, secret safe houses and secret prisons
all over the world but I think that the power of the US is declining each day.

The question is what will happen if another nation takes over the baton (preferably it will not be a single nation).
Look at Lord of the rings ... each time the ring is passed to a next owner it corrupts the new bearer.
The ring acts as a Trojan horse !

If we are able to break this cycle then there is hope. Then we may finally be free.

Isms...I don't see that there has ever been a Marxist or Socialist regime. Sweden does spread the tax payer money back to the tax payer better (daycare, parental leave etc), but it has a Fascist tinge as well. China and the Soviet Union were/are totalitarian but not socialist.

China 's government is corrupt, and like most governments, takes care of its trade sources (corporate owners or managers) and maintains a wealthy elite. That's not socialism.

Anyway, one thing that struck me in the video, whether the theme came from SF or not, is the statement "China wants US citizens disarmed. They don't want a war". That makes sense.

China has called in its loans - and has worked out a way to get them paid. Having a guerilla war with local US citizens would be a useless activity. I'm sure the other option has been made clear to our "government".

When my dad came back from Vietnam someone asked him about the "Communist threat" and the ideological war infusing socialism via education, as this person perceived it at the time, and I think she was correct.

He said "oh they don't have to worry about the isms. If they want they can just drop troops from planes and overrun us." They don't need to do that anymore.

To me the most chilling scene in "Kundun", the Dalai Lama bio epic, was the one when he meets Chairman Mao. Brrrr....

I don't think Obama is a socialist, or an anything. He is taking direction well. He is going with the flow. What choice could he or anyone possibly have? The checkmate has already happened.

Who knows what's really behind the Jim Gower statement. His life proves he cares about human life, as well as money. He has lived in China and knows of what he speaks. Maybe the Chinese set him up as an ambassador, to prepare their way. Who knows. They are smart enough, even to use SF to do it.

Damn. Many threads on this forum are getting more tightly connected. Energy, war, money, control, law, spiritual control and distractions, weather control, food distribution (or not), expendable useless eaters, dumbing education, on and on and on.

Hi Simon, I think that is key.

This information is disinformation to people in the West, but it is accepted alternative information to people in the East.

I am reminded of the fact that nobody has proven to any high degree that David Booth is actually Sorcha Faal.

The inclusion of information within the articles that people both east and west agree is valid is interesting. It is the slant of the main topics that we seem to tend to object to here in the West.

BTW, if anybody has any information firmly and undeniably revealing that David Booth is in fact really the sisters of Sorcha Faal, please post that information here. I have not been able to find it myself and would appreciate the help in doing so in order to lay this theory to rest once and for all. I've found insinuations and some individuals saying so, stating he was a CIA asset, but I've seen nothing that shows absolute proof that he does all of the writing, or even leads a team that does the writing.

Perhaps it all is just a matter of perspective. Coming from different intellectual and whistle-blower traditions. Can it be possible that truth can be uncovered or revealed from different perspectives while seeming to be false to other perspectives?

America has become so "FEMA-NIZED" since breeding the testosterone out of the male species, there is no fight in them anymore. It's much easier for everyone to pretend this is not going on and cower, looking for mommy. As I've stated in many posts, the only sure thing I see coming and getting stronger and stronger is the "NWO" period! For this reason, I have no pity.

Although there seems to be more gays than ever before I cannot account for why. I have known gay men who were in the military and they were equally strong and powerful, and from my perspective perhaps a bit more sensible, having an ingrained sense of what oppression is. Perhaps you can provide some documentation for why men are weaker.

Several years ago, I heard an interview of Linda Moulton Howe, on Coast To Coast, talking about beef producers using very high Estrogen content in cattle feed, to speed their growth and help fatten them. And the result she said it was having on our population, is that it confuses, the adolesant male genes, into higher Estrogen production, than Testosterone. In families that are high beef eaters, the young boys, are turning more Feminine, than Masculine. She also said that the increase in gay male populations, can be traced right back to the start, of the massive use of Estrogen, in cattle feed.

I can believe that to be true. Just by looking at all

Alex jones has even done shows talking about high

I used to love watching home repair shows on tv but

One show in particular that i watched once, a gay man was
asking a mexican that worked for him, why he had not broken
up the cement around a house they were working on.

The mexican said that he was waiting for a jackhammer to
arrive so that he could finish that job. The gay guy grabs his
crotch and says, "I got a jackhammer that you can use". I
was shocked that this was allowed to be on tv, but it was.

So yes, i do believe that estrogen is a big part of men being
so damn passive toward everything.

Well, FEMA-NIZED and feminized and two completely different things.

The drop in testosterone, as Arrowwind and sirdipswitch have mentioned, are the result of soy fed to babies and the hormones in beef.

Another culprit has to be the over-use of plastics, which is another form of synthetic estrogen which makes men grow breasts and gives women cancers of the breast and reproductive system. Cancerous breasts examined after mastectomies show to contain about 40% plastic, 40% heavy metals and the rest is a conglomeration of other toxins.

But I don't believe being gay is fully associated with estrogen. There are many macho gays out there who have a lot of testosterone running through their bodies. I believe that being gay since a young age is a remnant of past life experiences or sexual abuses in the present life whereby an adult subjected a child of the same sex to play their game. I know a number of gay men who were sexually abused by their uncles, neighbours, etc., and felt they could not perform with a woman once they became adults. This is a type of brain washing. Predators are often very good at making their victims integrate their (the predators) belief systems. It's much more complex than hormones even if hormones play a part.

We see a great increase of gay peole in the population, but homosexuality has always existed. It wasn't always safe to be gay. It is much safer now, which i believe is why they don't remain closeted, but they've always been there.

I've been trying to find out more about this but
mostly i'm finding people saying that Mr. Larouche
is a lier, a nut case and a loser.

I did find one thing that said that the reason for
the indictments against obama and biden, is
because they release national security secrets
about osama and the raid that was going to happen.

This caused members of seal team six to get killed.

I don't believe osama was even alive when that occurred
though, so i assume this information is wrong also. But
maybe members of seal team six really did die though,
because sensitive information was released by obama.

I'd prefer it if obama got impeached, myself.... That might
nullify every bill and law that he signed...

Since when are such rulings a big secret? and we only get to hear about it

January 26, 2013 • 12:11PM

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit issued a 47-page ruling today, Jan. 25, 2013, upholding the U.S. Constitution against Executive branch violation of the Constitutional separation of powers, in its ruling that President Obama violated the Constitution in making recess appointments when the Senate was, indeed, in session.

The import of the decision extends far beyond the specific case which engendered that decision, as the Court recognized when it stated from the outset, that "while the posture of the petition is routine, as it developed, our review is not." Its aggressive defense of the separation of powers and the constitutional right of the Courts to judge the legality of laws (citing, amongst others, the decisive case of Marbury v. Madison that "it is emphatically the province and duty of the judicial department to say what the law is") bears implications for other immediate, grave cases of Constitutional violations by President Obama. Just two weeks from now, on Feb. 7th, a federal court in that same court circuit is scheduled to hear the Department of Justice's motion to dismiss the House of Representatives case against Attorney General Eric Holder's stonewalling of Congressional supoenas on "Fast and Furious."

The decision likewise bears upon the President's violations of the War Powers Act, and Sen. John Kerry's defense of that violation.

The specific case addressed was an appeal of a decision taken by the National Labor Relations Board (NRLB), filed on the grounds that the NLRB decision was illegal because three of its required five members had been appointed as alleged "recess appointments" by President Obama on Jan. 4, 2012, when the Senate had declared itself in pro forma session, thus subverting Constitutional requirements for Senate advice and consent on such appointments. Obama asserted that he could determine when the Senate was in session or not, and made the appointments.

The Court ruled the NLRB decision void, on the grounds that Obama making appointments when the Senate was in session violates the Constitution's Recess Appointment Clause. The decision centers on addressing the latter issue. It is clearly written, moreover, to uphold the Constitutional principle of the separation of powers as a whole, not merely in the case of recess appointments, delivering an implicit broadside against the recent assertions of the alleged powers of a so-called Unitary Executive. As the decision argues: "The Constitution's separation of powers features, of which the Appointments Clause is one, do not simply protect one branch from another. These structural provisions serve to protect the people, for it is ultimately the people's rights that suffer when one branch encroaches on another" [emphasis in original].

The Court cites a memorandum issued by the Office of Legal Council, which asserts that "the President therefore has discretion to conclude that the Senate is unavailable to perform its advise-and-consent function and to exercise his power to make recess appointments."

To which the Court replies:

"This will not do. Allowing the President to define the scope of his own appointments power would eviscerate the Constitution's separation of powers. The checks and balances that the Constitution placed on each branch of government serve as `self-executing safeguard[s] against the encroachment or aggrandizement of one branch at the expense of the other.' [citing a 1976 court decision]. An interpretation of `the Recess' that permits the President to decide when the Senate is in recess would demolish the checks and balances inherent in the advice-and-consent requirement, giving the President free rein to appoint his desired nominees at any time he pleases, whether that time be a weekend, lunch or even when the Senate is in session and he is merely displeased with its inaction. This cannot be the law."

And again: "The dearth of intrasession appointments in the years and decades following the ratification of the Constitution speaks far more impressively than the history of recent presidential exercise of a supposed power to make such appointments... Recent presidents are doing no more than interpreting the Constitution. While we recognize that all branches of government must of necessity exercise their understanding of the Constitution in order to perform their duties faithfully thereto, ultimately it is our role to discern the authoritative meaning of the supreme law."

Carl Schmitt-styled arguments asserted by the Obama White House, that it can violate the Constitution on grounds that "administrative efficiency" requires it to do so, are rejected out of hand. The court dismissed the NLRB's argument that the Court must uphold Obama's appointments, in order to avoid the "dire consequences" which could result from its overturning of his appointments, leaving "the President unable to fulfill his chief constitutional obligation to `take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed'."

The Court ruled: "We cannot accept an interpretation of the Constitution completely divorced from its original meaning in order to resolve exigencies created by -- and equally remediable by -- the executive and legislative branches. In any event, if some administrative inefficiency results from our construction of the original meaning of the Constitution, that does not empower us to change what the Constitution commands. As the Supreme Court observed in INS v. Chadha, `the fact that a given law or procedure is efficient, convenient, and useful in facilitating functions of government, standing alone, will not save it if it is contrary to the Constitution.' 4562 U.S. at 994. It bears emphasis that `[c]onvenience and efficiency are not the primary objectives or the hallmarks of democratic government. Idim."

I had no idea what "indictment" means, so I've looked it up:

An indictment (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indictment), in the common law system, is a formal accusation that a person has committed a crime.

So someone ("The Federal Court"?!) has accused Obama of something. What is so earth shattering about this? Since when an accusation is so important? (Aaron Swatch was being accused of doing stuff, but never convicted because he "killed himself" before showing up in court).

I do not know the US Legal system, but with my limited understanding this is a non-issue. (The so called Federal Courts are likely controlled by the same group that control Obama). To me this looks like "smoke and mirrors": look here while something more important and real is going on elsewhere.

I am open to the idea that I completely misunderstand what a "being indicted" means and I welcome any clarifications.

They talk about a court ruling (not indictment) on "President bypassing Senate on labor board appointments."

The articles above conclude:

"The unanimous decision is an embarrassing setback for the president"

This is very different from the what Larouche seems to be alluding to in his presentation.

it's the people's court, not even a local court, just a bunch of people who run a mock trial, decide it should go further so they write an indictment to call him to the court if it decides there is a case.

it's like us holding a trial on 9/11 with an indictment for Bush and Cheney for lying and killing 3500 Americans

if we find them guilty, it can be sent to the Supreme court calling them forward, they need to decide it is worthy of a trial by evidence submitted

He used the phrase 'implicit indictments'. That does not mean a formal, legal indictment, i.e., the formal raising of charges against someone in court.

I think Larouche is speaking (very vaguely at this point) about how some of the president's actions may be damning to the president's credibility, and may constitute an 'indictment' of his policy-- and by extension his character and ability to govern-- but in a colloquial sense, not a legal one.

This gets confused (perhaps intentionally) when Larouche goes on to talk about legal proceedings, and 'the president not being able to finish out his term.'

It sounds like Larouche is playing a shell game with language here. Very tricksy.

IF it is the above that Larouche is referring to it is not a formal indictment of the president, i.e., he is not being charged with a crime. It is, and Larouche is correct in this, an indictment, i.e., a mark against (in a colloquial sense) his policies.

Just so I'm clear, I hope they do indict the whole lot of them. For this and a whole lot more. But that is not what's happened here. So we need to be clear about this and not be sent on more goose chases.

I'm not a lawyer, but I am pretty sure I'm more or less correct here.

NB: Have Goldie take a look at the video and the news report and see what she thinks.

Larouche made *very* explicit and honest (in my opinion) statements regarding previous members (in particular Cheney).

The thing of interest here is simply an example of ***boatloads*** of circumstances where members of office could have taken Larouche (or countless others) to court on charges of liable.

He could have been legally shut down and massively fined (or jailed) but that never happened.

... why ...

An indictment as used in the criminal system is the official charging paper that the grand jury considers. Testimony is presented on an indictment by the grand jury and is either issues a True Bill (the formal charging paper is issued and a trial before a petit jury or judge is had) or a No Bill (really an ignoramous) which means that insufficient evidence to warrant a trial was presented. Now, how those terms are being used in this material is pretty loose.

It looks as though there is an intentional conflation of two separate things here. They are:

1.) the colloquial 'indictment' that Larouche was discussing; and 2.) an 'indictment' made against Obama (possibly in October) by a Citizens Grand Jury

These two items seem to have combined into a perfect storm of bull*@t, i.e., the above story that Obama has been indicted by a grand jury.

He has not.

This is the wikipedia definition of a Citizens Grand Jury (it should go without saying Wikipedia is NOT an authority, but this definition may be a jumping off point for further research):

Well finally we're getting somewhere. Thanks Glasssteagelfan. So here's an article from the Associated Press... what I consider a more worthy news organization that Larouche who delights in putting his slant which ever way suits him instead of just putting the facts out there.

Its hard to say how far this will go. Separation of powers is a big issue but not nearly as big as the assault to constitutional rights that the NDDA put upon the American people. How come no indictments over that?

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama violated the Constitution when he bypassed the Senate last year to appoint three members of the National Labor Relations Board, a federal appeals court ruled Friday in a far-reaching decision that could severely limit a chief executive's powers to make recess appointments.

The decision of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit marked a victory for Republicans and business groups critical of the labor board. If it stands, it could invalidate hundreds of board decisions over the past year, including some that make it easier for unions to organize.

When Obama filled the vacancies on Jan. 4, 2012, Congress was on an extended holiday break. But GOP lawmakers gaveled in for a few minutes every three days just to prevent Obama from making recess appointments. The White House argued that the pro forma sessions — some lasting less than a minute — were a sham.

The court rejected that argument, but went even further, finding that under the Constitution, a recess occurs only during the breaks between formal year-long sessions of Congress, not just any informal break when lawmakers leave town. It also held that presidents can bypass the Senate only when administration vacancies occur during a recess.

White House press secretary Jay Carney said the administration strongly disagrees with the decision and that the labor board would continue to conduct business as usual, despite calls by some Republicans for the board members to resign.
"The decision is novel and unprecedented," Carney said. "It contradicts 150 years of practice by Democratic and Republican administrations."

Under the court's decision, 285 recess appointments made by presidents between 1867 and 2004 would be invalid.
The Justice Department hinted that the administration would ask the Supreme Court to overturn the decision, which was rendered by three conservative judges appointed by Republican presidents. "We disagree with the court's ruling and believe that the president's recess appointments are constitutionally sound," the statement said.

The court acknowledged that the ruling conflicts with what some other federal appeals courts have held about when recess appointments are valid, which only added to the likelihood of an appeal to the high court.
"I think this is a very important decision about the separation of powers," said Carl Tobias, a constitutional law professor at Virginia's University of Richmond. "The court's reading has limited the president's ability to counter the obstruction of appointments by a minority in the Senate that has been pretty egregious in the Obama administration."

The ruling also threw into question the legitimacy of Obama's recess appointment of Richard Cordray to head the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Cordray's appointment, made on the same date, has been challenged in a separate case.
Carney insisted the court's ruling affects only a single case before the labor board and would have no bearing on Cordray's appointment. Obama on Thursday renominated Cordray for the job.

The case challenging the recess appointments was brought by Noel Canning, a Washington state bottling company that claimed an NLRB decision against it was not valid because the board members were not properly appointed. The D.C. Circuit panel agreed.

Obama made the recess appointments after Senate Republicans blocked his choices for an agency they contended was biased in favor of unions. Obama claims he acted properly because the Senate was away for the holidays on a 20-day recess. The Constitution allows for such appointments without Senate approval when Congress is in recess.
But during that time, GOP lawmakers argued, the Senate technically had stayed in session because it was gaveled in and out every few days for so-called pro forma sessions.

GOP lawmakers used the tactic — as Democrats had done in the past — specifically to prevent the president from using his recess power to install members to the labor board and the consumer board. They had also vigorously opposed the nomination of Cordray.

The three-judge panel flatly rejected arguments from the Justice Department's Office of Legal Counsel, which claimed that the president has discretion to decide that the Senate is unavailable to perform its advice and consent function.
"Allowing the president to define the scope of his own appointment power would eviscerate the Constitution's separation of powers," Chief Judge David Sentelle wrote in the 46-page ruling. He was appointed by President Ronald Reagan.
The court ruled that during one of those pro forma sessions on Jan. 3, 2012, the Senate officially convened its second session of the 112th Congress, as required by the Constitution.

Sentelle's opinion was joined by Judge Thomas Griffith, appointed to the court by President George W. Bush, and Karen LeCraft Henderson, who was appointed by President George H.W. Bush.
"With this ruling, the D.C. Circuit has soundly rejected the Obama administration's flimsy interpretation of the law, and (it) will go a long way toward restoring the constitutional separation of powers," said Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah.
GOP House Speaker John Boehner welcomed the ruling as "a victory for accountability in government."
If the ruling stands, it would invalidate more than 600 board decisions issued over the past year. It also would leave the five-member labor board with just one validly appointed member, effectively shutting it down. The board is allowed to issue decisions only when it has at least three sitting members.

Obama used the recess appointment to install Deputy Labor Secretary Sharon Block, union lawyer Richard Griffin and NLRB counsel Terence Flynn to fill vacancies on the labor board, giving it a full contingent for the first time in more than a year. Block and Griffin are Democrats, while Flynn is a Republican. Flynn stepped down from the board last year.
All three vacancies on the labor board had been open for months before Obama acted to fill them.

Sen. Tom Harkin, D-Iowa called the ruling "a radical departure from precedent" and argued that Obama had no choice but to act.

"Throughout his presidency, Republicans have employed unprecedented partisan delay tactics and filibusters to prevent confirmation of nominees to lead the NLRB, thus crippling the board's legal authority to act," Harkin said.
If Obama's recess appointment of Cordray to the newly created consumer board is eventually ruled invalid, it could nullify all the regulations the consumer board has issued, many of which affect the mortgage business.

It sure seems to be the case. And I agree, the title should be changed or else amended so people know to carefully review the content, and not just read the headline and move on.

I felt where this was going (again) but started to read into this because "Federal Court" was included in the title.

I have read many times how many people file many cases in many courts against Obama. But none seem to get heard or if they do they are quickly dismissed.

How many cases have been filed by people who just want the guy to produce a legitimate birth certificate? Not much to ask really is it?

The reply is always the same. Mock and label those people 'nutjobs' and the like, even if they are Donald Trump.

It is fair to say that the U.S Govt has gone rouge, well it did right after Kennedy but it is so blatantly obvious now that anyone with any sense at all can see it.

That is why the gun grab and attack on the 2nd amendment is so important now.

Whether you like LaRouche the man or not, he certainly has and still does at 90 years old a very full and involved life. He's been jailed and all for his beliefs.

I can't help but admire people like him, whether he's mostly right or not, he makes us that are interested think, and thinking is good even if alot of folks can't be bothered and are content to have others do the thinking for them.

I always appreciate those who point out issues we ought to be looking at. Issues we would have otherwise missed altogether.

When we learn to play the ball and not the man we will really grow up and progress!

Please read post #21. Indeed a federal court has indicted Obama. But this is not the end, but merely the beginning of a long legal process. Because the Larouche film did not spell it out directly and beat around the bush for an hour it took some time to get to what was happening.

It is not an indictment. It is the court's ruling against the administration's ability to do recess appointments. Read it again more closely.

Should he be indicted for his actions as President? Yes.

Is that what's happening here? No.

this is the best article Ive found on it yet. Indictments might follow now a ruling is made but I think a higher court could overturn it. This is the first ruling that I know of. Citizen indictmemts are worth nothing in a court and thats why nothing has moved forward. Looking forward to what Supreme Court Justice Roberts has to say about his birthcertificate and social security numbers when he reviews petitions on this matter this month.
