This lady explains elequently why she believes in the 2nd amendment.These vids
are good with valid points,but it would be great if she could go to the next level
and realise many of these 'mad men' are possibly mind controlled victims...

She says something interresting in her Springfield presentation,many local
police were in a hotel a block away attending a conferance.They were not
allowed to have their guns with then in the hotel and had to leave them in
their cars.This caused delays in them being able to be on the scene more
quickly.Coincidence or an early mass shooting psyop ?

Hupp and her parents were having lunch at the Luby's Cafeteria in Killeen in 1991 when
the Luby's massacre commenced. The gunman shot 50 people and killed 23, including
Hupp's parents. Hupp later expressed regret about deciding to remove her gun from her
purse and lock it in her car lest she risk possibly running afoul of the state's concealed
weapons laws; during the shootings, she reached for her weapon but then remembered
that it was "a hundred feet away in my car." Her father, Al Gratia, tried to rush the
gunman and was shot in the chest. As the gunman reloaded, Hupp escaped through a
broken window and believed that her mother, Ursula Gratia, was behind her. Actually
however, her mother went to her mortally-wounded husband's aid and was then shot in
the head.

As a survivor of the Luby's massacre, Hupp testified across the country in support of
concealed-handgun laws. She said that if there had been a second chance to prevent
the slaughter, she would have violated the Texas law and carried the handgun inside
her purse into the restaurant. She testified across the country in support of concealed
handgun laws, and was elected to the Texas House of Representatives in 1996. The law
was signed by then-Governor George W. Bush.

Springfield, IL - Wednesday in the capital city, gun owners rallied for their right to carry
concealed weapons. During a rally at the Prairie Capital Convention Center, former
Texas legislator Suzanna Hupp spoke to gun owners. Hupp shared a story from the
early 90s where her parents were murdered in front of her by a madman with a gun.
During the shooting Hupp reached for her gun but she had left it in her car because of a
then Texas law banning concealed carry. Hupp later helped change that law in Texas.
Illinois is the only state remaining in the US that does not allow some-kind of carry.

I loved that first video. At the end of that video, the
woman says that the 2nd amendment wasn't put in
place so that we could go duck hunting, (woman
is pointing at congress), it was put in place so that
we can protect ourselves from you.

Not only does concealed carry allow you to protect yourself but allows you to come to the aid of someone who may not be comfortable with carrying. It also allows you to come to the aid of an Officer who is in need. There are allot of hard working Officers out there that would be benefiting from this as the criminals will always have guns. The people who would carry a gun would most likely be the ones who behave in the most responsible way with them. The ones who would not most likely already carry. I have chased more than 30 criminals off my property and never have I had to shoot anyone. The sight of the gun took care of it.

Like my wife said " What would she be able to do if two or three guys came in or house with unless she had a gun"?

The 2nd amendment was written, "without" exception. "ALL", gun laws, rules, and regulations, of every state, county, and city, of the United States of America, are an "Infringement", on our right to protect ourselves, from harm of any sort, by the 2nd amendment.

When we give up the 1st and 2nd asmendments, we give it all up.

We now need the entire "might" of the United States Military complex, to come to our aid, and protect, "We The People", as was intended by its formation. We the People, cannot stand against the US Military, but "We" can stand with them. As was intended...

Great post. I fully agree.

But... does she know how to use it? Comfortably?

When they bust through the door, and she runs for the bedroom, to get her gun, does she know where it is? Is it in the night stand by the bed, where she can chamber a round, as she pulls it from the drawer? And then can she stick it between her arm and ribs, to fire a round into his belly, just before he grabs her, and then over the top of his crumbling body, fire another round into the one comming behind him? Self protection, suddenly just took on a whole new meaning, that most people who buy guns, don't think about. Just having one, does not mean you will be able to protect yourself with it.

Along with learning its use, for yourself, when you bring a gun home, you must also teach your children about it. Kids are curious. If you don't teach them "all" about it, and what it can "kill", they will sneak in your room when you are gone, and figure it out by theirself. If you teach them "all" that "you" know about it, they will leave it alone, when you are not home, or even in the other room. They must be taught, that guns bring "DEATH", period.

I grew up on a farm. We had a bunch of guns. The very first thing we, as kids, were taught, was to "never" "ever"!!! Point a gun, at "someone". Loaded or empty! If kids are taught properly on the dangers of weapons, and how to use them, there is no problem in you having them.

Guns are weapons of great distruction, and without proper knowledge of them, are just as dangerous to their owners, as to the crooks they were intended for.

As Precog, says folks; "Without a gun "in" your home, you are powerless to protect yourself from harm." And... don't let anyone, try to convince you otherwise.

You can't Love a killer, out of your house, and you can't Love the Government... out of your wallet. ccc.

We have to get to the point where we protect those we do not know. When they show up at the raw milk farm to shut it down, we have to be ready to show up for the farmer. When your neighbor who will not register or give up his rights is surrounded at his home will we respond?

I'm not saying it needs to be violent but if a thousand people with guns showed up at the farmers house or your neighbors house and said no more, we have a chance. Remember also that while this is happening the target of law enforcement will be declared crazy, in a cult, or god forbid a conspiracy theorist. That matters ...most people consider themselves good people and do not want to go defend a crazy cultist.

Ruby Ridge and Waco were test runs. If you read the actual accounts there was great concern by law enforcement that the neighbors would start attacking the officers. This didn't happen and has been downplayed by any mainstream reports.

Yes they looked uneasy when she looked them in the eyes !!
and said the 2nd ammendment was to protect the people
from You !!
