I wanted to share this information with Avalon viewers as it brings insight into a very interesting case

An individual named Roach has brought a constitutional challenge of a new Canadian citizen having to swear an oath of allegiance to the Queen, which is in direct conflict with some articles of the Canadian Charter of Rights and freedoms, and Human Rights as well.

I've been studying many of the videos the uploader "eternallyaware" and I must say I am quite a fan of his. His thoughts and explanations in the videos are most thought provokiing.

I myself am attempting to learn as much about this "Freeman" pathways as I am able, and it is my sincere hope to one day become a "Freeman".

It starts first with understanding the systems the govern us, once we understand where we are, we can thus, begin to move to a better system.

I trust those that watch the video will understand.

This attempt maybe helps to bring another Questionings later. Such as Why Queen own 1/5 of Canada land and why she doesn't pay taxes for it.

The way, it appears in many ways, is that she claims right to all the land, and all of us as her slaves.

It is mind boggling, and staggering apparent just to what degree of power that Queen has over us.

Watching this guys videos, has put me years ahead of understanding the difference between human being ( Man) and person, and how not understanding this relationship has caused the enslavement of everyone world wide.

this man, eternallyaware, is a very remarkable man for the crusade that he is on.

As a Canadians we are little aware of what is crown role in our daily life. But British are totally blind or ignorant on this subject.

One Scottish person woke up and ask this ;
" As a Monarchist, I cannot understand for the life of me why you would call yourselves democratic by being undemocratic in terms of getting rid the royal family and siding with left-wing politics but as a democratic man myself I think it’s only fair that you should be given the chance to prove me wrong by answering these questions because in my opinion, being democratic means being open and honest.
What would you do with Buckingham Palace and the 7 castles and palaces if this ever were to be a republic rule as again, The Crown does have ownership of the properties or would you think about using Buckingham Palace as a ‘Community Center’?
The Crown is the possession of the nation so anything that belongs to the Crown belongs to the country, not to the Windsor family. As such the castles and palaces that belong to the nation would continue to do so in a republic. That includes Buckingham palace and Windsor Castle.

Thank you so much for posting that video for me, I for some strange reason am unable to do that for this site.

I am hoping to "awaken" as many people up to learning what is inside various important documents that affect our lives, including our legal rights as human beings.

I wish people could just awaken even enough to learn the difference between " human beings" and legal persons.
Most people that I speak to who often brag out enlightened they are, have no clue whatsoever, with understanding the difference between a human being and a legal person.
There is a very important difference, and until humans "wake up" :sleep:from their sleep and understand this difference, they will continue to be enslaved in a process of enslavement that has gone on
for thousands of years, all the way back to Rome.

Well once again, I can't post the actual video.

but if someone could be so kind if they look at the above video and repost it for me.

Perhaps a moderator would be so kind as to unhook that which has been done perhaps in their bag of tricks to unable me to not post videos.

I don't recall having abused that in the past:yo:

Thank you for this informative post. The relationship between Canada and the Queen has always been a puzzle to me.
Is the Queen a person with power or is The Queen a position that is currently held by a female person.
( I hope this translates.)

I believe that the Queen (or King) is the head of state for Canada. It can be either a Queen or a King. The "Crown" as an entity is the Legal holder of Title to all lands and resources (Including Native lands) and is also embodied in the Canadian Government's laws, treaties and agreements. I.E His/Her majesty's Government. When a law is "broken" The Crown's Attorney, akin to American prosecutors. argue the case. I'm sorry to say I do not know much more than that and cannot relate it to the "freeman on the land" movement as it never made itself very clear to me even when I've watched videos and lectures on it....

From my understanding as well as from the information gained from looking at the actual documents that prove it.

The Queen have sovereignty (owns) over all of Canada.
Every living Man, Woman, and Child she claims sovereignty over and claims that you are her subjects (slaves).

To make the point clear:

The Queen owns all the land under your feet, and she also owns you as a slave.

Do not humor yourself into just believing that she is just a token head of state and holds no power.
In the world of law, she owns you, and she is pretty much GOD.

French Canadians, on average, do understand the difference. One of those eternal rift between french and English.

Therefore this should help to polarize our two linguistic groups rather than divide us.

I have found that it is division between groups that keep us kicking sand in each others faces rather than us really talking and figuring out, who we are, where we are, and where we need to go.

Lets face it, as long as we can prolong the "rifts" between the groups, we are the villains of our own demise.

I often now tell people that I am in open discussion with, 'If you want to see who the enemy is, look in the mirror, we are screwing each other and it is all done by design.
The only way to break the cycle is to first understand it.

Vitalux--

I'd suggest you also look into Robert Menard's information. Lots
of it on You Tube.
