The above links are just a small start as to what maybe going on with these so called zombie attacks.

Lest start with the Black Goo Found in Falklands in the 80's discovered during the so called Falkland Wars, This black substance Is told to have it's own intelligence, that it is some combination of Nano-tech and living organism a type of hybrid sentient being, that seems to have been found in Baltic Sea decades ago.

This organism hibernates in temperatures below freezing, once it gets above a certain degree it becomes active. It seem to like being attached to anything that has an electrical impulse such a electronics and even people or animals.

In Basis 18 the gentlemen states the he has been covered in this Black Goo and it had changed his DNA, so this Black Goo can infiltrate ones DNA and to a degree change it as this person states he was able learn certain things quicker and that his skin has changed.. he even learned an entire language in short time..

Now, for some this may seem to be a kewl thing,
I guess it would be if one where compatible with this sentient being.

But what if one wasn't compatible.
Two Possible theories

Would the DNA being rewritten cause a disturbing outcome of destruction towards ones self or towards another human being? Would the outcome be in the form of what we call a zombie, where one goes and attacks another and tries to eat them?

Or can one control another through this Black Goo in another with radio signals as it stated that this Black can work with electronics such as radios and computers, could a signal be pulsed out to create an electrical disturbance in ones brain and have them go nuts?

Yes and no.
As don't don't truly know the true attributes of the Black Goo
As it could evolve into a higher being, with each new DNA strand it picks up along the way.

It almost looks to me like in that surveillance footage, that that "bette view" banner has been placed there to block the view of the alleged attack. I saw two naked guys laying on the pavement, and I have never seen any kind of attack on any footage that has been going around. I have seen footage of a zombie type behavior of a guy chewing on the other guys face, with blood all over, but to me it looked totally staged. I think a lot of this stuff is staged and perpetuated by actors.

This sounds very interesting... I unfortunately don't have time right at the moment to investigate the links provided, but this concept immediately reminded me of something.

There was a sci-fi film released recently entitled Prometheus. Despite being, at many times a somewhat by-the-numbers thriller/horror film, it includes in its plot a number of esoteric and alternative themes which are often discussed on this forum. One of these themes which is central to the plot is a mysterious black goo substance which has various strange qualities, including its primary function which seems to be altering the DNA of sentient beings who come in contact with it.

In the very beginning of the film we see an almost god-like alien figure walk up to a rushing waterfall and open a container which contains this substance. He then proceeds to drink it. He soon begins having a reaction, and falls into the water. We see his body break down, and the black goo integrates with/breaks down his DNA. I along with many others interpret this scene to mean that this serves to supply new genetic material to the environment there, from which new sentient life will eventually arise.

To me i don't think Prometheus is the true ends of this particular Black Goo, but I do believe for myself at this point that they made this movie just in time for folks to look up such a thing, and that they had been TRYING to throw us of the track in light of the research and personal findings of the two interviewees in the first two videos.

It maybe that there is another vector to another substance they may have already been found and not yet found in the public domain...
