SERCO has there hands in a lot of pies. There isn't a ton of information out there. This company is global and has ties to CERN, Dept of Energy, DHS, FEMA the National Weather Service, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, cloud computing, and they run schools and prisons and more much more. Who gave this company so much power? There are also ties to the Rockefeller Foundation.

Serco has seen a large amount of criticism involving its private prisons and detention centers. Serco, in a company memo leaked to The Australian (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Serco_Group#cite_note-Christmas_Island-63), blamed the detainees for "creating a culture of self harm," and using it as a "bargaining tool." Serco has been fined for breaches of contract every month it has managed detention centers in Australia, leading to a total of $4 million in fines in early 2011. Also, Serco's Christmas Island detention center was reported by its own former manager to be "typically 15 staff members short every day." Serco has also gained criticism for its inefficiency in its pathology labs.
