In March of 1995, the UPN aired a most intriguing Disney-produced television special about UFOs, entitled 'Alien Encounters from New Tomorrowland.' This highly unusual broadcast presents UFOs and alien visitation to our planet as a matter of fact. Though the film's existence is acknowledged by the respected website of the Internet Movie Database, you will not find it available anywhere for purchase.

Those who tracked this incredible production state that it was shown only once, and with no advance notice on stations in only five US cities. Thanks to a viewer who was able to roll the VCR and capture it, we have a record of the startling statements it contained. Watch this fascinating 45-minute program at the link below.

At first glance, this unique Disney television special appears to be an elaborate promotion of a scary New Tomorrowland ride on alien encounters which was about to open at Disney World. But on closer inspection, it is much more. The entire program, which opens with a short segment by Disney CEO Michael Eisner, does not even question the existence of UFOs and a major UFO cover-up. In fact, at times it has a tone of ridicule towards those who still deny the existence of UFOs.

Considering the very limited showing and audience, and the highly unusual stance on UFOs taken, many suspect that this program was a probe to measure public reaction to news of the reality of visitation and interaction with various forms of non-human intelligent life on Earth.

Some skeptics and debunkers especially on the website 'Above top secret." feel that a real UFO would not have a blinking/flashing light. A piece of the 'Guardian film,' at the 6 minute mark has a blinking flashing strobe light. That video turned out to be fairly conclusive proof of the phenomenon. Some of the video from the Oregon sighting have blinking lights.

One other point that jumped out was how the film started out fear based and quickly jumped to abduction scenarios and even mention terror. I thought that strange.

Incredible! Maybe Disney will be allowed to run this again on mainstream TV but I doubt it. I have a feeling Eisner and Thomas were told to take it off air after TPTB saw the real contents and intentions of the show. A good topic for Jesse Ventura to expose.

Those folks are too pre-occupied with debunking things to care about the truth in front of their eyes. That whole site is overrun by spooks.

Before the web there was only a few UFO documentries I can remember,Arthur C Clarks
Mysterious world touched on in in the late 1970's/80's and Sightings later.In 1995
The Roswell incident vid was relseased and I taped it and watched it many times.

Overall it is very good with some convincing witnesses.There was some controversy
over Frank Kaufman wanting money and Ray Santillies Alien autopcy, but still a
good documentry.

Very well done, and very informative for 1995. I would have really benefited had I seen this back in 95', along with the miniseries dark skies.
