View Full Version : Are there different dimensions of existence?

Our conciousness is here now in this dimension but when we die our conciousness will go on to a different dimension of existence. Some people might go to a dimension that we call heaven but there are some that might go to a lower dimension of existence. Im curious what these lower dimensions are and what they are like and is it eternal? And does god put us in a particular dimension based on the deeds, thoughts, and intent or is it by chance a souls choice to go to a lower dimension?

If you can imagine your whole consciousness operating in the range of a needle's movement across the page of (for example) a seismograph,
your awareness of yourself as a human being in a 3 dimensional experience could be represented by the furthest point of reach of the needle to one side.
Unaware of the rest of the needles range of movement. The total range is 'you'. That other awareness is what we're working on developing.

That 'other dimension' that we'd call death or an afterlife is inclusive in the total range. Not separate or distinct from what's always available.
In other words, you exist in all dimensions, and every minute subtle space between them, you're just not aware of it. It doesn't get much slower or thicker than this.

God doesn't put you anywhere. You are inside of him. An aspect. From 'his' viewpoint, you are the entirety. It's you that expands your awareness to discover that for yourself.
The world and your experiences in it are the opportunity given to you to do that. You can blame him for that. Opportunity.

Everything you do or think or believe and experience is by choice. Even what you'd call 'conditioning' is by your agreement.

Here is the definition of.....

Definition of DIMENSION
1a (1) : measure in one direction; specifically : one of three coordinates determining a position in space or four coordinates determining a position in space and time (2) : one of a group of properties whose number is necessary and sufficient to determine uniquely each element of a system of usually mathematical entities (as an aggregate of points in real or abstract space) <the surface of a sphere has two dimensions>; also : a parameter or coordinate variable assigned to such a property <the three dimensions of momentum> (3) : the number of elements in a basis of a vector space b : the quality of spatial extension : magnitude, size c : a lifelike or realistic quality d : the range over which or the degree to which something extends : scope —usually used in plural e : one of the elements or factors making up a complete personality or entity : aspect
2: obsolete : bodily form or proportions
3: any of the fundamental units (as of mass, length, or time) on which a derived unit is based; also : the power of such a unit
4: wood or stone cut to pieces of specified size
5: a level of existence or consciousness

To me this relates to the spatial perception of our consciousness. So all or any dimension is related to our manifestation of consciousness. Where are the boundaries if not in our minds. Are there boundaries to these things we speak of? IMHO

Definition from Merriam Webster dictionary.

Yes there are other dimensions, I have seen energetic forms that are not of this dimension, or perhaps they are of this dimension but we don't always have the vision to see them. After we finish our physical journey in this world, I believe our soul travels to its next level of evolution depending on where we left off spiritually.

Absolutely, I like to explain it this way. How else could any kind of psychic phenomena exist? (which there are countless millions of instances) It is not explainable by purely physical materialist science. But why limit our focus on materialism which is to focus on the 0.0000001 percent. The peanut in the football stadium? from 2 peanuts for Helium all the way up to 160 peanuts for "unstable" more "radio-active" elements. All laid out in a perfect table. All mathematical (meaning a logical abstraction) But wait! What about the other 99.99999 percent? (the football stadium)

And that is exactly what we are doing when we define an atom by it's atomic weight and ignore the "vacuum" which is not really a "vacuum" Atoms are the building blocks of material reality. What are the building blocks of atoms? Super complex "energy", because it's not really accurate to call it just "energy". It something that contains energy, information, and the potential for life... and is related to our consciousness. More like a field of potential "something". This is the reality. Thus it could be argued that materialism is 'scientific satanism' It is based on an upside view of reality. Empiricism practiced to the point of suppression of truth. Because the truth is... it IS KNOWN that what is NOT material is the BASIS and FOUNDATION of what is MATERIAL. In this sense material reality is as Einstein said a persistent "illusion" - a kind of virtual reality, a by product, a manifestation that exists as far as the human mind can extend itself to see and feel, but it IS CLEARLY NOT ALL there is.

I am not surprised at the existence of supernatural events, these 'intrusions' from the realm of the "non-material" part of the universe, otherwise known as "other dimensions" I always liken it to the cheat codes I used to get when playing "Duke Nukem" It gave me "supernatural" abilities in my virtual world, I could see through walls and even walk through them, and create ammo and jet pack fuel out of "thin air" (LOL).

This "material reality" is so real, so solid, so stable. It has all the appearance of infinite stability. Truly remarkable. That is why I believe we should be constantly reminded (or supposed to be constantly remind ourselves) to not get lost in the 'video game' (virtual reality of material world). Have you ever had the experience of playing a virtual reality game with goggles and gloves while standing up inside a 'booth'? It is amazing in that after an intense game, and you take off the goggles and take off the gloves, for a few minutes, you can't help but feel that you just "unplugged" from one virtual reality and that you "entered" into another one... albeit a far more persistent reality indeed.

So actually I am amazed that we don't have more access and observation of this other dimension, which is in fact, the more 'truer' reality. Since if you follow the logic, it is coming from that place which contains the "building blocks" of our manifested "material" reality. You would think we would see these things poking holes into our material world more often! But alas whoever 'programmed' this reality did too good a job, the world is so convincing, light appears as light, sound sounds like sound, smells smell like smells, pain feels like pain, yet none of this actually reached our brain, except the currency of nervous information in the form of electro-chemical signals. The physical body and brain are our "goggles" and "gloves" that plug us in to the material world. And where is the consciousness that is experiencing all this? it cannot be found physically, and never will be. Where does the software meet the hardware? That is the mystery connection.

I think meditation, and isolation chambers are so that we can experience the awareness and reality of pure consciousness as a way of grounding us back into that higher reality. The goal being to differentiate what is pure consciousness apart from what is conscious experience of physical reality. (It is possible)

I hope this adds to your view on this matter (no pun intended)

Yes 1d,2d,3d,4d,5d,6d,7d,8d,9d,10d,11d,12d and beyond, we the humans of earth currently occupy the end stages of 3D and on our way to becoming 4D. What does that mean? The short version is we are all transforming slowly on a cellular level as we speak. Everything evolves in the universe. Everything vibrates at a certain frequency. We are evolving.. including animals, rocks, water our mother Earth..

People on one dimension can not see or travel into the other unless the use of technology or you have evolved to a high spiritual point that technology is no longer necessary. 3D is dense as we all occupy this reality. We live in an awesome universe in which to experience and grow.

Peace and light to you!

Been reading author & psychic healer Chris Thomas lately. Here is what he has to say with regard to us human beings that reside on this planet:

"We, humans, have become so used to seeing ourselves in a physical way that we have, largely, forgotten that we are a created collection of energy frequencies - something we call a soul or a consciousness.

In order to take on our physical bodies, the soul constructs a shell made up of the energy frequencies that are specific to the Earth.
This energetic shell we more usually call our bodies.
It is easy to forget that we are, like everything else that exists within the whole of Creation, comprised of energy frequencies that collect together to form physical matter.
Underlying the constructive energies of this Universe is the concept of freedom of choice.
Each soul exists in a state and a location of its own choosing.
In order to come to Earth we have made a soul choice to be here and to take on the energies of the Earth in order to become physical.
We become physical because we have made a free choice to experience what being physical is all about.

We are not a body that has a soul, but a soul that has built for itself a body.
Our souls are comprised of a specific set of energy frequencies that add up to an average of 50 dimensions.
Unfortunately, not all of the energies of the soul are contained within the physical body.
These dimensional energies are divided into two parts:

The so-called “Higher Self” and the “Physical Self”
The physical self is the amount of soul energy contained within the physical body – comprising of approximately 12 or 13 dimensions – personified by the seven primary “Chakras” – see later.
The remainder of the soul – approximately 27 or 28 dimensions, makes up the higher self."

indeed. i am liking what i hear from chris thomas. he says that his knowledge comes from his accessibility of the akashic records. and it's really difficult for me to find much of what he says to differ from that which i feel intuitively. he has an interesting take on the Annunakki of which he refers to as the Velon and how the Summerian tablets were planted as a source of disinformation.

We're multidimensional beings and as such we simultaneously exist in different dimensions (3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8).

The bottom of the two videos should be required watching for pretty much anyone. It is a wonderful introduction to dimensions. And of course everyone loves Michio Kaku - thanks for this post! Great way to start a day!
