Hi human alien, This news is not good and I hope they keep it under control, the family member that just contradicted the virus is said to be the guys son and that due to another medical condition he has a low/poor immune system and that is why he maybe has contracted the virus from the father all other family members are ok.
The person sitting next the the guys father who obviously sat there with the father during a long hall flight has came back with an all clear result. I hope the authorities do all of the right things to keep this under control and tests done at the airports to ensure carriers are not permitted to travel and infect other unsuspecting embers of the public.
Kindest regards and best wishes
Joe

Thanks for your reply Titanium. My thoughts are about the
same as yours, except to say that i hope the UK government
isn't playing games, like the U.S government does.
Back before the avian flu was big news, our government made
a small mention of it and of course, MSM picked up on it and
really made a big deal out of it. Then when flu season came around,
all of a sudden, people were getting the avian flu and it continued,
year after year.
Now with just that small mention of sars going around, will that be
the next major illness, traveling around the globe? This is what
concerns me the most.
People weren't to keen on getting a bird flu jab every flu season, so
now i worry that governments are creating something new, to scare us
into taking a different type a vaccine.

I believe these trans-species flus and other viruses/bacteria are the fault of GMO,
vaccines
feed
antobiotics
etc
all those factors encourage mutation.
if humans were put under the same stress we put germs under,
we would be mutating like crazy, too!
not so far apart, germs and people!

Sars was clearly identified as an engineered "virus"... that attacked the Asian genotype... will be interesting to see what the statistics are on this one. What I find interesting and still remember was Bill's comment or reporting on at the time (?) about the Brits making jokes about China "catching a cold" and look who is coming down with the "sniffles" now... hmm.... wonder if this is a case of what goes around (our engineers who reverse engineered it thought it should...) come around ....

Well after this current bug going around that lingers 7-18 days in a person it would be a very very bad thing if this SARS decided to join the virus war on us this year. My buddy who is a surgeon always told me , yeah about every 100 years or so a bug comes around and wipes out a bunch of us. He's opens people every day and has done over 20,000 surgeries......... Lets hope for the best!

Oh boy. Here we go again. We better all go out and get our vaccine so we don't die. (NOT). LOL
