Just heard about this on Kerry Cassidy's Whistle Blower Radio Show. She said it was hard to find. I have not had a chance to read this but it is Ingo Swann and many folks here are interested in his work.

I read it several years ago. It was in a remainder bin at Tower's books. Excellent read. Ingo was a man of sterling character and amazing skill. His revelations in that book are astounding!

Bill compiled an ebook folder (http://projectavalon.net/eBooks.zip) last year (see this thread (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?9462-Interesting-Free-Books-in-PDF&p=527017&viewfull=1#post527017)), Penetration is one of the books among them.

Another one of Ingo's books in that folder that you literally pay a fortune for in print is Psychic Sexuality - The Bio-Psychic Anatomy of Sexual Energies. But it's much more than that, a very intricate examination of subtle energies in general as well as the history of research in that field, from Mesmer and Paracelsus over Wilhelm Reich and so on, absolutely fascinating.

reading this book is very trilling. It is like a very good science fiction novel, but is real. You will be with him experiencing things he experienced.

After completing this book I watched 'Iron Sky' movie, I found some depictions of structure on moon shown in movie he described while doing psi remote viewing.

Well his book itself is more entertaining and thrilling that many movies. You will never stop reading it until it finishes.

Mindboggling, convincing, humble and superbly written IMO.

Hard to stop reading.
I've got some work to get done first, but I think I'll finish it tonite even I have to stay awake till 2 a.m. :)

Ingo Swan's excellent book Penetration - The Question of Extraterrestrial and Human Telepathy (1998, 143 pages) is probably the best book I've read in the last 10 years.

No wonder it has taken literally years for Ingo Swann to compile such a brilliant & articulate analysis.

Lovely style. Great neologisms such as "earthside" & "spaceside", or "intellectual phase-locking".

The first part is thrilling and reads like a James Bond and I'd recommend not to skip it.

But as clearly shown in the next two parts, our "hero" is definitely more than this. His thoughts & analysis are intelligent and very far-reaching, especially re: "information management", spin doctors, disinformation & confusion techniques, and cover-up's of all sorts.

And of course, the central piece, the very idea that telepathy, defined in a much broader sense than what's conveniently reduced to mind to mind communication, could well be a universal concept that comes in direct conflict with so much of our human institutions and control mechanisms.

Not putting some brain in some heads like George bush Jr...
Protect Tesla's interests
Prevent the criation of some "well known Agencies"
Have convinced R.Regan to stay away from politics
...and the list will go far ....

I remember the scene from his book, when he was brought by Mr.Axelrod with one of the twins to the place they saw a huge UFO, or when he saw an beautiful girl in market but then found out that the twins are keeping eye on her and stumbled upon by his presence there, and gymkhana of place where he use to remote view on moon for Axelrod, or how he was brought the first and second time by twins to Axelrod .. ..

This was done to wake people up to the need to become more involved in their political arena,
instead of being passive and leaving all the important decisions that affect their lives

I agree this was a great book. For me the most important parts:
"1 would have indicated that telepathy must be inherent in our species, and not simply a matter of certain unique individuals seemingly specially gifted with it."
