As time moves on, more and more senior personages find themselves accused, simultaneously the Roman Catholic church comes under the most vociferous criticism and tarred with protecting those guilty of Paedophillia. Even now, main stream media are covering up for the most blatant abuses of the same, protecting those in the most senior professional positions in exactly the same way. Not for the first time either.

So now we have the New World Order embarking on Plan B. IMO.

Sacrifice the RC Church. Instate an alternative. Install a godly paradigm of immense power (abuse of same technologies) sent to save mankind, quash the RC Church and put mankind under a new scripture of doctrine. I would respectfully disagree with you that Ets are irrelevant or unimportant. And the disrespectful tone where you tell others to "wake the bleep up" is not appreciated. So you're saying that if someone believes in the significance and importance of ETs and disclosure they are unawakened? I would say that's quite the false assumption. However, IMO, govermental disclosure of Et's existence, may not even be necessary if most of the people not involved in coverups acknowledge their existence. I'm sure it would be helpful though.
