Michael Smith was an Air Traffic Controller with the Air Force in Oregon and, subsequently, in Michigan. At both of these facilities he and others witnessed UFOs tracked on radar and moving at extraordinary speeds. He also confirms that personnel were expected to maintain secrecy concerning these observations, and that NORAD, the North American Air Defense Command, was fully apprised of these events.

I was first married in 1967, a year later we moved into a new appatartment, and a month later a new tenant moved into our building, whom we became very close freinds with. He was in the Air Force. A Master Sargent. His duty, was night command of a Radar Installation, on top of Mt. Umunum. Mt. Umunum is directly south of San Jose, California. (It ain't there no more, wuz shut down years ago)
We had known each other for about six months and were always talking about interesting stuff like, big foot, and UFOs', and really made our wives think we were absolutely nuts. We were having a BBQ one satarday and (Ben) says: "Come up on the hill tomorro, I would like to show you something." He was in charge up there, nights, and every other week-end. This was his off wkend but on Sunday it would be a good buddy of his in charge. And Ben would be free, to show me around. Ben had went up first, ahead of me, to pave the way for my arrival up there, because Civillians, were not allowed up there.
When we walked into the "Radar" room, everyone in there was like hey great to see you. You come to watch all the crazy stuff with us. I'm like, huh? Ben had never said a word about what I was going to see. He said look, and pointed to one of the radar scopes they were watching. There were blips all over the screen, but didn't seem to be moving. Airplanes over San Fransisco International, didn't look like they were even moving., and about that time something went across the screen almost too quick to catch. I didn't think too much of it at first, but soon there were more. More!!! ???
Finally I asked what these fast things were. Everyone in the room broke into histerics. Don't have a clue, was the unanimus answer. Ben then took me into a back room and showed me more than a hundred boxes of computer paper, and said: "That's nothing but those quick things you saw." Went back to the radar room and he explained: "These quick things you see are UFOs'. We don't have a clue as to where they come from or where they are from. They come across our screens all day long every day. Some of them stop, and some of them are going in excess of 8,000 miles per hour. Nobody on this plannet, has anything that will go that fast. Some of them are only 10,000 feet altitude. So.. does the Air Force know about UFOs'? Bet yer sweet bippy they do." I asked him why more airline pilots don't report them. He said they do, we just don't hear about them. Plus, he said that at those speeds, they won't see them, they only can see the ones that slow down. He said they listen to air traffic control, and there are several reports of them every single day. Far too many to put on the evening news. ccc.
All the guys working up there that day were saying they wished they could have visiters day up there every day to show the people what is really going on. But being sworn to secracey about it, they were powerless to say anything. I also kept quiet about it, because of my freinds on the Mountain. It has been so long now, that it no longer matters.
That waskily ol wabbit just keeps diggin away. eh?

Best stories I've read about UFOs in a while!
I'd love to know more about them. :) Who wouldn't?
I bet we humans are pretty pitiful when others come to check out our technology.
I bet that if aliens exist and do talk about us, the biggest subject is the mess we make of it all.
What is it that humans lack, that keeps us from making progress that really does help everyone and not just "someone"?

Anyhow, NORAD schmorad, they really failed us on 9-11.
And I can't believe that any "offworlders" would have wanted a war in the middle east.
The biggest threat is the monkeys on our own rock! lol

The Citizen Hearing on Disclosure – April 29 to May 3, 2013
...will be held at the National Press Club in Washington, DC from April 29 to May 3, 2013. At that time as many as forty researchers and military/agency witnesses will testify for thirty hours over five days before former members of the United States Congress. The Citizen Hearing on Disclosure of an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race will attempt to accomplish what the Congress has failed to do for forty-five years - seek out the facts surrounding the most important issue of this or any other time.
This event will be live streamed to the world via the Internet in at least four and possibly five languages. Furthermore, the entire hearing will be filmed as the basis for a forthcoming documentary - Truth Embargo.

they know but the UFO phenomenon is so tightly wrapped up in national security. That's likely the problem. A quick answer would be an amnesty bill to release citizens in part from their non-disclosure agreements. Only the parts pertaining to them telling us of their existence. They don't have to tell us how they got technology...we can figure that out.

That would be one HELL of an amnesty bill!!! I agree that has to be a part of the scenario over all though.

I'm not so sure about that. I bet we have plenty of stuff alien creations do not have. I'm proud to be human. With all the gifts bestowed upon us (if only we would want to see them) I should say it's an honour to be placed here as a human (no matter how much dishonour some of us cause to our species).
Make the best of it.

http://www.paradigmresearchgroup.org/main.htmlHas anyone asked the question: Why are these witnesses testifying before FORMER members of Congress? What is the point? Why not testify before CURRENT members of Congress? Oh, that's right, they wouldn't do anything about it either. Nevermind! I'm back now. :p
