does that video work for you? if yes then what you see?

i'm tried 2 times but it seems doesn't work either not right time or suitable place...ect. at first go during that session i can see an image American soldier carried a gun in a war way back 200 years ago or even more.

don't know why but past 2 days i see different image when i close my eyes at night time when i go to bed...maybe from the session or from my current experience.

I was in a past life regression therapy session recently and I did see highlights from one of my earlier lives, but a lot of it was "clouded". I'm still not sure that were those real memories, but it was interesting... Some people are more easily hypnotised than others. The conscious mind doesn't really want to lose it's control.

I have seen Dr. Weiss twice with success. He said for him personally it took a long time and much trying and practice to have a past life regression. When you begin you may have cloudy scenes or flashes of people. He says do not sensor, do not use your left brain to try and make sense of it all. Do not stop and question, just let it happen and let it flow. Go back after and then journal what you saw and experienced. It may not make sense initially, bit maybe on the 3 rd, 7 th or 8th time it will start to come together.

I hope this helps, keep listening and practicing.

Children can do it.

We haven't burned the connection out of them yet.

We just have to learn how to get back to our origins.

Past-Life Regression and along with NDE/OBE should be apart of curriculum at school instead of religion classes or ethnic classes...once we find our true self and purpose why we coming here then it will change everything.

OK, I just did the exercise.

My childhood memory- I was a child of two or three. I was outside, crouching on the concrete. I had just picked up a little black beetle, and it was crawling on my finger, and making these chirruping/croaking noises. I looked up to my mother, who was standing in the doorway. Then my sister, Jane, and my brother Richard, came running up. Jane looked down at me with sparkling, dark eyes and a smile upon her face. She held out her hand, and I let the beetle crawl on her hand. She was wearing a green, tartan skirt. Then she went inside.

My past life memory happened somewhere in the Middle East, hundreds of years ago. I was a boy, about ten, rather thin and gangly, wearing tan coloured sandals. My father worked in stone. I was wearing a simple hessian frock, cream coloured, and my father was wearing a worn, blue frock made of a heavy fabric. My most important time in that life- I was looking at my reflection in a stream. My father pulled a sheet from a hole in the ground, scattering dirt and rocks as he did so. In the folds of the fabric was a sword and a crown, which he gave to me. He then sent me off to the city(?). My final, dying memory. I was an old man, crouched upon a large chair, perhaps a throne. One of my legs was over the arm rest. I was cradling my sword to me, and I was wearing the crown. There were old men a little distance away, watching me , whispering, and waiting. All very respectful.

My father in that life was my brother-in-law in this life. In that life he gave to me, and in this life, he took from me. He had so much power over me in this life, and it stemmed from his being my father in a past life. I have good memories of him in that life, which now balance the memories I have of him in this life.

that's the way it works.

We don't carry the full life with us. we don't carry the full given past life. too much data.

We carry what we need in order to live and be the experience we have decided to have... in this given life.

Full recall, of entire lives, is not necessary for our current incarnation, in most cases. That..is something that would have to be seeked out, but only if we need it. It's not for cartoon and fun times.

We might find that we can have that 'total recall', but only in a life recall that would not negatively impact any given path we are currently on. (if we still have some critical lesson ahead of us)
