Bioterrorism Lab Missing Virus

I didn't see this posted anywhere else so I thought I'd throw it out there. I've been concerned for a while about the number of these kinds of labs working with potentially lethal biologies. I'm not sure they are monitored or run with the kinds of secure procedures that we need. Here is an example of a missing virus, but they just assume it is a harmless incident rather than assuming that it's a potential threat.

History repeating itself with the "black plague that wiped out 2/3rds of EU population. Hmmm..wouldn't put it past them to try it, but what if they accidently dropped it on themselves, and it didn't make it to the public? I will focus, on preventing the innocent, from obtaining this toxic recipe for disasterous health problems.

Perhaps to render it "useless as a melted snowflake, after oxygen or carbon exposure. So much of that in the environment, just smoking a cigarette or 2nd hand smoke will eliminate the dangerous parts."

I will focus on this as I already have put a lock on activation of those "loose 6 nukes" also that haven't been found.

What say you others here?
Sometimes accidental destruction is the best way to end the possibility and by focusing on the actual rat plague antigens, we can make it's duration very short in passing from one to another. Like 7 seconds, or it's useless.
Just an idea, i will ask within. Just reading it and allowing it to obsorb, led me to this solution.
LET US destroy it by the Creator sources will.Let it flow and focus on the antigen destruction. Then have faith, it will be done.
