This seems another example of male disposability. I don't see many examples of women sacrificing themselves for adult males. Since women want equality, we should be sacrificing ourselves 50% of the time for adult males who aren't our biological children.
Anyway, I'm philosophising about society. I'm not criticising Mr Jones and I sympathise with his family for his death.
