Antonio Huneeus examines RAND Corporation's (Research ANd Development) UFO document, titled UFO's: What to do? The RAND Corp was originally an outgrowth project of World War II, called Project RAND, in May of 1948 it separated from the Douglas Aircraft Company and became it's own independent, nonprofit organization. The document also provides an example of a detailed UFO report form developed by the University of Colorado's study group.

I remember an article on PrisonPlanet a few years ago that showed how Rand Cam was behind the writing of much of the Patriot Act legislation. What a surprise eh? I can't find it now because google searching are bringing up too many hits mentioning Rand Paul. I'm still digging for it though.

A very large effort has been made to downplay the significance of this Corporation on the Internet these days, but it's pretty evident that they have been a major player if not the top dog in the Warfare Technology Dept. They make super lightweight ceramic engines that elude radar and get astronomical mileage to boot. The engine was developed by a Jehovah's Witness and the technology was stolen from him.
