Frequently Unanswered Questions of the "Australian Government"

Firstly, what is the Australian Constitution..?
It is an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom, Great Britain and Ireland of 1900.
Which Constitution..?
Companies also have 'Constitutions' - ask any accountant. When the "Government" refers to the Constitution... which one are they referring to..?
Could they be referring to the Constitution of the COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA ...
the Corporation registered in Washington..? Would this be misleading..?
Is The Constitution Valid..?
Consider ... An Act to constitute the Commonwealth of Australia 1900 (UK) [63 & 64 Vict.] [Ch. 12] states:
"The Commonwealth" shall mean the Commonwealth of Australia as established under this Act.. AND ...Whereas the people of ...have agreed to unite in one indissoluble Federal Commonwealth under the Crown of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland etc ....
What does that suggest to you?
Has anyone dissolved the Indissoluble Federal Commonwealth..? Would treason have been committed were it possible..?
Did the signing of any treaty transform The Commonwealth of Australia from a self governing colony into an Independent Nation..? (e.g The Treaty of Versailles?)
