Hello Everybody, :high5:

I wanted to share a gem that I found online recently. I have been spending time doing this for myself, and currently working on day 2, my Svadisthana chakra. I recommend checking it out, its very short and to the point, but it is enlightening me, by asking me questions i have yet to ask myself. Its been quite inspiring, and i'm only on #2 of #7. :)

love and light to all :)

I missed this, so I'm downloading the pdf and bumping the thread because I think chakra work is so important. Thank you teradactyl :)

When chakras are functioning well, try working the chakras whose colours are opposites on the colour wheel in tandem. So red/green root/heart, orange/blue sacral/throat, yellow/indigo solar/pineal.

Then try ida/pingala breathing, links here (http://swamij.com/kundalini-awakening-2.htm) and here (http://www.aryabhatt.com/pranayama/pranayama3.htm)

Give thought also to other less well-known chakras. Eg, sacral is easily discerned as a three-fold energy field, energy points at joints, palms, soles of feet, and especially high-heart and nasal chakras.

Another good one is Elements of the Chakras, Naomi Ozniek (spelling may also be off, I've lent it to someone so can't even check!)
