http://www.foodforthemindandfireforth... Keith Scott-Mumby MD reveals astonishing cases in which normal-functioning individuals had "virtually no brain tissue" left. How is this possible? Simple really: our minds are NOT in the brain, rather the brain is in the mind. Our minds are an external field of consciousness, OUTSIDE the skull and in the field all around us. Here at last is PROOF.

whoa... this is so in line with so many teachings, specifically A Course In Miracles.

ACIM teaches that the world we see, which would include our body/our persona/others persona, is in our Minds. Entirely created by our Minds and supported by our minds.

I am not sure of the lesson off the top of my head, but one lesson states that we are Minds. It says that "We are mind, of Mind and purely Mind."

ACIM says that "creations" are not "things," but "ideas." To state that plainly - Ideas are the creation of the mind and we are minds. This is how all creation can be shared. It is simply the sharing of ideas. ACIM speaks of the power of our mind and our thoughts,

This also goes along with OBE's. If the person experiences events Out Of Body, then the brain has nothing to do with the Experiencer... the observer.
