UFO DISCLOSURE: HOW THE WORLD IS BEING PREPARED


The term known as ‘UFO Disclosure’ is quite simply the formal acknowledgement of the Extraterrestrial presence throughout the Universe, by prominent global nations, related space agency’s and religious institutions. A subsequent conclusion of a path of preparation of the human subconscious for an event of world changing proportions.

Some may still ask why don’t the Government namely the US Government just come out and tell the world what they know about UFO’s and Extraterrestrials. But ask I you do you really expect governments to come out and announce out of the blue for quite a significant proportion of the human population of Earth "oh by the way there are aliens out there in space and we`ve known about them for quite a long time"? We just thought with everything else going on, namely the recession and the ongoing debate about climate change, we would tell you about it now. Yes there will be formal disclosure in the very near future but don’t anticipate any specific date as dates given by any source can often be miscalculated or simply inaccurate, the timing has to be right, they need to prepare humanity for what they will disclose. If many humans still have difficulty accepting other members of the human family on Earth, based on nationalistic/cultural/racial lines then how open do you think they will be to accepting the reality of and welcoming the confirmation of our space brothers and sisters? Although I am by no means predicting UFO disclosure inducing mass fear, panic and general disorder amongst the already disillusioned masses.

This path of preparation for the masses of Earth is nothing more then a subtle process designed to reveal a level of truth to the human inhabitants of Earth, whilst maintaining a lie that knowledge of advanced Life beyond Earth has not been known about for much longer then it has been acknowledged.

The path towards disclosure is being laid out right before humanity eyes. The determined cynic may view the following sequence of events as pure coincidence of no related importance. The informed open mind would more easily notice these stages of preparation connected relevance.

Stage 1. The continuous promotion of the concept of Extraterrestrial life through popular culture occurring as we speak, through a constant steady release of entertainment based programming e.g. Major films & TV shows depicting some form of Alien life. Programming into the human mind the thoughts of the existence of what many know as Aliens.

Stage 2. Seems to involve A conveniently subtle altering in specific religious ideals and beliefs, with open admissions by prominent religious figures/institutions that life on Earth may not be the only place, where ‘God’ placed life. Insinuating the strong ‘possibility’ of Alien life. Prompting religious followers worldwide to revaluate their beliefs in the story of creation & their perspective of the Universe.

Stage 3. Involves the continuous increase of announcements of successful advancement in space exploration leading to the discovery of elements of life such as water & ‘possible’ Discovery of life bearing planets. Initiating into the human sub- conscious the thought of of Alien life existing within the known Universe being ‘newly’ discovered.

You are right, it is most annoying when someone says they know something
and then say nothing at all !

But,
it is so emotional, opening all into the public, it is a huge pressure,
it involves my biological family, cousins....and I haven't had contact with most of them for over twenty years!

and I promised my ex-husband that I would put my "ufostuff" aside until my children are older.
(I divorced him10 years ago)

As my daughter turned 16 last October, I wrote a short "uforeport" to finnish ufoinvestigators
in order to make them aware that their most investigated ufocases (1972 to 1979) happened on or around our summerhouse,
and that I had memories of those events.

In that report I only told the basic story,
and it will remain as "basic story" if I am called " a vicious vermin".

You know the exopolitcs and Michael Salla ? I contacted him a few months after he started exopolitcs (2002 ?)
and I exchanged a few e-mails with him.

And then out of the blue,
he wrote me an e-mail saying that he had gotten REAL information about me,
for example, that I was not living in Finland after all, as I really was during that time, but in London.
so, misinformation ? I took it as a sign never to disclose anything to him,
and when you have a look at his webpage, you will know why.

and it seems to be the same here....I a rat to be shot dead !

A Disturbing Tale: Why we may never see government UFO disclosure

I have bad news for the UFO disclosure crowd.

If the alleged extraterrestrial presence is real, the odds are against disclosure.

Among members of the Intelligence Community, the tale of the alien presence is known as the "core story" of contact between the aliens and the government.

The strong rumor is there is a "disturbing" aspect to this "core story," something so dire it leaves battle-hardened military types shaking in their boots.

An example of a real government program so secret that revealing its very existence endangers the national security involves martial law plans and preparations in the event of first strike use of nuclear weapons.

A 1992 cover story for TIME Magazine called "The Doomsday Blueprints" pieces together early cold war preparations intended to enable the survival of the government following a catastrophic nuclear exchange.

"What they envisioned was an America darkened not only by nuclear war but also by the imposition of martial law, food rationing, censorship and the suspension of many civil liberties," explains the article's author, who adds, "while preparations for rescuing the nation's leaders and cultural treasures remain in place, efforts to shield the civilian population were virtually abandoned decades ago."

In my series KNOWING THE FUTURE: CIA, 9/11, UFOs and the Extraterrestrial Presence, available at the STARpod.org website, I examined the methods and sources of confirmed members of the Intelligence Community as they tracked and investigated UFO-related technology and "persons of interest."

According to one of the intelligence officials who pursue the UFO topic (and many are at the highest levels of the government) the "core story" may fall outside of the President of the United States' "need to know."

Perhaps that explains the failure of previous efforts to seek out help from the Clinton White House for UFO disclosure, like the mid-1990s Rockefeller disclosure initiative.

Although it remains difficult to determine where official business ends and personal interests take over, there is solid evidence of high ranking intelligence involvement with the UFO and alien contact topic.

Dr. Edgar Mitchell, the Apollo astronaut who was the sixth man to walk on the moon, remains an outspoken supporter of the "core story" explanation for government secrecy.

Mitchell spoke of his contact with a ranking Admiral with the Joint Chiefs who agreed to investigate the "core story" of alien contact and report back. Some reporters were miffed when Mitchell refused to disclose the name of the Admiral, but Mitchell did provide to me confirmation that another report was "essentially correct."

Mitchell requested my help in clarifying why his testimony appeared to be contradicted by the Admiral, who had been identified by the Herald Tribune as Rear Admiral Thomas R. Wilson.

Quoting an article taken from the prestigious Janes Defence Weekly, Mitchell implied that the Admiral had discovered that the "core story" was protected by a "Special Access Program."

As explained by Janes, such a "black program" must remain unacknowledged when it is "considered so sensitive that the fact of its existence is a 'core-secret,'" defined as "any item, progress, strategy or element of information, the compromise of which would result in unrecoverable failure."

Astronaut Mitchell then added, "The UFO program that the admiral sought would be in this category. Thus by law he would be required to deny the existence of such a program. For a core secret SAP, even a 'no comment' would be a breach of security."

Consider, as an example, that in 1948 President Truman signed the "United States Policy on Atomic Warfare" which stated "the decision as to the employment of atomic weapons in the event of war is to be made by the Chief Executive."

This effectively allowed for a possible, although unlikely U.S. first-use first-strike with nuclear weapons.

A few years later, when President Eisenhower's "Doomsday Blueprints" were put into place, knowledge of their existence threatened more than "unrecoverable failure" of the government's survival plans.

The existence of doomsday plans and the initialed martial law order was a "core secret."

Knowledge of the existence of doomsday plans risked misinterpretation or manipulation by Soviet intelligence who might interpret them as evidence of an impending first strike by the United States, resulting in possible undesirable actions by the Soviets.

Evidence of the existence of UFOs and an alien presence, or worse, of manipulation by an alien intelligence in the affairs of the human race, would constitute a "core secret" at the deepest levels of the government.

An even more disturbing possibility would be the existence of government doomsday survival plans in the event of massive extraterrestrial manipulation of the world's population.

Would the government draw up plans for massive retaliation against the population, knowing that an "alien virus," an otherworldly manipulation had altered members of the human race in such a way as to effectively threaten the powers that be?

The ground-truth reasons for the cover-up of the "core story," a truly disturbing tale, is one mystery that almost certainly will never be made known.

The simple truth is, there are people who have gone out of their way for decades upon decades to cover these things up, that effort has not disappeared, in fact as more people 'awaken' the stronger the effort to conceal, ridicule, divert, discredit, and distract. Governments are growing larger, media expansion, televisions more advanced. It should also come as no surprise that everyday for the last 30 years certain people have been getting others excited saying that Disclosure is near, the yin to yang. Not forgetting the 2012 topic of course, that's sure to be added to the mix, no surprise there.

There won't be any official announcement from any president any time soon. Disclosure happens only on a one-on-one basis, maybe you meet a handful of people that can share very specific things they were directly involved with, because nobody has all the answers, this is why compartmentalization has been pivotal to the secrecy, so no - one person - can know everything that's going on. And to suggest that the president of the U.S or some other political figure will basically go on live television in front of an audience of millions; to "disclose" the truth about UFOs or ETs, is simply not realistic. For one, political figures are often in-the-dark about such matters, especially this matter, and whenever someone even tried to investigate or bring into the open, they are publicly ridiculed and ultimately denied all access to pertinent info.

To be honest, I have not seen one indicator, even minor, that the situation has changed or is changing as we speak.

the reason for living, being here,

and I am not going to tell it all just in order to satisfy someone's curiosity.

As if I would tell,
and have people just shrug their shoulders, say " Interesting story" and move on.

What difference would that make ?

It would make me even more isolated, sad, cautious.

And I am not just talking about myself here,
as there are many other contactees out there.

So, what is the solution ?

leave you here with people like Gita who will enlighten you in their own way,

and keep on looking for another way to share with those who have eyes to see, ears to hear,
hearts to feel, and minds open... I do have millions of questions myself,

and I have prayed that my mind would be blocked
so that I would not be aware of it ALL until it is the right TIME and place.

I do not mind being judged or criticized as I do that a lot myself,
it is just that I do not like people calling me names. (1.4.it seems that some of her posts are now removed, so I am fine.)

You see, it was not just one contact, two, three....
it was ongoing throughout my whole childhood,
I was even allowed to spend many nights alone from the age of 6, as I preferred to be alone.

and later...I forgot all about it,
but I had the knowledge of being "special" in some way,
as many people said quite weird things about me....
(My ex husband got really scared!)

around 2001 I started to see the same dream over and over again
after "the alien encounters" in Black Forest, Germany.

I called my mother, with whom I had had no contact for years (as said on my webpage)
and she could not believe that I did not remember the ufoinvestigation on our farm !

and my brother refreshed my memory of his own findings...

Almost every day since I really started to recall all those alienencounters
since 1972 ( from age 6), I have been questioning myself,

can all this really be true ?

When in 2002 I sent an e-mail to my brother, whom I take as the most reliable person,
you know, very tall man, honest, who says only "yes" or "no", and takes lying as a sign of weakness, and he started to tell me about the ufo he found,

I almost fainted. It blew my mind....I felt almost sick...how would we ever tell all that to the world!

So,...let's see if there are other contactees coming out.

Although it's difficult not to take unkind responses personally, I don't think it's personal. People are responding that way for various reasons. The first reason is that there has been a program of ridicule for anything UFO or ET related for a long time, and people are eager to jump on the ridicule bandwagon and show how superior they are. Yes, it has been done to me. I don't put up with it. The other reason is that many people's belief systems are seriously threatened by the whole UFO and ET thing and they are counter attacking to defend their own belief system.

The only thing I know of that makes it easier is being so secure in your own truth that you can disregard the attacks as the last struggles of a dying belief system. Eventually, and I don't think it's all that far off, everyone will know that we are not alone.

I am pretty careful about who I talk to and what I say. If I think someone is relatively open minded, I will broach the subject of UFOs. Otherwise, I might just hint at it. If someone expresses an interest, I will go farther. I'm more of an observer than a contactee, but I've had enough interactions over the last year, and enough close observations, that I know I'm dealing with beings who aren't from around here. I guess one advantage I have is that I know I can show people some of what I've seen. The ETs have been very supportive of this type of thing and I think they will continue to be.

It's up to you to decide what to say and who to say it to. I must say it is a great blessing to have friends you can talk to about this stuff. I hope you can find peace with the knowledge that you have, and find a way to share it that is of the greatest benefit.

It is assumed that the release of 1000`s of UFO files by the British is a move further to disclosure, but it is not. Quite the opposite:
A new regulation will require to keep the new records for only a few weeks. After that they will be "destroyed". In this way they avoid keeping a fast growing database with potential access by the public through lawsuits.

I guess I mean the One World Government, in that if I accept that Contact has been maintained by High Ranking Military Officials, and that meetings are taken between World Leaders and ETs, then it follows the One World Government is much farther along than we know.

But you must understand that many people on this planet have not had an alien encounter (or abduction) or probably more precisely don't remember one. All News Web has been informed that on 14 March of this year a meeting took place involving the US President, Barack Obama, to discuss the possibility of admitting the reality of UFO visitation to Earth and informing the people of Earth that major governments of the world can confirm that we are not alone in the universe and contact with at least three, but up to sixty separate races has taken place.
The meeting is believed to have taken place somewhere in a top secret military installation in the US: probably underground.

I read and listened David Wilcox on his website he has a recent radio program where he talks about phobo's and what is inside that rock. Disclosure, I just don't know what to think. If the goverment discloses that some people will have to wake up and the PTB don't want that. They want to keep us asleep so they can trick us into staying their slave so I just don't see it. On the other hand, according to several channelers the 100 monkey was reached late last year that is enough people have become awake that now another time line has opened up. This is a positive time line. My thinking tends to go in the direction of as more and more people get what's really going on and that thought form gets bigger and bigger then everything is going to blow wide open and if the government discloses it will almost be an anti-climax. I find it remarkable that I can have a conversation with almost any of my close friends who will state that they believe in the possibility of life on other planets but the certainty that some of that life is sentient and intelligent. 1984, based on your name, I'm assuming we are in the same age bracket, and have had similar experiences with my friends and family. My wife is a skeptic - im trying to open her up to these possibilities and to stop hiding from the truth because its uncomfortable. My dad is a scientist, and also a bit of an atheist. He got me on the path of believing in aliens in the first place, brought me up right, watching star trek/wars and the x-files haha.

I watched the Ancient Aliens series with my wife though, and she thought it was awesome, and that they made a lot of good points. Some of the crazier stuff she wasn't impressed by, but it was a good starting point for her. Its all about presenting material that people will resonate with, without overloading them I think. thats been my experience at least.

But yes, as uplifting as it is to have such open minded friends I find that it is those few friends and associates I do have who strongly deny any such off world intelligence who give me the most grief and ridicule. I understand from the New York Times (1) that I missed World UFO Day, July 2, 2010. I’m greatly disappointed. But not to worry. I have the remedy. Let’s host another festive event.
By the right vested in me as a sovereign citizen of Planet Earth (the same right vested in you), I declare Sunday, August 1, 2010, to be “World Disclosure Day” (WD2).

I invite every citizen of Earth on that day to express him or herself in the best possible way to invite our galactic family, (2) who currently are situated above this planet in spaceships of varying size and shape, from different times, spaces, and dimensions, to disclose their presence.

If the galactics do not respond on Sunday, August 1, by that same right vested in me (and you), I hereby declare the first Sunday of each month to be World Disclosure Day until the galactics are assured of their welcome and agree to reveal themselves to us.

I say this understanding the following:

(1) That the galactics around this planet are overwhelmingly of friendly and virtuous character and are here to assist us with the planetary transformation expected at the end of the present age or cycle in December 2012.

(2) That the galactics are servants of the same God that we are and led by higher councils of friendly and virtuous character whose reason for being here is to save this planet from the destruction towards which it was rapidly heading in an age of nuclear devastation and world wars.

(3) That the time has arrived for Earth to assume its place among the family of civilizations, with their help and guidance, ending our isolation from the people of other planets and stars.

Lest one think that the occasion is only one of joy and celebration, let me add that it has a very sober and serious side to it and that is that, in my opinion, the galactics have in their possession the technology and will to stop the devastating oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico and are only awaiting an invitation from us to do so.

In the absence of a long-overdue invitation from our governments, it is my belief that the galactics await the spontaneous outpouring of welcome from the people of Planet Earth to make their appearance and begin the work of restoring this world.

Yes, there have been negative star nations here that have had an unfortunate impact on Earth in oeriods of our history through subjugation and abductions. (3) But it is my understanding that these extraterrestrials have been barred from the planet by space coalitions such as the Galactic Federation, who are Earth’s guardians and mentors. These negative ETs cannot come near the planet any more.

It is now time to end our ignorance of the existence of our space family, some of whom are our progenitors, some our future, and all our well-wishers.

I’ll be publishing other articles on my websites (4) and, if permitted, on OpEdNews (5) elaborating on all aspects of disclosure. But for now, I simply wish to extend this invitation to you to express yourself in any way you deem best to welcome our galactic family and invite them to approach the Earth openly and reveal themselves.

Best-selling author Leslie Kean will approach Congress, Obama on UFO disclosure

Imagine this: It is the summer of 2001, and someone presents you with a script for a movie or book that tells how a diabolical terrorist plot unfolds wherein both 110 story World Trade Center towers and part of the Pentagon are destroyed by commercial jets hijacked and flown into those structures.

Of course you would laugh, and if you were a movie mogul or book editor, reject it out of hand as ridiculous and implausible, even for a fictional novel or movie. After all, how could a commercial jet, being tracked on radar after two jets had already hit the World Trade towers, make it through our air defenses, into the most sensitive airspace in the world, and in broad daylight on a crystal clear day, slam into the Pentagon! And this in a country that spends over $ 1 billion a day to defend itself! Absurd, illogical - nobody would swallow it!

Unfortunately, there are some of us who have seen these scripts - and of far worse things to come - and we are not laughing.

One of the few silver linings to these recent tragedies is that maybe - just maybe - people will take seriously, however far-fetched it may seem at first, the prospect that a shadowy, para-governmental and transnational entity exists that has kept UFOs secret - and is planning a deception and tragedy that will dwarf the events of 9/11.

The testimony of hundreds of government, military and corporate insiders has established this: That UFOs are real, that some are built by our secret 'black' shadowy government projects and some are from extraterrestrial civilizations, and that a group has kept this secret so that the technology behind the UFO can be withheld - until the right time. This technology can - and eventually will - replace the need for oil, gas, coal, ionizing nuclear power and other centralized and highly destructive energy systems.

This 5 trillion dollar industry - energy and transportation - is currently highly centralized, metered and lucrative. It is the stuff that runs the entire industrialized world. It is the mother of all special interests. It is not about money as you and I think of it, but about geo-political power - the very centralized power on which the current order in the world runs. The world is kept in a state or roiling wars, endless poverty for most of Earth's denizens and global environmental ruin, just to prop up this evil world order.

As immense as that game is, there is a bigger one: Control through fear. As Werner Von Braun related to Dr. Carol Rosin, his spokesperson for the last 4 years of his life, a maniacal machine - the military, industrial, intelligence, laboratory complex - would go from Cold War, to Rogue Nations, to Global Terrorism (the stage we find ourselves at today) to the ultimate trump card: A hoaxed threat from space.

To justify eventually spending trillions of dollars on space weapons, the world would be deceived about a threat from outer space, thus uniting the world in fear, in militarism and in war.

Since 1992 I have seen this script unveiled to me by at least a dozen well-placed insiders. Of course, initially I laughed, thinking this just too absurd and far-fetched. Dr. Rosin gave her testimony to the Disclosure Project before 9/11. And yet others told me explicitly that things that looked like UFOs, but that are built and under the control of deeply secretive 'black' projects, were being used to simulate - hoax - ET-appearing events, including some abductions and cattle mutilations, to sow the early seeds of cultural fear regarding life in outer space. And that at some point after global terrorism, events would unfold that would utilize the now-revealed Alien Reproduction Vehicles (ARVs, or reversed-engineered UFOs made by humans by studying actual ET craft - see the book 'Disclosure' by the same author) to hoax an attack on Earth.

Like the movie Independence Day, an attempt to unite the world through militarism would unfold using ET as the new cosmic scapegoat (think Jews during the Third Reich).

None of this is new to me or other insiders: The Report from Iron Mountain, NY, written in the 1960s, described the need to demonize life in outer space so we could have a new enemy. An enemy off-planet that could unite humans (in fear and war) and that would prove to be the ultimate prop for the trillion dollar military-industrial complex that conservative Republican President and five star general Eisenhower warned us about in 1961 (no one was listening then, either...).

So here is the post-9/11 script - one that will be played out unless enough people are informed and the plan can be foiled because they will be unable to fool a sufficient number of citizens and leaders:

After a period of terrorism - a period during which the detonation of nuclear devices will be threatened and possibly actuated, thus justifying expanding the weaponization of space - an effort will ramp up to present the public with information about a threat from outer space. Not just asteroids hitting the Earth, but other threats. An extraterrestrial threat.

Over the past 40 years, UFOlogy, as it is called, combined with a mighty media machine, has increasingly demonized ETs via fearsome movies like Independence Day, and pseudo-science that presents alien kidnappings and abuse as a fact (in some circles) of modern life. That some humans have had contact with ETs I have no doubt; that the real ET contact has been subsumed in an ocean of hoaxed accounts I am certain.

That is, real ET events are seldom reported out to the public. The Machine ensures that the hoaxed, frightening and intrinsically xenophobic accounts are the ones seen and read by millions. This mental conditioning to fear ET has been subtly reinforced for decades, in preparation for future deceptions. Deceptions that will make 9/11 look trivial.

I write this now because I have recently been contacted by several highly placed media and intelligence sources that have made it clear to me that hoaxed events and story-lines are imminent that will attempt to further ramp up the fear machine regarding UFOs and ET s. After all, to have an enemy, you must make the people hate and fear a person, a group of people, or in this case an entire category of beings.

To be clear: the maniacal covert programs controlling UFO secrecy, ARVs and related technologies - including those technologies that can simulate ET events, ET abductions and the like - plan to hijack Disclosure, spin it into the fire of fear, and roll out events that will eventually present ETs as a new enemy. Do not be deceived.

This hogwash, already the stuff of countless books, videos, movies, documentaries and the like, will attempt to glom onto the facts, evidence and first-hand insider testimony of The Disclosure Project, and on its coattails, deliver to the world the cosmic deception that falsely portrays ETs as a threat from space. Do not be deceived.

By commingling fact with fiction, and by hoaxing UFO events that can look terrifying, the Plan is to eventually create a new, sustainable, off-planet enemy. And who will be the wiser?

You will. Because now you know that after 60 years, trillions of dollars and the best scientific minds in the world pressed into action, a secretive, shadowy group - a government within the government and at once fully outside the government as we know it - has mastered the technologies, the art of deception and the capability to launch an attack on Earth, and make it look like ET s did it. In 1997, I brought a man to Washington to brief members of Congress and others about this plan. Our entire team at the time met this man. He had been present at planning sessions when ARVs - things built by Lockheed, Northrup et al, and housed in secretive locations around the world - would be used to simulate an attack on certain assets, making leaders and citizens alike believe that there was a threat from space, when there is none. (Before he could testify, his handlers spirited him away to a secret location in Virginia until the briefing was over...) Sound familiar? Werner von Braun warned of such a hoax, as a pretext for putting war in space. And many others have warned of the same.

Space based weapons are already in place - part of a secret parallel space program that has been operating since the 1960s. ARVs are built and ready to go (see the book 'Disclosure' and the chapter with the testimony of Mark McCandlish et al). Space holographic deception technologies are in place, tested and ready to fire. And the Big Media is a pawn, now taking dictation from the right hand of the king.

I know this all sounds like science fiction. Absurd. Impossible. Just like 9/11 would have sounded before 9/11. But the unthinkable happened and may happen again, unless we are vigilant.

Combine all of this with the current atmosphere of fear and manipulation and there is a real risk of suspending our collective judgment and our constitution.

But know this: If there was a threat from outer space, we would have known about it as soon as humans started exploding nuclear weapons and going into space with manned travel. That we are still breathing the free air of Earth, given the galacticly stupid and reckless actions of an out of control, illegal, secret group, is abundant testimony to the restraint and peaceful intentions of these visitors. The threat is wholly human. And it is we who must address this threat, rein it in and transform the current situation of war, destruction and secret manipulation to one of true Disclosure and an era of sustained peace.

War in space, to replace war on Earth, is not evolution, but cosmic madness. A world thus united in fear is worse than one divided by ignorance. It is now time for the great leap into the future, a leap that moves us out of fear and ignorance and into an unbroken era of universal peace. Know that this is our destiny. And it will be ours just as soon as we choose it.

99.98 percent of politicians (sarcasm) don't know anything about the subject. And the .02 percent who may will never tell the truth because it is not part of their Agenda.

UFO closes Chinese airport

An airport in Baotou, Inner Mongolia, was forced to shut to prevent passenger jets crashing into a UFO, according to reports.

Three flights to Baotou from Shanghai and Beijing were reportedly forced to circle the airport until the UFO disappeared.

Two other flights were diverted away from Baotou and to the nearby cities of Ordos and Taiyuan. The airport was shut for around an hour "to guarantee safety" according to a spokesman.

Witnesses reported a bright light shining in the sky on September 11 around two-and-a-half miles away from Baotou airport, before suddenly vanishing.

The incident was the eighth reported UFO sighting in China since the end of June.

Xiaoshan International airport near the eastern city of Hangzhou was shut down on July 8 because of a UFO, although officials later confirmed the object sighted above the airport had been part of a military test at a nearby airbase.

In the far-western province of Xinjiang, another sighting on June 30 is thought to have been a missile test.

A number of sightings in Sichuan province may also be linked to the local custom of flying illuminated kites at night.

Yes I have asked the same question as well....This is what I found...

As far as I am aware the 'real' ones have a luminous glow and radiate light everywhere. I think the main difference would be the type of craft as well. The more negative craft seem to be more mechanical, and the light they emit is like a beam of light. Try your own spiritual voice. You can feel the vibration of ship that is powered by a spiritual energy. Where as the negative ET's who's ship is powered by a physical fuel source doesn't emit this vibration. Avoid the ships that don't emit the loving vibration. Me thinks!! LOL

ET ballot initiative and ET disclosure?

The Extra Campaign takes the position that the voters should speak on the issue of extraterrestrial disclosure. The Campaign’s website continues, “It's time to go over the heads of elected public servants directly to the voters. James Madison, American's fourth President, wrote that "The People are the only legitimate fountain of power".

“According to the Disclosure Project, over 500 whistleblowers* who worked on top secret U.S. government projects:

• “NASA removes images of UFO's from its photos and videos before releasing them to the public even while "looking" for signs of extraterrestrial intelligent life, in order to keep getting over $15 billion a year in funding. [That means NASA has defrauded Denver taxpayers for tens of millions of dollars and Colorado taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars.]

• “The U.S. Government has covered up information on UFO/ET phenomena for at least 60 years as confirmed by government documents.

• “Clean energy technologies of extraterrestrial origin, that could replace fossil fuels, have also been covered up by the U.S. government using our tax dollars to protect fossil fuel energy profits.

• “Thousands of patents for clean energy were illegally classified to prevent the public from knowing about them.

• “U.S. President Carter was denied information on UFO/ET clean energy technologies, by CIA Director George H. Bush in 1977.

• “Up to fifty-seven species of Extraterrestrial beings, that have visited Earth, have already been categorized and they are all humanoid.

• “At least 4,000 landings of Extraterrestrial vehicles have left traces on Earth.

“Should the U.S. government decide if and when you have a right to know these facts?

"Of course not. That's a big reason why the ballot initiative was developed to create an Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission for the City and County of Denver.”

U.S. government re-investing in SETI program

The Denver ET ballot initiative seems to be timely not only because the Obama administration shows no overt sign of disclosing a proven ET presence. U.S. government funding devoted to SETI - a functional equivalent of the extraterrestrial cover-up - seems to be increasing at this crucial time. According to the Washington Post, NASA and other agencies of the U.S. government are now in 2009-10 beginning to re-invest funding in the SETI program, which lost federal funding in 1992.

The SETI program is based on a scientific model developed by Carl Sagan, which postulates that there are no extraterrestrial civilizations in the near Earth environment, and which uses radio signals in an attempt to receive a response from distant civilizations elsewhere in the Universe. According to one source, “In one of his last written works, Sagan argued that the chances of extraterrestrial spacecraft visiting Earth are vanishingly small. However, Sagan did think it plausible that Cold War concerns contributed to governments misleading their citizens about UFOs, and that ‘some UFO reports and analyses, and perhaps voluminous files, have been made inaccessible to the public which pays the bills ... It's time for the files to be declassified and made generally available.’ He [Sagan] cautioned against jumping to conclusions about suppressed UFO data and stressed that there was no strong evidence that aliens were visiting the Earth either in the past or present.”

The SETI program has provided a scientifically-plausible cover for U.S. military-intelligence continuing the cover-up of the extraterrestrial presence, and for the university-based scientific community to continue the extraterrestrial cover-up as well, in compliance with the 1953 U.S. CIA Robertson panel which dictated that any governmental, academic, or media mention of the extraterrestrial presence should be ridiculed. SETI has also been successful in securing large donations from Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen. Moreover, international bodies such as the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space seem to have adopted the SETI model in their approach to extraterrestrial life in outer space.

As the Washington Post noted in defending the SETI program, “Based on the Drake Equation, there should be an intelligent civilization orbiting one in 10 million stars. Although that is a tiny fraction, it is nonetheless a lot of potential intelligent extraterrestrials given the vastness of the universe; the Milky Way alone is believed to have more than 100 billion stars. That fraction also explains why SETI pioneers such as Drake are not surprised that no signals have been detected so far.

"’We've looked at far, far fewer than 10 million stars since 1960, and so we really can't say anything worthwhile yet about whether or not intelligent life is out there,’ Drake said. ‘Given our capabilities now, we might have something useful to say one way or another in 25 years.’"

As a matter of legal interpretation, the SETI approach would potentially be among those evaluated by an Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission, should Denver voters approve the August 2010 ET initiative, which reads:

BALLOT TITLE:

“Shall the voters for the City and County of Denver adopt an Initiated Ordinance to require the creation of an extraterrestrial affairs commission to help ensure the health, safety, and cultural awareness of Denver residents and visitors in relation to potential encounters or interactions with extraterrestrial intelligent beings or their vehicles, and fund such commission from grants, gifts and donations?” Yes___ No___

The scientific alternative to the SETI model is the extraterrestrial research model, which has solid evidence demonstrating an extraterrestrial presence now visiting Earth, as well as evidence for the existence of secret human-extraterrestrial liaison programs of the U.S. government and corporate interests.

How the Mayor of Denver views the ET ballot initiative

Eric M. Brown, communications director for Denver’s Mayor John W. Hickenlooper, stated “We respect the process we have for citizens to put initiatives on the ballot and let voters decide whether to approve them.”

This statement itself demonstrates the power that the initiative and referendum provisions have. The Denver Mayor’s statement is respectful, and reflects the authority of the voter’s right to decide.

Dramatic events have taken place in China over the last few days and that nation's thousands of UFO researchers and enthusiasts are reeling in shock.

One of the heads of China's famous Purple Mountain Astronomical Observatory, Prof. Wang Sichao, has gone public admitting the UFOs are real and aliens are visiting Earth and that the observatory has observed their craft many times. The admittance of UFO reality was made yesterday within an official speech entitled tellingly 'China's UFO truth'. This news has been extensively reported in China.

The key points that Wang Sichao have disclosed are that:

* Aliens are visiting Earth on R & D expeditions
* These UFOs are probes manned by robots.
* These craft travel at eighty percent the speed of light.
* These craft have been seen by the observatory many times at between 150 and 1500 kilometers above Earth.
* The aliens might use Nuclear fusion to propel their craft
* 39 years of work at Purple Mountain Observatory has led Wang to believe these craft use Earth's gravity to manouvre and stay aloft

Wang Sichao also said he disagreed with Stephen Hawkings recent comments and declared that these aliens appear peaceful and require nothing materially from us as they can create their own materials using advanced technology.
In the event that these aliens do not come in peace, he stressed that they are not gods and have flaws and thus we can possibly defend ourselves.

A Russian MP has asked President Dmitry Medvedev to investigate claims by a regional president that he has met aliens on board a spaceship.

Kirsan Ilyumzhinov, the leader of the southern region of Kalmykia, made his claim in a television interview.

MP Andre Lebedev is not just asking whether Mr Ilyumzhinov is fit to govern.

He is also concerned that, if he was abducted, he may have revealed details about his job and state secrets.

The MP has written a letter to Mr Medvedev raising a list of his concerns.

Phil Schneider, one of three people to survive the 1979 fire fight between the large Greys , US intelligence and military at the Dulce underground base.was found dead January 1996, due to what appears to be an execution style murder. The theories regarding Dulce sometimes state that alien technology was traded for permission to engage in human and animal mutilations. A battle was said to have taken place there between aliens and humans, though the time of this alleged encounter varies from the 1970s to the 1980s. Some sources allege that horrific genetic experiments are conducted in lower levels of the facility (usually level 6 or 7, depending on the source); these levels are sometimes referred to as "Nightmare Hall."

According to the legend, Project Aquarius (1966) was a plan for investigation of UFOs, carried out and funded by the CIA. Bishop (Bishop, 2005) notes that Bennewitz is the earliest source for the Project Aquarius tale. This project was slated to begin after December 1969 when Project Grudge and Project Blue Book were closed. In 1969, the base was built northwest of Dulce in joint agreement between CIA and aliens from space. The base is allegedly located on the Jicarilla Apache Indian Reservation. The entrance is on Mount Archuleta (or Archuleta Mesa). The base gets water and electricity from the Navajo River, and dumps waste water back into the same river. The U.S. government occupies the upper levels of the underground base, while the aliens control the lower levels.

Vibrations from the ground near the town of Dulce have allegedly caused speculations of an underground facility; however, these are more likely minor earthquakes, which are known to occur in the area. Military helicopters have also been said to be "unusually milling" around the deserted area, although these claims are, at present, unproven.

There is a claim that the area was partially scanned with ground-penetrating radar, producing 'interesting' results, but these results are not currently available.

Some less substantial evidence includes supposed 'leaked documents', videos and witness reports. Allegedly, a collection of security camera tapes and technical documents were stolen from the base by a disgruntled security officer. These were stored in an unknown location along with the officer's 'flash', a weapon, resembling a flashlight, which is claimed to emit some form of directed radiation. The actual documents which were stolen have not been revealed to the public, however a collection of drawings based on the documents and surveillance footage is available. Sometime in the 1990s a Japanese documentary producer had a 1-minute animation produced, based on the alleged contents of the stolen information. This animation is available on the internet and was never claimed by its creators to be actual footage. There are also a small number of black-and-white photographs available, which are signed "TAL". It has been suggested that these photographs are actually from the Cheyenne Mountain facility.

Many people have supposedly witnessed UFOs in the area.

Many details of the lore surrounding the Dulce base—vast underground bases with many subterranean levels, battles with alien or underground creatures, etc.—resemble those of the alleged Montauk Project.

Disclosure has been happening for many years as been witnessed by many of us on this forum as well as people throughout history. It's just that the leaders of the world haven't come out and said -we recognize that these things are visitors from other worlds. The fear of the unknown is the key factor--are they good beings with altruistic reasons for arriving here, or do they wish to do us or out planet harm. Either way it would shake up our whole world as we know it. Just think of the religious implications.

I think we are ready for full disclosure but seriously doubt the whole truth will come freely. If I was the leader of the USA, how would I do it so it has multiple purpose. An ET false flag could serve that purpose. First is now allows the PTB an opportunity to say "yes, they exist" but what if in that false flag the US government also claims to have shot one down. It allows for the release of some technology as well. It also provides an avenue for shall we say "the easily led" to be conditioned to the appropriate response the PTB want. Annemirri, There are different forms of communication from outside this world, some one-to-one, and I think such communications made are really lucky to those who receive them. It is a true privilege to have received them. I, personally, have seen craft that I have not seen described anywhere, except one that Credo Mutwa described as being related to reptilians. When that craft whooshed overhead, I did not feel fear. At the time, I did not have a videocam and therefore can only describe it in words. When i eventually bought a camera, I would aim at stuff and press record and then find that nothing was recorded or, as soon as my finger hit record they would disperse. I went to a spiritualist church and was told there that I should believe what I was seeing in the skies, which I didn't understand because I already did. It never did matter that no-one else believed because I understood how hard it would be for them to make the transition.

There were times when I felt that I had captured invaluable footage of abundant lights turning on/off I found that it had been deprived to me, but I accept that. One time when I was aiming my camera, mentally asking why this activity was unacceptable, a black shield projected from one of the lights, leaving me to wonder what that meant.

I haven't yet released my story, beyond what I have stated here. If I felt that it would contribute to humanity, I would not hesitate.

So, such experiences are I feel a responsibility to relate to the whole populous if they would benefit, and we would have to put behind any personal questions and just do it.

I think what Farakkhan is trying to convey is that Homosexuality goes against the 'Universal Laws of Creation'

Yes we can love a man and confide in him, and yes some people prefer the company of men, as I am sure some of the Masters would agree with me here... what these higher messages are trying to get across is that this is ok...however it is the 'sexual act' that they are totally against...this goes against any 'Universal Laws of Creation' ...it really is that simple...

Homosexuality is part of our species since our creation (whatever creation one believes in, the God-like one, or the one done by ETs). The PTB have nothing to do with it, other than unsuccessfully linking it pedophilia. If there is a strong push in the media concerning homosexuality, its because they know how much division there is in the movements, and how people often react to things they don't understand, that are not part of the things they consider "normal".

Etherios, nature doesn't make mistakes unfortunately. Any single thing we would account for a mistake, that we have spotted in nature, there is either an artificial cause behind it, or its a natural phenomena not yet understood by us humans.

Plants by nature are transsexual, they can change their gender.

I can repeat my previous passage here perfectly. Its not that simple I'm afraid. Nature is a lot more complex then a single natural sexual drive for the life forms it spawns, and more complex than a single, dual system of reproduction.

Hi Moon Face Alpha.. It's hard to say really if I was Awake or Asleep... I believe I was in between the asleep and awake state when I encountered a "being" in by bedroom. This being was jumping up and down on my bed... Anyway I have had many experiences but I'm of the mindset now that I do not believe there will be an ET Disclosure.. The ET's are visiting us in our dream states.. and are "Landing in our minds"... This is my experience and my knowing... I think that history is repeating itself, and that we are preparing for our visitors from the past accordingly because there location is approaching to within an easy travelling distance. I sat at work today. Doing the usual daily stuff and as I always do every half an hour or so I looked at the bottom right corner of my computer screen. 1.15pm. Several different people who are on my e-mail list had forwarded to me this video of part of the total National Geographic TV special, and had made basically the same comment—because of their Discernment—of how “chessy” and ridiculous this special was, of now attempting to convince us all to be “really afraid & terrified” about something that the officials had spent so much of their time attempting to convince us never had existed, now suddenly does exist, but it is a threat to us all, and is about to negatively invade this planet.



Well. Of course, the only ones on this planet who are “threatened” & TERRIFIED is quite obviously all of the cabal, the corporate power elite, the whole “military industrial complex” who are about to totally loose all of their power and to be totally “Kicked to the Cosmic Curb” while the rest of us, the vast majority of humanity are finally about to be totally FREED, LIBERATED from being stuck here on Earth and controlled, monitored, manipulated, enslaved, poisoned & murdered through human genocide, etc., etc., by the cabal.

It is very obvious to anyone with Discernment and a fair amount of Cognitive Deductive Reasoning of how EXTREMELY DESPARATE the “powers that be” are now getting, and obviously HOW CLOSE & IMMINENT that mass planetary Divine Intervention is also getting. We will probably see many more of these exact same shows and specials in the coming months, with the officials continuing to attempt to convince us all, with more and more sophisticated “special affects,” of how “evil” that these Star Beings are, and that we need to be “really afraid & terrified” of this imminent “alien invasion” “Gee wiz Martha, quick, I gotta get my shoot’in iron, ‘cause they’re comin for our women and children!” and “I’m not given up my gun ‘till they pry it from my cold, still fingers…them thar aliens, that is!”

i finished all the videos... few things that got my attentions... Breeding programs? New society? Robots?

Especially robots ... this helps them with their staged ET false flag alot. They can appear with the UFOs and never have to show their "human" faces. What you know they are robot so you cant see them.

Yes it started out with me opening my eyes and seeing a shadow on the wall. The shadow moved to the left side across the room so I followed it with my head and saw a jumping 4ft or so Alien being on the bottom of my bed. This scared me because I was home alone except for my dog (I was dog sitting) on the bottom of the bed and he didn't seem to notice anything for being fast asleep. I was about to scream out something to this being on my bed but I couldn't move or speak and I slowly watched it dissolve in front of my eyes and then I was able to move again. Strange that.

I thought that I'd bring back this thread to continue the notion that the government is still slowly disclosing the existence of Ets.

Here is a recent article stating that "scientists are closing in on their 1,000th alien planet":

I know that scientists have been stating that there are possibly many habitable planets that can harbor life in the universe for many years now, but this is the first time in any article where I've seen the journalist write that the scientists have found alien planets!

"Four of the five main databases that catalog the discoveries of exoplanets now list more than 900 confirmed alien worlds, and two of them peg the tally at 986 as of today (Sept. 26). So the 1,000th exoplanet may be announced in a matter of days or weeks, depending on which list you prefer."

To me it is becoming more and more obvious that they are trying to get people to realize how ludicrous it is to believe that we are alone in the universe. Coupled with the Mars rover "findings" of water on Mars...I think that they are being bold when stating explicitly that they have found alien planets. :alien:

I have seen formations of these, and a personal close friend in the NY (Long Island) area had seen one of these first hand, his story was kinda interesting too.. "came home from work about 4 in the morning, noticed this low flying but hovering "aircraft" ", he stopped his jeep (actually a landrover) under it, it remained stationary.. He had a smoke, it was still there, so he got back in, flashed his lights (he had like 20 high powered driving lights, (he loved to travel on the dunes on Fire Island, so putting million candle power lights all over one's "jeep" was the thing to do..)... and he said it flashed back what he did.. (guess "they" liked his million candle power plus lighting system) :) He never told me any more of his encounter..
