Is anyone else healing the Earth?

Hi all this my first post. As part of my journey i have been prompted/prodded/led a lot recently to do a lot of very important things (one of which is to join this forum). The most important of these for me was to switch my healing away from my self and individual souls and more towards healing the Earth and all of life instead. I have only been doing this a week or so and all i can say is that the benefits are at the very least startling, always beautiful and at times incredibly amazing. The technique I use is to channel Reiki down through my crown into my heart centre where i 'flavour it' with a crystal energy that i am holding there. I chose the type of crystal energy myself the first time and although very successful i have since relied on intuition, signs, guidance to select the energy for me. i do this for 20 minutes then hold a different crystal energy there to ground myself afterwards. i now carry certain crystal energies around with me for protection and guidance and am able to summon very quickly the perfect energies for any situation i come across. I now experience not only feelings that are much higher in frequency than before but also feelings of a 'type' that i did not think were possible. in some daily situations i have been able to face what most people would say is a problem with simultaneously what seems like hundreds of outcomes and solutions. i now really understand what compassion is. i see clearly that gratitude and love bring abundance into your life.

I would really love to hear from anyone who has tried techniques like this or from any other discipline and what sort of experiences you got as a result.

update: has anyone tried this with tarot or i ching etc energies? which particular frequencieswere you prompted to learn

I have done much Meditation energy work over my years. Now I am in constant giving and energizing for all, Earth, Humanitie and the universe. No perticular devices used now but! I do give energies several times a day to Aircraft, which then is spread to all traverls. You see I live under the main flight path to Heathrow airport so I see alot of planes.

I say
'safe take off, Safe journey, safe landings, safe crew, safe passengers, safe cargo. Safe journeys all of you all the time where ever you are.'
But I emit this for the whole Earth all the time now,
mindfully.

Welcome. Is anyone else healing the earth? Yes. Many - everyday - consciously and, as Markpierre says, unconsciously. I met one such tonight, a 15 year old girl, aware, wise, natural, loving. The young of today are our bright and beautiful future, and this girl's mother was the perfect parent for her. I brought tears of joy to her eyes when I told her how the good work she had done allowing her beautiful child to shine is felt by every soul the young lady comes in contact with, and that is relayed to all they contact, and to all they contact, and so on and so, and as individuals, yes, we make a big difference.

But ... never underestimate the benefit of self-love. Why are we schooled in the lie that self-love is sin and vanity? Because self-love leads to empowerment. If we can look within, see all our repressed aspects, all our faults, all our preceived "sins and shortcomings", and still say "I love you" ... well, we can then do this to all we meet - we love our neighbour as we love ourself - we see the common ground - we see we hold the same fears, and dream the same dreams - we see that we are one.

And so the control mechanism of fear and isolation disolves. Just as the earth has no boundaries except those imposed by the fear of men, so too we have no boundaries between us.

Not sure how people are intending to heal the planet unconsciously--not saying it doesnt happen--
I do feel consciously intending to heal the planet and all things connected is a great intention! To me seems more effective to b conscious about it--we would want to consciously bring it here-- Not many focus on the planet. I have been to many meditation groups, reiki sessions and i could count on my one hand how many would intend healing, change, anything for assistance towards the whole planet verses one being, a relative or themselves.

In saying this, i do not mean to make people feel tht when they do this theres something wrong or they shouldnt be doing it-- HOWEVER, if were going to do it...WHY not focus on the WHOLE BODY verses a cell of the body? We are ALL effected by what is going on---the "sickness" is connected to everyone people animals plants etc etc

I feel too tht sometimes people have been conditioned not to think in these terms. What me have a positive effect on the planet or have such an ability? YES um yes you can...you are the ONE connected to the ALL :)

I'm not convinced the Earth needs our intentions while there are still the bulk of our fragmented thoughts wandering around completely unaware of our symbiosis and complete dependence on her and on each other.
Even our own best intentions are cloudy.
Real intention is at Soul level, noticeable in the heart, never mind the words we put to it. Sing 'Old MacDonald's Farm'.

Plant a garden. Talk to her like you love her, and let yourself imagine all the love she has for you (as if you can). Might reconsider who is healing who.

We are all big balls of energy bound together. Energy sends out signals or waves of information that reach all beings on the planet and also the planet itself. So yes of course we all have an effect on the well-being of the planet, either positively or negatively and consciously or unconsciously. The focus on mother Earth, as the focus of loving energy on anything else, is reciprocated and can't help but benefit the transmitter of it. So many more evolved or awakened/awakening beings on this planet are healing the Earth in their own unigue way. Personally I love, want the best for, and want the Earth to be healthy, just as I do my own child. So my kind and caring thoughts toward the Earth, our home, makes it clear and obvious what types or thoughts and behaviours to avoid, in order to fulfill those loving intentions.

Good point. I see the Earth as an extension of myself and I am a man. The term "she" or "mother Earth" could be used in the way that you speak of, or it could be used simply as a convenient way to characterize an aspect of something that in reality is well beyond this type of explanation. Just as "Father" is used in place of "God". We all know God is not either or, rather all encompassing. But this is getting off-topic so I'll knock it off :).

Just send out the love like she does- all is well. 8 days ago I was resentful of my chickens I wish I did not have them to worry about, a week ago Mr fox took 5 of them today he took cocky and his missus== I have no chickens! Be careful what you wish for! The Mother will see that your wish is granted- We live in the now- all that we wish for shall be given to us!!!!!!!

imo trying to "heal" the earth is a double edge sword, all the negativity and evil across the world you will experience it and suck it up like a sponge (not healthy on your wellbeing and your soul), you can never heal 100% evil will always be there and cannot be stopped, it's like trying to put a plaster on a huge wound, it's impossible, at least you are trying i guess, you are best of channeling your healing energy somewhere else, maybe helping other individuals who cross your path?

The Mother can never be evil she is perfect, there is no guilt, evil ,or sin, she allows us to grow in our own time she is LOVE.. there is no sin just compassion and love.

There is nothing more humbling than getting stung by one of my honey bees on the eye.i dont feel i could seperate me..from the earth in this form.so it has been a part of my healing.thus..i to am a part of the earths healing.one in the same.good thread thank you.

As was pointed out in Conversations With God, evil must exist SOMEWHERE in the universe, but it need not exist here on Earth. Therefore, we can have 'heaven on earth.'

Thanks to al for your interesting replies. My own feeling is that anything we may label as evil or bad or wrong is actually just a valid part of the totality of existence, as valid as a scraped knee, a rainbow, a sausage an argument or a virus. if we approach things with lower frequencies of feeling like hate disgust or even mild dislike we are holding it in that frequency. the logical scientific philosophical and spiritual answer then is to love or be grateful for everything. giving higher frequencies to all of existence will then remove what we percieve as wrong or evil and shall all then see that we still live here in Eden its just that we treat it badly with the feelings we give it.

Very true. It just seems so difficult at times to stop that momentum of judging others, liking some and disliking others, etc. Bad habits worth losing!
