Israeli warplanes 'launch air strike inside Syria'

Kim Ghattas in Washington reports: ''As far as we can tell, Israeli planes did
notenter Syrian airspace.

Israeli warplanes have launched an air strike inside Syria from Lebanese air space,
US officials have said.Unnamed officials told media outlets the likely target was a
weapons site. Some reports suggest the arms were to be sent to Lebanon's
Hezbollah.Israel has refused to confirm the strike, though it has launched strikes in
Syria as recently as January.Meanwhile, US President Barack Obama says he does
not foresee sending US troops to tackle Syria's civil war.

Hawks Desperate to Drum Up an Excuse for War


'It is likely that Al Qaeda rebels – and not the Syrian government – carried out the
chemical weapons attack which the hawks in Washington are trying to use as a
reason to invade.

Haaretz reported on March 24th, “Jihadists, not Assad, apparently behind reported
chemical attack in Syria“.

Te Syria Tribune released a video in December allegedly showing Syrian rebels
killing rabbits with chemical weapons, and threatening to use them against
supporters of the Syrian government.
(It is impossible at this point to say whether this is genuine or propaganda).'

Col. Lawrence Wilkerson – the former chief of staff to Secretary of State Colin
Powell under President George W. Bush – said yesterday that the Syrian chemical
weapons could be a “Israeli false flag operation”.

Wilkerson said that he had been told by his sources in the intelligence community
that evidence that Syria had used chemical weapons was “really flaky” and that
President Barack Obama should think twice before intervening.

“This could have been an Israeli false flag operation,” he said. “You’ve got basically
a geo-strategically, geo-political — if you will — inept regime in Tel Aviv right now.”

Indeed, Neoconservatives planned regime change in Syria – and throughout the
Middle East and North Africa – 20 years ago.

And carrying out acts of violence and blaming it on the Syrian government as an
excuse for regime change – i.e. false flag terror – was discussed over 50 years ago
by British and American leaders.

And the “rebels” in Syria that the U.S. has been supporting are Al Qaeda and
Muslim Brotherhood. Indeed, the New York Times s reported last week that
virtually all of the rebel fighters are Al Qaeda terrorist,

But that doesn’t matter … war is sold just like toothpaste, and once there is a
sufficient excuse for war – real or made up – we can march forward.

The Syrian government is lately making great strides against the Al-Qaeda/Al-Nusra belligerents. This is precisely the reason the US is now talking about chemical weapons and edging closer to arming the opposition directly. Damascus military facilities 'hit by Israel rockets'
Syrian journalist Alaa Ebrahim describes the attack as like 'a mild earthquake'


Syria has accused Israel of launching rocket attacks on Damascus, after a night of
huge explosions near the city.Syrian state media said the rockets hit the Jamraya
research centre, which Western officials have suggested is involved in chemical
weapons research.Israeli radio quoted a senior security official confirming an

attack, and sources said it targeted weapons bound for Hezbollah militants in
Lebanon. It is the second suspected Israeli strike in Syria in two days.

On Friday Israeli aircraft hit a shipment of missiles near the Lebanon border,
according to unnamed US and Israeli officials.The BBC's Yolande Knell in Jerusalem
says the latest developments are a significant escalation in Israel's involvement in
the conflict.She says Israel has already responded to fears of retaliation by locating
two batteries of its Iron Dome missile defence system near Haifa, close to the

Basically announcing the US/Israel are in cahoots, and have been from the beginning (no surprise) in their continuing policy of hypocrisy and denial (to a desensitized apathetic public) Basically the guy is just plugging their propaganda angle; it's a pre-emptive "insurance" that their weapons don't get in the hands of "terrorists". (read their US puppets have been unable to get them on their own, without suffering fatal casualties, so that's clearly not working, which was supposed to create the hoped for excuse of foreign jurisdiction violation, but was prevented thanks to Russian oversight and support).

Who else can break "nit picky laws" like killing 400 people in an illegal airstrike in violation of "UN" (read US/Rockefeller controlled) "agreed upon mandates of international sovereignty" repeatedly and systematically while you and I get a $500 dollar parking ticket" with the threat of jail for being in the wrong spot for 30 minutes... ? (I'd rather live in China or South America as an ex pat... and I'd rather deal with honourable criminals then the government)
