"The M51 missile was launched from a strategic nuclear submarine in the Bay of Audierne in northwestern France at 9:30 a.m. local time (0730 GMT) on Sunday. It was due to go down in the north Atlantic.
Lieutenant Commander Lionel Delort, a spokesman of the Atlantic Naval Prefecture, announced on Sunday that the test “was a failure, the reasons will be determined by an investigation.”

I would bet an off world group made a statement to anyone shooting missles in a certain area ... Not in my house ...

Why would they be testing a missile that has been in service since 2010?
Interesting grammar from the article
[...'The missile “was destroyed shortly after launch, over the ocean,” the statement said without further elaboration on the issue...]
Has the ring of external intent, rather than 'malfunctioned' or 'exploded'. I suppose it could have been a test of 'intercepting' (I am being generous here) it could well have been on its way somewhere as a flase flag event, and was intercepted by.....(ok that's stretching it) but honestly, rationally, does it sound at all feasable, that the missile that 'was destroyed' as quoted, destroyed itself?

Wow, just like David Wilcock said in his coast to coast interview...(aliens no like "earth people" playing with atom bombs...) very consistent... combined with the huge context of previous info going back to his "October Surprise" article about Ships and Submarines going 'offline' this is starting to feel very, very real. Wow. very interesting indeed... thanks for post...
cest domajjz for the "Atlantic Naval Prefecture"... poo poo ... as if...

I would rather see missiles like this turn around like a boomerang and hit the psychopaths who fire them right in their arses, that would make a better statement.

The universe is neutral, at best. Therefore, in the grand scheme of things, even the bad are given equal opportunity to go clear. Meaning, if they wish to deny, and continue, then on their heads be it.
When they die, similar to the christian legend, they get to meet the gatekeeper. A goodly part of that will be they themselves passing judgement on their behavior. Although, judgement is a poor choice for a word, considering what actually happens. Evaluations are made, and decisions are reached as to best address their behavior, one might say....
When in the flesh, it is never too late to turn the corner into a better world, no matter what one has done. Even for the Pol Pots and the Hitlers of the world.
It is most ugly when they KNOW and refuse to change direction. It moves from being unknowing innocence to willful 'in the face of knowing' behavior. The best that can be said, is that.... is a messy situation, at best. No judgement, no predictions on such things, as that is not the point.
