In the early 1990s the Military Intelligence Board, chaired by DIA chief Soyster appointed Army Colonel William Johnson to manage the remote viewing unit and evaluate its objective usefulness. Funding dissipated in late 1994 and the program went into decline. The project was transferred out of DIA to the CIA in 1995.

In 1995 the CIA hired the American Institutes for Research (AIR) to perform a retrospective evaluation of the results generated by the Stargate Project. Reviewers included Ray Hyman and Jessica Utts. As a former military elite, within a special force unit. I am pretty much convinced that super soldiers and remote viewing is real and ongoing.

When it comes to your vision/dream, I recognize it, I have had similar dreams... but I can not really remember more or see clear what it means!

It wasn't. I have it in writing in an e-mail from a highly qualified and experienced senior CIA medical officer (dated back in 2006, and name given and known) that the program went underground, bolstered by drugs, electronics and hypnosis. It continues to this day, as many have suspected.

The following was not mentioned by my source, but I strongly suspect that Pat Price (the star of Ed Dames' team) did not in fact die of a 'heart attack', but was whisked away to be part of the new project. The other remote viewers also suspected that at the time, and got that information themselves in off-duty RV sessions. (The RVer who got this data was Joe McMoneagle, having been asked to view it by Ed Dames himself.)

Of interest: I know, quite well, the one person in the original 1970s SRI RV research team who was more able than Ingo Swann. This person is still alive, and was a close friend of Ingo till he left us a few months ago.

Back in the project, this person irritated Ingo greatly after they and Ingo has been singled out to take part in a kind of psychic tug-of-war -- which took place not at the SRI, but at Livermore Labs. The 'contest' was to see which one of the two could bend a laser beam one way, or the other. (Ingo to the left, my friend to the right.)

My friend won, and Ingo was pissed. My friend then realized that he had better start playing really dumb -- or he'd end up working for the government. He carefully flunked every subsequent test, and eventually dropped out of the program. There's smart for you.

I find Alara very interesting and courages. I am trying to recover some bits and pieces of information and missing links myself. I do not know how to do that or how to overcome all the intentional blockages and programms that are there in order to prevent the understanding. This stuff is not at all simple.

I have a strong feeling that things are hiding under the surface, and are now threatening to emerge like a volcano. and there are always those who will try to stop it. whether in my case it has to do with Supersoldiers program, I don't know, I don't think so, not per se, (If Israel indeed have such a program) , but I am beginning to understand that it might have something to do with an experiment of some sort where they find interest in certain citizens, I honestly do not know at this point.

There is one military incident I can clearly remember though, it was like a gimmick to me at the time. It was towards the end of my service. I was transfered (after quite unusual circumstances..) to do an interesting job as a sergeant in a war room in the Israeli Air defense (Air force) and was placed in the headquarters. One day all the electronic devices I touched has stopped operating, from the Fax machine, through the copy machine, the ariel photograph machine, to the PTP military phone etc. I was then asked not to touch anything, and was asigned to do some cleaning chores instead. I feel I may have been observed at that time, together with another girl.

I can see Sirius white is also trying to put his pieces of the puzzle together, and I wish him the very best of luck with that.

Its there and its real ! had one remote view me .. i connected with the person. He came a bit too close and i guess his " emination " which was being enhanced by some technology , entered my field and i absorbed him. It was the strangest experience i can remember ( one of the many ) it was a black man , i can remember his voice , he was saying " what the hell is going on ! " he was looking through my eyes but it was me looking , i knew he was pannicking as he had never encountered being absorbed before , and me too for that matter however i had up loaded information which somehow kicked in.

The vision of the remote viewer came as a man sitting in meditative stance cross legged, he was green and yellow in colour hue. Ive seen these travellers before. There is a lot going on out there from a humanoid stance. A lot of experimentation and since we lost our stabilising forces ( mayans left this plane early dec last year for THEIR ascention ) the spirit world has been running wild with new players.

Caveat , if before dec 2012 you made contact with a clan or celestial group that was of good nature i am in the belief that they will stay with you through to the middle of 2015 .. this is my prediction when the real apocolypse will happen ( SHTF ) it will be a 6 month siege of crappola ... remember the timing or sequence must not be preceded by any telegraph or the shock wont suffice. The psychic soldier or CIA brain damaged warriors can place shadows of children in the road so that you will swerve to avoid hitting them. Luckily, I was aware of the technology while they were performing their tests. People that were more susceptible to the visual cortex stimulation could easily see holographic like images of children or people to avoid. If they were unaware of this military capability, they would swerve if they were good people. I found this to be absolutely amusing and astounding that they can create shadow like figures, especially ones that “haunt”, running outside your peripheral vision. Useful if you want to get someone to follow the imaginary shadows, like lead a guard aware from his post.

Stupid Alien Tricks
On day three of my brain napping, the aliens demonstrated some hilarious visual manipulations. They could put pixilated shadow animations in my peripheral vision of a running man. They could create subtle shadow illusions of children in the road. While it could make someone swerve who is unfamiliar with the technology, it was fascinating and amusing to see it done. I believe a horror movie was just released that demonstrates the “ghost” children who make people crash their cars. There are no ghost, just shadow government testing of EEG heterodyning weapons. The visual cortex illusions seem to only work in dim lighting which is intuitively what you would expect. Less sensory stimuli and information there is, the more easily external signals can influence the neurons.

I interviewed psychic war test subjects that were fully convinced that they saw a wall open up into a war room with uniformed soldiers and other objects materialize. My visual cortex was never mapped that well, but you can see that fully conjured images as real as what is presented from your optic nerves can be induced in subjects. The technology seems to have gotten better since the 70’s when people just saw shadowy ghost like figures in these “hauntings”.In that context, the possibilities of "playing" with "transdensity" manifestations such as ghosts , scuttlers, ETs, robots of all sorts, are endless.

I’m absolutely fascinated by what Alara Blackwell was saying about Scuttler’s and while we’re on the topic, I thought I would share my own experience of seeing an entity that’s similar in some ways….

In 2011 in the month of March, a large spider-like shadow entity was showing up in my bedroom night after night throughout an entire week.
-- it was holographic
-- looked 3-D
-- it nevertheless was a shadow-like incorporeal entity yet it also at times would manifest in varying densities.
-- one time it showed up looking not only more dense than before but looking part robotic (mechanical) yet part organic at the same time too.
-- it moved with intelligence.
---it not only skittered across the walls of the room but sometimes it would fly across the room too. Other times it would fly OVER my head. But whenever it showed up, its main destination was to the wall that my bed is up against. It would skitter over to that wall from the across the room and then just sit there, for a moment or two, where I would be on eye-level with it before it would disappear.

Additional information: I was not viewing this entity with my peripheral vision. When it would show up, I was watching it straight on like I view anything else. I also definitely sensed that it was WATCHING me.

Anyway, after seeing it for a couple of nights in a row, the following night I made sure to have my camera handy on the nightstand next to my bed to be able to capture a photo of it as it was momentarily resting on the wall, like it would sometimes do, before skittering off fast again to another part of the room.

I should add that I would be wide awake when I would see those entities which also explains why could take a photo of one when I did.

These are not hypnagogic sightings and they are as real as the chair you're sitting in hence, once again, why I was able to capture a photograph of one.

So that night, that’s what happened and as it was sitting there motionless on the wall, I grabbed my camera that was already set and ready to go and captured a photograph of it.

Here’s the photo I took of it but it really doesn't do it any justice because like anything that is interdimensional, there are those electromagnetic aspects of the phenomenon that interfere with the photographic process, hence why there are those distortions seen of this entity in this photo making it look less detailed in form and shape than it actually was when I was viewing it with my own 2 eyes. IOW‘s, the entity was much more detailed and defined than how it's showing up in the photo.

I experienced its visitations for a whole week and then it stopped coming around only to show back up again, for another week the following January. Only that time round, they were showing up in GLOWING colors of red and green.

What I sensed about this entity:
For some reason, I felt that these entities were somehow connected to my computer. That’s one of the thing’s that was going through my mind when they were showing up night after night like that. It was around that time when I once saw a white worm like entity that was swimming around IN my computer monitor. I also should add that I’m saying “they” because one time two of them showed up at the same time.

Since that one week in March 2011 and a week in Jan. 2012, they’ve never showed up again and I hope I’ve seen the last of them.

I’m a UFO/ET experiencer. I’ve never been in the armed forces but I did grow up in a NASA neighborhood.

The 1984 film, "Runaway" presents a form of scuttler in classic Hollywood fashion.

Recent inadvertent perceptual encounter with a super soldier;
looking directly at you in that cold solid stance, yet on their other aspect of their self they are scanning right through you; seeing who are, what you are, where you have been, where you are going. Thank you for the videos and information, especially the first video with Alara.

The sarcasm of the situation is that some of us actually wanted to learn to RV. I wanted to do this several years back, probably out of our natural human curiosity, and this year I had a "chance" to get some real training.

From what I can gather I have some special abilities in this area, like I am quite accurate in my "visions" (they are not called that, but for a lack of a more appropriate term I guess it is descriptive enough), but at the same time I have this side of me which thinks that this is an ability that should not be used just for fun or for some social/military/whatever-could-be called purpose. For me this is like abusing a natural ability and wasting valuable power, like wasting food or water...

I do it from time to time in its basic form, but only for personal targets and to somehow get answers to personal questions. I usually have quite accurate sixth sense in my day-to-day situations, and I choose not to use anything more than that, just sometimes I go deeper.

One thing that I noticed is that when I decided I did not like the tone of the internet place where we used to gather to discuss our training after the course, I got remote viewed for a while, but in a mild way, probably because the other side was in training still and not that capable, or was well-mannered and had some moral codex attached to his skill. In any way I did not like that place, neither the boasting of some of its members. It is funny how some decide they are really special sometimes.

That is why I know RV is real, and I know it has been used. But in a way I prefer to play my part in the matrix in a more ... "normal" way.
