I give my goats a herbal wormer with these exact ingredients. It is a wonderful addition and replacement for chemical wormers (when their parasite load is low). The parasites literally exit the body when they come into contact with the wormwood. I've often thought about trying some myself. The goats hate the stuff - I have to disguise it in molasses, but it really works well. Another new treatment is copper bolus for parasite reduction. Formerly used to just increase copper uptake, it has been discovered that the copper fragments that remain in the stomach prevent parasite infestation. Not sure I want to swallow a copper bolus, but perhaps the addition of copper in our diets would aid in fungal/parasitic overload? Anyone have any experience with this?

One thing I have been wondering for some time is whether or not the lack of intestinal flora caused by the use or over use of antibiotics, sets the body up for other problems.

It might just be my imagination, but I notice that friends who follow their doctors advise and take antibiotics for every infection or illness seem to have a run in with candida at some point, whereas those of us who stay clear of antibiotics, dont seem to get sick or for as long, nor have we had to deal with candida.

I dont know, maybe we just had a better immune system to start off with.

I actually did this about 2 months ago for two weeks 3x a day and then off a week and then another 2 weeks 3x a day.

I've been using strong colloidal silver now and it is actually making me feel worse, because it causes the dying fungus to release toxins... I feel like taking a break from the silver. :)

I take other supplements too, but they're not as effective. Of all the illnesses that I suspect I have I'm absolutely sure that I have candida. Other illnesses I suspect that I have are mostly autoimmune issues, but I'm not sure if they are caused by the candida. I eat mostly healthy and organic veggie food (I wish that I had enough money to eat organic food all the time), but I have a few shortcomings since I drink small amounts of coffee and I eat dark chocolate which has sugar in it. I do know that candida just loves carbohydrates and sugar. It's just really hard to let go of old habits and pleasures...
