UFO sightings among my family/friends

I've been thinking about this for a long time now.

A friend of mine told me about an UFO sighting that she had. I think my mother witnessed something very similar. They claim that they saw UFOs lands and they "felt a presence" of something.

I wish I could get a better description. I'm not one to try and debunk as I do have some native american ancestry and my mother has participated in sweat lodges as well as her friend. I have little reason to doubt either.

But, it makes me wonder, is this somehow connected to the visions and thoughts I've had over the years? Could these sightings somehow explain my interest in the extraterrestrial or the way my life has turned out? My mother saw this UFO while pregnant with my older brother.

Just thought I'd ask here since there are more open-minded people here and less hateful debunkers like other sites.

Hello Humble Janitor, I know how you feel, for years I held stories to myself as they were at the time, far out, and didn't want to be seen as the weird one. So I do get it. Have you been hypnotized to find out if you were ever abducted or perhaps your mother? Had I know then what I know now I would have suggested this to my little brother as I believe he was an abductee. I would be very interested to hear if you ever do decide on hypnosis what comes out about it. Please keep me posted, curious in Arizona here ;-) good luck on your journey Humble.

I can't say anything about abductions but I still feel that the circumstances surrounding my hearing loss were mysterious, if not fully explained. Family cannot explain it other than the way of a fever.
