Great find, Camilo : thank you for posting this - I did not know this commission on discloser was even held let alone publicized. All of the issue’s on not letting the public know of this has been raised on this forum for years.

This would be a tremendous jump in getting closer to the truth, I fear though that those who have known are as Richard has stated. Those elite fear getting eaten alive or burned at the stake should any of this came out officially.

So IMHO no full disclosure will never happen, to many heads would roll, let alone the religious war’s that would stem from the truth about origins of man, if uncovered.

Put there shoes on, I wouldn’t either. There is no one who would not save his own butt, they will never step up and commit suicide in the face of the world. Fear and secrecy will always prevail. And why dose this have to be official anyway. ?? I have seen them, I’ve seen a lot of things on this planet that I do not understand. First person Me, is ok with what I have witnessed. My awareness is all I need to deal with. My awareness is not a group activity, my distinction is not I am many. Its “I” John, am aware, I see, and accept my awareness, as it comes.

As a child I asked why, till I began to use the awareness of the five senses hooked to this world. Great statement Richard has brought forward, and also shows this is and always will be a matter of who it matter’s to. And if I have a secret then that’s ok too, as I’m sure all of us have.
Just say’n I don’t need discloser and all the world problem in my awareness, I know its true and its my awareness that I’m watching any way. Just my little rant is all.

Was a great address. I listen to Richard Dolan's radio show on Saturday nights on KGRA radio. It's mostly Dolan by himself. He often chats with his producer Royce or has a guest and takes calls usually for the last hour. It's three hours long.

He is a brilliant guy, a Rhodes Scholar candidate, who attended Oxford Univ.
I've seen him in person, and his energy field is very clear and strong.

I couldn't agree more!

Haven't watched the whole proceedings but somehow this 10 mins.sums it up for me. I even recorded it to my Mp3 player. Just so I can play it to my kids or grand kids someday. ;)

Brilliant voiced presentation, because as a hole this is what the general public knows to be true.. It baffles my mind why people need -- the authorities to verify, what for thousands of year’s has always been evident in our sky’s..

Disclosure will never happen for those who still look to an official word from the controllers of this matrix we live under…. The carrot on a stick, leading one to be dependant on that carrot, like a lab rat ring the bell and you get food or a treat from pre school on, has taught us this.

Very few of us fall threw the finger’s of the hands that control us completely. Waiting for teacher to drop the carrot, and tell us the truth will never happen. And the truth will set you free…. Of following the carrot.
