Taking time out from the illusion.

An illusion is something created
through causes and conditions.
It has elements.
It comes and goes.
Now you see it, now you don't.
It all depends on our perception.

We spend much of our time
organising these illusions,
because we believe them
to be solid, and true.

In recognising the illusion
there is no fear of threat.
Only those who believe in the illusion fear.

The only real truth is
that which is aware of the illusions.

Taking time out
from this bewilderment
is meditation.

In taking time out,
there is nothing to construct.
In taking time out,
there is no time.
Only pure awareness.

Bodymind, worldly events and off-world
are all created by
causes and conditions
and have no
inherently true existence
of their own.

Everything depends.
Therefore every thing is dependent.

Taking time out to recognise the illusion,
life becomes more workable
and understandable.
It's amazing!
It's amusing!

Look you guys. Everything is happening beyond consciousness. Not really,
but conscious mind is too good at and too busy with making up dramas to
justify its feelings. It can also be trained to perform various tasks, but that’s
about it. With all that, it keeps us pretty occupied.

So give it a break. Everyone deserves a break. But see if you can keep listening still
(when your mind stops chattering), and see what you can hear.

That's how it expands. But it has to expand from silence. From behind the shadows. It has to expand from it's core.

It seems that there is a standing open invitation to rest.
Not really part of the illusion, more like implied by it.

There is so much fear-mongering and fantasy in the world (and on forums!).
We need constant reminders to see through this artificial theatrical contrivance.
All appearances are but phantoms of deception.

Of course, the body will get bumps, scrapes, and injuries, and will die: this is natural. It's not meant to last, and it is only a vehicle for experiences.

It's up to us how we see these experiences. That's why we need time out to reflect on our true nature, and let go of these....nightmares...and the nightmares of others!

Taking time out.

There are two aspects to this phrase: one is to take time out of our busy day
to be kind to ourselves, and the other is beyond time, to take time out of the equation altogether.

We need time just to be.
See without looking.
Hear without listening.
Be without being.
Just stay still and enjoy.

The important thing is to take some time to relax in your own way.
Thoughts and conceptual habit (programming) will come…just say…“Later”.
This is the start of taking your life back, of stepping out of the programme.

The other aspect is timelessness…beyond time. The concept of time only relates
to things that change: planets, seasons, bodies, and consciousness. With space
and essence there is no time. Neither of these alter: they are permanent in their
non-thing-ness!

Space cannot be disturbed neither can Essence. Essence is uncontaminated sacred
inner spaciousness. It’s where love comes from. You may want to call this God.
That’s okay. But without your own loving awareness, God would never be known!

Take time out
to love
once in a while…
if not more often.

PS...all we have to do is what we have to do....:o

Beautiful my friend!!

You've inspired a paradox in me.

The only real truth is
that which is aware of the illusions.
This bit resonates alot! There is pure awarness, but its only pure and isn't Illusion when its fully aware of itself all the time.
Meaning we are "fragments" of the universe..there for its all an illusion for us as we are separate pieces, but when all of the fragments form one big higher consciousness then it becomes a solid experience, because its all the there is this one big cloud of existence with nothing outside of it, and its experiencing itself creating an Illusion.

Something of this sort~
