Michael St.Clair's real name is Claude Alain Hug. (No wonder he changed his name.) He currently has a court case filed against him in Zurich for fraud, and I heard many years ago he was the subject of a court case in Florida, as a result of which (I seem to recall, but I may not have it quite right) he was deported from the US.
