I think when we are talking about disclosure we are referring to ET species other than microbial or bacterial types found on asteroids or other planets, those certainly capable of communicating with us both verbally and telepathically. (to me ET would also include inorganic life-forms and entities.. all those on the non-visible spectrum).

If presuppose that there never existed and contacts with governments, so all sightings, filming, abductions etc, regarding UFOs were not real, then governments and cabal has no power of influence, and totally exclusive and free will ET is present or not.
Otherwise, if there is concealment (which is what I believe) by governments, think unlikely that they come forward to reveal the whole story. Want to know my truth? I have the greatest hopes you can imagine that there are non earth born beings who are benevolent.

This is my simplified guess as to the situation right now on earth. Earth is a home for all sorts of physical beings, some of which we call human beings. Some (or perhaps all, which is also my hope but which may simply be idealistic) have a soul.

It appears that various forms of beings, a.) some 3D physical, b.) some perhaps physical yet anchored in another dimension (or dimensions), c1.) some who may be physical beings but are (or exist in a parallel way) from another universe or c2.) who were born originally in another universe and finally d.) incorporeal beings... that a certain percentage of these beings have an interest in one thing and one thing only and that is the soul component of a human being.

What percentage might this be amongst the vast possibilities within existence? I hope that there is a percentage of non earth born beings who are benevolent. But I do not know. What I do know based on an entire lifetime on earth (I am now 55 years old) is that there are negative oriented beings. I still to this day have no real understanding as to why I have had the interest of these beings yet something deep down inside me suggests it all (and perhaps only) has to do with my soul.

Only because I can only trust my actual, personal experience can I answer the following questions as I will now do.

Are there non earth born, intelligent beings involved with this universe? Yes (99.99% certainty) No is always possible.

Are some of these beings involved with Earth at this time? Yes (99% certainty) It is possible my experiences are created through memory (thus from the past) this the greater possibility that No may be true at this time.

Have you (Chester) had innumerable, direct personal experiences with non earth born beings? Yes (95% certainty) It is possible that the experiences I perceive to have had have been generated by thought management technology and that this thought management technology was created by earth born human beings.

Have these experiences been positive or negative?

This question would be almost impossible to answer because what may appear to be the answer today (my answer) might not appear so in the future. In addition, the experiences may appear (now) to me to have been "worth it" but if I lean that way, I must also accept all the horrors that have occurred to others along my life's path which seem at least indirectly related to my own, personal story. In all too many cases, I played a direct, negative role in the experiences of others and in significant ways. Yet, if I knew from birth what I know now, the chances I make the mistakes I have made are almost zero. And from a metaphysical point of view, if I knew from birth what I know now, perhaps the tragedies surrounding my family and loved ones may not have occurred near to the degree that they actually have.

From a selfish point of view... I have no regrets as to my experiences. But the current day Earth experience is not about "me" now is it? It is about us... all of us.

So from a service to others point of view, up until just recently, even though I could claim innocence based on so much of the outside influences in my current lifetime who seem to have steered me in the directions of negativity, I have serious regrets about my life.

And the most important thing to consider is, where does one's experience ultimately come from? My answer to that is that it is generated by one's soul and thus what lay on the other side of one's soul which may be impossible to describe in words and so I won't try. This implies and so I will confirm my view - that the soul is simply a "bridge" to "that."

So if I accept my experience is a product of the state of my soul, I must also accept full responsibility for everything that has occurred in my life but understand, to say this is to say, this is from the viewpoint of my soul.

Now - I exist in a human body and still have (hopefully) a good 35 or 40 years in front... who knows. I do not carry the baggage of my past like a ball and chain and yet, at least in this lifetime, I should never forget.

My experiences with ETs has been complex and as of today, I have to view them personally as positive. Yet, the numbers of cases where others have had direct experiences with ETs that they later on viewed as overall negative seems far more the norm. My concerns are Stockholm syndrome. And if there is something to that, I am still quite compromised.

For a second there Justone (#28) it was looking like the thread I started was going to be blessed with one of your “Monster Posts” which I would have chuckled at!

Any of my beliefs are held loosely nowadays, there are so many scenarios and possibilities to not only the Disclosure question but to who I am and to this existence most of which I don’t think my mind is able to comprehend.

“I believe everything and anything but at the same time I believe nothing” or rather I take it all with a grain of salt
Even though it all makes for riveting conversation at times.. to be honest I have to say that I really don’t care much about what happens as it is all so temporary (but important) and my journey is now almost entirely about ME..

I think when we are talking about disclosure we are referring to ET species other than microbial or bacterial types found on asteroids or other planets, those certainly capable of communicating with us both verbally and telepathically. (to me ET would also include inorganic life-forms and entities.. all those on the non-visible spectrum).
Disclosure could come in stages, gradually preparing mankind to “softening the blow” (maybe that is already happening) and/or what you say Agape as a “big event” in human history.
Will it be a mass televised sighting, a public announcement/press conference, some type of false flag operation who knows but whatever scenario takes place will likely determine the public's reaction and you can be sure TPTB have thought long and hard about this.

A lot of people today particularly those born probably pre 1960’s are experiencing what is known as “future shock” , I think this is going to be a pretty common catch-phrase once disclosure is out!

Scientists look at the future event with still broader perspective, I guess and surprisingly or not, yes it's a subject already widely discussed in couloirs and behind semi opened doors of conferences.

What I'm trying to explain, and as you've implied as well, there's substantial difference between whether the newly discovered 'alien life form' will be lesser or bigger in its biological organisation compared to human beings,

why is it so because so far, all other life forms admitted on earth are an object to our observation and do not prove sufficient intelligence level to compare to us.

With that and here we need to digress ...

ANY even the MINUTE form of life coming from Space, suppose it had intelligent originators can carry SIGNIFICANT message. Could be a little chip lost in the depth of Space..
or programmed little bacteria with Intel logo inside. ;)

The answer in my opinion, is to come from 'above' , rather than 'bellow' which is the answer we are all legitimately waiting for
and the very nature of which lies in our ability to co-create a bridge 'from us' 'to them' .

Encountering alien intelligence , that maybe potentially , many times greater than our own at the given moment is far beyond ordinary frame of experience ,
and you can't even say forwards what way is anybody going to react.


The so called Disclosure yes, is here for non-believers calling for the ultimate proof . For the few who had 'been there' , there's zero interest in finding more proofs,
unless those proofs emerge by itself .

If you have witnessed true nature of technically and biologically advanced ET reality, you can also, sort of estimate what it can do and not .

We are all asking for 'imprints' however the other side may equally think on very other, more ecological level and collect bio information for their own purposes without wanting to harm us.

I'd be for very open show for all the Planet , why any ET Intelligence should become a possession of any particular country or nation on Earth,
would you love to see yourself being treated that way if you, say visit another Galaxy and get caught on planet between two or more rivalling parties ?

It's flee or fight and bette watch what are 'they ( as in humans ) upto ...

I've been through it already and it's an Event , you'll never forget in your life. It just seems to be totally unprecedented and it's in no human hands as such, either.
No one here can say 'I plan it will happen so it happens' .

The 'guys up there' have longer time tables ..
