Peace of Mind

Hi all.
Just thought I'll throw this out here for those having trouble in their lives. But first ask yourself this before reading on..."Who am I"?
Well, Who are you? This is not a trick question but it can be a profound one... once you ponder on it.
I've found that many people have a hard time answering that question…often responding with what they do for a living. But, in most cases this isn’t the true you and it’s most evident when witnessing how the majority of the populace are unhappy with their jobs/careers/pass time. So, I’m proposing a simple exercise that has proven to work for me as well as many others. It’s so simple that I used to be hesitant in sharing it because anyone can use it…including devious minded people. However, I believe there are more benevolent beings reading this then there are malevolent beings reading it.
here goes...
Take at least 20 minutes to a half hour a day to envision yourself in the future (choose your own date). If you have problems holding a steady mental image of yourself in the future… then you may be under mental stress/suffer from information overload, and/ or have an inferiority complex. When imagining your future it should be to your liking, if your future has suffering in it then you are letting outside energies control your thinking….as the future can’t be predicted, only speculated from observing the deeds of the people today.
I’ve found out recently (i.e. through a few associates) that focusing on a positive future isn’t that easy. Upon further observation I’ve found that this issue is most likely caused by filling their minds with unwanted information, data that is consumed and LIES in the subconscious. This is where I believe a great deal of problems form in people’s lives. They first think of what they want and who they want to be then start hindering that thought process by becoming easily distracted with disempowering perspectives. You have to be completely focused on your desire and never give power (attention) to anything that will relinquish those desires. This is how people fall, they don’t follow their hearts and let themselves become deluded by others misfortunes and ideologies, especially the ideas that hold no weight. Habitually those ideas/thoughts leave people idle/waiting. Most of the world is filled with hurt because it is what the world has been trained to focus on. You literally have to disconnect from the drama. You have to ignore it if you choose not to deal with it. Talking about it strenghens it, especially when there is no solution escorting it. You will just be part of the problem due to your commitment to realize it (even when said problem is just merely an idea and nothing more). Many people are just use to the hardship and will engage in it daily, further implanting the negativity into their being/reality...most times unknowingly.
In my experiences, I too have come across people with views/ideas differing from my own…but if their views/ideas have no facts/logic to support them then it was very easy for me to discount them and manifest what I initially intended. This has ALWAYS worked. Perhaps it works best for me due to having the ability to believe more in the self then in the questionable. A confused mind has never manifested true desires…just more chaos to indulge in…. just look around if you want confirmation on that.
As time passed I began to realize the world is saturated with people neglecting their own thoughts/ideas/power by replacing them with the thoughts/ideas/power of other people, people whom are in a bad situation and/or support bad situations without at least offering an idea for a REMEDY. A problem can’t exist without a solution. You can’t recognize the good if you didn’t have the bad to measure its worth. Evil exclusively exist to test our fortitude, the God within reveals itself through empowerment and adversity, but remains hidden when taking on the victim mentality.
It became extremely clear to me why the world is in the state it’s in, and that’s because we are not focusing on who and what we want…instead we put our attention into the very thoughts we really don’t want in our heads…and in most cases dwell on them. So, I’m challenge everyone to take the time daily to reflect on what they want and who they are….and to never let a thought crush what you want…especially if it’s coming from an unconfirmed source and/or a source that is also in a state of despair. You will always be the average of the company you keep. So if you want to prosper... raise your thoughts, examine your surroundings/associates and ask yourself if you’re comfortable with that company and that environment. If not, then the solution should become obvious. If you are happy with your situation then there should be hardly anything to be concerned about.
Take the challenge of focusing on what you want and who you want to be on a daily basis and I guarantee you will notice positive changes in every aspect of your life because the universe is conforming to your thoughts (as always). You are not separate from anything in this universe, but you can be separated from your mind if you choose to….and there are many people willing to think for you if you don’t want to do it for yourself.
Media is an application, the tel-lie-vision is a tool, and the channels are the configuration options. They call tv shows programs for a reason, mind crafting is an practice, conditioning people minds to think for a select few is nothing new. The worlds problems will always be a collective projection, so re-calibrate your tuner so the picture you inner-stand is to your approval; don’t hand over that remote control to anyone.
P.s.: If you have any exercises that may help others become who they truley are please feel free to post them, thanks and be well.
Peace
