BTW, do any UK members remember an ITN news item - probably in the early 1970s - where the news crew were doing dome filming in a farmer's field and someone noticed an odd orange trail in the sky above? The camera panned up to film it.

I think I saw it on YouTube recently, but can't find it now... :(
