The centrifuge was later used for flight simulation where it could simulate 6 degrees of freedom with g loading.”[1]

Among the attending leading UFO/ET researchers (each of whom was reportedly required to sign a non-disclosure agreement) whom Ms. Briggs names as having been (Mind Controlled by Grey ETs) during the meeting are...

Kerry Cassidy of Project Camelot, Stephen Bassett of Citizen Hearing on Disclosure, and Dr. Steven Greer of the Disclosure Project.

Ms. Briggs states that the wife of one leading (unnamed) UFO/ET researcher who attended the meeting (the wife opted not to attend) contacted Ms. Briggs in a state of alarm. Ms. Briggs states, “She also told me that about six people had contacted her since this event happened and had mentioned with concern to her that her husband was behaving like he was on drugs but wasn't on them. His wife told me he started acting that way after he got back from this event in Pennsylvania. Terms to describe his behavior used were ‘he seemed out of sorts’, ‘like he was on drugs’, ‘dreamy’ and ‘out of it’.”[2]

On July 30, 2012, this reporter received an email from Larry Frascella stating, “Regretfully, it has come to my attention that, due to unforeseen issues, I find myself in the position that I have to hereby rescind your invitation to the event in November.”

Anya Briggs, who was a “Plus 1 Standby” to the Johnsville Centrifuge meeting and who did not attend the meeting, received information early in November 2012 that the true, behind the scenes host of the meeting may have been Elon Musk, founder of Space X and Co-founder of Tesla Motors and PayPal, although information about Elon Musk's involvement has yet to be confirmed.

The "Dow" Grey ETs

With regard to the "Dow" Grey ETs that reportedly have an underground base in the area underneath the Johnsville Centrifuge, Anya Briggs states, "The Dow are not necessarily programmed life forms either like most typical Grey beings sent to poke and prod people in abductions. No, no, this group had the misfortune of being fully alive and owned by their genetic code in a way that most Greys don't have the "privilege" of owning.
“The trouble with this group owning their own code, however is this: they're kind of insane. This is the same group of Grey aliens who hover over the Robert Bigelow-of-Bigelow Aerospace-owned Skinwalker Ranch in Utah and do the cow mutilations and whatever else experiments to tamper with the Dow's genetic code to keep them from dying out (Which they are.)
“But the problem with this is, in order to sample and test and experiment with saving their race, they have for whatever reason decided to hover over that area of the country in two timelines at the same time. And due to the temporal dynamics of that unique situation, it's making them nuts.

“The decision-making capabilities of this group of "people" as my guides are calling them are uniquely formed to make decisions with the human race without the humans knowing about it.

“The Dow are running scared now, however, because of plots to destroy the nefarious nature of years of negative influence and mind control they've enacted on the populace and that information is running down/breaking down for lack of a better term. I suspect that Anya is in a smallish room, using a modest quality mic, not close to her mouth, that is somewhat omnidirectional and picking up some (short delay) echo's. The end result is a rather high level of distortion added to her voice. I too found it hard to listen to.

This is more than interesting. I would guess that everyone who went was required to sign an NDA (legal non-disclosure agreement) to prohibit them talking or writing about the event, or what happened during it.

Otherwise, no way would Kerry ever have kept quiet about something like that. Just not possible. There would have had to have been something legally binding.

Many problematics in this story from all its participants - those who are reported and those who are reporting. A mix of smelly fish. but there is some percent of worth of checking it out. This stroy, unfortunetly, can not be rulled out in today's climate where intervention of the mind by terrestrial and extraterrestrial factors IS happening. Every desire to hide it will hurt us. In order to get a solution, every problem needs to be acknowledged first. It seems as if many UFO/ET's disclosure advocates are behaving in ways that is not reflecting a complete integrity, there are ego games, a desire to get scoops etc. It is true that there is a lot of hard work involved and it is all done in the eye of the public, but there are those few rare journalists who chose to take a step back that probably saw the problems involved and preferred to watch from afar, or maybe prefered not to watch at all.

It can very much be appreciated that Bill Ryan has done so for his own reasons, I feel that his path has led him in a good way.

With trying not to be too judgmental, there is a moral question that needs to be asked- why would researchers be lured into such a privet party (being offered all the goods), where they are requested to keep it 'privet' (and it has nothing to do with the safety of a whistleblower or with reasonable information that can be 'explosive' in termes of sensetivity), why the agreement to do so when in fact they themselves express a stand against private gatherings with no transparency to the public

A good researcher, in my mind, needs to use a- his integrity at all times b- his senses, radar, antenna, bulls**t detector, most high dicernement, spiritual understanding and tools. The people who reports it may want to do the same.

None of the parties here seem to abide by these 'rules'

Eventually I fell into the same criticism that characterizes 'keyboard Fighter's', those who only observe and do not take any part in the 'goings on', it is mostly safer to be on the quiet side of the fence, therefore, there is much room for appreciation and gratitude of those who do dare to go out and do the work and have a list of justifiably achieved accomplishments in waking people up. It's just a little sad to see such good people being trapped just before crossing the finish line..

i think the people who are most credible in today's "disclosure movement" are the dead. either they've been suicided or they had accidents. if "researchers" or "whistleblowers" (intend to) disclose anything of apparent value and are not taken out that stuff always retains a somewhat fishy smell. it could still be true but we may never know for sure.

The stages I have found one must go through in freeing their soul.

Stage One - mind control

Stage Two - externally originated mind influence

Stage Three - establishment (and in some cases, reestablishment) of the individual spirit being's integrated sovereignty

I sense at stage three an individual spirit being may have some ability to consciously and intentionally access "other minds" as well as "group minds" as well as AI "beings" and/or consortiums - but on their own terms which is the only wise way to do so in my most humble opinion.

The bottom line is we all have the capacity to develop our psi abilities and again IMHO that should be done with an understanding of the immense, personal responsibility that logically should come with it.

I do my best to retain my sovereignty responsibly and it is no easy task - especially for a stubborn one like me.

Bill, curious about what you would have done if in fact you read this E-Mail over the summer of 2012 and can you comment on if Carrie did go to this?
Just curious about this. I read this and my first instinct was (when Reading the E-Mails everyone read) that it felt very negitive, but that could be due to already hearing the interview.
Bill is it common for a man in your position to get many E-Mails like this?

Hmm, most peculiar, I mean the bad impression so many people have of Anya Briggs, because when I saw the Alfred Webre Skype interview it seemed to me that Ms. Briggs was genuine and a decent human being. When I applied for membership here at PA I said I had a good nose for BS and could usually sense whether someone or something was good or evil. So I most curious to learn more about Anya Briggs. :confused:

I saw this interview a few months ago and was impressed by what seemed to me Ms. Briggs' intelligence, sincerity and sense of humor. I am surprised that so many here have such a contrary view of her and that many in the community "distrust" her. I usually have a good nose for when a person is good or bad, genuine or full ot it. Oh, well, perhaps more time will tell. :(
