Well, these same Americans keep electing the same reps who keep taking that $110K "donation" from Exxon-Mobil et al every year. The definition of insanity is when you keep doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result.

With so much dis-satisfaction why do they keep getting re-elected? Truth and justice are the only medicine for this dis-ease. IMHO

This reelection thing worries me, too.
But it's my belief that things are so far down the tube
that no one can be found now who is willing to withstand the rigors of campaigning
and then climb into the nest of vipers.

it's the two party system that keeps liars in government... people are easily corrupted with money and ego... Those that don't vote as a protest against the system, feel they have no voice, and the best liars win re-election telling garbage about their opponent rather than what they can do to make things better ...the sleeping masses prefer negative talk and drama over substance and truth ...
