PayPal consults with SETI about how we can transfer our weath into outer space

It looks like Bilderberger Peter Thiel is working hard at finding a way for us to transfer the wealth of this planet to other places in the Galaxy.

NEW YORK (AP) — PayPal wants to explore space — or at least begin to figure out how payments and commerce will work beyond Earth's realm once space travel and tourism take off.

PayPal, which is eBay Inc.'s payments business, says it is launching an initiative called PayPal Galactic with the help of the nonprofit SETI Institute in Mountain View, Calif., and the Space Tourism Society, an industry group focused on space travel. Its goal, PayPal says, is to work out how commerce will work in space.

Questions to be answered include how commerce will be regulated and what currency will be used. PayPal's president, David Marcus, said the company is very serious about the idea. He says that while space tourism was once the stuff of science fiction, it's now becoming a reality.

"There are lots of important questions that the industry needs to answer," he said. There are regulatory and technical issues, along with safety and even what cross-border trade will look like when there are not a lot of borders.

"We feel that it's important for us to start the conversation and find answers," Marcus added. "We don't have that much time."

PayPal is no stranger to outer space. One of its founders, Elon Musk, heads the privately held space company Space Exploration Technologies Corp., better known as SpaceX. And James Doohan, best known for his role as "Scotty" on "Star Trek," was PayPal's first official spokesman when it launched in 1999.

PayPal said it plans to hold an event announcing the venture at the SETI Institute in Mountain View on Thursday.

Actually, this could have some serious consequences. Think about this:

PayPal's "bank/vault" is (more or less) nothing more than a data-center, digital currency. So, the taxing of this currency is mainly dependent on where the company operates from, and especially where the servers are stored. When paypal started digital currency was minimally regulated, as it were so new. But in these days digital currency has become our "second" currency of choice. Granted, we still see nation currencies in paypal (as in measured values), but companies like microsoft, bitcoin (though not an actual company) have created their own "credit" system. Once done you are pretty much free to regulate and manipulate your own value, it is private after all.

So now, say you happen to move your servers all into space (which can even be done today) then where is the regulation? Tax? Product MVA for software?

We could be talking about a new tax-free haven here, and it is important to note that you do not need to be in space yourself to exploit this to the fullest extent.
It also shows an indication that companies may be looking at getting away from the currently regulated and established system.. That said, it does not necessarily mean this new system will be any better.. In fact I would bet it would be more unstable and easier to manipulate.

WE know we/US and others have already gone interplanetary and their plan is if this baby isn't completely destroyed, to come back here and rule whatever is left over, and if they don't conform, eliminate them. Pay Pal is hooked into the tentacles of bankers in "our business" and they don't mean average non-rich any good. If they could just get beyond greed as a motivation, and realize they will make money forever if the product is good and "everybody needs to use it." Ergo the parts for newer larger tested commercial vehicles, building structures and test colonization with other beings, but after they've observed the history of the beings on the planet, and don't see any change, why would they welcome any visitors? Let's see if they really mean to have us in the future and figure out the safe areas and build or use the same underground structures they used when the "fire" part of the cycle hits. I believe caverns like LuRay, and others underground, can have a hatch and lock with rock on top and or equipment to dig out, as the elites already have, provided that they aren't shifted in the new oceanic areas. Perhaps a couple of Submercivehicals to go through deep ocean waters from an outter cave lock exit to chart the areas remaining? Prepared for any terrain vehicles? Who knows this country may be completely submerged under an ocean when the movement of the crusts begin? So this is why I offer these ideas. We would need forces of transport vehicles, environmental atmosphere filtration of carbon dioxide, recycled into green house soils for the growing of foods below ground with, long lasting bulbs. Magnetic electric transference power to keep foods refrigerated and safe of bacterial germs. Recycling waters of microbs, or desalinization, must be expanded in R&D and these Natural earthen caves used as our ancestors did to protect themselves and survive for the new times. Maybe that is why they called the Shaman wise to pass this knowledge?
We do have to do it, and it should be a merging of all the sites like this with %'s percentages going to the project. NO new Gods need apply please. Ego won't sit well below ground. Just humble survivors of unconditional LOVE, understanding and tolerance need donate. Because I know I would be grateful to have a chance to try and survive, but unless we, like they unite the force for survival, the enslavement of the future is still reassured for any survivors in the future.

It's a lot to do, constantly looking at the bigger picture as it's being created, but practice, we must, and the intent to continue to have others like us carry this understanding forward, is worth a shot. Have all the big shots bought the real estate? Also, bare in mind some of the caverns are water smooth tunnels, indicating that the living areas will have to be very high in the caverns, along the walls, like the catacombs. That is probably why we see so many cave areas that were lived in, as the waters receeded. Takes a long time, decades maybe, but the bombardment of asteroids, comets and rolling seas, is something to think about, unless you've reached the level for OBE, and can take yourself out of here, when it happens.

after read this headlines "PayPal and SETI Developing Space Cash System" and i said to my self oh f^%#, can't believe how primitive we are... they can't be serious or they are trolling us. we haven't made any contact according to Mainstream and first thing we do is establish currency?

it's common sense that once you that advance travel from one galaxy or stars to another over Thousands/millions of light years within days or hours then they must advance in spiritual. they have all kind of technology to do for them and robots to work for them so what's the point of having money?


you have technology like star trek Replicator then what else you want? everything is provided...with human on earth they could release new version of Replicator every year with added feature or new spacecraft model 2014-2015-2016...ect.
