Wikileaks “We Know There Is Life On Other Planets” Says Cable From Afghanistan Parliament Chairman States

I don't know much about this I got it off BIN, it has sources though and is interesting.

Wikileaks has released some cables and this one in particular was sent to Washington DC from the Afghan Embassy.
It states that the Dushanbe Mayor “Asserted the existence of life on other planets, caveating this by noting that we should focus on solving our problems on Earth.” This statement here makes is sound like he is aware of the United States having military activity off world or on another planet.

Now if you look back at UK hacker Gary McKinnon…you will remember that he is considered the biggest hacker breaking into the most US military computers ever! Gary stated that on some military computers he read the lists of off world US officers. It is my belief that this Wikileaks cable is confirmation of that knowledge.

Wikileaks is trying to give the power back to the people…by letting us know what our governments are doing behind our backs. The discovery of aliens can create some fascinating thoughts (be careful). I too admit to some curiosity, but I don't feel we are ready at all for such a reality...if this alien hype is what it pans out to be.

Let’s just say there is life elsewhere in this 3D reality of OURS. What will happen next upon this realization? What will us as humans do? Will we panic and become more divided, or will we somehow forget all of our selfishness, arrogance, and blatant denial of accountability and welcome E.T. to a sophisticated well meaning world?

What do you think E.T. will think about a species that allows itself to be ruled unjustly? What will they think about our collective desire to be free from oppression… while we collectively oppress other forms of life here?

What will be the outcome to admitting there is other forms of life in the cosmos? Do you think we are ready for embracing a cosmic stranger when we don’t even care about or trust our own human and non-human neighbors? In some cases we treat domesticated animals with more love and respect then some family members…and often pretend to care about the well being of other Earth species by exhibiting them in zoos, aquariums, circus, etc….

If Aliens are to come and save us (or assist us) from the hands of a evil few, what does that make the many of us look like? Do you honestly think an unknown entity will babysit a specie that displays a lack of respect for self and it's own specie? Are we really thinking about this clearly? Some people claim they can't even convince their own people of the curruption we uphold...how will they maintain when ET touches down without any of us knowing their true intentions. Some even say they know they are real, good, evil, etc...but don't even know who on Earth is sincere, righteous or oppressing them.

Proof of ET's is completely different to welcoming them down to earth. I mean if you see a wild animal out side your house you are not going to invite it in just because you know its there, the same idea applies with aliens because we know nothing about them.

When I first started paying attention to ET news (maybe 1986) the message was pretty simple. "Hello. We're kin. We want to meet you." - it was another 8-9 years before I started hearing the stuff about them coming to save us with Ashtar and Galactic Federation 'news'

I am embarassed for our planet. How could I face a represenative of another planet and answer to the destruction and suffering we allow to occur on our own planet?
Earthlings spy on each other, assassinate each other, create false gods for the purpose of controlling each other and fight wars for thousands of years because of religious differences, withhold food and medicine for political gain, ignore billions of starving members of our planet while spending our wealth on silly electronic devices to insult each other and entertain each other instead of using our computing capabilities for improving our planet. Let's clean up our own backyard before they get here. If you knew you were getting a VIP visit to your house, you would work extra hard to clean your place. There is so much disinformation and outward mocery of this subject of ET existance that it is hard for a normal person to know wether to believe in their existance or not, I have always believed their has to be life outside our solar system.

Only in the last 6 months have i really gotten back into studied astronomy again and looking at this topic of ETs and UFOs and i find it to be very interesting but hard to discuss with the average joe bloggs. Whilst most tend to agree that the universe is large and their are bound to be other life forms that is as far as most will go.

Personally i have not seen a UFO or an ET of any sort but i did have an interesting experience last Tuesday night. I went outside in the evening it was a clear night and my children were staying at their grandparents over night. So i went out onto the balcony and asked whoever could here me to show me some sort of proof of their existance so i could be sure they existed i said " i want to see something subtantial not just some flashing lights or a fast moving object, i want to see a proper ufo or an ET so i can say to myself and others you exist".

Now i did not see anything in the sky but something odd happened when i went to bed and let me make this clear i am not making this up, as i closed my eyes and cleared my mind as i always do to prepar for sleep i got an image of what looked like lightening all around and in the middle was a black tunnel type thing or like a black hole. then all of a sudden an image of a women appeared which made me jump and i opened my eyes.

This confused me as this has never ever happened to me seeing such a clear image before i shut my eyes again after a few seconds and almost immediatly this image of this female appeared again she certainly looked human but the facial features and the eyes and also the skin appeared not quite human, almost to perfect no blemishes at all the nose was narrower and and eyes were slighty larger then a normal human. Hair colour was ligjt blonde the eyes appeared human like but were slightly larger then normal and appeared to be very dark brown and she was wearing blue jeans and a red sweater which seems to be made of wool as it appeared thick.

It was so vived and for about 30 minutes all i could see was this women she just stood there standing at an angle so her right side was turned to the front more and her head was turned as well so she was looking right at me. I was to say stunned at this as i have never in my life had this happen before every time i opened my eyes to look in the room nothing was there i was home alone as my wife was still at work, but as soon as i closed my eyes this female person appeared again. She never said anything and her face never changed she just looked at me with an expression of peace it actually calmed me.

Then after about 30 minutes of this with my eyes closed she dissapeared and i once again could see what looked like the lightening all around with the black tunnel or hole in the middle this lasted about 20 seconds and then i could see what looked like a desert area come into view and i could see 4 white rectangle buildings with a tower in the middle and on the left side of it were these 2 round shaped things that looked about half the size of the rectangle buildings but bigger in height.

This image only lasted about 30 seconds before it faded and once again i seen the lightening and black tunnel or hole then what i seen next confused me it was an image of something that was almost olive green in colour egg shaped and looked like it had some sort of off white narrow triangles next to each other like a grill on the larger side of the egg shape it is hard to describe this lasted about 10 seconds then nothing all i could see was darkness you normally see when your eyes are closed.

It was so vived to me the next morning that i drew in a big note book what i saw i drew the female the buildings and the other thing what ever it was. My apologies for rambling on but i have not told anyone about this event happening as i have been trying to figure out what it all meant. I was compelled to draw them in case i forgot what i seen but i am still able to picture it especailly the female person. Any ideas or thoughts as to what i seen would greatly appreciated I hope i have posted this in the right spot

Because occur upon your request for a proof and more about how he was shown.
About two or three weeks I've been having trouble sleeping.
Precisely because when I close my eyes, instead of that usual dark, there has been a cacophony of chunks of images, waves and figures of all colors and shapes possible.
But sometimes formed imagnes very clear, like a picture, and on two occasions occurred as a movie, because they were not static.
Very clear and amazing.
But images which were to my conscious has no meaning.
I do not know exactly how long these images remained clear in my mind, it is as if I were in a hypnotic state, and when I realize them, ie, I am aware of this happening, they immediately disappear. It is as if the images come from my subconscious and conscious block them
I have not deciphered the standards (if they exist) for these events, but I'm trying.

mactiegre, I like your post. Really it boils down to what the two cables said, “we should focus on solving our problems on earth” and “we must make peace here first”.

MadMax1, I had a similar experience but it was just a thought I had before I went to sleep one night. I've been into UFOs and ETs for many years. Before I go any further I DO believe in GOD (Creator). I don't think we got here by chance. Remember this was just a thought and not all of my necessary belief. I'm going to do this by numbering, you guy can fill in the blanks, the thought was to long.

1. Greys – robots sent here for scientific purpose on humans and to do no harm, because if they were smart enough to get here we would not be able to keep them as prisoners!
2. The mother ship(s) holds the real aliens waiting for us to start destroying ourselves or a major catastrophic event to happen. Then as the Bible says the good will rise into heaven (mother ship(s). Then the evil ones (NWO?) will fight it out maybe with the aliens or each other. After it's over good wins and the aliens will return the good ones in the ship(s) to earth and there will be a 1000 years of peace.

Like I said, only a strange THOUGHT I had one night, try not to judge my intelligence for this... :)

I have never had this occur to me before this happened, and the images of the female person the buildings and the other odd shaped thing is something i have never seen before. I am positive it was something i was made to see and not my mind making shapes because of the vividness of what i seen i know the difference between thinking about an image and this is not what happened, i have not been able to get it to happen again but will keep trying to see if i can replicate these events.

IMO When we are spiritually mature and balanced with nature and the law of one, then they will make contact with us on an individual basis. Do they still view us as Barbarians or Primitive Man,,,,,methinks they do. Once we accomplish this spiritual maturity we can then ask for a personal tour, and then perhaps that rare shy bird in the woods will introduce itself to you someday. This I'm quite sure of.
