View Full Version : What Do You Really Know?

I was wondering if people would be willing to share what they really know about life. It could be pre-life, current life or the afterlife.

I am not talking about love of family because that is pretty much a given for most people. I strongly believe that intelligent life exist in the universe but I don't know this.

I am NOT talking about what you believe, I am talking about what your really know. There is a huge difference. You may not understand how you know it, but you absolutely know it to be true. It may be in your DNA, it may be something you brought to this world, it may be something you figured out over time, but you know it to be true, you have no doubt in your mind. If you care to explain how you know that's fine but maybe you just know without fully understanding.

Many of us may know different things, some of us may disagree with what you know, that is perfectly OK because what you know to be true may be relevant to you and not anyone else. Maybe we all know the same things and have never articulated them to anybody.

I am curious to see if many, if not all of us know the same things, maybe we can take a collective look at what different people know to be true and piece together a mosaic of some sort.

There are more things I know to be true but here are a few things.

1. I know I am on earth because I want to be here.
2. My first memory in life was wanting to be here, the desire was overwhelming.
3. I know the lack of having any (most) memory before being born is intentional
4. I know that my body only temporarily houses my soul
5. I know that UFOs exist, I have seen one. The technology was advanced beyond anything we know about. Gov't or alien, no idea
6. I know that I have had and have today very strong connections to some people. I don't know why but I know it is there.
7. I know I can communicate with some people after they die for short periods, at first I "believed" this was a coping mechanism, now I know it is real
8. I know that when you die, it is not over it is just another step in the journey
9. I know there is a Creator
10. I know that there are laws in the universe, a balance if you will. I don't fully understand them but I know them to be real

I know that humans, and beings like me, that I can relate to, are easily manipulable, and nothing is exactly as it seems (to me)—so cling to the knowledge of the one thing that I know: I do not KNOW anything. I just try to spend as much of my existence as I can trying to get to know myself.

I was born premature, by one month without fingernails, and eyelashes, my mom was cutting grass 8 months pregant with me ... this is only my second trip to earth... I heard the call and couldn't wait to get started, I was silent for twenty years, and the next twenty I haven't shut up ..there must be more that being a slave to the dollar , people have a fear of the unkown, and in the end , humans will do whatever they want reguardless of what they are told is best for them ... thats my truth ...

I know:
I like this post,
I Love the human Soul,
I know I'm embarrassed that we humans on the whole are mindless ant's sleep walking :(
I know that our imaginations show us we could be so magnificent as a species,
I know we need to change things,
I know we are evolving faster now that ever before,
I know I am unhappy with the state of things,
I know I am so happy when I get in tune,
I know I Love Mother Earth,
I know of UFO's and Aliens,
I know I wish I had a good memory,
I wonder why I have vertically no childhood memories?
I know this is all illusion,
I know I've seen through the cracks,
I have seen the portal to my/our next possible lives,

I know!
I know there are many more things I would like to add here if I had better memory Doh!

Love and Hugs all!

2. Somethings are more connected to each other than other things
3. Earth is a school for souls
4. I'm a slow learner
5. I've been here before
6. We plan out most of our life before arrival.
7. Things can get weird, really, really, weird.
8. God is the ultimate conundrum
9. Most people just want to love and be loved
10. Time passes strangely

As I mentioned in my original post I can occasionally (not always) talk or more aptly put communicate with people that I am close to that pass away. Recently a very close friend of mine passed away on a flight to Barcelona. Due to the complexities of his death, mandatory autopsy in Spain, customs, transportation home etc the funeral arrangements had not be made yet. My friend John, he went by Gio, was one of these brilliant people, spoke six languages fluently, had traveled to virtually every corner of the world and had friends from Bangladesh to Sydney. He was the glue that held many friendships together. He was 56, in great health, never smoked, drank or did drugs, had a extremely healthy diet. We think he died of a heart attack but the autopsy report has not been shared with us yet.

I wondered if I would hear from him. I was on my deck, and all of a sudden he popped in and said that I really should go to the services that will be held for him. I told him I had already given some thought to it and I would consider it. He said go for the dinner the night before and don't worry about the services. The next morning there was an email saying that the services would be held on July 23, 2013 and there would be a dinner the night of July 22 in one of his favorite Italian Restaurants for anyone who was interested. Fifteen or twenty years ago I would have been floored at this sequence of event and I would have eventually written it off as a coincidence. Now I have learned to live with it and accept it as something that is normal.

Time for a bit of disclosure. When John first communicated with me I was on my deck smoking, after we communicated about his services he went on to say that I really needed to quit smoking. I told him I knew and would consider it. He went on to say if you don't do it for yourself "do it for me". I basically laughed and said your no longer here, how in the world could my stopping benefit you.

He said you need to understand that all souls living on earth and elsewhere are all part of the collective consciousness. When you accomplish something that you have been put on earth to do everyone moves ahead ever so slightly. When enough people accomplish these things there will be tipping point and our consciousness will move to a new level.

I am paraphrasing here but I think you get the gist of the communication. Also these communications are non verbal.

The bottom line here is it reconfirmed several of things " I know", I wanted to be here, I am here for a reason, we are all connected and life does not end in death.

"As for me, all I know is that I know nothing."
Socrates

But I know for shure:

I can raise up the energy of a crowd with just a song (I'm a singer)
I can love unconditionally
My dreams are not just dreams but a way to access my other lives in other dimensions
Those days, all my requests to universe are granted at the speed of light and so yours
I'm here for a reason and to help others
I can help any one who as a problem in life to re-build self confidence
I'm a positive person
I love to laugh
I can help from distance
I'm sensitive to the point that I feel the energy of people around me and I have to be careful to know when it is not my feelings
I can see prana
I fly in dreams
Love life, earth and nature including all human being and all that exist
I'm not perfect

I insist that I know nothing for SURE because the Universe is always in motion so always changing and evolving and I can't upgrade my knowledge as fast as it is evolving

This reminds me of something I was going to put on my list.
1. The earth(nature and the laws of the jungle) acts according to our collective unconscious.
2. When we evolve spiritually and work out the issues of our collective unconscious the behavior of earth and her laws will evolve accordingly.

everything is connected to creation/energy... the woman with child , eats fruit , the baby is made from fruit, the fruit is connected to the tree, the tree to the ground , the ground to the water, the water to the air, thus the child is a product of all the woman feels, eats, smells, hears, etc... all connected together , it's all energy just in different forms or vibrations , extentions of creation ... she mimicks creation , by creating ...life giving life that grows and gives life that grows and gives life ...

Well, unfortunately all I can say that I know is that this whole planet is currently wrong, I would like to think that i believe in other aspects and would dearly love to know, but I can't say that i know anything other than this is all just wrong?

Does what you 'know' need confirmation? Or reconfirmation? Just refining the dance we do around the periphery of knowledge.
Knowledge (to my knowledge) isn't 'about' anything. It's an inclusive state of being.
Awareness doesn't need an object or an idea to be aware of.
That aside I do agree, you're here for a purpose. If it's to quit smoking, then you must agree,
the purpose included taking up smoking in the first place.
But I think, I don't 'know' because it's not my business, that you're here to learn to exercise will,
which you could illustrate to yourself by giving up smoking.
Not really recognizing that you exercise your will by smoking.

Who told you smoking is something you shouldn't do? Why do you believe them?
The same consensus thinking will say the sky is blue, even when it's grey.

I know that I should continue making pottery. Just never as a profession.
I know God exists and the universe is larger than a human could imagine.
I know there is magic in written words. They should be scribed with care, purpose, and thought.

I know the full truth cannot be out in the open.

The only thing I am sure of is that i exist, somehow,
And that I am drawn towards love and positivity.
I also recognise that there is darkness and lack of love
I see that darkness as the learning tool
I also know for sure that it would be totally against all logic, that life would be a oneoff and once you die there is nothing more
That I know for sure.
